Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

This article aims to describe and explain about the reviews of Dance Choreography Ngayun Nuci in Semurup Sub Regency of Kerinci Hagat Water Jambi province. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive methods. The object of research is the dance Nuci Ngayun. Instrument in this study is the researchers themselves and assisted by mobile phone camera, voice recorder, and stationery. Types of data using primary data and secondary data. Engineering data collection done by the study of librarianship, observation, interviews, and documentation. Technique of data analysis by collecting data, selecting data that is considered important, compiling data that has already been selected, analyzed data with interpretation techniques. The results of this research show that dance Ngayun Nuci is a dance creation which is the development of a tradition of Nuci Ngayun dance serves as the entertainment and aims to preserve traditional arts in Semurup. Dance Dance-shaped Nuci Ngayun group that developed the science of dance composition by koreografernya. Nuci Ngayun dance Creations rendered with planning the choreography for pementasannya. And also this dance movement is fixed at typical dance tradition.

This article aims to describe and illustrate about the existence of the art Dance Studio fire in Bungo Puti Mandugo Payakumbuh Barat Sub-district waves of Payakumbuh. This research was conducted with qualitative, descriptive methods. The main research instrument is the researcher himself, and assisted with the supporting instruments such as stationery and photo cameras. The data type is primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection is done with the carastudi library, observation, interview and documentation. Steps in analyzing data with the stages of data collection, i.e. selecting, presenting and analyzing data. The results showed that the Dance community on Fire Bungo Puti Ibuh serves as the fulfillment of the needs of the instinct will be beauty. Dance Puti Bungo Api serves as entertainment for the community and displayed at the event helat nagari, a wedding, a race-race and festival. Seen from the creation of dance Puti Bungo fire in 1975 used to welcome President Soeharto. In 1977-2009 there is no appearance but there is still activity exercises. In dance 2010-2016 Puti Bungo Fire began to be noticed by the community so popular in it to be displayed in the event helat nagari, marriage and race. But until now the dance 2017-2018 Puti Bungo Fire rarely shown, but it was still taught in the workshop of Mandugo waves.

This article aimed to find out and describe the factors that caused students' low interest in the process of learning dance at SMPN 1 Payakumbuh. The type of this research was qualitative research using descriptive methods. The main instrument of research was the researcher herself and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationeries and camera. The types of data were primary and secondary data. Thetechniques of data collectionwere done by library research, direct observation in the field, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed through these steps, namely 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation and 3) data verification or data inference. The results of the study showed that the factors that caused students' low interest in learning dance were internal (from students) and external (from the teacher) factors. Internal factors were seen from 2 indicators, namely desire and discipline. The results of observations from meetings 1 to 4 showed that many students did not respond to the questions asked by the teacher. It was also supported by interview data, they did not like the learning of dance because it needed a lot of time to practice. Meanwhile, external factors included teachers, methods, media, teacher attitudes, and infrastructures. Teacher's external factors included the attitude, method and the media.The teacher's attitude that was less assertive influencing many students to behave indifferently in learning, such as making noise, disturbing friends, so that the class became less conducive. The use of various methods had not been able to help achieving the learning goals. This could be observed in the low interest to learn. Each teacher asked questions, but studentsanswered them rarely. The media used had not supported students to absorb the knowledge and skills. Factors of facilities had not supported learning activities. Thus the factors causing students’ low interest in learning dance were internal factors and external factors.

This article aims to describe the implementation of the training activities of self development in Deaf children dance on the SLB Discourse Compassion desert. This research is classified in qualitative research that uses descriptive approach. Instrument in this study is the researchers themselves by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, documentation and study of the literature. The results showed that students can transmit an interest and talent in the art of dance in self development SLB Discourse Compassion desert. In the execution of training activities of self development in SLB Discourse Compassion field, teachers implement the method of demonstration, imitation method, manual methods or gestures. The main obstacle factors for Deaf students i.e. There is on the sense of hearing, but did not close the possibility for deaf children get his rights in education like other normal children. To develop the potential of deaf children much needed role of parents, families, teachers and the school of structural aid in the goal of self development close to the art of dance in the SLB Discourse Compassion desert.

The research aims to describe the Management of the performing arts in the workshop of Puti Limo Jurai Bukittinggi. Type of this research is descriptive research using qualitative methods. The main instrument in this study is the researchers themselves and supporting instruments such as assisted with writing instruments and cameras. The type of the data in the research is the primary data and secondary data. Engineering data collection done by the study of librarianship, observation/observation, interview and documentation. Technique of data analysis performed with the measures include: the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, conclusions and make a report. The results showed that Sangar Puti Limo Jurai still retain cultural values in the performing arts. As an organization that is engaged in the arts with a democratic system, where all the decisions taken based on the results of the mutual agreement. All the process is carried out by management as good as possible. System performance or the workings of the organization performing arts at Sanggar Puti Limo Jurai belongs to the semi professional performing arts organizations because the Sanggar Puti Limo has been working with the Kings ' management approach, both in terms of function or process. In terms of personal profession, and the members of the Sanggar Puti Limo Emblem also has a profession other than the workers of art. But in terms of their ethics remain subject to rules that have been set.

