Abstract

Abstract The prevalence of drug abuse in Indonesia reached 2.2 %, or 3.8 million people. Predicted up to 2015 the prevalence increased to 5.1 million people. DRUGS complex problems have caused many casualties and material losses, so that Indonesia now entering the era of emergency drugs. This condition needs to overcome the dangers of drugs in a comprehensive, integral and synergistic. All parties must cooperate in preventive medicine. Students are the group most vulnerable to drug abuse. The research subjects were students of 9 faculties who have followed the course for 1 year. The purpose of research to get an idea of the influence of individual factors and socio - cultural environmental factors on the behavior of drug abuse prevention at the Esa Unggul University. Methods of this study is a descriptive correlation with quantitative approaches conducted in May-June 2013. Number of sample is 137 respondents and sampling technique with random sampling method. The technique of data collection using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and measurement using the test for knowledge and Likert scales for attitude and behavioral dimensions. Based on the analysis it was found that individual variable hasn’t relationship but socio-cultural environment variables shown significant relationship with the variable behavior of drug abuse prevention. With this model, we can predict the behavior of drug abuse prevention score using individual variables and socio - cultural environment. Statistical analysis of the results it can be concluded that : (1) Any increase in drug abuse prevention behavior score will reduce 0,014 individual predisposition score, and (2) At the student who has a score of socio - cultural environment is high then the behavior of drug abuse prevention will be higher 1,509 after controlled individual predisposing variables. Suggestions from this study is expected the regulatory review of drug abuse prevention , need to hold campus activities involving parents and students , but it also needs to be training the impact of drug abuse and assertive communication and parenting training for families to high up the role in creating a positive family conditions. Keywords:  individual factors, socio – cultura,l environmental factor

Abstract

AbstractNeonatal mortality rates is quite high in Indonesia, where one of the main problem causing it was low birth weight babies (LBW). Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) is an intervention that can be done to reduce mortality in LBW, by making direct contact between the skin of the baby and the mother. The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge, attitudes, and roles of community health workers in KMC practice. This research was qualitative study. The informants in this study were 5 community health workers and 5 health workersin Tanjung Priok Subdistrict, North Jakarta. Informants was collected purposively. Data was collected by in-depth interviews and analyzed by content analysis. Community health workers understood about benefit and how to practice KMC, and had positive attitudes regarding benefit of KMC. However, they did not know about the duration of KMC and people who can do KMC. The role of community health workers was to provide information about exclusive breastfeeding and KMC practices, motivate and remind mothers to practice KMC; monitor infant weight; and help mothers to do KMC. In carrying out its functions, community health workers need to get training in advance regarding KMC. Community health workers can play a role in monitoring KMC practice. Perawatan Metode Kanguru (PMK) merupakan salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kematian pada BBLRdengan melakukan kontak langsung antara kulit bayi dengan ibu.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan, sikap, dan peran kader kesehatan dalam PMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 orang kader kesehatan dan 5 orang petugas kesehatan di Kecamatan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan informan dilakukan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan analisisi data dilakukan secara content analysis. Secara umum, kader kesehatan memahami mengenai manfaat dan cara mempraktekkan PMK, serta mempunyai sikap yang positif mengenai manfaat PMK. Namun kader kesehatan kurang mengetahui mengenai durasi PMK dan orang yang dapat melakukan PMK. Peran kader kesehatan dalam praktek PMK yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai ASI eksklusif dan praktek PMK, memotivasi dan mengingatkan ibu untuk praktek PMK, memantau berat badan bayi, dan membantu ibu mempraktekkan PMK. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya tersebut, kader kesehatan perlu mendapatkan pelatihan terlebih dahulu mengenai PMK. Kader kesehatan dapat berperan dalam pemantauan praktek PMK.Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, sikap, peran, kader kesehatan, Perawatan Metode Kanguru

