Abstract

This study aims to formulate development strategies for Naureen Tourism Park based on mining reclamation and environmental sustainability. The SWOT dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) approaches were employed to analyze internal and external factors and prioritize strategies. The findings indicate that Naureen Tourism Park is positioned in quadrant II of the IE matrix, with an IFE score of 2.818 and an EFE score of 2.625, reflecting a stable position that requires stability strategies. Weakness-Opportunity (WO) strategies are recommended, with the top priority is promotion strategy through events (TAS score: 6.25, followd by improving road access or fundraising (TAS score: 5.25), and training and recruiting human resources (TAS score: 4.08). Additionally, the study highlight the successful reclamation of mining areas into an educational tourism site supporting global sustainability programs, particulary the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The findings are expected to serve as a guide for managers in developing economically, environmentally, and social sustainable tourism park. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, QSPM, Mining Reclamation, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), Eco-friendly Tourism.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meruuskan strategi pegembangan Taman Wisata Naureen yan berbasis reklamasi tambang dan ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan SWOT dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal, serta menentukan strategi prioritas. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Wisata Naureen berada pada kuadran II matriks IE dengan skor IFE sebesar 2,818 dan EFE sebesar 2,625, menunjukkan posisi stabil yang memerlukan strategi stabilitas. Strategi weakness-opportunity (WO) direkomendasikan dengan prioritas utama berupa promosi melalui acara (event) dengan nilai TAS 6,25, diikuti dengan strategi perbaikan jalan atau menggalan modal dengan nilai TAS sebesar 5,25, serta perekrutan dan pelatihan suber daya manusia dengan nilai TAS sebesar 4,08. Selain itu,penelitian in menyoroti keberhasilan reklamasi tambang menjadi area wisata ramah lingkungan yan mendukung program keberlanjutan SDGs. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pengelola dalam mengembangkan taman wisata yang berkelanjutan secara ekonomi, lngkungan, dan sosial.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the quality of floating feed at PT. Sprott Prima Feedmill. The method used is the Average Control Chart (X) and the Range Control Map (R). The samples taken were 20 times and 5 observations were taken for each sample. From the Average Control Map, the results show that the quality of the floating feed is still within reasonable limits or the quality is still guaranteed by looking at the points that are not outside the upper control limit or UCL, which is 8.48 or the lower control limit or LCL, which is 5.95. From the Range Control Map, the results show that the quality of the floating feed is also within reasonable limits or the quality is still guaranteed by looking at the points that are not outside the upper control limit or UCL, namely 3.09 or the lower control limit or LCL 0. So it can be concluded that the feed quality floating at PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill guaranteed quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT.EFG is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of lubricants for various purposes such as automotive and industry. In order to protect customers from producing quality products, the satisfaction company has implemented good quality control starting from raw materials, packaging materials, production processes to finished goods. In the production process, the company always tries to be able to produce quality products and minimize damage, however, in reality, there are still many products that leak and do not meet the standards set by the company. This study aims to find out how to implement quality control using the seven tools that are useful for controlling the damage level of 800 ml leaking bottles. Problems solved are solved by means of quality control check sheets, pareto charts, histogram charts, stratification, p-chart control charts, scatter charts and fishbone diagrams. Based on data for January-October 2022, results of observations and observations, the biggest cause of leaking bottles is the characteristic of the fish eye leaking sub-attribute, the highest amount of damage occurred in June with a percentage of 0.0039 percent and has exceeded the maximum permissible damage limit of 0.003 percent of the production amount. Judging from the leaking criteria in the form of fish eyes, the improvements that can be made are divided into two, namely external and internal repairs. External repairs at the supplier are cleaning the mold cavity regularly, cleaning the remaining material in the mold, and keeping the plastic pellets clean. implying that the leak tester machine in the production line is working properly and consistently so that leaky bottles can be detected and not sent to PT.EFG. Internal improvements that can be made are repairing the leak detection tool on the led light table machine in the form of adding light. The next improvement is the change in the random sampling method when entering the 800 ml bottle.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan mediator pemerintah dalam memberikan layanan kebutuhan masyarakat. Perkembangan teknologi mempermudah aparatur negara dan daerah dalam memberikan pelayanan publik melalui sebuah aplikasi disebut E-Government. Seperti halnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pasuruan telah mencoba menyelenggarakan aplikasi E-Sambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman terkait kualitas layanan E-Sambat berdasarkan pendekatan dimensi E-GovQual, gap antara kinerja E-Sambat dengan harapan masyarakat untuk aplikasi E-Sambat, serta mengetahui item mana saja yang akan dijadikan prioritas untuk segera diperbaiki pada aplikasi E-Sambat. Untuk menganalisis kelayakan aplikasi menggunakan GAP dan metode Important Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menganalisa item yang dijadikan prioritas pembenahan. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 445 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan, kualitas layanan aplikasi E-Sambat sudah sangat layak dengan nilai persentase kelayakan sebesar 100%, GAP kinerja aplikasi dan harapan masyarakat untuk variabel Kemudahan Penggunaan (Ease of Use) sebesar 0,08, variabel Kepercayaan sebesar -0,04, variabel Functionality of the Interaction Environment sebesar 0,02, variabel Kehandalan sebesar -0,03, variabel Isi dan Tampilan Informasi sebesar 0,01, dan variabel Dukungan Masyarakat sebesar 0,00. Rata-rata gap secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,01 yang berarti bahwa masyarakat puas terhadap layanan aplikasi E-Sambat. Ada enam item yang dijadikan prioritas perbaikan yaitu TR 1 (keamanan data pribadi pengguna E-Sambat), TR 6 (akses kontrol pengguna E-Sambat), RLB 1 (kecepatan dalam mengunduh formulir E-Sambat), CAI 7 (penggunaan warna di aplikasi E-Sambat), CAI 8 (grafis pada aplikasi E-Sambat), dan CS 5 (Pertanyaan pengguna dijawab dengan cepat).

