Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kompetensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam mewujudkan lembaga yang unggul. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan kontribusi kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru dalam membangun lembaga madrasah yang memiliki keunggulan. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari pemikiran bahwa keunggulan madrasah dapat diwujudkan dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realitas kompetensi dan kinerja guru pada madrasah tsanawiyah As- Sa’adah, madrasah tsanawiyah Al- Irfan dan madrasah tsanawiyah Ma’arif di kabupaten Sumedang telah menggambarkan kompetensi guru yang baik kompetensi guru telah memberikan kontribusi yang penting bagi peningkatan kinerja guru pada madrasah, faktor pendukung kompetensi dan kinerja guru adalah kepemimpinan yang responsif, fasilitas yang memadai, motivasi dari guru yang tinggi. Faktor penghambat kompetensi dan kinerja guru adalah sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang, kesejahteraan yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, Hasil kompetensi dan kinerja guru pada ketiga madrasah wujud dalam bentuk keunggulan dalam berbagai prestasi perlombaan yang diraih dan nilai akreditasi yang diperoleh A

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of HTML 5-based mobile learning in improving student learning outcomes in Thaharah material PAI subjects; student responses to the application of HTML 5-based mobile learning on Thaharah material PAI subjects; and the application of HTML 5-based mobile learning that has a significant effect on learning outcomes in Thaharah material PAI subjects. The research method used is Pre-Experimental in the form of one group time series design. The study was conducted at the Biology Education Study Program of IPI Garut and the sample used was 1 grade 1 semester 1 year 2018/2019 student. This design uses only one group, namely the experimental group without the control group. Before being given treatment, the experimental group was first given prestige, then given treatment with the application of HTML 5-based mobile learning and after that was given a post. The results of this study can be concluded that the application of HTML 5-based mobile learning can improve student learning outcomes in PAH subjects Thaharah; Student responses strongly agree with the implementation of HTML 5-based mobile learning on Thaharah PAI subjects, and the application of HTML 5-based mobile learning that has a significant effect on learning outcomes in Thaharah material PAI subjects.

Abstract

Pembelajaran atau perkuliahan harus sesuai dengan tujuan perkuliahan yang diharapkan berdasarkan indikator materi kuliah. Agar materi kuliah ditopang dengan data yang valid, up to date dan rasional perkuliahan berbasis riset menjadi solusinya. Aktivitas berpikir mahasiswa harus senantiasa didorong atau diberikan stimulus agar aktivitas perkuliahan lebih bermakna. Ketika strategi yang diberikan bermakna akan terjadi respon yang baik semua aktivitas berpikir mahasiswa harus bermakna membangun kerangka berpikirnya, misalnya kegiatan diskusi kelompok tidak hanya memaparkan ide atau gagasan tetapi membangun komunikasi aktif antar mahasiswa sehingga lahirnya pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang inti dari tema yang dibahas. Pembelajaran berbasis riset berdasarkan hasil kajian data di lapangan atau studi literatur yang menjadi referensi penelitian, dan sudah seharusnya hasil penelitian dapat bermanfaat dan menjadi sumber yang valid untuk perkuliahan, karena riset dilaksanakan berdasarkan renstra perguruan tinggi yang ditetapkan. Pembelajaran berbasis riset yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran disertai dengan  riset dan menggunakan hasil riset dalam pembelajaran. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 59,46 % mahasiswa kesulitan mencari masalah penelitian sehingga 89,19 % mahasiswa menginginkan adanya tambahan mata kuliah tentang penelitian.