Abstract

AbstractIn the provision of medical information must follow the applicable procedures and must be with the consent and permission of the patient as it aims to protect the hospital from further demands. For that the patient must make or complete a written statement that he has authorized the third party to request medical data about him or her from a doctor or hospital. Without the consent of the patient, the hospital or physician should not provide patient medical data. The problem is that RS Muhammadiyah Taman Puring already has SPO Disclosure of Information, but in its implementation still not in accordance with existing SPO, then in the release of medical information of patient, still found request of medical information of patient by third party without any authorization letter. The research method in this study is descriptive, the author observes and examines directly about the system of release of medical information to the insurer at Muhammadiyah Hospital Taman Puring. The results show the percentage of non-conformity of the implementation of the release of medical information on the SPO in the process of receiving a written request from a third party of 68.4% is not appropriate, then in the second procedure is, the written request for patients <14 years, as many as 42% , then in the fifth process that is, showing the original identity which mentions the relationship of the requesting party with the patient, equal to 58% that is not appropriate, so that the average release of information that has been compliant SPO of 76%, and that is not according to the SPO of 24% . Then the percentage that does not use the power of attorney for the release of medical information by third party in particular insurance at Muhammadiyah Hospital Taman Puring Year 2017 as much as 68%. Keywords: release of medical information, power of attorney, medical recordAbstrakDalam Pemberian informasi medis harus mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku dan harus dengan persetujuan dan izin dari  pasien karena hal ini bertujuan untuk melindungi RS dari tuntutan yang lebih jauh. Untuk itu pasien harus membuat atau mengisi pernyataan tertulis bahwa ia telah memberikan kuasa kepada pihak ke tiga untuk meminta data medis mengenai dirinya dari dokter atau rumah sakit. Tanpa surat persetujuan dari pasien tersebut, rumah sakit atau dokter tidak boleh memberikan data medis pasien. Permasalahannya yaitu, RS Muhammadiyah Taman Puring sudah memiliki SPO Pelepasan Informasi, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum sesuai dengan SPO yang ada, kemudian dalam pelepasan informasi medis pasien, masih ditemukan permintaan informasi medis pasien oleh pihak ke tiga tanpa adanya surat kuasa.  Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, penulis mengamati dan meneliti secara langsung mengenai sistem pelepasan informasi medis kepada pihak asuransi di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Taman Puring. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase ketidaksesuaian pelaksanaan pelepasan informasi medis terhadap SPO pada proses menerima permintaan tertulis dari pihak ke tiga sebesar 68,4% yang tidak sesuai, selanjutnya pada prosedur ke dua yaitu, permintaan tertulis untuk pasien <14 tahun, sebanyak 42% yang tidak sesuai, kemudian pada proses ke lima yaitu, memperlihatkan identitas asli yang menyebutkan adanya hubungan dari pihak peminta dengan pasien, sebesar 58% yang tidak sesuai, sehingga rata-rata pelepasan informasi yang sudah sesuai SPO sebesar 76%, dan yang belum sesuai SPO sebesar 24%. Kemudian persentase yang tidak menggunakan surat kuasa untuk pelepasan informasi medis oleh pihak ke tiga khususnya asuransi di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Taman Puring Tahun 2017 sebanyak 68%.Kata kunci : pelepasan informasi medis, surat kuasa, rekam medis

Abstract

AbstractComputer as a tool to facilitate the performance as well as being a means of improving working efficiency is very good. One way to take advantage of developments in information technology is the use of computers in the health care field, to provide good service and customer satisfaction. Administrative procedures are simple, easy and fast is one of the improvement of services for patients .. The problem in Bidan Hj. Aswilda is the lack of good health care, the process of recording data, calculating fees, duration of service provided, making the letters associated with the health of the patient and preparing reports for the performance is done in helping the health service is still manual. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems, we need a new information system that can speed up the process of patient registration and patient data search, can make data storage to be efficient, helping the payment process more effective, and the system can make a statement and presentation the results of the report made easier this final form of the draft administrative information system that includes inpatients master menu, menu transactions, navigation certificate and the reports menu. The author hopes that the design of information systems inpatient computerized administration, could help midwife Hj. Aswilda. Salah satu cara memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi adalah penggunaan komputer di bidang pelayanan kesehatan, untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan kepuasan pelanggan. Prosedur administrasi yang sederhana, mudah dan cepat merupakan salah satu peningkatan pelayanan kepada pasien.. Masalah di Bidan Hj. Aswilda adalah kurangnya pelayanan kesehatan baik itu proses pencatatan data, penghitungan biaya, lamanya pelayanan yang diberikan, membuat surat-surat yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan pasien dan pembuatan laporan karena kinerja yang dilakukan dalam membantu pelayanan kesehatan masih bersifat manual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi baru yang dapat mempercepat dalam proses pendaftaran pasien dan pencarian data pasien, dapat membuat penyimpanan data menjadi efisien, membantu proses pembayaran yang lebih efektif, dan sistem yang dapat membuat surat keterangan dan penyajian laporan menjadi lebih mudah Hasil tugas akhir ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi administrasi pasien rawat inap yang meliputi Menu master, menu transaksi, menu surat keterangan dan menu laporan. Penulis berharap dengan adanya rancangan sistem informasi administrasi rawat inap yang terkomputerisasi, dapat membantu Bidan Hj. Aswilda. Abstract

