Internet users are increasing every year. According to the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association in 2017, internet users in Indonesia accounted for 143.26 million people or 54.7 percent of the total population. Business people take advantage of this momentum by implementing online-based marketing. The community responded positively and began to switch to online shopping. There are many companies that have implemented online-based marketing which has the effect of reducing sales turnover of other companies that are not yet online. The purpose of community service activities is to improve the knowledge and skills of the company's human resources to be able to implement marketplace-based online marketing. The main activity consists of one day training for making marketplace accounts and online marketing assistance for one month. It is expected that with this activity, partner companies can develop marketplace-based online marketing independently. One day training model followed by one-month online mentoring can be used as a reference for similar activities.

Character education is an effort that is intentionally carried out by the education authorities in order to shape the personality of students to be more moral, moral and ethical. Character education in schools all components must be included including the components of education itself, namely the contents of the curriculum, the learning and assessment process, the quality of relationships, handling or management of subjects, school management, implementation of activities, empowerment of infrastructure, financing, and work ethics of all residents and school environment. Character education can be integrated into learning in each subject. Learning material related to norms or values â€‹â€‹in each subject needs to be developed in relation to the context of everyday life. Thus learning character values â€‹â€‹is not only at the cognitive level, but also there are affective and psychimotor aspects. Because if you only instill cognitive aspects, students will not have a good attitude

Blended Learning In English For Journalism Abdul Syahid

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Blended Learning in a community service of English for Journalism. To find out whether the journalistsâ€™ level of English proficiency after the training was better that that before the training, a single group of 15 female and 9 male journalists from 17 local and national media was given the blended learning of English for Journalism program four times a week in a total of 16 meetings of 120 minutes each. After such journalistsâ€™ needs as their level of English proficiency and having no fixed routine had been analyzed, community service was performed to help improve their English proficiency. Result shows that at the end of the training the 9 female and 15 male journalists achieved the Independent User B2 level which was higher than the Basic User A2 level at the beginning of the training. The result suggests that blended learning of English for Journalism community service was effective in improving the journalistsâ€™ English proficiency. It could also be adopted in the other branches of English for Specific Purposes, especially for busy working learners. The finding possibly provides useful direction for human resource managers, community service performers, and English language teachers.

This service aims to train the people in Sukomukti Hamlet, Sukorejo Village, Bangorejo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency in managing the financial business of the family in an effort to support the government's program to Increase Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) in Banyuwangi Regency. The approach taken in this service is the method of participatory action research (PAR). The results of the management of the financial management system in the Sukomukti Hamlet community were maximally absorbed so that the community was able to manage finances well and was supported by adequate conditions in managing finances

The issuance of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP)signed by the President requires all government agencies both at the center and in theregions to apply accrual-based SAP as of January 1, 2015. The implementation ofaccrual-based SAP rules cannot yet be fully implemented at the Government levelRegional Government. The local government seems to have difficulties inimplementing the regulation even though the regulation has been socialized since2003, namely at the issuance of Law 17 of 2003 which implies reforming statefinancial governance, one of which is to fully implement SAP accruals. The NorthSumatra Provincial Government which is the object of research conducted by Nasutionand Ramadhan (2018) is one of the regional governments which is deemed necessaryto strengthen HR in terms of accrual-based SAP implementation, namely byimplementing Accrual-Based SAP Implementation Training on the Government ofNorth Sumatra Provincial Government so that the Provincial Government NorthSumatra can better implement the accrual-based SAP maximally. In the case ofconsideration of time constraints and funding, the training was conducted at one ofthe North Sumatra Provincial Government OPDs by taking one of the researchpopulations conducted by Nasution and Ramadhan (2018) randomly. Based on theresults of the determination of the object of training that has been done randomly, theEnvironmental Agency of North Sumatra Province is selected as the OPD in the scopeof the Regional Government of North Sumatra Province which will be the object oftraining for community service. The results of the community service show that thereis an increase in the capacity of the Human Resources Department of the NorthSumatra Province in implementing SAP accrual based maximally which leads to theRegional Government of North Sumatra Province being able to better implementaccrual-based SAP in the future.

