Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know the increasing of positive self-concept in learning by using role-playing techniques. The problem of this research was  the low of student’s positive self-concept in learning. The problem was "can positive self-concept increased in student learning by using role playing to the student’s class XI at SMA N 1 Natar?”. The research method used in this method quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The research subjects were of six students with have a low self-concept in learning. Data collecting techniques using self-concept scale.The research results showed that positive self-concept in learning can be increased using role-playing techniques, it proved from the data analysis result that using Wilcoxon, from pre-test and post-test result acquired Zoutput= -2.201 and Ztabel 0.05 = 0. ZoutputZtabel. Thereby, Ha accepted, it means positive self-concept student’s class XI at SMA N 1 Natar South Lampung regency in the academic year 2012/2013 can be increased by using role-playing techniques.The conclusion is that there is an increase in positive self-concept in learning after being given role playing technique to the students class XI at SMA N 1 Natar South Lampung regency in academic year 2012/2013. The suggestion that given is (1) Students should attend the counseling service if you have difficulty in improving positive self-concept in learning, (2) to the teacher, should be able to maximize the provision of guidance and counseling services to students in schools and the use of role playing techniques to help students increase students' positive self-concept, and (3) to researchers, to conduct research on positive self-concept and role playing with a different subject.Kata Kunci :belajar,konsep diri positif,teknik role playing

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether there was a significant relationship between the quality of parents-child communication and learning motivation at grade XI PGRI Punggur High School Academic year 2012/2013. The problem in this research was whether there was significant relationship between the quality of parents-child communication and the learning motivation. The samples of this research were 31 students and taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection instrument used in this research was scale. Based on the analysis of data obtained correlation value  at significant level of 0.05 obtained value of p = 0.000; p 0,05; then Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this research was that there was a significant relationship. Given advices were (1) students were expected to enhance at school’s learning motivation, so they could received a high achievement, (2) parents were expected to help their children to improve learning motivation by maintain good communication with their children. (3) school Counselors should implement’s guidance service group to improve students’ learning motivation, (4) subsequent researchers should consider other variables such as parent educational level. kata kunci: kualitas komunikasi, motivasi belajar, orang tua - anak

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the increasing of student’s study motivation by using group counseling service at grade VII SMPN 1 Ambarawa year of 2012/2013. Method of this research is quasi experimental method teqhnique of one-group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research are 6 students of grade VII that have low study motivation.  Technique in gained the data of this research is by using study motivation scale. Result of this research showed that the students’ study motivation can increase by using group counselling, it showed from the data analysis that use wilcoxon test, from the result of pretest and posttest gained Zoutput Ztabel ( -2,201 -1,960) so, Ho is rejected and Ha is received, it means that the students’ study motivation can increase by using counselling group. Conclusion of this research is study motivation can increase by using counselling group of the students at grade VII SMPN 1 Ambarawa year of 2012/2013. The suggestions are for teacher Guidance and Counselling (BK) should apply counselling group in increasing the students’ study motivation.kata kunci : bimbingan konseling, konseling kelompok, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The aims was to determine the increasement in students independence in making decisions further studies using a client centered approach. The problem is the low take-up in the students independence.The problem is whether increasement in students independence in making decisions for further studies using a client centered approach. The method used quasi experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest. The subjects were six students of class XI who have low self-reliance in making decisions further study. Data collection techniques using observation and interview. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the results of the study showed that there is an increase in students independence in making decisions further studies using a client centered approach. It can be seen from the results obtained pretest and posttest count Z = -2.207 and Z tables = 0. Because Z count = Z table, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian siswa dalam mengambil keputusan studi lanjut menggunakan pendekatan client centered. Masalah penelitian rendahnya kemandirian siswa dalam mengambil keputusan studi lanjut. Permasalahan penelitian apakah terdapat peningkatan kemandirian siswa dalam mengambil keputusan studi lanjut menggunakan pendekatan client centered. Metode yang digunakan metode quasi eksperimental desain one group pretest-posttest. Subyek enam siswa kelas XI yang memiliki kemandirian rendah dalam mengambil keputusan studi lanjut. Teknik pengumpulan data pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan kemandirian siswa dalam mengambil keputusan studi lanjut dengan menggunakan pendekatan client centered. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh skor Zhitung = -2,207 dibandingkan Ztabel 0,05 = 0. Sehingga Zhitung=  Ztabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan terdapat peningkatan kemandirian siswa dalam mengambil keputusan studi lanjut dengan menggunakan pendekatan client centered pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo Tanggamus Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling,konseling client centered, kemandirian mengambil keputusan studi lanjut.