AbstrakKelengkapan resume medis merupakan salah satu syarat pemberkasan administrasi penagihan biaya. Jenis jaminan pembayaran pasien yang terdapat di RSUD Kabupaten Karimun Kepulauan Riau terdiri dari jaminan BPJS dan non BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kelengkapan pengisian resume medis pasien rawat inap jaminan BPJS dan non BPJS terhadap penagihan biaya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi analitik, menggunakan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah seluruh resume medis pasien jaminan periode Juli sampai September 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61resume medis untuk jaminan BPJS dan 59 resume medis untuk jaminan non BPJS. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dan uji t independent. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata persentase kelengkapan pengisian resume medis pasien BPJS 86.31%, standar deviasi 7.79% sedang rata-rata kelengkapan pengisian resume medis pasien jaminan non BPJS 83.45%,standar deviasi 7,36%. Dimana diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan antara kelengkapan pengisian resume medis pasien rawat inap jaminan BPJS dengan non BPJS, dari ada perbedaan proporsi penagihan antara jaminan BPJS dan non BPJSKata kunci : Kelengkapan pengisian resume medis, jaminan, penagihan biaya

Abstract

AbstractThe effectiveness of outpatient registration system workflow in the implementation of BPJS patients is an overview of the steps for patients taking outpatient using BPJS and as reference of registration officer in registering outpatient BPJS. To know the level of effectiveness of workflow of outpatient registration system on BPJS implementation is seen from four aspects, namely task or function aspect, plan or program aspect, regulation and regulation aspect, and aspect of objective or ideal condition assessed by using Deming Cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Based on preliminary observations found by researchers at Sukapura Islamic Hospital Jakarta, the effectiveness of outpatient workflow on the implementation of BPJS patients is still less effective in its implementation so that frequent miscommunication between units, nurses working in polyclinics, outpatient BPJS or even patients. It is necessary to create a special workflow that regulates BPJS outpatient registration system. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of workflow outpatient registration system on the implementation of BPJS patients in Sukapura Islamic Hospital Jakarta in 2017. This study uses descriptive method in which researchers can describe the effectiveness of outpatient registration system workflow on the implementation of BPJS. patient supported by research result and interview with staff of Medical Record Unit at Sukapura Islamic Hospital Jakarta. Based on the results of the study the use of outpatient registration system workflow applied to patients BPJS still less effective so often miscommunication between units or officers who interfere with the registration process. It is recommended to Jakarta Sukapura Medical Unit General Hospital to make BPJS outpatient registration system workflow so that patient registration will be effective.Keywords: effectiveness, workflow, outpatient BPJSAbstrakEfektivitas alur kerja (workflow) sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan pada implementasi pasien BPJS merupakan gambaran langkah-langkah untuk pasien yang berobat jalan menggunakan BPJS dan sebagai acuan petugas pendaftaran dalam mendaftarkan rawat jalan pasien BPJS. Untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas alur kerja sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan pada implementasi pasien BPJS dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu aspek tugas atau fungsi, aspek rencana atau program, aspek ketentuan dan peraturan, serta aspek tujuan atau kondisi ideal dinilai dengan menggunakan Siklus Deming (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Berdasarkan observasi awal yang ditemukan peneliti di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Sukapura efektivitas alur kerja rawat jalan pada implementasi pasien BPJS masih kurang efektif dalam pelaksanaanya sehingga sering terjadi miskomunikasi antar unit, perawat yang bekerja dipoliklinik, petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan BPJS atau pun pasien. Maka perlu dibuat alur kerja khusus mengatur sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan pasien BPJS. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas alur kerja sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan pada implementasi pasien BPJS di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Sukapura tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu peneliti dapat menggambarkan efektivitas alur kerja sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan pada implementasi pasien BPJS yang didukung dengan hasil penelitian dan wawancara dengan petugas Unit Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Sukapura. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemakaian alur kerja sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan yang diimplementasikan pada pasien BPJS masih kurang efektif sehingga sering terjadi miskomunikasi antar unit atau pun petugas yang mengganggu proses pendaftaran. Di sarankan kepada Unit Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Sukapura untuk membuat alur kerja sistem pendaftaran rawat jalan pasien BPJS agar pelaksanaan pendaftaran pasien menjadi efektif.Kata kunci : efektifivitas, alur kerja (workflow), rawat jalan BPJS

