This study aims to determine the feasibility of the ranjungan crab processing business in the hamlet of Pemongkong village, East Lombok district during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is a descriptive method with a survey approach. Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The types and sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is business analysis with income analysis. The results showed that the ranjungan crab processing business was feasible even though during the covid 19 pandemic in the hamlet of the Pemongkong village, East Lombok district, this can be seen from the total income received which was much greater than the total costs incurred. The ranjungan crab (Portunus pelagicus) processing business is very promising and deserves to be developed

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes through the implementation of STAD learning model assisted with LKM. This study was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in 3 cycles. Time of study in odd semester Academic Year 2018/2019, with a sample of accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Musamus, Merauke. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive quantitative data analysis with percentages. The results of the study show that the Implementation of STAD Learning Model Assisted with LKM can improve Public Sector Accounting Learning Outcomes. The increase can be seen from the average value of student learning outcomes on the cycle of 50,36, increasing in the first cycle of 61,02, increasing in the second cycle of 73.07, and increasing in the third cycle of 85,31.

This research is motivated to solve problems that occur in online learning and learning activities (Distance Learning) caused by the spread of the covid-19 virus throughout the world. This research is to develop an appropriate learning model and can be used in online learning activities (Distance Learning) with specialization economics material with Basic Problematics And Work Projects with research methods in the form of Research And Development or as the RnD method. This study aims to solve problems that have occurred in the school environment where educators, namely teachers, experience several problems in these activities which result in stagnation in learning activities and have a direct impact on students who are taught learning materials both theoretically, psychologically and sociologically. . Problems experienced by educators, namely teachers, such as being less precise in the selection and use of learning methods used in teaching and learning activities as well as educators, namely teachers experiencing difficulties in using online and online-based learning media (Distance Learning) which resulted in problems among participants. students in the form of, lack of absorption of students to the material being taught, lagging material, completion of structured tasks that are past the collection deadline and students feel the lack of material being taught. Therefore, this research was held to solve the problem with a final result of 79.65% with a suitable category for use with minor revisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of the innovative learning-based deep dialogue / critical thinking (DD / CT) against critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in economic lesson in MA NW Suralaga. This type of research using a quasi-experimental methods (quasi experimental) research design Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The study population was all students of class X in the MA NW Suralaga. X Class B as an experimental class, while the class X C as the control class. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet and tests. The results of calculations prerequisite test data analysis done by the normality test results homogeneity test using the test of Bartlet, while the hypothesis test result obtained t between models of deep dialogue / critical thinking (DD / CT) with the critical thinking skills of students at 4:18, while t table on significance level α = 0.05 (5%) is 2.098, whereas the t between models of deep dialogue / critical thinking (DD / CT) with the learning outcomes of 7.9 and t table of 2.098. Because t count t table means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the use of models of deep dialogue / critical thinking (DD / CT) effect on critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes MA NW Suralaga

The quality of a learning can be measured from the level of achievement of learning objectives. economic education is one of the learning programs that must receive full attention in terms of quality, so that it remains actualized as a learning unit that gives meaning to economic sciences for students in providing economic behavior that is rational, moral and alturistic. This study aimed to evaluate the extent of the quality of economic learning in elementary schools in SDN 03 Sumbersari, Malang. This study used a qualitative evaluation-research approach with the CIPP model, including: evaluating the aspects of context, input, process and product / output. The results showed that in the curriculum of 2013, The position of economic education was still integrated with Social Sciences (IPS) and thematically learned. the lack of space for economic subjects has an indirect effect on the decline in the enthusiasm of teachers to innovate in learning activities and in evaluating learning outcomes. Weaknesses of the aspects of educational input make the aspects of the process not carried out adequately and ultimately also have an impact on low economic learning outcomes for students

This research aims to develop entrepreneurship module based on succes story in an effort to grow student entrepreneurship intent of economic education. Therefore, the steps of developing entrepreneurial modules based on this success story refer to the development of learning from Dick and Carey.Discussion of research using research development model (research and development). which consists of ten steps, namely: 1) perform needs analysis; 2) malakukan learning analysis; 3) analyzing learners and the context; 4) outline general goals into more specific objectives; 5) develop assessment instruments; 6) developing learning strategies; 7) developing and selecting learning materials; 8) design and perform formative evaluation; 9) make revisions; 10) conduct summative evaluation.The results of the study indicate that the assessment of the expert of the field of study, the designer of the lesson and the linguist to the result of the development of entrepreneurship module based on succes story is feasible to be used. The product component of entrepreneurship module development is based on a success story that has been piloted through five stages and revisions, to the lecturer in the field of study, the design expert of the lesson and the linguist, where the result of the assessment is a good average. The result of the development of entrepreneurship module based on succes story can improve student entrepreneurship intention.

