Abstract

The flipped class method was implemented to observe the difference of student scores before and after applied. The method of research was classroom action research in two cycles. The population were Department of Economics Education’s students of Siliwangi University. Technique sampling in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample 77 students. Data analysis was carried out in two ways, descriptive analysis and t-test comparison test. The average score of student before implementing flipped classroom method was 69.247, after the first cycle the student pretest score was 69.714, and the average student score at the end of the second cycle was 80.104. The t-statistic value was 15,895 greater than 1,99167 (t table 5%). Based on these results, it can be concluded that student scores has increased significantly after the flipped classroom implemented in online learning (synchronous and asynchronous) at the Department of Economics Education, University of Siliwangi

Abstract

The culinary business has an important role in the country's economy due to minimized unemployment and reduce poverty. Pentol Kluwung business is presented to fulfill the consumer’s wishes to consume healthy and safe meatball. As is known, many meatballs sold in the market whose no safety healthy. Inside Pentol Kluwung, consisting many nutritional content. Namely beef protein, flour carbohydrates and fiber, vitamins and minerals obtained from natural dyes derived from dragon fruit, spinach and turmeric. Free from harmful chemicals such as formalin and borax. Along the way, the researcher realized that products quality needed to be improved by looking at the consumer's perception. This study aims to determine the product quality in terms of consumer perceptions. Qualitative research methods used in this study, the surrounding environmental phenomena can be examined directly, data collected through dissemination and interviews after data analysis and conclusion drawing. Purposive sampling used in this research. The results showed that the order of the first factors that determine the quality of Pentol Kluwung products is the taste of the product, the second is price and the third is promotion. Whatsapp application is consumers' first choice regarding easy-to-reach promotional media

Abstract

The Field Experience Practice Program (PPL) is a mandatory program for every prospective teacher student. As is the case with the eighth semester S1 students of the Economic Education Study Program at the University of Pamulang, they are required to take part in this program. This activity aims to provide a real experience for someone in carrying out their obligations related to the learning process. This PPL is also expected to be a transition process where a prospective teacher becomes a teacher. When it comes time to practice teaching experience, each prospective student will face various problems and difficulties. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems faced by Economics Education students while participating in Field Experience Practices (PPL). This study uses a Qualitative Research approach. Time The subjects of this study were 10th semester students of economics education study program as many as 10 students. Based on the results of research on the problems faced by prospective teacher students during the Field Experience Practice (PPL), it can be concluded that the problems include: (1) personal; (2) teaching preparation; (3) class participation; (4) classroom management; (5) teaching; (6) evaluation; (7) emotions; and (8) adjustment.Keywords: Problems, Students of Economic Education, motivation, Field Experience Practices (PPL)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi peserta didik semester 1 Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Islam Lamongan Tahun Akademik 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental design, dengan melibatkan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik semester 1 kelas A, B, dan C sebanyak 118 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian diambil 2 kelas, yaitu kelas B sebanyak 44 peserta didik dan kelas C sebanyak 45 peserta didik. Kelas B merupakan kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan dengan Discovery Learning, sedangkan kelas C merupakan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan (model pembelajaran konvensional). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal pretest dan posttest. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi peserta didik semester 1 Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Islam Lamongan Tahun Akademik 2019/2020. Model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat menjadi pilihan bagi dosen dalam melakukan pembelajaran akuntansi, dengan disesuaikan tujuan pembelajaran yang akan dicapai. Peserta didik mampu berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran, mengintegrasikan, dan membangun pengetahuannya sendiri serta mampu menemukan sendiri tentang berbagai konsep.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze the development of guided inquiry-based economic learning module to improve student learning outcomes of grade XI MA NW Sukamulia; 2) to analyze the effectiveness of the use of guided inquiry-based economic learning module to improve student learning result of class XI MA NW Sukamulia. The study of the development of this economic learning module using the modified Borg and Gall procedure consists of 8 stages: 1) preliminary research and information gathering, 2) planning, 3) development of initial product form, 4) limited testing, 5) revision of the main product , 6) extensive test, 7) revision of operational product, 8) field test. Data analysis used during development is descriptive analysis, module feasibility analysis based on criteria score, and analysis of student learning result using t-test. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of economic learning modules based on guided inquiry concluded that the validation of design experts / views as much as 4.6% with good criteria, material experts as much as 3.7% with good criteria. After obtained the validation results can then be done field trials. Based on the results of the experiment, there were 35 complete students and 5 unfinished students with an average score of 81.2% and 87.5% classical percentage. Judging from the results of learning, the use of teaching materials is also an impact on student learning outcomes. This shows that the economic learning module as a result of development can help facilitate the students in learning. Result of questionnaire of student requirement analysis, from 40 respondents obtained total 320 for "yes" response with 80% percentage, and total 90 for "no" category with percentage of 22,5%. The result of questionnaire of student response to economic learning module based on guided inquiry, from 40 respondents obtained total 250 for "yes" response with 73,2% percentage, and total 74 for "no" category with percentage 26,4%. Thus it can be said that the learning module based on guided inquiry get positive response from the students. This shows that the learning module based on the results of economic development further improve the value of students' economic learning outcomes than without using guided inquiry based learning module. The conclusion of this study is a guided inquiry-based economic learning module used to improve student learning outcomes and economic learning modules based on effective guided inquiry to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study studies to learn whether applying a problem solving learning model can improve learning and learning outcomes of class X students in SMA Negeri 3 selong 2019/2020 academic year, this study uses classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) with research subjects in class X IPS 2 SMA 3 selong. While the data collection techniques used are observation and learning achievement tests.The results showed that the application of the problem solving learning model could increase the activities and learning outcomes of students of class X IPS 2 in SMA Negeri 3 Selong in the 2019/2020 study year. This was discussed by increasing the grade average grade and learning here during the second cycle learning ie the average grade of 60.22 increased to 80.87 and classical learning completeness with a value of 43.48% increased to 86.96%, As for the score of student learning activities also showed an increase with a score of 2.4 to 2.8 with the category of quite active

