The number of respondents 36 people, that are 18people giving the control group a placebo gel skin lotion 2 times daily after bath for 3days and 18 people experimental group with the administration of aloe gel 2 times dailyafter bath for 3 days. Observations using Akhyani modifications observation sheet.Xerosis difference in the two groups were analyzed by paired samples T-test, while therelationship with the respondent characteristics xerosis is analyzed by independentsample T-test and corelations. Statistical test results showed no significant differencexerosis before and after administration of aloe vera gel with xerosis value (p =0.000).The implication of this study is the Aloe vera gel can be considered to bealternatives to nursing implementations xerosis patients with CRF.

Constraints or public complaints in the process of composting organic wastelies in the composting process that takes a long time between 2-3 months and acceptanceof people who are less fit to existing activator as EM4 scarce in Rural. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effectiveness of the Local Microorganisms activator (MOL)waste fruits of the length of time the formation of compost organic waste. This type ofresearch is an experimental design using "posttest with control". The results of the studythe average length of time (days) composting organic waste with the addition of MOLactivator dose of 10 mL for 24 days, a dose of 15 ml for 18.6 days, a dose of 20 mL for 15days, and a dose of 25 ml for 11.6 days. The addition of MOL activator with a dose of 25mL is the most effective dose in composting organic waste. Obtained p = 0.000 <α = 0.05;there were significant differences between the old time of the formation of the addition ofcompost activator Local Microorganisms (MOL) at a dose of activator 10 mL, 15 mL, 20mL and 25 mL. Expected research MOL activator use in composting organic waste can bea solution, especially for people in overcoming the problem of composting which takes along time.

PDAM water that has a long distance from the reservoir almost does not smell chlorine so it is possible less than the quality standards can cause the bacteria in the water distribution of PDAM. Purpose of this research to know residual content of chlorine and MPN coliform on PDAM water distribution of Surabaya city 2017. The type of research is observational analytic with cross sectional design. The sampling procedure was performed at 4 locations with replication 3 times morning and daytime. Examination of chlorine residual content using comparator test kit, MPN coliform in laboratory, while pH, water temperature and air temperature is done in the field. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression test presented in tabular form and analyzed and compared with standard quality standard. The results of the average residual chlorine morning 0,57 mg / l and daytime 0,5 mg / l, have fulfilled the standard of quality of residual chlorine waste water content that is 0,2-1,0 mg / l. The average MPN coliform in the morning was 8.5 colonies / 100 ml of sample and the daytime was 10.7 colonies / 100 ml of sample, so during the day the sample did not meet the standard quality of MPN coliform of piping water for 10 colonies / 100 ml samples. Average morning pH 7.7 and daytime 7.8, morning water temperature 26.8°C and daytime 27.7°C and morning air temperature 27.7°C and daytime 30,3°C. The conclusion obtained is the distribution distance affect the residual chlorine content and MPN coliform (p <0,05). Suggestion for PDAM is need to be done chlorine addition to active chlorine at furthest point that is 9 kilometers can fulfill requirement.

There was a significant increase between the mean knowledge before and after the given peer group education (P = 0,000 in α ≤ 5%.). There is a significant difference in attitude before and after education through peer group (P = 0,000 in α ≤ 5%.) In children in SD N 37 Kota Bengkulu Year 2017.
