Abstract

Masyarakat yang kurang mampu acap kali sulit untuk mulai mengembangkan usaha yang akan digeluti yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan taraf perekonomian mereka, dikarenakan terbatasnya modal usaha yang dimiliki. Bank di Indonesia seringkali memilih lebih untuk meminjamkan modalnya kepada masyarakat menengah ke atas ketimbang menengah ke bawah. Karena itulah tidak sedikit masyarakat kurang mampu terjerat dalam hutang rentenir. Koperasi dianggap sesuai dengan masyarakat Indonesia khususnya masyarakat kurang mampu, dikarenakan memiliki cara ganda yaitu memiliki unsur ekonomi dan unsur sosial, sehingga tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan perekonomian tetapi juga memperhatikan unsur perkembangan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana peran, hasil bagi nasabah serta hambatan koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dibidang pertanian melalui pinjaman Modal usaha. Melalui wawancara dan observasi dapat diketahui bahwa tahapan yang dilakukan cukup sesuai dengan tujuan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi okumentasi. Dalam mewawancarai narasumber, penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling di desa Huta Nauli. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Gapktan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dibidang pertanian, mereka mendapat bantuan modal untuk mengembangkan usaha, bahkan hasil dari keuntungan yang didapat dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan mengembangkan pertanian mereka.Dengan hasil ini diharapkan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Education is something that must be done by an organization or institution in developing its human resources in supporting the implementation of good training in improving work understanding for each employee. The training is a learning phase which is used to give understanding to every worker in understanding the good work system in the organization. Training is very important to develop an understanding of each HR. The quality of work is the result to be obtained from the performance results of each HR. In this case education and training are ways of developing human resources in aligning the growth of the human resources of an organization. The research objectives are to: 1) Determine the effect of education on improving the work quality of Medan MDC PPA employees, 2) Know the effect of training on improving the work quality of Medan MDC PPA employees and determine the effect of education and training on improving the work quality of Medan MDC PPA employees by sampling techniques in total sampling so the number of samples was 62 people Research conclusions are: Education has a significant effect on improving the quality of work of employees and is a dominant variable influencing the improvement of the quality of work of PPA MDC Medan employees, Training has a significant effect on improving the quality of work of PPA MDC Medan employees, education and training simultaneously have a significant effect on improving the quality of employee work PPA MDC Medan, Adjusted R Square value of 0.725 or 72.50%, meaning that the research variables in the form of Research and Training contribute or explain in improving the work quality of employees of PPA MDC Medan by 72.50% while the remaining 27.50% is influenced by other factors beyond research..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Effect of Price and Quality of Products on purchasing decisions at PT Honda motorcycles. Rotella Mandiri Persada Lubukpakam ". The sample used in this study is that consumers PT. Rotella Lubukpakam Mandiri Persada. The number of samples is calculated using the theory suparmono and hariyanto then didapatlah total sample of 80 people. The results showed that the independent variables, namely haraga (X1) a negative effect on purchasing decisions motorcycle Honda (Y) it can be seen from the t-test value of -0.420 with a significance value of 0.675 is greater than 0.05 and product quality (X2) has positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Honda motorcycles. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi dalam kualitas pelayanan yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan kepedulian berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT POS Indonesia (PERSERO) Kontor POS Lubuk Pakam dan menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada PT POS Indonesia (PERSERO) Kontor Pos Lubuk Pakam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang menggunakan PT POS Indonesia Lubuk Pakam. Jadi berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan tabel dapat diketahui bahwa responden terbanyak adalah pria yaitu sebanyak 63 orang (63%), sedangkan responden wanita sebanyak 37 orang atau (37%). Untuk menentukan ukuran sampel penelitian dari populasi tersebut dapat digunakan rumus variabel bebas. Semua indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai nilai korelasi yang lebih besar dari 0,197. Dari hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator tersebut adalah valid. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari banyaknya tanggapan kepuasan yang tinggi dari responden terhadap kondisi dari masing-masing variabel penelitian. Dari hasil tersebut selanjutnya diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dalam kelima dimensinya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Determine the marketing strategy of Hisana Fried Chicken's fast food business through a SWOT analysis. In Determining the marketing strategy it is Necessary to know the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses or SAP analysis, external factors of opportunities and threats or ETOP analysis. The design used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were branch heads, employees and consumers. Sample of this research is branches, employees and consumers at Hisana Fried Chicken outlet, Panglima Denai. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research instrument was Carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of the Data used is by reductio of data, the data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

Abstract

PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (CMSS) is a subsidiary of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana (CSA) which is engaged in the distribution of building materials - giving birth to the concept of building material shopping under one roof in Indonesia under the name Mitra10. As an anticipation step towards the era of globalization and the free market of AFTA in 2003, where all Asian countries can do business freely in member countries such as in their own countries, then entering the retail business is felt important to strengthen networks, survive, and develop even more rapidly. So that researchers are interested in examining the incentives and performance satisfaction of work loyalty at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa Medan. So we get a few conclusions from this study. The incentive variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa Medan. This is seen through the t-incentive value of 3.714 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and also has a significant t level of 0.001 smaller than alpha 0.05. So the alternative hypothesis related to the variable is accepted. The performance satisfaction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa Medan. This is seen through the t-incentive value of 3.222 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and also has a significant level of t of 0.003 smaller than alpha 0.05. So the alternative hypothesis related to the variable is accepted. The incentive and performance satisfaction variables jointly influence work loyalty at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa Medan. This can be seen through the value of F-count = 16.126 and the significance (p-value) = 0.000, it can be concluded that the F-count (16.126) is greater than the F-table (2.95) and the p-value (0.001) is smaller than sig-α = (0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance.This research is a quantitative study with an associative method. The analysis method uses the questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Rottela Persada Mandiri Perbaungan, amounting to 55 people. The statistical tests used are the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients and the coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of PT. Strong goals and desires are one of the meanings of commitment. These words are always demanded of individuals who are undergoing a relationship between individuals and agencies or organizations. Commitment is characterized by a form of positive loyalty, active in the work. Where these individuals are willing to give everything in order to realize the goals and continuity of the organization. When we commit ourselves in the heart, then every job carried out becomes lighter. Energy, totality, compactness and confidence to achieve a goal of mutual success will be created by itself. Commitment is a complete acknowledgment, as an attitude that originates in one's character. Abstract

Salah satu aset dari perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan sarana dan prasarana air bersih yang berkualitas yaitu Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) secara umum PDAM mempunyai misi yang tidak sama dengan perusahaan lain. Hal ini di sebabkan karena sebagai perusahaan daerah PDAM tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan (propit) semata namun para pimpinan dan pegawai PDAM juga harus mampu memberikan produktifitas kerja yang baik bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada uji determinasi, nilai koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,629. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel penempatan (X1) dan pengalaman (X2) menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel variabel produktifitas kerja (Y) pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan sebesar 62,9%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,1% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji t, diperoleh bahwa menolak Ho dan menerima H1 untuk variabel penempatan (X1) dan pengalaman (X2). Dengan demikian, secara parsial penempatan dan pengalaman berpengaruh positif dengan tingkat pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja pada PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan. Berdasarkan Hasil Uji F, diperoleh hasil persyaratan uji pengaruh dimana jika F hitung> F tabel yaitu 31,269>3,32, maka Ho ditolak dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas penempatan dan pengalaman memiliki pengaruh secara serempak dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat produktifitas kerja.