This study aims to improve the activity and ability to solve problems in the material Characteristics of developing countries, economic problems and policies in developing countries and economic theories of development and the evolution and characteristics of the Pancasila economic system (SEP) in the fourth semester of the class B Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, Hamzanwadi University. The form of research used is classroom action research (CAR). The subject of the research was the fourth semester students of Class B. The instrument used in this study was the observation sheet and the test results of students' ability to solve problems. The results showed (1) Group Investigation (GI) learning model can increase student activity in conducting discussions on Evolution material and the characteristics of the Pancasila economic system (SEP) with the percentage of students categorized as very active, active and quite active by 86.21% . (2) Group Investigation Learning Model (GI) can improve student outcomes in solving problems in the Indicators of successful learning outcomes that is equal to 75.86% of students who are capable.

The research raised in this study is the development of employees who must be able to implement the 4.0 revolution, because the transition carried out by the industry is shifting from the traditional direction to the digital era, furthermore, to survive in competition, companies or organizations must be able to manage employees creatively who are able to improve their performance. performance. This research aims to test the mediation of intrinsic motivation between psychological empowerment toward creativity employee. The population used is private employees in Yogyakarta. The data taken using a questionnaire were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Baron Kenny. The results showed that there was a positive effect of psychological empowerment on intrinsic motivation with a t value of 8,518 and a significance 0.01. There is a positive influence from psychological empowerment and intrinsic motivation partially on creativity employee. Intrinsic motivation is also able to mediate the psychological empowerment relationship to creativity employee

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the sustainability of the tourism sector and the creative economy in Indonesia. Tourism activities around the world have also been temporarily suspended. The purpose of this study was to determine the recovery strategy of the tourism sector and the creative economy from the Ministry during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data is taken from the results of the year-end press conference and webinars from the Creative Economy Marketing Director. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study conclude that several programs launched in the context of restoring the tourism sector and the creative economy are Indonesia Care, Certified CHSE, Grants, and Local Creative Purchases. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy also launched 3 program platforms, namely innovation, adaptation, and collaboration. The implication of this research is to provide an in-depth understanding that the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy always has a long-term and short-term orientation in restoring the tourism sector and the creative economy during the pandemic or post-covid-19 pandemic. The various programs launched have involved all parties such as local governments, tourist destination managers, the private sector, or entrepreneurs and business actors in the tourism world.

This study aims to determine whether the Discovery Learning model can improve learning activities and can improve the learning outcomes of XI IPS1 students at the MA Muallimin NW Pancor.This study uses a Classroom Action Research. This study seeks to improve the quality of learning activities and learning outcomes in a class based on the problems found by using new actions applied by researchers. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS1 MA Muallimin Pancor TA2018/2019 with 30 students. In this study there are three cycles, which start from planning, implementation and evaluation.The results of this class action research are: The method of discovery learning can improve the learning activities of students of class XI IPS1 MA Muallimat NW Pancor academic year 2018/2019. The results showed that after the application of the discovery learning model the average learning activity of students had increased. In the first cycle the average learning activity was 8.53 with a less active category, in the second cycle it increased to 11.00 with a fairly active category. In the third cycle it increased to 13.70 with a fairly active category. Discovery learning model can improve learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS1 MA Muallimin NW Pancor academic year 2018/2019. The results showed that after the implementation of the discovery learning model the average student learning outcomes had increased. In the first cycle the average learning outcomes were 61.33 with sufficient categories, in the second cycle it increased to 65.67 in the good category. In the third cycle it increased to 74.00 in the good category
