Abstract The sudy aims to find out the techniques of learning assessment of dance and the obstacles encountered in designing dance techniques of learning assessment in SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung. This study used desciptive qualitative approach. The research instrument was the researcher and was assisted by supporting instruments such as audio visual stationery and smartphone. Techniques of Data collection were carried out by taking library studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps in analyzing data were collecting, describing and making data conclusions. The result shows that the assessment techniques that are performed by the cultural arts teacher (Dance) in SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung are performance, product, project, portfolio and practice appraisals. Meanwhile, the obstacles in designing assessment techniques in SMP 1 Pulau Punjung are difficulties in choosing material and determining assessment indicators. So it can be concluded that not all assessments based on the curriculum 2013 can be carried out optimally, because of the limited ability of teacher’s can not be carried out properly because in addition to the constraints of students and the training room, it can also be seen from the limited hours of cultural arts lessons making it difficult for the teacher to implement all assessment techniques. Keywords: teacher assessment techniques, dance practices, cultural arts

Abstract The article aims to describe the implementation of learning outcomes assessment techniques, constraints faced by teachers in the implementation of students’ learning outcomes assessment techniques and solutions to the obstacles faced by arts and culture teachers on learning outcomes assessment based on the 2013 curriculum in art and culture subjects. This research was a qualitative research with descriptive methods. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. In this research, the technique used was source triangulation. The steps to analyze data were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In general, the results confirmed that the art and culture teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Padang had not yet implemented as well as applied the assessment of learning outcomes based on the 2013 curriculum. The problems encountered were 1) the teachers had difficulty when observing outside the classroom, 2) the students who were not in accordance with the competencies achievements, 3) limited time to conduct all attitude assessment techniques. The solutions to these constraints are 1) the teachers use the time effectively, 2) The teachers motivate the students to be more active in learning arts and culture, 3) The teachers provide actual examples in delivering the material, 4) The teachers report to the principal about lack of facilities and infrastructures, 5) Teachers and schools try to provide direction, seminars and upgrading about learning based on the 2013 Curriculum.  Abstract This research aims to see how the process of implementing dance art learning K13, obstacles in the implementation of dance art K13 and the form of dance art assessment K13 in SMPN 25 Padang. This type of qualitative research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The instrument in this study is self-researcher and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are conducted by studying the library of observation, interviews and documentation. Data types use primary data and secondary data. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, classifying data, describing data and making conclusions. The results showed that the learning process of 2013 curriculum in the Study of Cultural Arts (dance) in SMP N 25 Padang is not fully carried out according to the dimensions and direction of the 2013curriculum. Because teaching teachers always use the conventional method, while the teacher has gained training and curriculum knowledge 2013 about the implementation of learning. The 2013 curriculum rules only live rules and that teachers are implemented as per the will of the teacher, so even though K13 is already set up by the government but the teacher has not overall applied the K13 should. Keywords: implementation, cultural arts learning, 2013 curriculum

Abstract This research aims to explain the correlation of learning motivation with the students’ learning outcome of the dance art in class X MAN 3 Padang. The problem of research was the difference of students’motivation in the class X MAN 3 Padang which were influenced by the teacher, materials, methods, media, and evaluation of the lesson. This research was quantitative research with correlational methods. Correlational research is a study tha measures the relationship between X dan Y variables. The research samples were 25 students of the class X-1 MAN 3 Padang. The instruments of the research were a questionnaire and a testof learning outcomes. The data were collected through interviews and observation as secondary data collection techniques. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes at the dance subject at the MAN 3 Padang. It was proven by rxy value =0.759 which was higher than the rtable. 0.459. Thus,it has shown that the correlation between the two variables was significant. By proving this hypothesis, the learning motivation was demonstrated by attention, understanding diligence and confidence. The students’ learning outcome is improved when they are highly motivated to learn. Keyword: motivation, student learning results, dance lessons

Abstract This study aimed to determine and described the effect of using internet media on students learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 20 Padang.The type of this research was quantitative research using experimental method. The samples in this study consisted of two study groups taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument used was in the form of practice. Data collection techniques were conducted by means of literature study, tests and documentation. The steps for analyzing data were normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis test.The results confirmed that the significant differences between class VIII6 (experimental class) and class VIII4 (control class) in students learning outcomes of dance moves at SMP N 20 Padang were. This proved that using internet media could influence students learning outcomes. Then, the average value obtained from the experimental class was 81.5 higher than the control class which is 78.2. According to the results of the hypothesis test, It was tcount> ttable where 3.38> 2.0049 as evidenced by the significant level α 0.05. It meant that there were significant differences between the results of the development of dance movements of students who used internet media with the control class using conventional media (material in school). By using internet media, it was proven that the dance movements for students at SMP N 20 Padang were significantly developed.  Keywords: the effect,  internet media, students learning outcomes, dance art

