Abstract

The purpose of this research and development are: 1) to produce syllabus base on santri characters, 2) Produce an authentic santri based guidance books in the subject of Ethics and Profession Education as an effort to prepare superior and competitive generation.3) To know the validity of the authenticity assessment model based on the character of santri as an effort to prepare superior and competitive generation that has been developed according to the assessment of content / assessment experts, linguists and design experts. 4) To know the effectiveness of the authentic assessment model based on the character of santri through the responses of students and lecturers towards the application of authentic assessment models based on the character of santri. This type of research is a research development with Borg and Gall model that has been modified into eight development steps. Development steps include: 1) preliminary research, 2) planning, 3) product development, 5) design validation, 5) design revisions, 6) product trials, 7) product revisions, and 8) final product. Data collection techniques used are authentic assessment documents based on santri characters developed, observation and questionnaire applied in the form of research instruments. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and descriptive statistics.     The result of the research shows that the authentic assessment model based on the character of santri is very feasible to be used, it is proved by the assessment scores of 80.00% (quite reasonable), the linguist is 82.9% (reasonable enough), and the design expert is 86.7% (feasible). The developed product is tested to try on 20 students of the fourth semester who are taking the course of Ethics and Profession of Education in the study program of economic education of hamzanwadi University academic year 2016/2017 to know its effectiveness through student characteristic observation before and after the implementation of the assessment using santri character based assessment model that the difference between the results before and after, obtained the average percentage before the amount of 56.00% with the category of santri characters "began to grow". Average Percentage after obtained percentage of 75.00% with the character of santri "Culture". while the results of student responses with average percentage of 87.1% with the category worth to use, and obtained the average value of lecturer's response percentage of 88.00% with the category "decent". It proves that the use of authentic assessment model based on santri character is effective in assessing student santri character

Abstract

Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi bisnis sering dianggap sulit oleh para siswa. Hal ini diindikasikan oleh hasil belajar siswa yang kurang memuaskan yang berakibat pada  proses belajar mengajar yang kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis dengan model pembelajaran multiple intelligences semester gasal kelas X AP 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metode pengambilan data metode observasi dan metode dokumemter. Setelah dilakukan penelitian di dapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran multiple intelligences  Data yang diperoleh dari pra tindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan Prestasi belajar siswa (kreatifitas dan evaluasi). Dimana prestasi belajar siswa (kreatifitas) pada komponen bertanya pada guru 13,88% meningkat menjadi 30,55%, komponen menjawab pertanyaan guru yang sebelumnya 22,22% pada pra tindakan meningkat menjadi 36,11%, komponen memberi pendapat yang sebelumnya 16,66% pada pra tindakan meningkat menjadi  19,44%, untuk komponen memahami tugas yang diberikan pada pra tindakan 30,55% meningkat menjadi 69,44%. Sedangkan perolehan prestasi belajar siswa (evaluasi) dengan perolehan nilai evaluasi 60,00 pada pra tindakan 50% meningkat menjadi 36,11%, nilai 60 - 69 pada pra tindakan 33,33% meningkat menjadi 41,66%, dan perolehan nilai 70 - 80 pada pra tindakan 16,67% meningkat menjadi 22,22%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan model pembelajaran Multiple Intelegences dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Negeri 4 Jember, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran pada mata pelejaran Ekonomi Bisnis.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest in cross-study entrepreneurship program students, analyze the effect of knowladge entrepreneurship for attitude in cross-study entrepreneurship program students,  and analyze the influence of attitudes on entrepreneurial interest in cross-study entrepreneurship program students. This research was a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were 101 students who had finished taking entrepreneurship courses across study programs. Techniques of collection data were carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The analyzed of data was used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The tool of analiticall used was SEM (structural equation modeling) with AMOSS software programs. The results of this study were indicated: knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship in cross-study entrepreneurship program students, those were indicated by the value of the standardized regression weight coefficient obtained by 0.521 and the C.R value of 4.331 with a probability value of 0.000 (p 0.05), knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive effect on attitude in cross-study entrepreneurship program students, those were indicated by the value of the standardized regression weight coefficient obtained by 0,464 and the C.R value of 3,834 with a probability value of 0.000 (p 0.05), and attitudes has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship in cross-study entrepreneurship program students. Those were indicated by the value of the standardized regression weight coefficient obtained by 0.333 and the C.R value of 2.517 with a probability value of 0.012 (p 0.05)

