The data used in this study is secondary data, that is data from 2003 through 2010 This study used quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, which use quantitative analysis Multiple regression through SPSS. Regression results show that the DAU negative effect on economic growth, while capital expenditures and significant positive effect on economic growth in South Sumatra province. From the regression results DAU and capital expenditure on economic growth seen R2 value of 0.606 indicates the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable of 60.6 percent (significant). This means that 60.6 percent of variable economic growth in 2003-2010 was able to be explained by the variable general allocation fund (DAU) and capital expenditure, while the remaining 39.4 percent is influenced by factors outside the model are held constant. The result using the elasticity coefficient of elasticity of 21.2 percent for DAU and 23.9 percent for capital expenditure which means is elastic (e> 1). This shows that the general allocation fund and capital expenditures considerable influence respectively is 21.2 percent and 23.9 percent. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of ASEAN Korea Free Trade Agreement (AKFTA) on Indonesia Trade with gravity model approach using panel data. This research is using Hausman and Chow test to choose the best between the Fixed Effect model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The test result shows that REM is the best model choosen to analyze the effect from GDP per capita, Exchange rate, distance and AKFTA Policy to the import from 14 AKFTA country economies to Indonesia. The result from R2 shows that the variation of independent variables (GDP per capita, Exchange rate, distance and AKFTA Policies) affected the variation of dependent variable (Import) as 54 percent. Meanwhile, from the gravity theory, the trade among AKFTA economies to Indonesia has bring positive impact as the distance has positive sign and lead to form trade creation. The variable of dummy policy has negative and significantly affected the import.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the pattern of the relationship between private savings and economic growth in Palembang period 1995-2013. To determine the relationship pattern used Granger causality test. There are four possibilities causal relationship between St (public savings) and Yt (economic growth) will appear on the causality test: (1). Causality one direction is Yt (economic growth) effect or causes St. (public savings), (2). Causality one direction ie St (public savings) affect or cause Yt (economic growth), (3). Yt (economic growth) and St (public savings) are independent of each other, and (4). Yt (economic growth) and St (public savings) are dependent on each other. Granger causality test results indicate that the economic growth of the previous year affecting people's savings in Palembang. Savings communities affected by the economic growth of 97% and 3% are influenced by other factors. Each 1% increase in economic growth will increase public savings in Palembang is 86%. Future studies are expected to incorporate other factors that affect people's savings and economic growth as the variable interest rates of savings and investment in the city of Palembang. The Purpose of this research is to know theform of relation between credit interest rate. society fund and credit distribution. The data that has been used is secondary data and the secondary data taken from many resources included the data from Badon Pusat Statistik and Indonesian Bank. Kind of analysis that have been used is by using multiple regression model. From the calculation the writer got R2 with the value 0,393 with indicated that 39.3 percent of credit Distribution effected by credit interest rate. society funds. From the t-test and outher test we can conclude that credit interest rate are not significant with the credit distribution, and society funds are significant to the credit distribution. The disturbance of banking intermediation or more popular in term disintermediation of credit distribution is reflected by the low position of LDR national banking. The low position of LDR indicates the decrease of banking ability in distributing credit if it's compared to the banking ability in colleting.fundfrom society.