Research using descriptive methods. The research instrument was the researchers herself and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationeries, photo camera and DSLR camera. The types of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing This article aimed to find out the Role of Pagar Pengantin Dance in the Environment of the Bayung Lincir District. The type of this research was qualitative the data, there were several stages, namely, data reduction and data presentation. The results showed that the Pagar Pengantin dance in the Bayung Lencir district was only performed at weddings. Pagar Pengantin dance performed at weddings had a role as a release of single age. As related to the appearance of, the bride must join in as a dancer and dance with four bride fence dancers. This dance must be pulled in front of the aisle seat because this dance must be witnessed by the groom who aimed to protect the dancing bride. Married brides are no longer permitted to dance except with permission from their husbands because the symbols from the trays used by the bride's stand are likened to houses where married women have restrictions. Pagar Pengantin Dance is a dance that means separation between the bride and her family to form a new family, and this dance also symbolizes the meaning of the union of two different families into one.

This article aimed to describe the form of Dampeng Dance Presentation at a Traditional Wedding Ceremony in the Sub-District of Subulussalam Longkib, Aceh Singkil, by revealing the form and sequence of Dampeng dance at the Traditional Wedding Ceremony. The type of this research was qualitative using descriptive methods. The object of this research was the Form of Dampeng Dance Persentation at a Marriage Ceremony in the Sub-District of Longkit, Aceh Singkil. The types of data in this study were primary data and secondary data, with research instruments namely the researcher herself. Since the research was a library research, the techniques of data collection were observation, interviews and documentation. After collecting the data, the data was analyzed accurately and selected according to the needs and its relation to the issues discussed. The results showed that Dampeng dance was a traditional dance that grew and developed in the Longkib Subdistrict, Subulussalam. The form of Dampeng dance was a combination of the imitation of an eagle that is spinning overhead. The form of presentation of the Dampeng dance at this ceremony was a symbolic form, because it was a part of the conclusions in enlivening the wedding ceremony. Dampeng dance is a symbol of wedding ceremony and describes cooperation in social community. Besides a movement, Dampeng dance also conveys messages to the listener about the meaning of life, kindness, politeness, advice and caring for each other.

This research was a descriptive study, using a qualitative method approach. The main instrument in this study was the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and tape recorders. The results of the research showed that, in the practicing process of talempong creation at Saandiko Studio, the trainer was very good at providing the Implementation of Talempong Creation Playing Skills at Saandiko Studio. It also proved that the trainer succeeded in providing training to studio members by using several methods, namely by applying the lecture, demonstration and drill method, so the trainer's aim to develop the skills of the studio members produced excellent talent in playing talempong creation

This article aimed to explain and describe about the students’ improvement in dance learning outcomes using audiovisual media in class VIII. 6 SMP Negeri 15 Padang. type of this research was classroom action research which was conducted as much as 2 cycles. The subjects of the research were the students in grade VIII. 6 SMP Negeri 15 Padang which amounted to 32 people. The data were collected by using observation sheets, the results of the knowledge tests (cognitive) and skills (Psychomotor) as well as documentation for the research. The results of this research showed that learning the art of dance using Audiovisual media succeeded to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VIII. 6 SMP Negeri 15 Padang. This was evidenced on improving students’ activities and student learning outcomes on cycle I and cycle II which increased primely. On cycle I, the overall student activities were 45,30%, while on cycle II, it had risen to 82,26 The overall of students’ learning outcomes on cycle 1 was 64.06, meanwhile on cycle II, student learning outcomes had risen to 83.68. Thus, the use of audiovisual media to enhance the outcomes in dance learning in class VIII. 6 SMP Negeri 15 Padang already has already achieved very well.

The research aimed to express, describe and analyze the development of The Development of Tanduak Traditional Dance to Tanduak Creation Dance at Puti Junjung Studio, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency. The type of this research was qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Tanduak Dance from Latang Village, Lubuak Tarok District, Sijunjung Regency. The types of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The main instrument was the researcher herself. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed by interpretation techniques so that the truth could be obtained. The results showed that tanduak traditional dance had developed into tanduak dance that had been created. This could be seen through the processing of motion, clothing, music, configuration, time and place of performances and aspects of dancers packed in a new form in Sijunjung. Then, a guidance and training were delivered by Puti Junjung Studio. In addition, it could be a place for young people in order to maintain the cultual heritage and the identity of the village.
