Abstract

Dengan melihat kepentingan terhadap pemaknaan Alquran yang tepat dan sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan pemberi wahyu agar Alquran dapat dipahami oleh manusia, dalam hal ini pemaknaan yang tepat terhadap kata Ahzāb  dalam Alquran, maka menjadi sangat urgen untuk meneliti secara keseluruhan kata-kata yang berbicara tentang Ahzāb  agar memperoleh makna ahzāb  secara utuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis komponen semantik dan analisis kombinasi semantik ahzāb. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep kata ahzāb  dalam Alquran berdasarkan tinjauan semantik. Dalam penelitian ini, kata ahzāb  dianalisis berdasarkan teori semantik, baik dari segi kontekstual maupun makna-maknanya dengan menginventarisir derivasinya dalam Alquran. Kata ahzāb  dalam Alquran diulang sebanyak 17 kali dalam 13 surat dalam berbagai bentuk gramatikalnya. Kata ahzāb  jika dilihat dari penggunaanya dalam Alquran dengan bentuk dan gramatikal yang bervariasi, ini memunculkan makna kata yang berbeda pula, sehingga menyebabkan adanya tendensi makna yang beragam. Diantara makna Ahzāb  dan derivasinya dalam Alquran adalah: Ahzāb dengan pengertian golongan yang ekslusif, ahzāb  dengan pengertian golongan yang bersekutu, ahzāb  dengan pengertian golongan yang berserikat, Ahzāb  dengan pengertian sekutu, ahzāb  dengan pengertian pengikut agama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja hak dan kewajiban seorang wali dalam mengelola harta anak yatim.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi hadits. Metode ini digunakan untuk menguraikan hasil pengumpulan data secara jelas dan sistematis mengenai hadits yang relevan dengan pembahasan atau masalah penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seorang wali harus malakukan kewajibannya, antara lain; Menahan diri dari memakan harta anak yatim, dan barangsiapa yang miskin maka ia boleh makan harta itu menurut yang wajar. Seorang wali tidak boleh memiliki niat untuk menguasai harta anak yatim. Mengurus urusan harta anak yatim secara patut adalah baik, jika mengurus harta anak yatim untuk hal-hal yang tidak baik (dzalim) adalah tidak boleh. Boleh menggunakan harta anak yatim dengan tujuan yang lebih bermanfaat, bukan untuk menghabiskan hartanya. Memakan harta anak yatim secara dzalim adalah termasuk dari tujuh perkara yang dapat membinasakan manusia. Adapun hak bagi seorang wali anak yatim adalah pertama, diperbolehkan mengambil atau memakan harta anak yang ada dalam perwaliannya, dengan catatan bahwa wali adalah golongan fakir miskin. Kedua, wali berhak mengelola harta anak yatim dengan tujuan yang baik; bukan atas dasar ingin menguasai atau memakan harta anak yatim secara dzalim.

Abstract

Besides relying on medical equipment and chemical drugs, at this time the care of patients in the hospital began to use a spiritual care approach. This is do as to increase the motivation for healing and a sense of acceptance the disease that is being suffered. The research was conducted with the aim to explain the meaning of rido from several professional spiritual advisors and explain the strategies used by spiritual advisors to build rido attitude to their patients. The approach in this study is qualitative and the method used is descriptive, by analyzing the social, psychological and phenomena that occur in the field. The results of this study are: (1) According to binroh, rido is the attitude of accepting a patient, for an examination in the form of an illness which he suffers with patience and perseverance, always endeavors to take medication and try to get closer to Allah swt. by worshiping and surrendering his healing to Allah swt. Rido is very closely related to ignorance. To reach the level of rido, a servant must believe and be pious. Thus, the patient is guided first to uphold the pillars of faith, then guided to worship. If faith and piety have grown, rido will be achieved in every situation. (2) The binroh strategy of RSUD Al-Ihsan in growing the patients rido attitude is that the binroh gives an example to the patient how to accept with a sincere heart. Furthermore, the binroh guides patients to carry out programs that can later foster a rido attitude. Both the daily, monthly and even annual programs that have been created by binroh. The binroh strategy of RS Muhamadiyah Hospital is to meet face to face, conduct counseling, tell the problem being faced. The binroh also teaches the obligatory worship services, pray and surrender to Allah swt. and providing therapies in the form of relaxation, motivating and telling the story of the prophet for patients who are still children.

