Abstract

Adolescence is a period in which decision making is increased. Decisions taken are decisions that determine their future. When facing a situation like this many teenagers cannot explore their choices. This study aims to address career decision making for students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit by applying the Trait and Factor approach. This study is a qualitative descriptive research with case study approach. The data collection in this study is using interview and observation method. The results of this study indicate that applying of trait and factor approach successfully overcome difficulties in career decision making. The increase in students' career decision making from the low category becomes a very high category after individual counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Students' perceptions of professional competence and Teacher's Work Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kotawaringin Timur Academic Year 2019/2020. The population in this study was eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kotawaringin Timur Academic Year 2019/2020, totaling 256 students. The technique used in collecting samples was proportional random sampling technique, so the number of samples was 80 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that there was no influence there was no effect of students' perceptions about professional competence and Teacher Work Motivation together on student learning outcomes indicated by the value of Fcount  <  Ftable is 0.465 < 3.11.

Abstract

Kinerja guru ditentukan oleh keahlian dan kemampuan guru yang bersangkutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di sekolah se-Kota Besi yang berjumlah 52 guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 15 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, ada pengaruh yang siginifikan lingkungann kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala  sekolah  dan lingkungan kerja  terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah se-Kota besi tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implementation of evaluation techniques for Islamic religious education. This paper uses a qualitative approach and literature study methods. Based on the results of the discussion, evaluation consists of measurement and assessment. In the context of learning, evaluation has a very important and strategic position, because it  included in the steps or learning. The goal is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system. In general, the principle of evaluation consists of continuity, comprehensive, fair, objective, cooperative, and accountability. In terms of its type, learning evaluation consists of evaluation of planning, development, monitoring, impact, efficiency, and comprehensive programs. Judging from the object, learning evaluation includes input, transformation, and output. As for the subject is educators, officers who have been coached, even students can evaluate they-self. From a technical point of view, it consists of tests and non-tests. The implementation of the Islamic Religious Education learning test technique must be carried out continuously, comprehensively, and integrated. Thus, Islamic education educators must be able to evaluate the development of students including aspects, aqliyah, qolbiyah, dan amaliyah.

Abstract

Kebiasaan belajar dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor dari dalam individu (internal) maupun faktor dari luar individu (eksternal). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perhatian Orang Tua (eksternal) dan Motivasi Belajar (internal) Terhadap Kebiasaan Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Kota Besi Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Besi Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 77 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan sampel adalah teknik sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel adalah 77 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda yang dibantu dengan SPSS 15. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tidak ada pengaruh Perhatian Orang Tua terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa, (2) Ada pengaruh Motivasi Belajar terhadap kebiasaan  belajar siswa, (3) Ada pengaruh Perhatian Orang Tua dan Motivasi Belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Teacher professional competence is related to the task of a teacher in teaching. This study was conducted to determine the Professional Competencies of Social Sciences Subjects in Public Middle Schools in Sampit City. The subjects in this study were all 28 teachers who taught Social Sciences at the State Middle School in Sampit City. The data collection technique used was the questionnaire method (questionnaire). Based on the Quantitative Descriptive analysis and calculation through the Microsoft Excel 2007 program Teacher Professional Competence in Social Studies Subjects in State Middle Schools in Sampit City 2018/2019 Academic Year was in the enough category of 67,86%

Abstract

Character education make the best preparation for the better student’s personality in his or her life. The study is done to find out how to invest a character education in SMP Negeri 10 Sampit. The subject in this study is a total SMP Negeri 10 Sampit totaling 202 students. The method of data collection used is interviews and observations. The study shows that there are fourteen character values found in the behavior of SMP Negeri 10 Sampit.

Abstract

Aktivitas belajar siswa seringkali mengalami kesulitan belajar dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ips terpadu. Subjek dalam penelitiaan ini adalah siswa kelas viii di SMP Negeri 11 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 2 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas viii di SMP Negeri 11 Sampit disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal siswa.

Abstract

Self regulation is self-management in achieving a goal in the situation of various activities. The purpose of this study was to determine self-regulation of high achieving students. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this study uses the interview method and the problem checklist model. The better the level of self-regulation of individuals, the better in managing themselves to achieve predetermined goals. The results of the study showed that the self regulation of one of the outstanding students was included in the good category. This means that the student has been able to manage himself and direct his thoughts and actions to achieve goals including achievement.

Abstract

Cybercounseling services are considered very suitable for reaching students who need help, because many students experience problems when learning to be brave during the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus of this research is about the problems faced by students during courageous learning, and about cybercounseling carried out by guidance and counseling teachers in an effort to overcome the problems faced by these students. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects being students of the East Kotawaringin Madrasah Aliyah (MAN), which is referred to as 35 people. The interview method used interview data through the What's App application when counseling was conducted, and data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method. Problems that arise from students during learning during the Covid-19 emergency are quite diverse, starting from internal factors and internal factors. The presence of cybercounseling conducted by guidance and counseling teachers provides valuable meaning for students to facilitate students to be able to make behaviour changes, construct thoughts, develop the ability to cope with life situations during this pandemic, make decisions that affect them, and succeed. learn the learners.
