Abstract

Wamanggu Market as it should provide adequate parking, but the fact is that Wamanngu Market has not been able to provide adequate parakir land for vehicles of people visiting the market. The purpose of the research study was to formulate a parking lot management model at the Wamanggu Market to increase local income. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD, while data analysis uses Data reduction, Data Display, Data verification. The results showed that the parking lot at Wamanggu Market has not been able to accommodate vehicles to park in the parking lot provided so that many people park their vehicles outside the market area, including on the road body around the market area. This has an impact on pad being less than optimal because vehicles that park outside the market area are not subject to payment of parking levies. The volume provided has not been balanced with the number of vehicles that want to park, parking facilities in the form of guard posts, and portals are no longer functioning and do not have parking signs. The density of vehicles using the parking lot makes parking attendants have the ability to arrange vehicles to use the parking lot, of course, it will have an impact on the parking levy. The need for parking space has been converted to a place for selling merchants so that it needs integrated parking management between the needs of parking spaces and the parking facilities provided.v

Abstract

This This study aims to determine the participation of the community in Kampung Getentiri, Jair District, Boven Digoel Regency in Development Planning Meetings. Observational techniques, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The study found that although Musrembang had been conducted and generated enthusiasm among most of the community who are mostly farmers, community participation in Musrembang was still lacking. Inter-community relations were not communicative enough, and there was a lack of active involvement in providing suggestions. In terms of tokenism, the community participated in Musrembang to give their input and opinions on development plans, but the feedback provided was only formal and not followed up, giving the government greater control over development programs. This highlights the need to strengthen community participation in the planning and implementation of development, ensuring that their feedback is not merely a formality but also taken into consideration in decision-making. Furthermore, in terms of the community's power in development planning in Kampung Getentiri, the community has power in development planning. They are involved directly in the initial meetings with the village head and Musrembang and are enthusiastic about providing input. The results of Musrembang give the community authority to participate in implementing development programs, although they are still monitored by the village authorities.

Abstract

Policy Formulation is a process of formulating policies or strategies to achieve the desired goals. There is no Regency Tourism Development Management Agency that should be regulated in the Regent's Regulation, so the government is expected to immediately form a tourism management body so that the forum together with the Tourism Office always synergizes in the process of planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling activities related to tourism, including promotion, development of tourism products, and conservation environment and culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques by observation, in-depth interviews(depth interview), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation study. The results of this study, namely the formulation of collaborative tourism management policies in Merauke Regency involve five parties, namely local government, academics, communities, tourism business actors, and the mass media. The Pentahelix collaboration is very important to create synergy and cooperation in tourism management which is accommodated by the Regency Tourism Management Board, the formation of a tourism management body will allow tourism development to be more directed and integrated, to optimize the resulting economic, social, and environmental benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning the Management of Regional Property, the problem of assets, especially motor vehicles controlled by users who have moved from the previous Regional Equipment Work Unit to a new office and have not reported these assets. The method used is qualitative descriptive and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted, that the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning the Management of Regional Property has not gone well. Regarding communication related to the implementation of regional regulations on the management of regional property, there are still annual records that cannot all be detected, making it difficult to find data. In terms of resources, there are still many asset users who are not aware of reporting to the asset field, similarly, the resources actually needed for asset management are still insufficient, there is a lack of archivists as managers of Regional Property records, there are only archivists and staff who do not have archival training. The bureaucratic structure has so far gone well enough that there are no significant problems.

Abstract

Asmat Tribe women are faced with a subordinate position because of the social transformation that has occurred in Asmat Tribe due to the intervention of 'outsiders'. The existence of the Asmat tribe is an attraction for missionaries, countries and also other practitioners who attend with their own goals. This study describes the phase of social transformation that occurred in Asmat Tribe which has changed the social construction of the status, role and position of women in it. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method that focuses on Pierre Bourdieu's theory of the cultural arena as a rationale. The results of the study show that the status, role and position of women experience a dynamic change from a dichotomous pattern to a subordinate one due to the interference of "outsiders". In the phase before the missionaries arrived, social roles within the Asmat tribe were not only determined by gender and kinship but also skills and knowledge, whereas during the missionary phase, women began to accept subordinate behavior because the teachings in the Bible seemed to legitimize the existence of male roles. -males are taller than females. Likewise, when the state came to the Asmat, women were increasingly entangled in domestic terms as the main space for women. Abstract

Micro Business Actors (UM) are one of the pillars of the national economy. The Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises has an important role in promoting micro enterprises. The role of the cooperative and micro business services is expected to create welfare and prosperity for micro business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in empowering micro enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach through interviews, observation and documentation and uses secondary data sourced from journals and books. The research location is at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises (UM) Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the results of research on the role of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in empowering business actors as follows: 1) Facility Role; including the provision of Support, utilization of resources, and communication. 2) Educational Role; provide information related to punctured potency, and training. 3) Representative Role; includes cooperation in fostering and developing potential, opening networks with other parties, and obtaining venture capital. 4) Technical Roles; includes skills, management, and the ability to control finances.

Abstract

Realizing people's welfare is one of the goals of national development. The Birth Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages provides new opportunities for village communities to develop their capacities and abilities as subjects of development, and one of the elements that helps improve the standard of living of village communities is the provision of village funds. The purpose of this study is to describe community empowerment in managing village funds and to analyze the factors that influence village fund management on the level of community empowerment in Erambu Village, Sota District. Purposive sampling was used to identify informants in this study, which used a qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of the study show that community empowerment in managing village funds in Erambu Village has been going well. In the planning stage, the community has participated in conveying programs, activities, and development needs that will become development priorities in village-level musrenbang activities. Furthermore, in the implementation stage, the village community also played a role; although there were still frequent miscommunications with village officials, this did not become a serious obstacle that hindered the implementation of activities. In the supervision stage, the community has also been involved, although it has not been maximized due to educational factors and public awareness of supervision over the management of village funds, which is still low. The factors that influence community empowerment in managing village funds in Erambu Village are leadership, communication, and community education.

  This study aims to determine and measure how much influence bureaucratic behavior on the quality of public services in the District Semangga. each variable is described in four-dimensional indicators and three. The research method used is a quantitative analysis of the survey method using questionnaires as the main instrument. Quantitative data processing system using a statistical dioleh Product and Service Solutions (SPSS. 17.0) The results showed that the statistical behavior of the bureaucracy affects the quality of public services in the District with Semangga 0.5 can also be proved by comparing the values of r calculated with the table r (95%) so that the table r = 0.138. Abstract

Kompetensi  pimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh sigfinikan terhadap kinerja aparat dengan kategori baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi pimpinan masih perlu ditingkatkan mengingat  semakin baik kompetensi pimpinan akan semakin baik kinerja aparat. Peningkatan kompetensi pimpinan dapat ditingkatakan melalui pendidikan dan latihan, mengingat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap sesuai dengan tuntutan tugasnya, karena  akumulasi dari kompetensi -  kompetensi yang ada dalam suatu organisasi dapat diarahkan menjadi faktor keunggulan bersaing bagi suatu organisasi.