Abstract

On the one hand, in the environment of the Pesantren salaf community, a kind of environment and tradition is formed which shows its unique, even unique characteristics, which are only understood by the community. Gus Dur, in this case, stated that the Pesantren salaf community is a community that has its own subcultural in the middle of society with the complexity of the problems in it. But on the other hand, there is a very rapid development of science and technology, so it demands pesantren salaf to make changes to adjust to the times, both in terms of the education system, the boarding school environment, institutions, leadership patterns, and others. Therefore, the study contained in the title "Pesantren Salaf: Social Change and Sublimation of Identity (Pesantren Model in West Java)", is very important to be carried out.The purpose of this study is none other than to find the concept of changes that occur in Pesantren salaf in West Java. For more details, they are: 1) uncovering the factors that drive changes in pesantren in West Java; 2) reveal pesantren's efforts in facing the challenges of the times, and 3) find forms of changes that occur in the Pesantren salaf in West Java.This research departs from a thought that social change will occur due to four things. First, Evolution. This theory states that humans as part of a cultured society will naturally develop gradually from simple forms to complex and perfect stages. Second, Conflict. This theory strongly believes that change will only occur if there is conflict. Third. Functional Theory. Social change occurs because of the disharmony between cultural elements. Fourth, Cycle Theory. Social change by itself will occur and cannot be controlled.The method used in this research is descriptive. In the process, the data is collected and compiled. After the data is collected and arranged in such a way, the authors analyze it and provide interpretation, with a qualitative approach. So that it is expected to be able to uncover the realities of the Pesantren salaf which are changing in the community.The results of the study stated that the Pesantren salaf can adapt well to social change by bringing up certain identities. This shift in identity needs to be examined and studied through the theory of action put forward by Max Weber. First, zweckrational. This theory is known as rational-purpose. In doing something always with a good and accurate calculation. Second, wertrational or rational-values. The involvement of the subject is directly involved in matters of absolute importance. The four traditionalists. This theory of action rests on established and established customs or traditions. Traditionalist theories respect existing authority.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an menyebut kata cinta (ḥubb) dan derivasinya sebanyak 83 kali. Cinta itu sendiri diungkap dalam bahasa Arab dengan tiga kelompok karakteristik, yaitu apresiatif (ta´ẓīm), penuh perhatian (ihtimāman), dan cinta (maḥabbah). Penelitian ini berujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang sketsa cinta (maḥabbah) yang digagas oleh Syekh ‘Abdul Qadir al-Jailani dalam Tafsir al-Jailani agar mendapatkan nilai positif dari ajarannya tersebut. Penelitian ini disusun berlandaskan atas tiga teori pokok. Pertama, teori tentang cinta menurut tokoh-tokoh Islam. Kedua, teori tentang metodologi tafsir (sumber metode dan corak). Ketiga, teori tafsir tematik yang sifatnya ketokohan (tafsir) dengan mengambil satu tema pokok yaitu cinta (maḥabbah). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Yaitu pendeskripsian secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta, sifat, serta hubungan antar fenomena yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa yang dimaksud dengan sketsa cinta (maḥabbah) yang digagas oleh Syekh ‘Abdul Qadir al-Jailani dalm Tafsir al-Jailani merupakan cinta, kasih dan sayang Allah yang Ia karuniakan kepada hamba-hamba-Nya yang dikehendaaki-Nya. Mereka orang-orang beriman (mukmin) yang kadar kecintaannya kepada Allah sangatlah besar melebihi dari segalanya (asyaddu ḥubbān lillāh), seperti mereka memberikan harta yang dicintainya di jalan Allah, bertakwa kepada Allah dan mengikuti ajaran Rasulullah, mereka yang berbuat baik, adil, sabar, bertawakal, bertobat dan menyucikan diri, serta mereka yang berjihad di jalan Allah. Hal-hal itulah yang dijadikan mereka (mukmin) sebagai bentuk cintanya kepada Allah. Dan merekalah (mukmin) yang berhak mendapat karunia terindah dari-Nya yaitu cinta (maḥabbatullāh). Sedangkan mereka yang lebih mengedepankan cintanya kepada selain Allah, mereka yang kafir, kufur nikmat, berbuat kerusakkan di muka bumi, sombong, membanggakan diri, berlebih-lebihan, melampaui batas, berkata buruk, berkhianat, serta berbuat kedzaliman, ialah mereka yang tertutup dari mendapatkan cinta-Nya.

