The method used is a qualitative method of spirituality approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Bugis fishermen indirectly use Blue Accounting practices, in which recording and reporting fishing activities in detail. Despite being aware of the importance of maintaining the marine ecosystem, Blue Accounting practices are often perceived as an additional burden by Bugis fishermen. This research emphasizes that the successful implementation of Blue Accounting requires support from stakeholders, including government and non-government, to provide the necessary training and resources. The research also shows the importance of integrating local and spiritual values in marine resource management. The research is expected to provide practical recommendations for policy makers in formulating inclusive and sustainable marine resource management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the determination of inpatient service rates at Mataram City Regional General Hospital using the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method. The research process includes activity identification, cost classification, and cost driver determination to allocate costs more accurately. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, with data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the ABC method produces more accurate rate calculations than traditional methods, because costs are allocated based on activities that actually consume resources. The implications of this study are expected to help hospitals in setting rates that are more transparent and accurate, and reflect the actual costs of healthcare services, thereby improving the efficiency of hospital financial management.

Abstract

Procrastination is a tendency to postpone work that can reduce productivity and work effectiveness, especially in government agencies that demand optimal performance and timely public services. High levels of procrastination among employees have the potential to hinder the achievement of organizational goals and reduce the quality of service to the public. This study aims to determine the effect of time management and work discipline on employee procrastination behavior at the UPTD PTPH-PMKP North Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method involving the entire population of 50 employees as respondents. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and multiple linear regression was used to examine it.  The study found that work discipline had a big impact on avoiding putting things off, but time management did not. Simultaneously, time management and work discipline significantly influenced procrastination with a contribution of 41.9%. This finding indicates that improving work discipline is more effective in reducing the habit of procrastination than relying solely on time management skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the monitoring system on the smoothness of People's Business Credit (KUR) payments at BSI KCP Setia Budi. Using a quantitative approach with regression analysis using SPSS version 26, the results show a positive relationship and significant influence between the monitoring system and smoothness of KUR payments, with a regression coefficient of 0.518. This finding indicates that an improved monitoring system contributes to smooth debtor payments. A structured monitoring system, supported by digital technology and employee training, allows for regular monitoring of debtor performance, reminders of due dates, and mitigation of the risk of late payments. This study recommends strengthening digitalization and regular evaluation of the monitoring system, as well as further research to explore specific indicators such as evaluation frequency and digital application usage.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of product quality, advertising, and promotion on brand awareness in the life-insurance context. Using a quantitative survey of 100 respondents and multiple linear regression, the research tested the partial and simultaneous influences of the three predictors. Instrument quality met common thresholds for validity and reliability; classical assumptions were assessed prior to model estimation. The results show that product quality does not have a significant partial effect on brand awareness (p = 0.138), whereas advertising (p = 0.003) and promotion (p = 0.021) have positive and significant effects. Simultaneously, the model is significant (F = 35.726; p < 0.001) with an explanatory power of R² = 0.684. These findings indicate that communication efforts—particularly consistent and creative advertising and targeted promotions—play a more decisive role in strengthening brand awareness than perceived product quality in this sample. The study provides managerial guidance for prioritizing integrated marketing communication strategies for life-insurance brands

Abstract

This study examines the influence of participative leadership style on cooperative member loyalty with trust in leaders and helping behavior as mediating variables. Cooperatives, as pillars of the Indonesian economy, require effective leadership to strengthen member commitment and sustainability. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on cooperative groups whose members join voluntarily, and in integrating social exchange theory to explain leadership dynamics. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 217 respondents representing groups of the Setia Bhakti Wanita Cooperative in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3. The results show that participative leadership has a significant positive effect on trust in leaders, helping behavior, and member loyalty. Helping behavior was also found to significantly mediate the relationship between participative leadership and loyalty, while trust in leaders did not play a significant mediating role. These findings highlight that loyalty is better fostered through collective prosocial actions rather than solely relying on trust in leaders. Practically, cooperative leaders are encouraged to apply participative leadership that emphasizes member involvement in decision-making, open communication, and a culture of mutual assistance to build sustainable loyalty. Future research is recommended to expand the object of study across different cooperative contexts and include other mediating variables such as member satisfaction or organizational commitment to enrich the understanding of member loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the various learning obstacles experienced by students in the Microeconomic Theory course in the Economic Education Study Program at Pamulang University. The course requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of concepts, which often pose challenges for students. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observations and interviews with students. The findings indicate that learning difficulties are influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include insufficient mastery of basic economic concepts, limited mathematical ability, and low levels of learning motivation. External factors involve the use of predominantly conventional teaching methods, limited utilization of learning media, and a lack of contextual examples in the learning process. Therefore, this study recommends the implementation of more interactive and contextual learning strategies to enhance students’ understanding and learning outcomes in the Microeconomic Theory course.