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone dan tren implementasi Mobile assisted Language learning banyak diteliti dan di publikasi di beberapa jurnal. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi bagaimana smart phone digunakan untuk mengakses kamus monolingual bahasa Inggris/ EMD dan  memfasilitasi pembelajaran bahasa. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa bisa menggunakan smartphone untuk mengakses EMD dan menggunakan smartphone untuk mendukung proses belajar bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pendekatan bermain dan metode pendekatan konvensional tehadap partisipasi belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa adaptif tuna grahita ringan di SLB bagian C Kabupaten Cirebon. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, digunakan metode eksperimen (pretest and posttes control group desain) dengan teknik observasi. Pengamatan dilakukan oleh 3 orang observer yang bersama mengamati kejadian di lapangan. Data hasil observasi selanjutnya dianalisis secara sederhana melalui analisis statistik. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada kelompok eksperimen tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi belajar pendidikan jasmani dalam pendekatan bermain pada hasil analisis data kelompok kontrol menunjukan tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi belajar pendidikan jasmani dalam pendekatan bermain, ketika dua kelompok dibandingkan menunjukan adanya pengaruh metode pendekatan bermain yang lebih baik terhadap partisipasi belajar pendidikan jasmani. Kata kunci: metode bermain; metode konvensional; partisipasi

Abstract

Home Schooling Group Generasi Pemimpin Cemerlang Bandung is a school that gave rise to a new learning method, the talqiyan fikriyan method. This study aims to determine the talqiyan fikriyan method in Islamic thaqofah subjects; implementation of talqiyan fikriyan method in Islamic thaqofah subjects. The research method used is qualitative research with the type of field research. In collecting the data using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews (principals and Islamic thaqofah subject teachers) coupled with the practice of Islamic thaqofah lessons from students at school. From the research results obtained, it was concluded that the talqiyan fikriyan method is a learning method that seeks to build students' thinking abilities in sensing what the teacher teaches directly towards the creed and practice; in the learning evaluation process, the teacher measures the level of student success in understanding the material, namely the oral test and the performance test).

Abstract

Research on “living Al-Qur'an and hadith” seems to experience rapid development based on the spirit of integration of science between Islamic science and general science. This study aims to discuss the main aspects in the development of the study “living Al-Qur'an and hadith.” This research is qualitative in nature using the literature study method and content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the main aspects of the study “living Al-Qur'an and hadith” include the theoretical foundation, research methodology, and analysis. As a discussion of this research is that various variants in the conduct of research has produced a variety of research models “living Al-Qur'an and hadith.” These models are treasures of knowledge in the development of research “living Al-Qur'an and hadith” in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Consumer Price Index is an important indicator of the financial market. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an index number that describes changes in prices of goods and services consumed by the public in general for a certain period with a predetermined time period. National expenditure according to CPI is divided into four sub-groups, namely the first general sub-group, the second sub-group of foodstuffs the third sub-group of processed foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco and fourth sub-group housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel development CPI 2018, every month from January to December tends to increase. Changes in CPI can describe the rate of increase (inflation) or the rate of decline (deflation) of goods or services. CPI can be regarded as a very important economic indicator and is used to represent changes in the average retail price level at the consumer level for a number of certain types of goods and services. The rise in the CPI can lead to an increase in interest rates, increase in money supply growth, increase the attractiveness of currencies, and increase inflation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management of financing management in Islamic boarding school students Ma’had Lughowy. The focus of this investigation is to reveal where Ma'had Lughowy's funding sources are, how Ma'had Lughowy's funding allocations are and how student-based boarding schools carry out their activities. The method used in this research is the cost-benefit analysis (CBA) method presented by descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of the investigation show that there is still a management of financing that is not in accordance with the concept of management in general in Ma'had Lughowy. (2) in its implementation, ma'had needs an average operational cost budget of Rp. 10,000,000.00 to Rp. 15,000,000.00 every month and to meet the needs of students who are quite a lot of managers using a strategy of 100% of the income of 20% saved for savings funds and another 80% is managed for a budget for one year. (3) Ma'had Lughawy still has an existence up to now due to several factors, among others, because ma'had has become a necessity for students, as a means that is intentionally formed to equalize students' academic abilities, to be a solution for housing choices with a good environment for students and as one of the graduation requirements. Therefore it is necessary to have a good strategy in managing the sources and allocation of funds in accordance with the management concepts that exist in student boarding schools.
