Abstract

This research examines how to Anticipate News of the Aceh Earthquake Hoax in Online Media. The rise of hoax news, especially regarding the earthquake that will occur on the coastal beaches of Pidie Jaya, Sigli, and Banda Aceh through social media and online media that mentions sources from BMKG. The theory of planning (theory of planning) is used as a reference by researchers as a theoretical foundation in this study to describe the planning process by the Aceh BMKG in planning communication strategies to anticipate news of the Aceh earthquake hoax through online media so as not to cause problems in the future. This theory states that the more knowledge one has, the more complex the plan will be made. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the communication strategies of BMKG Aceh that have been implemented well by agencies, one of which is in anticipation of hoax news in the name of BMKG Aceh and this strategy has met the criteria of a form of communication strategy of an organization that has been summarized.

Abstract

This research was titled "PR Strategy of tourism Office of Banda Aceh in building Banda Aceh as Tourism city". The theory used is theory of planning. This research is qualitative research with descriptive type. There are 5 informant in this study. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, the results of the strategy that was conducted in the promotion process of Banda Aceh as a tourism city is ranging from the annual program of Chairming Kota Banda ACEH, doing cooperation with City District government in the vicinity of Banda Aceh, doing cooperation with travel-travel both at the Regional, national and international level, as well as promoting through social media Instagram and also the use of the official website To provide information about tourism in the city of Banda Aceh.  Constraints such as the lack of understanding of the community around the location of the tourist objects from the positive value of the location of tourist objects, there are still public statmen to the condition of Banda Aceh resulting from the history of conflict In Aceh.

Abstract

Since early 2020 news and information about the Covid-19 outbreak in Aceh has been the target of the public. One source of news is the Aceh government's public relations. As a source of reference information about this pandemic, every word chosen in mass communication becomes important. From some of the news delivered by the Aceh government, the news about the provision of mass graves is causing controversy, this is certainly interesting to study. Psychology of communication is very influential in the process of delivering messages, the effectiveness of communication that is built is also an interesting thing to be associated with the situation. If the choice of words for the preparation of mass graves is changed to the provision of special graves for covid-19 sufferers, then the response that will be given by the public will be different. The fact is that the Aceh government does not yet understand the psychology of effective communication, so the message delivered has caused public unrest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the form of communication Da'wah that was built by the management of Da'wah Group on Channel Syiar Tauhid ACEH in the message of Da'wah messages, Da'wah material that is more often raised to the Channel Syiar Telegram Da'wah Group Tauhid Aceh to not be left behind in the message of Da'wah and the constraints faced during the process of delivering Da'wah messages through telegram on the channel Syiar Tauhid ACEH. Qualitative approaches and field research methods (Reseasch files) and library research. Data collection techniques in research are conducted with interviews, observations and documentation. Results of the research that the form of communication Da'wah that was built by the channel manager Da'wah on the channel Syiar Tauhid ACEH in the delivery of Da'wah messages consisting of question and answer in this respect the party Channel of Da'wah Aceh Syiar Tauhid A variety of Da'wah message materials both related to the message of Aqidah, as well as the message of Sharia and Ahklak. God. The obstacles faced during the process of delivering Da'wah messages through telegram on Channel Syiar Tauhid ACEH Competence Less and lack of the number of employees. The lack of the number of admins become the main constraint in delivering the messages of Da'wah by the Da'wah Channel Syiar Tauhid Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to look further at the space and role of women in dakwah development in Gayo highlands. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. To collect its data, the research use interviews and observation technique. Informants are   determined based on purposive sampling. There are five informants used as the primary data source in this study: an informant represent a traditional figure, other represent a religious figure, and three represent female preacher. The study found that the dakwah conducted by women in Gayo highlands consisted of: religious lecture, counseling, learning of Al-Qur’an reading, and economic empowerment. The dakwah conducted by women in Gayo only focused on women. Little of women preacher can preach publicly in front of men and women. This is due to the strict culture and customs in Gayo. The number of female preachers in Gayo highlands is still very small and there is a need for a regeneration program for women in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Nilai-Nilai Dakwah Dalam Syair Saman Gayo” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai dakwah apa saja yang terkandung dalam syair seni Saman Gayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data berbentuk deskriptif dengan pendekatan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Hermunistik, dimana teori ini menjelaskan tentang penafsiran. Menafsirkan sebuah kata atau kalimat yang sulit dimengerti arti dari bahasa berbeda yang digunakan dan makna dari kata kiasan yang sulit dipahami. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis selama di lapangan model Miles dan Huberman, dari metode ini terdapat aktivitas dalam analisi data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari dokumentasi/arsip yang memuat tentang syair saman Gayo dan hasil wawancara dengan informan kunci. Berdasarkian hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa syair dari tari Saman gayo yang mengandung nilai-nilai dakwah seperti “Ku ini nge sawah hana de salamku, Ini nge mudemu mat jarike mule kite, kite bermat jari”. Artinya: Ke sini telah tiba, apa gerangan salamku, Ini sudah bertemu bersalamankah kita terlebih dahulu, kita bersalaman. Syair tersebut menjelaskan bahwa makna salam mengandung rasa hormat sesuai dengan konsep islam.This research is entitled “Preaching Value in Saman Gayo Poems” purposed to figure out any kind of preaching value contained in Saman Gayo poems. The researsch used qualitative method and the data are descriptive with documentation and interview approach. The theory used in this reasearch was Hermunistic Theory, in which the interpretation is explained. This theory refers to interpreting a word or a sentence which is difficult to be understood in different languages and the meaning of difficult figurative words. The data analysis method used in this research is on-field analysis, Miles dan Huberman model. This method consists of analyzing the data; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The primary data in this research are resulted from documentation/files containing saman gayo poems and the intervew with main informant. Based on the result, it can be concluded that some preaching values found in Saman Gayo poems as “Ku ini nge sawah hana de salamku, Ini nge mudemu mat jarike mule kite, kite bermat jari”. Meaning: Here has arrived, what my greetings, This has met our greetings first, we shake hands. The poem explains that the meaning of greetings contains respect in accordance with the concept of Islam.