Abstract

Based on the observations of learning at SMAN 1 Selong indicate be present constraint on Economic Learning at class XI IPS of SMAN 1 Selong that is said by the subject’s teacher, amongs: less of innovation learning model applications that obtains contructions the students’ idea and ability, and leass complete of sstudy learning material so, there are some material left behind. One of efort to outcome the costraint are development and implementations of blended learning model base Edmodo and Economic subject with combinations the class surface learning and online. This research has a goal to formulate of planning, implementations, and verify learning effectiveness with blended learning model on Economic subject at class XI IPS of SMAN 1 Selong.The method that is used in this research are Research and Devlopment ADDIE model. Now the population of the risearch is all of the students of class XI IPS of SMAN 1 Selong. Wihile the reseach sample are the students of celass XI IPS and XI IPS 2 that is choozen by cluster sampling technique. The data collecting method are documentations, observations, test and quiz.The research result indicate that (1) the learning planinng and practical module with blended learning model base Edmodo is suitable used as orientations learning applications in the class, (2) learning implications, presentations, analysis and evaluations, organizations, investigations, presentations, analysis, and evaluations; (3) studying with blended learning  evidents effective is refer to from aspects (a) Economic study result that use blended learning model base Edmodo 75 and there is a difference result of study that significant between the group that use blended learning model base Edmodo; (b) the process in invropling self supporting and students’ study motivation is better. From the research result is suggested needed the development blended learning model base Edmodo as supplement close. Abstract

This research aims to; 1) Knowing the production process of the oyster mushroom home industry in increasing the income of entrepreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic, 2) Knowing marketing strategies in increasing the income of entrepreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic, 3) Knowing the home industry's obstacles in increasing the income of the entrepreneurs. entrepreneurs during the covid 19 pandemic, 4) Knowing the role of the oyster mushroom home industry in increasing the income of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs in the village of Beririjarak, Wanasaba sub-district in 2021. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted directly to all respondents with a total of 9 oyster mushroom entrepreneurs. Based on the results of this study, the role of entrepreneurs in the production process starts from the mixing of raw materials and even marketing. And also the oyster mushroom industry plays an important role in improving the economy of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs  meeting their daily needs. Because the increase in income between before and after this business reached 57%. However, the income of these oyster mushroom home industry entrepreneurs has had an impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic so that their income has decreased to 27%

Abstract

Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) are the most important contributors of information for investors, especially regarding information on financial ratios to financial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on financial performance (a case study on a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period). This research is included in quantitative research and  the population is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 26 companies. With purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. The data analysis technique used classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the return on assets (Y) of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Debt to equity ratio (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the return on assets (Y) of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Total asset turnover (X3) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the return on assets (Y) of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level, skills, income level and family dependency simultaneously on poverty in Mas-Mas Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. To determine the effect of education level, skills, income level and partial family dependence on poverty in Mas-Mas Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. This type of research is quantitative research, the sampling technique used in this study uses proportional sampling The data collection techniques used are using questionnaires and documentationThe results of the study show that simulltan influences the level of education, skills, income level and family dependency simultaneously or jointly on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This is evident from the value of Fcount Ftable (3,475 2,48). The magnitude of the influence of the four variables on poverty in Mas-Mas Village is shown by R Square which is equal to 0.138 or 13.8% and the remaining 86.2% is affected by other variables not included in this study. Multiple correlations simultaneously indicate that there is a low correlation between education level, skills, income level and family dependence on poverty in Mas-Mas Village, North Batukliang Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency in 2019. Partially, the education and skill level variables have no influence significant impact on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This can be seen from the value of tcount t table (0.196 1.98 and 1.514 1.98). While income level variables have a positive and significant effect on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This can be seen from the tcount t table (2.689 1.98) and so with the family dependent variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This can be seen from the value of -thitung -ttable (-2,614 -1,98)
