JURNAL PUNDI
Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, Maret, Juli dan November. Setiap artikel di- review oleh para ahli sistem blind review ganda dan artikel yang disubmit belum pernah di publish pada jurnal lain. Kontribusi untuk edisi mendatang dipersilahkan. Ruang lingkup Jurnal Pundi mencakup analisis saat ini pada: Ekonomi Manajemen dan Bisnis Akuntansi Keuangan Publik Aplikasi ekonomi.

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate The research aimed to know the impact of service quality and promotion on costumer decision of PT. Bank BPR Cincin Permata Andalas Cabang Padang. Using of this sample is 91 poeple costumer use technic Rumus Slovin. Method of collect data is using questioner. The anlyst technic is instrument test, anlyst descreptive, classic assumption test, doble linier anlyst and hypothesis test. Based of test hypothesis found of tangible, responsivness, and assurance not affect positive and significant to constumer decision. Realibility, emphaty and promotion has positive and significant affect to constumer decision. Suggest to company to more attention the service quality and promotion to custumer candidate that more better and the custumer more interesting to use insurance in the future. ]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Fast traslate Icon translate Online purchasing decisions are a process for consumers to make purchases through an alternative process using the internet media which has very high value benefits. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust, convenience and quality of information on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application among students in the city of Padang. This type of research is a quantitative approach, with a population of students in the city of Padang who have made online purchases in the Shopee application totaling 96 samples using the lemeshow formula measurement. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The data were processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the trust, convenience and quality of information partially have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions in the shopee application for students in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of inflation, 7-Day (reverse) Repo Rate and Rupiah Exchange Rate on the Composite Stock Price Index listed on the IDX. The study population is the entire Stock Price Index in the IDX period August 2016 - December 2019. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method with sample criteria is all JCI data for the period August 2016 - December 2019 on the IDX, and obtained a sample of 41 months. Types of data using quantitative data and data sources using secondary data obtained from Finance.yahoo and www.bi.go.id. The data of this study were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method of time series through the Eviews application version 8. The results showed that the Inflation variable and the BI 7-Day (reverse) Repo Rate variable had a negative and not significant effect on the CSPI, while the Rupiah Exchange Rate had an effect positive and significant effect on the JCI.]]>

<![CDATA[The high level of irregularities that occur in government agencies both in the form of deviations of power, responsibility and trust has shown how low performance, especially in complying with work regulations and prevailing social norms in carrying out the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously on compensation, leadership and motivation on performance. The populations in this study were all nurses working in the hospital in Tasikmalaya based on employment data of 199 people. Proportional sampling techniques are as many as 67 people. The results showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on Nurse's performance. Partially leadership had a significant effect on Nurse's performance. Partially motivation had a significant effect on Nurse's performance. Simultaneous compensation, leadership and motivation had a significant effect on Nurse's performance.Keywords: Compensation, Leadership, Motivation, Performance]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Fast traslate Icon translate This study aims to analyze the effect of noise and work time on work stress on civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This study includes quantitative research. This research population is all civil servants who work at BKPSDM Pariaman City. Sampling method using census. Then choose a sample size of 33 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results based on multiple regression analysis show that noise does not significantly influence work stress that occurs in civil servants working at BKPSDM Pariaman City. This supports the results of previous studies conducted by Lathifa Rusyda Gani, Dwita Aryadina, Laksmi Indreswari and Alif Mardijana (2005) who stated that noise had no significant effect on work stress at a significant level of 0.654. . <![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate This study aims to examine the effect of CSR disclosure on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014 to 2018. Data collected by the purposive sampling method used managed regression analysis (MRA) or test interactions. The results show that CSR proxied by the size of the board of commissioners does not significantly influence the value of the company and profitability is able to strengthen the influence of CSR proxied by the size of the board of commissioners to the value of the company.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, concentration ownership and managerial ownership on earnings management. The quality of corporate governance is measured using an index using instruments adopted from the corporate governance Perception Index (CGPI) issued by The Indonesian Institute of Corporate Governance (IICG). Ownership concentration is measured by the percentage of share ownership by individuals or groups outside of managers and the public. Managerial ownership is measured by the percentage of the company's common stock ownership by managers and commissioners. The analytical method used is multiple regression. This study uses empirical data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 154 observations from 33 manufacturing companies. The results of the study showed a significant positive effect of ownership concentration on earnings management.Keywords : Good corporate governance; ownership concentration; managerial ownership; earnings management. ]]>

<![CDATA[ Fast traslate Icon translate Fast traslate Icon translate Turnover intention is the intention of leaving an employee from a company and looking for alternatives to other companies or other jobs. Turnover intention is generated on the basis of the workload experienced by employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment and work stress and turnover intention on employees. The population of this study were employees who worked in the PT. Brahma Bina Bakti Mill Jambi as 162 people. The sample in this study was 62 people with sampling technique used was slovin formula. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. These results indicate that partially, the variable organizational culture and organizational commitment has negative effect on the variable turnover intention. While, Variable work stress has positive effect on the variable turnover intention.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a continuation of previous research which found inconsistent results. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Machiavellianism and ethical decisions in earnings management in Indonesia in two forms of manipulation, namely operating manipulation and accounting manipulation. The data collection method in this study used as many as 70 respondents. Machiavellianism does not affect the ethical decisions of earnings management in a Public Accounting Firm in West Sumatra. This is because the customary system of ABS - SBK (Adat Bersandi Syara' - Syara' Bersandi Kitabullah) in West Sumatra has an impact on the Machiavellian nature of Senior Accountants, and there is a significant difference between operating manipulation and accounting manipulation.]]>

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and trust in customer loyalty on Halodoc applications at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Padang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The number of samples used for analysis was 100 respondentsSofiahrilm. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, for testing hypotheses using the statistical t test. The results of this study indicate that Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Halodoc Applications at Ibnu Sina Padang Islamic Hospital, trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty on Halodoc Applications at Ibnu Sina Padang Islamic Hospital.]]>