Abstract The purpose of this study was to develop motoric skills of early childhood by using audio stimulation at Ibunda Kubang Kindergarten in Kerinci Regency. The type of this research was PTK (Classroom Action Research). The procedures of this study were divided into 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The instrument of this research used observation and documentation sheets. Then, the data collection techniques were carried out by observation, gross motor ability tests and documentation. Next, the results showed that the gross motor ability of children in the learning process seemed developed by using Audio Stimulation in the childer of group B at Ibunda Kubang Kindergarten, Kerinci Regency. Audio Stimulation can develop children's gross motor ability as an increase in each cycle. In cycle I, there was an increase in children's gross motor ability for each meeting, but the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) had not reached yet. They were  namely the first aspect 21.4%, the second aspect 28.6% and the last aspect 21.4%. Whereas in the second cycle there was an increase and the results had fulfilled and for KKM it was established. they were 21.4% to 85.7% (at fisrt aspect), 28.6% to 85.7%  (at the second aspects) and the last aspect 21.4% to 78.6 %. Audio Stimulation can develop children's gross motor ability at Ibunda Kubang Kindergarten. So this Audio Stimulation is good to be used for improving the gross motor ability of children. AbstractThis article aims to improve the learning outcomes of the art of dance at SMK Negeri 2 Padang in learning the art of dance.This type of research is the research action class (PTK) using the Think-Pair-Share. Research procedure consists of 4 stages namely action planning, implementation, observation, reflection and reflection. The implementation of the actions conducted as many as two cycles. data collection Techniques used are observation, tests of the subject, as well as documentation. Data analysis technique used is the formula ketuntasan klasial. The results of this study showed that the increase in the acquisition value of the students. It can be seen rising average value of students from pratindakan 71.56 then Cycle I and cycle II 74, 2. Learning outcomes students class X Accounting I SMK N 2 Padang in learning the art of dance with the application of the method of the Think-Pair-Share on Twelve Serampang dance learning increases. The results looked when students have been active in the classroom so that learning becomes effective and efficient as well as impact to the improvement of student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research aims to describe the improvement of students ' learning outcomes by Cooperative Learning method in grade VII D students at SMP N 6 Gunung Talang. This type of research is class Room Action research. This learning cycle consists of 2 cycles with planning, implementation, observation and reflection phases. Data insulation techniques are done by observing, documenting and learning results. Data analysis techniques are performed using a percentage formula. The results showed that using Cooperative Learning methods in learning can improve students ' learning outcomes in class VII D at SMPN 6 Gunung Talang. Cooperative Learning methods are able to make students directly involved in learning and practicing directly. Although the students ' learning results have not increased significantly with the number of students, 5 people from 24 students. However, it was not enough to be there, and continued in the II cycle by improving the teaching methods in the use of the previous method, the lesson is more emphasis on students to focus more on following the learning. After the cycle to the II with an average value of 85.62%, it has been well-predicate with 19 students from 24 students who complete. So the improvement of the learning outcomes of dance by using the Cooperative Learning method and the target you want to achieve has been successful.Keywords: learning outcomes, Cooperative Learning methods, dance Learning

This research aims to improve student body ability by using peer Tutor Method for dance lesson in class X Dance 2 SMKN 7 Padang. This type of research uses classroom action research. This research uses the instrument in the form of observation sheets of students in the learning process, while to find out the improvement of the students used evaluation/test sheet. The results of this study showed that the method of peer tutor can improve the ability of the student's body. Percentage of students ' positive study on the cycle I of the 1st meeting is 32%, at the 2nd meeting of 40% and at the 3rd meeting of 56%, while the students ' negative learning activity in the cycle I of the 1st meeting is 68%, at the 2nd meeting of the 60% and at the 3rd meeting is 44%. After the refurbishment, the percentage of positive learning activity was increased to 76% at the first meeting and 88% at the second meeting while the negative learning activity declined to 24% at the first meeting and 12% at the second meeting. The use of the peer tutor method in class X Tari 2 also affects the average value of students ' learning outcomes. Can be seen from the percentage of student learning submission 44% in cycle I increased to 92% in cycle II. The average student learning results also increased from 55.2 to 78.8. So by using the method of peer tutor can improve the efficacy of the student's body class X Tari 2 SMKN 7 Padang.        Keywords: exercise, peer tutor methods, dance Learning

AbstrackThe purpose of Students at SMP N 2 Padang Panjang unwillingly attended self-development activities of dancing class. Students were less serious in attending self-development of dancing class during learning. The purpose of this study was to describe students' perceptions on self-development activities of dancing class at SMP N 2 Padang Panjang.This research type was qualitative research which used descriptive approach. The population of this research was the students of grade VII at SMP N 2 Padang Panjang who joined self-development activities of dancing class. The research used primary data. In collecting the data in the field, observation sheets, interviews and cameras were used as the instruments of the research.The findings of this research showed that students 'perceptions on self-development activities of dancing class in SMP N 2 Padang Panjang were, the students' intentions and talents to join the activities, but they did not agree with the teacher’s way and material selection. As a result, the students thought that the activity was boring. The indicators of students' perceptions at SMP N 2 Padang Panjang were 1) the acceptance of students in which the students were interested and talented but they could not focus due to the hasty way of teachers so that students could not understand the material well and they could not express their talent well, 2) Students’ understanding in which the students were not familiar with dance material given by using video; the students did not want to do it, 3) students’ assessment in which students like their teachers but the hasty and repeated way the teachers used in delivering the materials made students feel bored.