Abstract

AbstractThis journal discusses about factors that influence the incidence of STIs in MSM and implementation of quality improvement for health care quality through medical records of specific STI patients. It underlies the researchers conducted a study to determine the factors associated with the incidence of STIs in MSM in Jakarta, Jogjakarta and Makassar in 2009.This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional approach using secondary data Integrated Biological and Behavioral Surveillance (STBP) 2009. The samples of this study are men who have sex with men (MSM) with 599 respondents in Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Makassar. MSM outreach methods using methods respondents Driven Sampling (RDS). This study shows that the proportion of MSM infected with STDs by 32%. The factors that proved significant to the incidence of STIs in MSM is the age (Pvalue = 0.02), age of first risk behavior (Pvalue = 0.004), main source of income (Pvalue = 0.000), and condom use (Pvalue = 0.037) , the type of lubricant (Pvalue = 0.003), and the number of sexual partners (Pvalue = 0.003). Aspects of medical records necessary to review medical records at the hospital so that a history of STI patients can be better traced so that the transmission to others can be overcome and prevent possible toward the gate of HIV / AIDS. Based on this research to be the addition of a variable type of lubricant because it proved significantly associated with incidence of STIs in MSM, but not in the form of medical recordsKeywords: sexually transmitted diseases, man who sex with man, hiv/aids

Abstract

AbstractFood and Bevarege is very important for live. Food and beverages are potentially contaminated by pathogenic microorganism and chemical agent. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between the education level, knowledge, attitude and facilities with personal hygiene and sanitation food handler in Esa Unggul Canteen. The used methode in this research is survey with cross Sectional Study. Result of reseach obtained data of the most responden have the level education is Junior High school are 11 people (42%), and the most responden have a good knowladge are 18 people (69%), and the most responden have good attitude are 17 people (65%), and complete facilities are 22 people (85%), and 13 people (50%) for responden have good personal hygiene and sanitation, the other have bad personal hygiene and sanitation. Result of  Fisher test, obtained the not correlation between the education level, knowladge, attitude and facilities with personal hygiene and sanitation in The Esa Unggul Canteen because score p-value > 0,005.Keywords : Hygiene and Sanitation, Food Handler AbstrakMakanan dan minuman merupakan kebutuhan hidup yang paling utama. Makanan dan minuman berpotensi untuk terkontaminasi bakteri pathogen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap dan ketersediaan sarana dengan personal hygiene dan sanitasi penjamah makanan Di Kantin Esa Unggul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectionalHasil penelitian ini diperolah bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pendidikan lulus SMP dengan jumlah (42%), sebagian besar responden mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan baik sebesar (69%), sebanyak 65% mempunyai sikap yang baik, dan 85% sarana dan prasarana kantin Esa unggul mempunyai sarana tang sudah memenuhi syarat, serta separuh dari responden mempunyai praktik personal hygiene dan sanitasi yang baik sebesar 50% sedangkan 50% lainya mempunyai praktek hygiene dan sanitasi yang buruk. Hasil uji Fisher menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan personal hygiene dan sanitasi penjamah makanan  dengan p-value > 0,005.Kata kunci : Hiegene dan sanitasi, penjamah makanan

