Abstract

This research purpose is to know performance study at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. Subject in this research is Head of Quality Assurance Agency STKIP Muhammadiyah Sampit. Analysis technique use in this research is categorization using average values. Output in this research is to show performance study in the economy study program have a good category with value 64,44%. Guidance and counseling study program have a good category with value 63,61%.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan program humas perspektif manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Mentaya Hilir Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur sudah baik yaitu   a) Timeline kegiatan humas sudah diatur ; b) Prosedur pelaksanaan sudah diatur sistematis ; c) Tujuan dari program kegiatan humas sudah dicantumkan , tetapi ada beberapa yang belum maksimal yaitu: a)  Program kegiatan humas tidak ada klasifikasi ; b) Sumber daya masih banyak kendala; c) Perangkat evaluasi belum dibuat. 2) Pelaksanaan program humas perspektif manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Mentaya Hilir Selatan Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur mengikutsertakan warga sekolah dalam semua tahap kegiatan humas dan juga melibatkan kepala sekolah sebagai penanggungjawab dan koordinator bidang dalam memonitoring dan mengontrol pelaksanaan, agar pelaksanaan tersebut bisa berjalan sesuai rencana program kerja, dengan mencatat kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai bahan perbaikan (refleksi) di tahun mendatang.

Abstract

To undergo a five-day school there is a need for learning readiness from the students concerned. This research was conducted to determine the learning readiness of students undergoing five-day school in Sampit 1 Junior High School.The population in this study were students of the 8th grade 2018/2019 Middle School 1 grade, which numbered 278 students and were taken as a sample of 72 students using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results of quantitative descriptive analysis show that the readiness of students to undergo a five-day school in SMP Negeri 1 Sampit has a high category with a percentage of 23.61%, a medium category with a percentage of 62.50% and a low category with a percentage of 13.89%.

Abstract

Personality problems are very closely related to one’s self, as is the nature of introverted. If the introverted is owned by someone, it will cause him to become someone who is vindictive, unable to establish relationship with other people and will have difficulty communicating well.This study aims to overcome children who have introverted nature by applying Gestalt counseling models with reversal techniques. Intake of data is using qualitative descriptive methods with case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the application of the Gestalt counseling model with reversal techniques successfully composed student who have introverted traits. There is a decrease in introverted characteristics from high category to low category after carrying out individual counseling.

Abstract

Guru profesional memiliki keahlian, tanggungjawab dan rasa kesejawatan yang didukung oleh etika profesi yang kuat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit yang berjumlah 29 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 memiliki kompetensi profesional didominasi dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 19 responden dengan persentase 65,52%.

Abstract

Without realizing it in our daily lives, a child who experiences a broken home has negative thoughts. This study was to determine the effectiveness of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach in Overcoming Negative Thinking in Broken Home Children. This study uses descriptive phenomenological qualitative research with a case study approach, data collection using interviews, observations and problem check list models. The final results of the process of implementing individual counseling in this study are considered to be quite effective with a percentage of 40%. These results can be seen from the change in negative thinking from the subject which gradually diminishe.

Abstract

Motivation is very important in students to increase interest in learning. In fact there are students who do have low motivation in learning which impacts on their learning outcomes. This study aims to improve low learning motivation at MA Nurul Ummah sampit by applying a Behavioral approach. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation and documentation. The object of this study is low learning motivation. The subject of this study was one of the XII students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. For data validity checking techniques are using source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the application of Behavioral techniques succeeded in increasing low learning motivation. The increase in motivation of students from low categories becomes a high category after carrying out individual counseling.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of character education at the Muhammadiyah Vocational School Sampit in the 2018/2019 academic year. This study included qualitative descriptive research.The subjects in this study were teachers of the Muhammadiyah Sampit Vocational School in the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling five teachers. The method used in this study is an unstructured interview method. The validity of the data used is source triangulation.The results of this study indicate that the factors that hinder the implementation of character education at Muhammadiyah Sampit Vocational School are ignorant of parents of 5 respondents, negative mass media as many as 4 respondents, and a crisis of exemplary leaders and leaders of 3 respondents.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is currently a world health problem, as well as in the world of education. This study aims to analyze the problems faced by Arabic language teachers in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MIN 1, East Kotawaringain and how teachers' strategies are in overcoming these problems. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive qualitative type. The research site was in MIN 1 East Kotawaringain, the research subjects were Arabic teachers and the informants were the school principal and grade VI students at MIN 1 Kotawaringain Timur. The results of the study are: 1) The problem of learning Arabic originates from internal and external factors, internal factors, namely attention, interest, motivation and students' readiness to accept learning with new concepts. Meanwhile, external factors include family, school and community aspects. 2) The solution to the problem of learning Arabic is to focus on problems that arise from the dimensions of students, namely by giving gifts to overcome the lack of interest in learning and student motivation and providing free quotas for students who really need to solve the problem of the learning costs incurred. students then for the problem of student difficulties because there is no assistance provided by parents, the school provides technical guidance and mentoring for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa sekolah di Madrasah.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X (sepuluh) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kotawaringin Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, yang kemudian di ambil sebanyak 55 siswa sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor yang dibantu dengan SPSS 15.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa faktor internal dan ekternal secara bersama-sama terhadap minat peserta didik sekolah di MAN Kotawaringin Timur adalah sebesar 98.496% sedangkan 1.504 % sisanya dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain.