Abstract

This reaserch was discusses the probleming of the low motivation to study economic for grade X of Social Science students at State 1 Padang Cermin Senior High School. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the level of economic learning motivation students at grade X of Social Science State 1 Padang Cermin Senior High School on Academic Year 2020/2021 during online learning at pandemic covid-19. The method used in this research was descriptive verificative with expost facto and survey approaches, with data collection techniques through observation, online interview, and questionnaire.. This reaserch was tested partially and simultaneously to 55 students. Based on the result of partially test, it was conclude that the effect of e-learning utilization (X1) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.140 or 14%, learning independence (X2) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.097 or 9.7%, online learning facilities (X3) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.134 or 13.4%, and parental attention (X4) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.147 or 14.7%. Based on the result of simultaneously test, it was conclude that there was an effect of e-learning utilization, learning independence, online learning facilities, and parental attention on the economic learning motivation of students Grade X of Social Science State 1 Padang Cermin Senior High School at Academic Year 2020/2021 which was 0.397 or 39.7% with the acquisition of Fcount Ftable or 8.243 2.56 and significant value (α) or 0.000 0.05

Abstract

One of the steps taken by Indonesia based on the government's strategic plan to deal with MEA is to strengthen the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. But in reality the knowledge of batik entrepreneurs is still low about the importance of financial management for the continuity of the business he initiated to be able to participate in free trade between countries in the Southeast Asian region to be a problem that must be resolved, so that Indonesia has a good opportunity to show product quality and quantity and Human Resources (HR) to other countries openly. In MSME management skills are very necessary, especially Financial Management. Financial management is all company activities related to businesses obtaining company funds with low costs and efforts to use and allocate these funds efficiently (Sutrisno: 3, 2009). For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the role of financial management in Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in filling the MEA (Asean Economic Community. This research included quantitative descriptive research carried out in Batik Satrio Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Manah Bangoan Village, Kedungwaru Subdistrict, Tulungagung District, is said to be because in this study only describes financial management in the Satrio Manah Batik Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) .The respondents in this study were all 50 Satrio Manah Batik employees Data in this study are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation Data analysis is done by processing the scores of observations on financial statements and questionnaires.The results obtained by the researchers are management of financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Batik Satrio Manah has not met the standard keu management good dreams, and there still needs to be improvement in accordance with financial management standards

Abstract

Kopma Amana In this study using quantitative research, the population was 59 students. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire method that has been tested with a validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test F test. In this study the independent variables X1 (perception of cooperatives), X2 (Cooperative Knowledge) and for the dependent variable Y (Interest of students of economic education study programs become Kopma members). The results of this study indicate that partially Perception about cooperatives (X1) affects the interest of economic education study program students becoming members of Kopma (Y) with a tcount of 6.359 ttable 2.004 while Cooperative Knowledge (X2) influences the interests of economic education study program students becoming Kopma members ( Y) with a value of 2.033 t table 2.004. Simultaneously there is the Influence of Perception about cooperatives and Cooperative Knowledge on the interests of students of economic education study programs becoming Kopma members with a value of Fcount 32.403 Ftable 3.18. The correlation coefficient R of 0.745 and the determinant value in the Adjusted R Square column of 0.538 or 43.8% change in the variable Y is influenced by changes in variable X1 and variable X2. While the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The development of technology has penetrated to various aspects of life including in the field of education. Teachers have been using technology to facilitate the learning process that aims to improve the quality of education. These conditions underlie the conduct of various studies related to learning technology. This study aims to develop teaching materials on economic subjects by using APP INVENTOR2 then the development results are used to analyze student learning independence. As research development or Research and Development (R D), this research uses ADDIE development model which consists of five stages: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation ), and 5) Evaluation. From these five stages, this study only reached the fourth stage and did not perform the fifth stage of evaluation phase.The result of the analysis shows that the level of feasibility of APP INVENTOR2 teaching materials based on the expert material's appraisal is very good category, the expert of the teaching materials with the excellent category and the economic learning practitioners with very good category. Student learning independence on average shows a high degree of independence ≥ 70%. Meanwhile, for the students response to the teaching materials when tested on average showed a positive response with a percentage of ≥ 70% on each indicator. Thus the development of teaching materials on economic subjects with APP INVENTOR2 is feasible to use.

