This research was conducted to analyze philosophical studies contained in the development of basic writing materials based on brain based learning. Philosophical studies are used there are three, namely, ontology, epistimology and axiology. This research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used using library studies against references related to the topics studied in this article in the form of literature related to the development of teaching materials, basic writing and brain based learning. The results of this study are a discussion of three studies of the philosophy of science on the development of basic writing materials based on brain based learning. Ontology studies are formulated to examine a development of teaching materials in third semester students who take basic writing courses in the English education study program, Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Epistimologically, the methods used in the study are in accordance with learning models based on brain abilities developed by Jensen. Then the axiology foundation contained in the research is the value of educational technology and human value because basically this research is done to develop educational technology in the form of brain based learning teaching materials that can support the performance of lecturers and students so that the learning outcomes created can be maximized

Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas, faktor penunjang dan permasalahan serta upaya dalam mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran daring Mata kuliah Desain pada era new normal di Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan. Jenis Penelitain yang digunakan adalah deksriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian di Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Fakultas Keguruaan FKIP Universitas Muhamamdiyah Makassar tahun akademik 2020/2021. Subjek dan informan dalam penelitian adalah Dosen pengampu mata kuliah dan Mahasiswa semester 4 pada matakuliah Desain Grafis. Sumber data pada penelitian ini ialah data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan obeservasi dan wancara. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data digunakan reduksi data (data reduction), kategorisasi, penyajian data (Data Display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (Verification). Dalam penelitian kualitatif kriteria keabsahan data adalah Derajat kepercayaan (credibility), Keteralihan (transferability), Ketergantungan (Dependability) dan Trianggulasi. Berdasarkan temuan hasil dari analisis data pada peneltian ini ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran daring pada era new normal di Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan pada mata kuliah Desain Grafis belum maksimal (kurang efektif). Faktor pendukungnya adalah sarana dan prasarana, motivasi, aplikasi dan kesiapan dosen. Sedangkan untuk penghambatnya adalah terbatasnya koneksi internet/kecepatan jaringan, dan pemberian materi yang monoton. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi permsalahan tersebut adalah dosen dan mahasiswa perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar capaian pembelajaran dapat tercapai sesuai dengan indikator materi dan mahasiswa dapat belajar mandiri

This study analyzes the degree of gender inequality in education, labor force participation, and economic opportunity and its relationship with income distribution in India. The study aims to discern if a negative relationship exists between gender inequality in the multi-dimensional context and income distribution. Certain studies prove that gender wage inequality and income distribution exhibit a positive correlation for export-oriented economies wherein women provide most of the labor for the export sector. However, it is not the same case for gender inequality in the education and labor force. The theoretical model is based on Becker’s net earnings model but adjustments are done to the variables used. Using annual time-series data provided by the World Bank, World Inequality Database, and Human Development Report, the researchers assume that gender inequality in wages, mean and expected years of schooling, and labor force participation rate affects income distribution across the top, middle, and bottom classes in India. In addressing this issue, the purpose of the study is to form policy recommendations to reduce inequalities in gender across India’s education and economic sector.

Agility becomes the most significant dimension in facing the Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) situation. Schools as a key organisation in surviving any environment changes need to adapt and adjust. On the other hand, schools are viewed as conventional institutions. Comfortable with a traditional approach in managing the organization, schools consider as one of the latter in implementing change management. Lack of discussion and research related to agility in schools, particularly kindergarten to high school (K12) setting encourage this article to conduct a case study in one of the fastest growing schools in Indonesia namely Sekolah Murid Merdeka (SMM). This article was conducted using a qualitative method complemented with a survey as triangulation approach. The result from this research is that SMM argues to be implementing agility as a key variable in executing the operational system. Agility became a significant dimension in helping SMM adjust with the current environment and market demand thus resulted in gaining almost 10000 students in one year.

