Abstract

This study aimed to describe the mathematical critical thinking skills of eighth grade students of SMPN Satap 2 Mentaya Hulu through story questions reviewed from extrovert and introvert personality types. This study used a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were four students who were grouped into two students with an extroverted personality type and two students with an introverted personality type. The method used in this research was test and interview method. The results of this study indicated that in the identify and define indicators, extroverted students were unable to explain the main idea of the problem and were unable to mention what was known and asked in the question, while introverted students are able to explain the main idea of the problem and were able to mention what is known and asked in the question. In the enumerate and list indicators, extroverted students have not been able to mention other options for solving problems and are not able to provide good explanations, while introverted students were able to mention other options for solving problems and were able to provide good explanations. In the analyze indicator, extroverted and introverted students were good at explaining. In the self-correct indicator, extroverted students have not been able to correct answers thoroughly, while introverted students were able to correct answers as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of the learning environment and learning discipline on learning outcomes in social studies class VIII subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah Sampit for the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects in this study were class VIII students from R1-R3, which had a population of 82 students, and the sample that the researchers used was 82 students, and the techniques used Nonprobability. The research instruments used are questionnaires, and documentation, as well as the analysis techniques used are with multiple Linear Regression. The results of the ex-post facto research analysis show that; (1) there is no influence of the learning environment on learning outcomes in social studies class VIII subjects at Muhammadiyah Sampit Junior High School, as can be seen from the tcount of < ttable, which is -0.371 < 1.990. (2) There is no influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes in social studies class VIII subjects at Muhammadiyah Sampit Junior High School, as can be seen from the t count of < ttable, which is 0.365 < 1.990. (3) There is no influence of the learning environment and learning discipline on learning outcomes in social studies class VIII subjects at Muhammadiyah Sampit Junior High School, as can be seen from Fcount (0.083) < Ftable (3.11).
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT TO STRENGTHEN THE PROFILE OF PANCASILA STUDENTS THROUGHTHE ASSISTANCE OF PEER TUTOR TEACHERS AT SMP NEGERI 1 SAMPIT MASPA S PULUHULAWA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning planning process of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMP Negeri 1 Sampit based on peer tutors; and to find out the results of its implementation in terms of the activities of teachers and students. This research uses a School Action Research approach which is carried out in two cycles and uses qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study are: First, the learning planning process of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 1 Sampit based on peer tutors begins with the identification of problems, readiness, planning, implementation, and evaluation of P5 learning. Second, the implementation of the learning project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 1 Sampit in terms of teacher and student activities shows that the results of the assessment of indicators of four teacher competencies have achieved the creteria of achievement. Pedagogic competence is at 75% - 80%, personality competence at 76% - 81%, social competence at 77% - 83% and professional competence at 83% - 87%. Meanwhile, the level of student activity in the P5 learning process is included in the good category where 95% of students can interact between students, 88% carry out literacy in the context of problem solving and as many as 92% of students are actively monitored in learning activities.Keywords:

Abstract

The development of the times has resulted in changes both in aspects of industrial life and all aspects of life in society, with these changes it is triggered by industrial activities that have combined the sophistication of automation technology with cyber. Cybercounseling services are very important in providing individual counseling services during a pandemic. The focus of this study is to determine the implementation of individual counseling services using cybercounseling at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kotawaringin Timur during the pandemic. The methodology used in this study was descriptive qualitative, with the subject of the study being a Guidance and Counseling teacher at MAN Kotawaringin east. Data collection method using interview method, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive method. Individual counseling services are also services organized by a Guidance and Counseling teacher (counselor) to counsellors (students) in the context of alleviating personal problems of counsellors, with cybercounseling very helpful for Guidance and Counseling teachers and students during the current pandemic. Cybercuncounseling can help BK teachers to carry out their duties easily, as well as facilitate students, and so that students can make behavior changes, can also make meaningful decisions for themselves during the current pandemic.