AbstractThe incidence of Malaria in Indonesia until April 2018 shows a total of 10.7 million people living in medium and high endemic areas of malaria. These areas are the provinces of Papua, West Papua and East Nusa Tenggara. At present, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Health has stated that it is aggressively undertaking efforts to eliminate malaria in 2030. Women in pregnancy are considered vulnerable to suffer from malaria in these endemic areas. Malaria due to Plasmodium falciparum and or Plasmodium vivax during pregnancy is 88.2 million (70%) of 125.2 million pregnancies in the world. 54.4 million those pregnancy women came from Malaria endemic areas in Asia Pasific. This paper is a literature review by reporting the results of exploration of articles with keywords: pregnancy, malaria and macronutrients deficiency. Macronutrient deficiency in the presence of maternal malaria infection causes fetal growth and could affect both immune-competence and long-term health. Joint efforts by public health professional with interest in nutrition and parasitologist (Malaria experts) are needed to determine the burden and to find its solution.Keywords: malaria, nutrition, infantsAbstrakKejadian Penyakit Malaria di Indonesia, hingga April 2018 menunjukkan  sebesar 10,7 juta penduduk yang tinggal di daerah endemis menengah dan tinggi Malaria. Daerah tersebut adalah provinsi Papua, Papua Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Saat ini pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) menyatakan sedang gencar melakukan upaya-upaya eliminasi Malaria pada tahun 2030. Ibu hamil dianggap rentan menderita Malaria di daerah-daerah endemis tersebut. Kejadian Malaria akibat Plasmodium falciparum dan atau Plasmodium vivax selama kehamilan sebanyak 88,2 juta (70%) dari 125.200.000 kehamilan di dunia. 54.4 juta jiwa ibu hamil yang terjangkit berasal dari kawasan endemik Malaria di Asia-Pasifik. Tulisan ini merupakan kajian pustaka dengan melaporkan hasil eksplorasi artikel-artikel dengan kata kunci: pregnancy (kehamilan), Malaria dan deficiency macronutrient (kekurangan makronutrien).  Keadaan kekurangan makronutrien dan adanya infeksi maternal malaria menyebabkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi terhambat, meningkatkan resiko terkena infeksi dan kematian pada bayi dan balita, juga kesehatannya di masa yang akan datang. Perlunya kerjasama ahli-ahli parasitologi dan kesehatan masyarakat dengan spesialisasi nutrisi untuk menentukan besarnya masalah dan merancang solusinya.Kata Kunci: malaria, nutrisi, bayi

Abstract

AbstractOccupational health efforts for informal sector workers are things that need special attention. These efforts need to be done considering informal sector workers also have the same risk of experiencing work accidents and occupational diseases such as those faced by workers in large industries. This study aims to analyze the situation of the application of occupational health in Puskesmas in West Jakarta in 2018 through the approach of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the implementation of occupational health efforts in the West Jakarta Work Area Health Center. In this study the authors use content analysis methods to find out specifically the situation that exists in each health center. Based on the results of the study it was found that all Puskesmas in the West Jakarta area when the research was carried out had applied Occupational Health Efforts in the form of Pos UKK, but in practice there were many things that were still constraints and obstacles such as specific HR needs in the area of Occupational Health and Safety, lack of procedures clear technicalities related to the implementation of occupational health efforts in each Pos UKK, and not all workers in the informal sector have good knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety risks.Keywords: program, occupational health, pos UKKAbstrakUpaya kesehatan kerja pada pekerja sektor informal merupakan hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Upaya tersebut perlu dilakukan mengingat pekerja sector informal juga memiliki risiko yang sama untuk mengalami kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja seperti yang dihadapi oleh pekerja di industry besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis situasi penerapan kesehatan kerja pada Puskesmas di Wilayah Jakarta Barat tahun 2018 melalui pendekatan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan kerja di Puskesmas Wilayah Kerja Jakarta Barat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis konten untuk mengetahui secara spesifik situasi yang ada pada masing-masing puskesmas. BErdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa seluruh puskesmas di wilayah Jakarta Barat saat penelitian dilakukan sudah menerapkan Upaya Kesehatan Kerja dalam bentuk Pos UKK, Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat banyak hal yang masih menjadi kendala dan hambatan seperti kebutuhan SDM yang spesifik membidangi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, belum adanya prosedur teknis yang jelas terkait pelaksanaan upaya kesehatan kerja di masing-masing Pos UKK, serta belum semua pekerja di sector informal memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.Kata Kunci: program, kesehatan kerja, pos UKK