Independent women are one indicator of increasing prosperous in the family economy. Being an educated society and earning become the dream of everyone, especially women. Women can have a huge contribution in overcoming shortages, poverty and unemployment, because it needs education, training and empowerment of women, especially PKK members in Ridogalih Village, Bekasi Regency, who have entrepreneurial spirit. The improvement and development of entrepreneurial attitudes in this service, through training, skills and empowerment of PKK member, is very important, the aim is to provide understanding to women; even though they are at home, they don't work out of the house but still have the potential to earn. and motivate them to open a business by releasing all the knowledge, abilities and skills so they have to achieve income. Efforts to foster and develop the potential of the PKK member of village of Ridogalih, including through training in skills in making chicken nuggets. Nugget is a product that is liked by many people and is expected to provide family income, especially for PKK members. The majority of the residents of Lauwon Village are farmers, who areengaged in agriculture and plantations. It can be seen that the geographical situationis in the form of a plateau with a height of Â± 157 m above sea level. Rainfall in LauwonVillage averages Â± 221 mm / year which is suitable for vegetable candles. Many of thepotential natural resources owned by Lauwon Village are vegetable candles which arequite abundant so that they can be processed into a number of products such as sticks,abon and vegetable candle crackers. The solution that gets priority to be carried out inthis activity is the Development of Counseling and Training Development, namelytechnical training covering; processing wax vegetable sticks, wax crackers andvegetable shredded candles along with packaging and labeling. Non-technical trainingwhich includes; institutional strengthening of partner groups through groupmanagement functions and group financial bookkeeping training. By conductingtraining in making crackers, sticks and shredded vegetables, candles will providebenefits to the community, especially for the wax women group in Lauwon Village, EastLuwuk Subdistrict, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, especially in diversifying theirlocal commodities to be economically valuable and competitive with other foodproducts. In addition, this activity also provides information, knowledge and skills tothe community so that they can innovate in producing agricultural products that canincrease family value added so that the community becomes prosperous.

Mayangan Village, Gumukmas Subdistrict, Jember Regency is an abundant village producing papaya fruit, but so far the products have only been sold in fruit form, and are not processed in derivative products, even though the papaya fruit is rotten quickly after being cooked. Therefore, efforts need to be made to increase the value added by empowering the community to be willing and collaborating to manage papaya production into products that have high economic value, as well as a means to increase people's income. The purpose of this service activity is to provide a real solution to the process of processing post-harvest papaya through the diversification of processed products made from papaya into several products whose economic value added is far higher. The results of this service are as follows: 1) produce candied papaya with various variations; 2) produce papaya dodol products; 3) help from the marketing aspect in the initial stages, namely designing the branding of the products produced under the name "Bolo Dewo"; 4) teach estimation of profits obtained from receipt of products sold with the assumption that the products sold are all sold; 5) conduct evaluation after the service program.

ABSTRACT: Community service is aimed to socialize the early literacy movement for teachers and parents of PAUD I students in Pulantan Village, Aluh-Aluh District. This dedication was held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in PAUD Makanatut Thalibin. The target of this activity is PAUD teachers and parents of students. The reason for implementing this service is a school that is far from the city center, a low level of education from parents of students so that the planting of early literacy to their children is often unthinkable to them, even the planting of early literacy they submit to school. The method in this socialization uses the lecture method, discussion and question and answer, to provide knowledge on the importance of early literacy in children. After this implementation it can be concluded that the awareness of students' parents the importance of instilling a culture of early literacy for children, while for PAUD teachers Makanatut Thalibin they understand that many methods of teaching early literacy are fun for students.

Padang people in particular Andongsari is located in corner , make residents around confusion the place disposal . Cleanliness in Padang Village is very apprehensive. this because not it is the place disposal end , finally rubbish thrown away in around rivers , ravines , ditches , streams rice fields , and places others . Too the community around who doesn't too care with environment them . this have an impact not healthy on residents around . Very unfortunate , if Hamlet Andongsari to be automatic slum areas to be nest disease too. By because that , for build a sense of caring the community Hamlet Andongsari against cleanliness , us try for wake up they with hold Socialization Cleanliness . As well as giving motivation to teenagers hamlet for always share in advance hamlet beloved. We do thing that together residents with hope for cleanliness in Hamlet Andongsari can overcome , teenagers increasingly active in his organization . And realize hamlet whose citizens be aware will cleanliness that makes they always throw away garbage on the place