Abstract

The discussion of this research is within the scope of the implementation of one of the fostering independence of the entrepreneurship guidance program. Entrepreneurship is a creative and innovative behavior and ability so that it can be used as a basis to gain profits through a skill in the field of business, besides that entrepreneurial activities can also be used as a program for the formation of entrepreneurial behavior in prisoners. Prisoners are convicts who are undergoing the crime of missing independence at the Correctional Institution, Correctional Institutions are required to provide a forum for inmates so that prisoners can channel their talents and expertise and expertise interests. Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh lingkungan belajar  dan  peran  guru  terhadap  motivasi  belajar  siswa  ekonomi  di  SMAN  1 Masbagik  Tahun  Pelajaran  2015/2016. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian expostfacto  dengan  menggunakan  pendekatan  kuantitatif.  Populasi  penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Masbagik tahun pelajaran  2015/ 2016 dengan sampel  penelitian  sebesar  52 siswa  yang  diambil  dengan  teknik sampel proposional dan teknik random samling. Pengumpulan data lingkungan belajar dan  peran  guru  dan  motivasi  belajar menggunakan  instrumen  dengan menyebarkan  angket.  Data  dianalisis  dengan  teknik    analisis  korelasi  parsial dan  analisis  regresi  ganda. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  :  1). perhitungan  uji  koefisien  regresi  dengan  nilai  koefisien  regresi  variabel lingkungan  belajar  dengan  nilai  t-hitung  sebesar  0,989 dan  tingkat  kesalahan signifikan 0,327 yang lebih  kecil  dari  tingkat signifikan  yang  telah  ditentukan (0,05).  Maka  Ha  diterima  dan  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  variabel  lingkungan belajar  berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  motivasi  belajar  siswa  pada  pelajaran ekonomi  Di  SMAN  1  Masbagik  Tahun  Pelajaran  2015/2016.  2).  perhitungan uji  koefisien regresi dengan nilai koefisien  regresi  variabel peran  guru dengan nilai  t-hitung  sebesar  2,189 dan  tingkat  kesalahan  signifikan  0,033 yang  lebih kecil  dari  tingkat  signifikan  yang  telah  ditentukan  (0,05).  Maka  Ha  diterima dan  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  variabel  peran  guru  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran ekonomi Di SMAN 1 Masbagik Tahun  Pelajaran  2015/2016. 3). perhitungan  uji  koefisien  regresi  dengan  nilai koefisien  regresi  variabel  lingkungan  belajar  dan  peran  guru  dengan  nilai  t-hitung  sebesar  6,537 dan  tingkat  kesalahan  signifikan  0,003 yang  lebih  kecil dari  tingkat  signifikan  yang  telah  ditentukan  (0,05).  Maka  Ha  diterima  dan dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  variabel  lingkungan  belajar  dan  peran  guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran ekonomi Di SMAN 1 Masbagik Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

Research on development of training module of making pottery is very important to build new entrepreneur in increasing economic activity of society. This research and development aims to produce vessel training modules, training manuals and to explain the effectiveness of pottery-making training modules, training manuals to improve economic activities of communities in Masbagik Timur Village. Research and Development (R D) research methods. Stages of product development, (a) preparation of training modules, (b) guide on making pottery, and (c) assessment. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques, (a) validity, (b) readability, and (c) effectiveness. Module validation is done by experts and practitioners. The module trials include a limited trial of 6 communities and an expanded trial of 10 Masbagik Timur Village communities. The results showed; (1) validated products of experts and practitioners get a mean score of 2.0% (good qualification), (2) final module development training worthy of use. Average readability 3.7 (good qualification), there is practicality in using this training module with a mean of 3.6 (good qualification), effective module to use. The conclusion of the research is that the training module of pottery making and its training manual is feasible to be used to improve the economic activity of Masbagik Timur Masbagik Village community