Mobile Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (mCSCL) is an alternative that can be used in mobile learning. In this study, mCSCL consists of three steps. First, create groups of three to five students. Second, make learning activities starting from understanding the problem to discussion. Third, facilitating group discussions starting from one-to-one discussions to dissemination. The goal of this study was to see how mCSCL affected student learning results. The participants in this study were students from Duta Bangsa University's Informatics Engineering Study Program, which comprised of three classes totaling 90 individuals. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a one-way analysis of variance. The independent variables in this study were mCSCL, mobile learning, and e-learning based on Moodle. The results show that there are differences in learning outcomes in the number of material from the three learning models carried out. The mCSCL model is more effective than using the Mobile Learning model. Furthermore, the mobile learning model is more effective than e-learning Moodle

Education or learning is essentially a process of optimizing a child's potential towards the achievement of certain abilities as a standard for learning outcomes, by the task of growth and development which is reflected in the selection of life skills. Generating motivation regarding the learning material will increase the interest of learners in participating in learning. Giving attention to learning can be through learning media. Learning media is very developed and continues to increase due to the use of computer information technology. The purpose of this project was to examine how HTML may be used to enable interactive learning in Linear Algebra courses. The experimental research method employed in this study was the One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test because the data were not normally distributed. The results indicate that student scores significantly improved between the pre-test and post-test. Interactive media affect online learning today, so it is hoped that teachers/lecturers will use interactive media more in learning.

This research is designed specifically to measure the effectiveness of recitation method based on ICT (Moodle) in learning argumentation writing skills at students of English Language Education Program, Universitas Panca Sakti Bekasi. which based on the result of preliminary observation which show that students learning outcome was still low and there were some problems that related to the result of their writing skills that still have not achieved the expected aims. This research used the method of classroom action research that involved the number of samples in this research were 30 students. For the data collecting technique, this research used quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data was taken from the results of the pre-test and post-test, while qualitative data was taken during the process of observation and action. The research result shows that there is an increase in learning activity and student learning outcomes. The increase is known from the percentage value of student activity in attending learning process has increased, the results obtained in the first cycle percentage is 53%, then there is an increase in the second cycle to 55%. Student learning outcomes also increased, the average score in cycle 1 is 77.47, with the number of students completing are 21. Cycle 2 there is an increase in the average score by 4.13 to 81.6 with the number of students completing are 23.

Teachers can address the global demand for technology-based teaching and learning tools and equipment to replace traditional teaching techniques by integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In Indonesia, information, and communication technology (ICT) is regarded as one of the most critical components in the country's future development and success. As part of the present teaching blueprint, the Ministry of Education has embraced technology-based education and learning in its national curriculum (2013-2025). The goal of this study was to find out what teachers thought about the value of ICT integration in aiding the alpha generation's education and learning process. A survey was given to 107 Tangerang private school teachers at random. We used SPSS (version 26) to analyze the data from this quantitative study for descriptive and inference statistics. The findings of this study show that integrating ICT is beneficial to both teachers and students. According to the findings, adequate teacher preparation with ICT tools and equipment is one of the most critical elements for the efficacy of technology-based education and learning. In this study, we also discovered that teacher continuing education programs have a significant impact on increasing student learning quality. Other aspects of ICT integration need to be considered in future studies, especially from a management perspective, in terms of strategic planning and policy making for alpha generation students.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix-method dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 21.0. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perilaku kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Luwu memiliki indeks rata-rata 31,40 dengan standar deviasi 5,315 dengan interpretasi sedang. Variabel kinerja guru memiliki indeks rata-rata 31,85 dengan standar deviasi 5,122 dengan interpretasi sedang. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang dihitung adalah 0,042 < dari probabilitas yang telah ditentukan sebesar 0,05 sehingga Ho (tidak ada pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru) ditolak yang berarti Ha (ada pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru) diterima. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,210. Artinya, 0,210 kontribusi variabel kepemimpinan mempengaruhi variabel kinerja mengajar, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi model dalam penelitian ini.

Articulate Storyline yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikarenakan software ini masih jarang dipakai oleh guru dibandingkan dengan media berbasis PowerPoint ataupun Adobe Flash. Padahal Articulate Storyline ini dipandang sangat bisa diterapkan dalam mata pelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 2 Gantarang Keke Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar siswa dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 pada mata pelajaran IPA materi struktur bumi dan dinamikanya siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 2 Gantarangkeke Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu One Group Pretest-Posttest, dimana penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan keadaan sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Dalam desain penelitian ini kelas eskperimen diberi tes awal (pretest) pada awal pertemuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal siswa sebelum diberikan pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Articulate Storyline 3. Hasil penelitian dan analisa data mengenai perbandingan nilai statistik, perbandingan kategori hasil belajar, dan perbandingan tingkat ketuntasan telah membuktikan terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 2 Gantarangkeke.