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive industrial sector today, companies must strive to meet and maintain customer needs. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company focused on cable production, one of which is the NYM 2 x 1.5 mm product, which has defects in its production process. To identify the factors causing product defects, a production quality control analysis is used. Six Sigma is a quality control tool that can measure the performance level of industrial systems, allowing for corrective actions to be taken. In its implementation, Six Sigma follows the DMAIC steps (Define, Measure, Analyze, and Improve). Meanwhile, FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) is used to identify potential failures and the RPN values. Based on the analysis using the Pareto diagram, three priority defect types were identified: 21% for bulging cables, 18% for frayed cables, and 17% for rough surfaces. The FMEA results showed the highest RPN value for bulging cables due to poor material quality, for frayed cables due to machine errors, and for rough surfaces due to unstable material temperature. Recommended improvements based on the highest RPN results to reduce product defects include using lubricant on the nipple part to mitigate the effects of poor material, conducting regular machine inspections and repairs to address machine errors, and performing strict checks and tests on incoming materials to resolve unstable temperature issues.

Abstract

The problem in transportation is the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), the delivery process of bread production at PT. XYZ is known to have not implemented an optimal distribution system. The purpose of writing this thesis is to create a VRP model for the distribution route in PT XYZ, completing it using the saving matrix, nearest insert and nearest neighbour methods. The saving matrix method  uses the saving value, the nearest insert method  adds a new point to the existing route, while the nearest neighbour method  considers the nearest distance. The calculation carried out using the VRP model with the saving matrix method  resulted in a distance saving of 82.284 km, then the nearest insert resulted in a distance saving of 93.829 km, and the nearest neighbor resulted in the  largest distance saving, namely 94.406 km, with vehicle route 1 Factory-Wonokerto-Pringlangu-Landungsari-Poncol-Factory, vehicle route 2 is Factory-Grogol-Talang-Adiwerna-Slawi-Factory, vehicle route 3 is Factory-Poso-Randugunting-Kraton-Factory, and vehicle route 4 is Factory-Mejasem-Kemantran-Brebes-Factory. The proposed distribution route received the largest decrease, which was 94.406 km, initially the company's mileage was 285.414 km. The calculation of the route saving percentage is 33% and saves costs of Rp. 235,284 thus the optimal route.