Abstract

Da'wah which initially only uses traditional media, then develops by using the touches of modern technology including television. Television is one of the modern media that can be used to preach today. Television has one goal, which is to attract people's attention to the content of the message conveyed. As a medium of communication, television can play its role as an interesting channel to convey messages of kindness to the public. Including religious messages that are commonly called da'wah. The advantages of propaganda through television media do not only depend on the advantages possessed by this media. Likewise for a Preacher who wants to take advantage of television media, he is required to fully understand how to use this media, including determining the methods and techniques of preaching. Because without the proper methods and techniques of da'wah in using television media, it will only waste energy and costs, and will also increase the distance of Da'wah activities with the community. This research uses content analysis.

Abstract

Communication between central-regional leaders is a substance in building the Indonesian nation. The central leaders, both the President, the Minister, as well as the first and second echelon officials based in Jakarta, need a strategy in communicating with regional leaders, both the Governor and the Regent. Regional leaders have problems communicating with central leaders due to different cultures, as well as the style of each region so that it becomes a challenge in communicating. This article examines how the Communication Between Central and regional leaders in the Revolutionary Era. The article used the Contingency Theory (Situational). The theory discusses maximum leadership quality in a particular place. The descriptive research method used is seeing an object, a set of conditions, thoughts or an event (Nazir, 1985: 63). The results study indicates that communication between regional central leaders depends on one's leadership style and depends on the leaders' strategies themselves.

Abstract

This illegal logging practice occurs in almost all districts in Aceh. The mass media should be part of the socialization of various illegal logging cases that have occurred in Aceh. News Serambi Indonesia is able to carry out an in-depth and comprehensive investigation of illegal logging in Aceh. Serambi Indonesia must be able to expose the involvement of the "big and important" figures who played in this case. The questions that will be answered in this research are Why does Serambi Indonesia Daily not report the issues of illegal logging in Aceh comprehensively and thoroughly? What are the problems and obstacles faced by the journalists of the Serambi Indonesia Daily in reporting on the issues of illegal logging in Aceh? The study used a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods with data collection instruments carried out through interviews with journalists who had reported on illegal logging cases in Aceh. The coverage of illegal logging issues in the Serambi Indonesia Daily does not seem to have high news values. The value of the news in question is hardly interesting to follow because the news that is presented is never finished. The journalists of the Serambi Indonesia Daily are constrained by various things in covering and reporting on illegal logging in Aceh

Abstract

This study aims to see the da'wah messages contained in the animated series Nussa and see the exemplary characters. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses qualitative research methods. The data analysis technique used content analysis. The data technique used is through observation, documentation and literature study. Furthermore, the sampling technique used simple random sampling (simple random sampling). The results showed that the animation of Nussa and Rarra is an Islamic animation that conveys the messages of da'wah bil hal, oral bill, and qudwah bill with the values of aqidah, sharia, and morals. The exemplary characters in the animated series Nussa and Rarra match the characters whose messages and messages are conveyed. Almost every episode that the researcher uses as a sample shows the character of a character who deserves to be an example for the audience. In addition to the messages conveyed by displaying Islamic values, morals, and other lessons, the animated series is packaged in a unique and funny way.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam serial animasi Nussa dan mengetahui keladanan tokohnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunaka metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Selanjutnya teknik sampling penelitian menggunakan sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa animasi Nussa dan Rarra merupakan animasi islami yang menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah bil hal, bil lisan, dan bil qudwah dengan nilai nilai aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak. Keteladan tokoh pada serial animasi Nussa dan Rarra sesuai dengan karakter tokoh yang ditampilkan dan pesan yang disampaikan. Hampir setiap episode yang peneliti jadikan sebagai sampel penelitian menunjukkan karakter dari tokoh yang pantas untuk dijadikan teladan bagi penonton. Selain pesan-pesan yang disampaikan memiliki nilai islami, moral, dan pelajaran lainnya, serial animasi ini juga dikemas dengan unik dan lucu.