Abstract

Understanding of the concept of androgyny and gender -free parenting should be developed by the candidate 's father as one of the important aspect of life for the children they will have in the future. Androgin integrating gender roles gender roles usually done by women (feminine ) or male ( masculine ). Androgin individuals will behave according to the situation rather than be limited by cultural rules about men or women so that more adaptive in a variety of social conditions ( Unger Crawford , 2000). Therefore, research on the understanding of gender roles is necessary. This study uses incidental sampling technique, where as many as 34 subjects prospective father of the young adult age groups were asked to complete the MF Scale (Scale Masculine - Feminine) which has been adapted from the BSRI (Bem Sex Role Inventory) creation Bem (1974 ) for the category " girls " and " boy ". X2 test results indicate a difference in the perception of gender roles prospective father against son. Boys perceived masculine gender role while girls androgyn or feminine gender role. Parents should stimulate the development of insight knowledge of the child in a way to stimulate a more "rich" and diverse. Psychoeducation programs should focus on the importance of understanding personality types androgin for boys, while the scientific discussion on the topic of parenting and gender, including the implications of gender bias being applied in the development of adverse parenting girls and boys need to be frequently held. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the increasement of Student’s social interactionusing group counseling. The problem of this study is Students low learning independence. method used  quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects were six students who have low social interaction. Technique to gaindata is by using Sosiometriand Observation. The result shows that the studens’social interaction can be enhanced by using group counseling, as evidenced from the analysis of the data by using the Wilcoxon test different, from the pretest and posttest results Obtained Zoutput Ztabel (-2201 0) then Ha is accepted, it means that Social of studentinteraction can be enhanced by using group counseling services.Conclusion of this research is Social of student interactioncan increase by using counselling group of the students grade X SMA Negeri1PagelaranAcademic Year 2012/2013.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan interaksisosialdengan menggunakan konseling kelompok.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah interaksisosialrendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Quasi eksperimen dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak enam siswa yang memiliki interaksi sosial rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan Sosiometri.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok, terbukti dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji beda wilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posttest diperoleh zoutput ztabel(-2,201 0) maka Ha diterima, artinya interaksi sosial siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah interaksi sosial dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 PagelaranTahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Kata kunci : bimbingan konseling,interaksi sosial, konseling kelompok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in self-confidence in learning after attending a group counseling services in the students. The problem in this study was the low of students’ self-confidence. The question in this study was "Is there an increase in self-confidence in students' learning after attending a group counseling services to the students?". The method used in this study was pre-experimental design methods with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this study were eight students of grade XI. Data collection techniques in this study using the scale techniques and supported by unstructured observation.The results obtained in this study indicate that there was an increase in self-confidence in learning after attending a group counseling services, as indicated from the results of the data analysis using the Wilcoxon test, from the pretest and posttest results we obtained p = 0.012: p 0.05. Then, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which mean that there was an increase in self-confidence in learning after attending a counseling group. The conclusion of this study was that there was an increase of self-confidence in learning after attending a group counseling services in the students. The advice given are: (1) The students should be able to take part in group counseling services, thus they can increas their confidence in learning, (2) Counselling teachers should conduct group counseling activities to help students improve their self-confidence in learning.kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, konseling kelompok, percaya diri dalam belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the increase of in independent learning using group counseling. The problem of this study is the low learning independence. The problem in this research is “Can study independence increase by using counselling group for the students at grade VIII SMPN 10 Kotabumi in academic year 2012/2013?”. The method that is used in this study with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects of the study of the six students who have a low learning independence. Technique in gained the data of this research is by using study scale independence of learning and Observation. The result shows that the studens’ independent learning can be enhanced by using group counseling, as evidenced from the analysis of the data by using the Wilcoxon test different, from the pretest and posttest results Obtained Zoutput Ztabel (-2201 0) then Ha is accepted, it means that independence of student learning can be enhanced by using group counseling services.Conclusion of this research is independence of student learning can increase by using counselling group of the students grade VIII SMPN 10 Kotabumi North Lampung regency Academic Year 2012/2013.The suggestion that can be given (1) for the students who has a low learning independence, one way to increase of independent learning by following a group counseling services in order to increase of the independence of learning, (2) for the teachers, group counseling services can be used to improve students’ learning independence. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the motivation to learn on the subject of Mathematics can be enhanced with the use of group guidance services to students in class X SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah. The problem in this study low student motivation to learn mathematics. The research problem is the motivation to learn on the subject of Mathematics can be enhanced with the use of group guidance services to students in class X SMA Negeri 1 Kotagajah.. The method used in this study pre-experimental method to design one-group pretest-posttest, and analyzed statistically using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test.The results obtained in the study show the motivation to learn mathematics has increased significantly after the administration of guidance services group. It is shown from the results obtained pretest and posttest zhitung = -2.521 and ztabel 0.05 = 4. Because zhitung ztabel then, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means there is a significant difference between the 5% level of motivation to learn mathematics scores before and after a given treatment is given to the treatment group guidance services to research subjects.Keywords: Group Counseling Services, Learning Mathematics Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether students' anxiety during a presentation can be reduced by desensitization techniques systematically for class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Metro in the academic year 2012/2013. The problem In this study is that students who experience anxiety at the time of presentation. The problem in this research is "whether the anxiety of students during a presentation can be reduced by systematic desensitization techniques for class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Metro in the academic year 2012/2013?"..The method used in this research is a quasi experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest. Subjects of this study five students of class X who experience anxiety at the time of presentation. Data collection techniques in this study using observation. Based on calculations by the 5% significance test obtained p value = 0.043, p 0.05. So there is a significant difference in students 'anxiety during a presentation before and after implementation of systematic desensitization techniques. Thus Ha is accepted, which means anxiety students during a presentation can be reduced by systematic desensitization techniques. The conclusion of this research is the anxiety of students at the time of the presentation can be reduced by systematic desensitization techniques for class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013. The advice given is (1)students who experience anxiety to consult the teacher guidance and counseling in order to help. (2)Guidance and Counseling teachers should help students who are experiencing anxiety by systematic desensitization techniques. (3)To the researchers should research first before determining there search title.Kata kunci: presentasi,kecemasan siswa, teknik desentisasi sistematis