Abstract

DRA Component Persada is a manufacturing company that produces various types of bolts. The main problem faced by companies is unstable fluctuations in demand, so that sometimes there is a buildup of stock or a shortage of inventory in the warehouse. The aim of this research is to analyze forecasting demand and supply of bolt products at PT. Dra Component Persada. To overcome this, this research uses the Time Series forecasting method which includes Moving Average, Weight Moving Average, and Exponential Smoothing to determine future demand and the Safety Stock method to overcome demand instability. From the results of calculations carried out by the author, the Exponential Smoothing model with a = 0.2 is the optimal forecasting model with the smallest error level, namely with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 1,218,085, a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 1,886,215,000,000 , and the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is 2.74%. The forecast for the coming period is predicted to be 4,440,637 pcs, while the safety stock required is 393,215 pcs with a service level of 95%. It is hoped that the application of forecasting and safety stock methods can increase stock management efficiency and better meet customer needs.

Abstract

RIMOI KOPI was established as cafe at once manufacturers engaged in the field of food especially of coffee powder. In the production process, there is often a large number of defective products, if this allowed to happen it will result in a loss of consumer trust. Therefore, the aim of quality control is to find out the common ground that causes defective production. This quality control process using Seven Tools method which functions to control the product quality and reduce defective products. The results obtained in this study found two different types of defects in the coffee packaging, such as miscutting and seal damage. From two different types of the defective, it can be seen that seal damage defects are more dominant with higher percentage 86%, while miscutting defects has percentage 72%. The proposed improvements include checking the sealer machine, checking and maintaining machines more regularly, checking and evaluating the methods applied and improving the sealer machine to be able seal the coffee powder packaging and reduce the defective products.

Abstract

PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama is a company engaged in the public transportation sector, offering various services such as intercity and interprovincial transport, inner-city routes, taxi services, tourism transport, and employee shuttles. In its operations, the company has been facing inventory management issues due to the absence of an effective policy in regulating stock levels and requirements. This has led to overstocking, which in turn increases the total inventory holding costs. To address this problem, the company implemented the ABC classification method to prioritize inventory items based on their significance, along with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the most cost-efficient order quantity. The results from the EOQ analysis revealed that the total inventory cost for category A bus transmission spare parts could be reduced to IDR 48,634,982, resulting in savings of IDR 6,374,321 compared to the actual conditions. The implementation of this method achieved an efficiency improvement of 11.59%, demonstrating that this approach significantly contributes to reducing excess inventory and enhancing overall inventory management effectiveness.

Abstract

PT Raja Jeva Nisi RPA Nusantara is a chicken slaughtering company whose production process starts from live chickens to high-quality products such as Fresh chicken carcasses, broiler chicken, Frozen food, and other processed chicken products. In the production process there is an excess of Fresh chicken raw materials in May 2024 of 590 heads which are allocated to the warehouse to be produced at a later date which causes a buildup of Fresh chicken raw materials and increased inventory costs. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of demand for Fresh chicken in accordance with market needs and to determine the planning of inventory control of fresh chicken raw materials in increasing cost efficiency at PT Raja Jeva Nisi RPA Nusantara. Then the results of forecasting to determine the level of demand for fresh chicken for 1 year, namely November 2023 to October 2024 amounting to 129,470 fresh chickens. Then, the second step is the calculation of safety stock to facilitate production activities, the proposed safety stock given to PT Raja Jeva Nisi RPA Nusantara is a service level of 95% of 952 heads / month and the reorder point of fresh chicken is carried out when the amount of inventory in the warehouse has reached the level of 11,850 heads for a service level of 95%. While the results of the calculation of lot sizing techniques in planning raw material inventory control obtained the most efficient total cost of Rp. 37,006,752 with the POQ method.