Abstract

Inti ajaran yang dikembangkan dalam tarekat selalu berlandaskan Alquran meskipun harus melalui proses penafsiran yang dipaksakan seperti dalam ajaran zikir. Ada tiga jenis orang yang berzikir, yaitu:  Orang yang berzikir kepada Allah dengan lisannya sedang hatinya lalai; Orang yang lain berzikir kepada-Nya dengan lisan disertai dengan hadirnya hati;dan yang ketiga adalah orang yang berzikir kepada Allah dengan hatinya  sedangkan lisannya tidak mengucapkan apa pun. Diantara ayat al-Qur ’an yang dijadikan landasan zikir dalam ajaran tarekat adalah: QS 33:4142, QS. 3:191, QS.29:45, QS 2:152, QS 59:19, QS 43: 36, dan QS 58:19.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the implementation of gender equality in Indonesia. The research method is a qualitative type through literature study by applying content analysis. This research discusses the meaning, gender equality of Alquran perspective, and implementation in Indonesia. This research concludes that in the fields of education, law, family and government policies, gender equality gas been implemented. However, the issue of gender equality has not yet become mainstream so that it affecs the case of divorce in Indonesia. This research is only limited to the implementation of gender equality in Indonesia in several fields or sectors so that further research is needed in other fields. This research recommends the socialization of the concept of gender equality in the framework of Alquran to both men and women so that people get a complate understanding and create harmony.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept of hadith about public health. This research is a qualitative type that applies literature study to interpret the hadith (hadith text) by using the sharah hadith approach method. The results and discussion of this study include a general view of health, an explanation of public health hadiths, and the concept of hadith about public health. This research concludes that there are many things taught by the Prophet about health through his hadiths. The hadiths listed provide an overview of how the behavior and efforts to cure disease sufferers, especially the community.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the interpretation of verses about deliberation in Islamic studies using sociological analysis. This research method uses a type of qualitative through the library research, which is a search for scientific knowledge from past and present scholars, using the thematic interpretation method, which is a process of collecting verses related to the theme of deliberation in the Al-Qur’an. As for sosiological analysis is used to study the sosial structure that occurs in society. The results and discussion of this study show that that the interpretation of deliberation in (Q.S Al-Baqarah (2) : 233, Q.S Ali Imran (3) : 159, and Q.S Asy-Syura (42) : 38) has a variety of interpretations. This is in accordance with the variety of words used, also based on the social consitions at the time the verses were revealed. This research concludes that in these three verses, Allah SWT. provide an affirmation, either spesific or general. Such as public affairs in the election of leaders, making plans and policies, as well as the appointment of state officials. If all of this carried out through a deliberation process, it will bring benefits to the people to bring embed, solidarity, and tolerance among others.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the spirit of creativity in the pandemic period from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Azhar and An-Nuur. The method used in this paper is a type of qualitative research through literature study using content analysis. The results and discussion of this paper include the spirit of creativity in the pandemic period in the Qur'an as well as the perspectives of Al-Azhar and An-Nuur interpretations. This paper concludes that creativity is the key to surviving a pandemic. As one of the foundations is QS Al-Baqarah (2) at the end of verse 219 and the beginning of verse 220. The wisdom from the interpretation of Hamka and Hasbie Ash-Shiddiqie shows this verse to the spirit of creativity in any condition, especially during a pandemic. So that it can still be of worship value and have an impact on the benefit of others and together.
