Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, Maret, Juli dan November. Abstract

This competition appears along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, encouraging various types of changes system in the world for example in the business world changes system such as system in trading, marketing, how to make transaction, and delivery of information still changing. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the trust in brand, brand image dan word of mouth terhadap customer satisfication purchases samsung smartphone in Sarana Smartphone Solok City. This research is a quantitative method, using the technique of multiple linear regression. The sample in this study amounted to 65 customers. Techniques used in collecting data is the spread of questionnaires, interviews and observation. This study uses SPSS  Version 16 to calculate and analyze data. The results showed that the partially trust in brand, brand image had a positive and significant effect, while word of mouth had not significant effect on customer satisfaction purchases samsung smartphone in Sarana Smartphone Solok City.

    Fast traslate Icon translate  This study aims to determine the effect of  financing Activities of cash flow, net income and leverage on financial distress. The object in this study is the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a population is manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2015-2019 with a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 43 companies. The results of the study found that leverage had a negative effect on financial distress, while financing Activities of cash flow and net income had no effect on financial distress. The results of the study for the moderating variable found that profitability was only able to moderate the relationship between leverage and financial distress, while profitability was unable to moderate the relationship between financing Activities of cash flow and net income with financial distress.

Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk. The methode of  analysis used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis and using a quantitative approach. Collecting data using questionnaires and surveys with sampling by random sampling from a population where 54 employees, the sample used is as much as 54 respondents. Prior to test the hypothesis, the data of respondents through some statistical data processing, among others: the validity and reliability of  data,  such assumption;  test  for  normality, homoskedastisitas test,  and  multicollinearity  test.  Then proceed with the analysis of the multiple liner regression and t test. And based on the result of statistical analysis, the results are as follows, namely: that the  influence  of  leadership  and  organization culture  factors has a positive effect and significant on employee performace.

Abstract

Higher education is a higher education organizing unit as an advanced level of secondary education in the education pathway and has a strategic function, namely as a cultural center, the development of science and technology and as a moral force. This situation can be realized if well managed and able to show the resources in an organization that play a role in achieving success. The problem that arises is that universities have experienced fundamental changes that have never happened before, namely problems related to organizational performance, especially universities in the city of Padang, as a whole is not optimal, this is indicated by the implementation of services related to complicated student UKT payments, inadequate qualifications of lecturer workforce the number of student applicants and students accepted is small and the number of published studies and publications is relatively limited due to the system. In this study, the hypothesis is obtained that information technology (X) has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance at the University in Padang City. This can be seen from the significance value (sig.) Of information technology of 0.000 <0.05 and organizational culture (Z) moderates the significant influence of information technology (X) on organizational performance (Y). the real level is 0.05. Data processing using SPSS Ver.25.Keyword: Information technology, Organizational performance, Organizational Culture

Abstract

Improving employee performance giving compensation and motivation is an indicator that can affect employee performance. However, every company has an organization. Organizations have commitments called organizational commitment. With all these variables can improve employee performance at PT. IDS Medical System Indonesia Medan Branch. In the study, it shows that the variable X1 is Compensation, Variable X2 is Motivation and Variable X3 Organizational Commitment called the free variable. While for the dependent variable is the performance of employee Y. for the population and sample in this study amounted to 80 people. The results of the study that the variable compensation and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees with a sig value <0.05. However, for organizational commitment variables not so influential with employee performance with a sig value> 0.05.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The government estimates that the manufacturing industry sector which will slow down in 2017 will experience another depress in 2018, if the company's capability is low then the company's value will also be lowered. This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of commissioners, leverage and audit committee on the value of the company in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The samples in this study were 8 companies and 40 observations. This research uses the company's annual financial statement data and summary reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The method of data analysis is panel data regression. The results showed that the independent board of commissioners, board of commissioners, leverage, audit committee had no significant effect on the value of the company (PBV). Institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company.

    Fast traslate Icon translate     Fast traslate Icon translate In facing competition in the current era of globalization, the most important aspect in a company is funding because in principle the company needs funds to develop its business. The source of these funds can come from internal and external companies. The purpose of this study is to discover the effect of liquidity and investment opportunity on leverage both simultaneously and in part. The object used is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique and 47 companies are obtained as samples. The data analysis method used in this paper is regression analysis in panel data and uses E-views 8 in processing the data. The results showed that liquidity had a negative and significant effect on leverage while the investment opportunity set showed no significant effect on leverage.

Abstract

  The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Talent Management, Knowledge Management has on Organizational Commitment, and how much influence Talent Management, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Commitment have on Employee Performance at PT. Transco Pratama Crf Sungai Betung Dharmasraya. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research, it shows that Talent Management and Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Talent Management, Knowledge Management and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Commitment mediates Talent Management on Employee Performance, and Organizational Commitment mediates Knowledge Management on Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn 2018 Indonesian manufacturing companies were asked to Debt Restructuring, meaning that they were included in the Delayed Obligation of Debt Payment (PKPU) throughout 2018. While manufacturing companies recorded 18 PKPU requests, according to Law 37/2004 on PKPU and bankruptcy, on condition that debtors have fallen debt. due, and can be billed and can be proven simply (Kontan.co.id). This study is to examine the effect of free cash flow, profitability, dividend policy and company size on the leveraga of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of manufacturing companies at the end of the 2018 period is 162 companies. Purposive sampling technique of sampling, 8 companies as samples. Financial report data from the official IDX website. Using the panel data regression analysis method is assisted by the E-Views 8 application. The initial test is to test the chow-test to decide whether the pooled least square or fixed effect method is used; and the Hausman-test to determine the fixed or random effect method used. the results showed that free cash flow had no effect on leverage, profitability had a significant negative effect on leverage, dividend policy had a significant negative effect on leverage, and company size had no effect on leverage.Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Dividend Policy, Company Size, Leverage

This study is intended to examine leverage analysis reviewed from devident policy factors and size of companies in manufacturing companies listed in indonesia stock exchange. The population is manufacturing companies at the end of the 2018 period, amounting to 163 companies. The sample collection technique using a purposive sampling method, 9 companies as samples. Data financial statements obtained from the official website of IDX. Used is panel data regression analysis with the help of E-Views 8 application. The initial test is to test the Chow-Test to decide whether the Pooled Least Square or Fixed Effect method is used; and the Hausman-Test to decide whether the Fixed Effect or Random Effect method can be used. The results showed that the dividend policy variable had a negative and significant effect on leverage, company size had a negative and not significant effect on leverage. Keywords: Devidend Policy, Firm Size, Leverage
