Abstract

Peran Information and Communication Technology (ICT) dalam memasarkan produk UKM kreatif menjadi strategis agar UKM kreatif yang selama ini product oriented menjadi market oriented. Strategi pemasaran melalui ICT memberikan kesempatan kepada UKM kreatif mendapatkan informasi dan berkomunikasi serta menyampaikan ide produknya kepada stakeholder sehingga dapat melakukan ekspor dan peluang bisnis lainnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dimana yang menjadi objeknya adalah UKM kreatif Hailcake. Tujuan penelitian 1), untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran melalui ICT yang telah dilakukan Hailcake. 2) Apakah ICT berperan dalam meningkatkan penjualan Hailcake. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hailcake melaksanakan semua aktivitas produksi dan  promosi di rumah sambil tetap dapat mengerjakan aktifitas sebagai ibu rumah tangga di rumah. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Hailcake adalah memanfaatkan ICT dengan membuat jejaring sosial seperti Facebook dan Twitter tetapi belum maksimal memanfaatkan blog. ICT berperan positif dalam memperluas pemasaranya. Informasi dari mulut ke mulut turut membantu distribusi produk Hailcake.

Abstract

Pengaruh Relationship Marketing terhadap Loyalitas  Pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Padang, Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Speedy PT. Telkom yang berada di kota Padang dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Customer Service Program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar. 2) Loyalty Program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar. 3) Community Building berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Speedy PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Tbk Kandatel Sumbar.

Abstract

This research background overshadow by challenge faced by Yakult Indonesia, In where Indonesian people generally not yet accustomed to drink prebiotic drink, while other Asian have accustomed to drink prebiotic drink. Therefore, Producer of Yakult try to grow the habit to consume of Yakult and to give motivate by using marketing stimulus (Marketing Mix) to the consumer. This research aim to analyze: 1) Which marketing mix variable (product, price, distribution or promotion) what most is influencing the purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 2) Toward impact of product to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 3) Toward impact of price to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 4) Toward impact of promotion to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. 5) Toward impact of distribution to purchasing motivation of Yakult product by consumer in Padang City. Type of this research is causative research. As the result variable of product and variable of price do not significant influence purchasing motivation, variable of promotion and variable of distribution owning influence to purchasing motivation of consumer at  Yakult product  in  Padang City. Suggestion to company, promotion and distribution need remain to be improved to utilize to maintain and draw many consumers. Company also have to strengthen product utilize creator motivate purchasing to consumer. And also pricing has to carefully.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of profitability (2) market rate, (3) the rate of inflation on stock prices in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study considered the causative research. Types of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded (1) profitability has positive and significant impact on the stock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange (2) the ratio of the market has positive and significant impact on the stock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange (3) the negative effect of inflation and no significant effect on the stock price at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Capital Expenditure, capital structure and profitability to firm value (Price to Book Value) on Manufacturer company which listed on Indonesian stock exchange. This research include to causative research. Research sample was chosen by purposive sampling method and research period in 2006 untill 2009, so the sample of this research is 106 companies. The kind of data is secondary data from www.idx.co.id. Analysis method is double linear regression. Hyphotesis test use t statistic test. The result of this research shows that Capital Expenditure (Ln Capital Expenditure Ratio) and Profitability (Ln ROE) that impact to firm value (Ln Price to Book Value). Meanwhile, capital structure (Ln LTDER) can not influence firm value (Ln Price to Book Value).

Abstract

This research was aimed at analyzing: (1) the effect of organizational culture on the work satisfaction, (2) the effect of Locus of Control on the work satisfaction, and (3) the effect of leadership on the work satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Guguk Mas Makmur Kabupaten Lima Puluh kota. The population of the research was all employees working at PT. BPR Guguk Mas Makmur that consisted of 30 fellows. The sample was chosen by using total sampling technique. The data gotten from the sample was analyzed by using  descriptive and causative analyses assisted with SPSS version 15.00. The result of the research showed that; (1) organizational culture had a significant effect on the work satisfaction in which the level of significance was 0.048 (0.048<0.05), (2) Locus of Control did not affect the work satisfaction significantly in which the level of significance was 0.596 (0.596>0.05), and (3) leadership had a significant effect on the work satisfaction in which the level of significance was 0.001. Based on the result of the research, it was suggested to the company to concern on the employee’s condition that they can work well and purposeful. In addition, creating conducive work atmosphere and harmonic relationship among the employees in order to raise the employees work satisfaction should also be taken into account.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the impact of product differentiation and price towards intention to buy on Fixie bike in Padang. The populations in this study are all the people of Padang who were aged 15-24 years which have known Fixie bike but have never had a Fixie. The sample of 100 respondents which used the sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling method. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to the respondents, while secondary data is data associated with the object of the research presented by the other party. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypotheses were tested by t test at α = 0.05. The results showed that the product differentiation significantly influence intention to buy on Fixie bikes in Padang as evidenced by the results of the t test of 4.147 is greater than t table (1.98472) or with sig 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, prices have a significant effect towards intention to buy on Fixie bikes in Padang as evidenced by the results of the t test of 3.441 is greater than t table (1.98472) or with sig 0.001 <0.05. Obtained R-square value of 0.374, which means that the dependent variable is explained by the independent variables at 37.4% while the remaining 62.6% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The aim of this study are to determine : (1) the effect of trust on customer loyalty of  PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat branch of  Bukittinggi, and (2) the effect ot switching cost on customer loyalty of  PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat branch of Bukittinggi. This research is a causative research, which is describe about the relationship between trust, switching cost and customer loyalty of PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat branch of Bukittinggi, the population of the study was the customer who have used the services of freight on PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat branch of  Bukittinggi, while the sample in this study was 200 (two hundred) of respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of  study  show that: (1) the trust have significant positive influence toward customer loyalty freight services on PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat branch of  Bukittinggi, and (2) switching cost significant positive influence toward customer loyalty freight services on PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat branch of Bukittinggi.
