TheBook Expedition is a book that contains patient data, used for proof of handoverfiles medical record offrom the medical record unit to the polyclinic, to support the needs of outpatient services. At Sariningsih Hospital the recording of expedition books still uses manual recording assisted by Microsoft Excel, thus making delays provision of medical record files and delays in returning medical record files. For this reason, an Outpatient Expedition system is made, so that the process of returning medical record files is more regular and outpatient services at the hospital are more effective. For this reason, themethod waterfall and UML (Unfield Modeling Language) are used.The result of this research is an outpatient expedition system. Of course it can provide convenience to medical record officers. Keywords: Information System, Medical Record Expedition, Xampp, Sublime, Diagram UML.

According to the World Health Organization (2020) Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new coronavirus that was not previously identified in humans. Coronaviruses are a group of viruses found in animals and humans. Indonesia is one of the countries exposed to Covid-19 with the number of cases continuing to increase. Since the announcement of the first case on March 2, 2020-16 December 2020, Covid-19 patients have reached 636,154 people (Kompas.com, 2020). Meanwhile, in Indaragiri Hulu, the total number of suspected Covid-19 cases from March 3, 2020 to December 16, 2020 was 2,612 and 728 confirmed cases (Riau Provincial Health Office, 2020). This study aims to determine the effect of the environment on compliance with using masks on students of the Indragiri Midwifery Academy. This research is analytic by using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling, namely all 48 students of the Indragiri Midwifery Academy, all populations were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is univariate analysis to describe the independent and dependent variables. Bivariate analysis to see the relationship between two variables, was carried out by chi-square with a significant degree of p < 0.05. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a value of P> 0.05 (P = 0.939), it can be concluded that there is no influence between the environment (parents and peers) with adherence to wearing masks.

ABSTRACT Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders experienced by jenang mixer workers are caused by continuous work. This study was conducted to determine whether work posture and working period can affect workers who complain of Musculoskeletal Disorders. The sample in this study amounted to 36 people. The instrument used to analyze work posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders is the Rapid Entry Body Assessment, while to view complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders using the Nordic Body Map sheet. The conclusion of this study is there is a relationship between working period and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders stirrer with a p value of 0.010 (p value>0.05), and there is no relationship between work posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders on jenang mirasa stirrers in Dode Hamlet, Gulon Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency stirrer with a p value of 0.481 (p value <0.05).

Covid-19 disebabkan oleh SARS-Co-V sebuah virus jenis baru dari coronavirus kelompok virus yang menginfeksi sistem pernapasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid-19 di Pangkalan Kasai. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode analitik dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yang yaitu probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid-19 di Pangkalan Kasai didapatkan hasil remaja yang mempunyai pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 62,7%, berpengetahuan baik 28% dan yang berpengetahuan kurang 9,3%. Hasil pengukuran sikap remaja didapatkan hasil yang bersifat negatif sebanyak 45,3% dan yang bersifat positif sebanyak 54,7%. Sedangkan hasil pengukuran upaya didapatkan hasil 65,3% berupaya dalam memutuskan mata rantai penularan covdid-19. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid -19 dengan P Value 0,012 dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid-19 di Pangkalan Kasai tahun 2021. The body needs the basic foods it needs for growth and health. Nutritional status is a condition in the human body which is the impact of food and the use of nutrients consumed by a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and nutritional status of children under five in Redang Seko Village, Lirik District. The method used is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were mothers and toddlers with a total of 49 people. Data were analyzed by chi square test. The results of the study obtained that knowledge was sufficient (46.9%) and the nutritional status of children under five was normal (83.7%). The results of the chi square statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between mothers and the nutritional status of children under five in Redang Seko Village, Lirik District.

ABSTRAK Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang penggunaan buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) yakni masih dianggap sebagai buku pencatatan kesehatan bagi petugas kesehatan, menjadi kendala dalam pembentukan perilaku kesehatan ibu hamil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pemanfaatan buku KIA di Desa Kampung Besar Kota wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kampung Besar Kota tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sample yaitu accidental sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik tentang fungsi manfaat buku KIA yaitu sabanyak 20 orang (66,67 %). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang fungsi pemanfaatan buku KIA di Kampung Besar Kota tahun 2020 didapatkan hasil mayoritas berpengetahuan baik.

Corona virus or better known as Covid-19 has a new variant. Where at the beginning of the emergence there was an increase in the death rate, but now it has decreased. But there are new variants that are delta, and omicron. So that efforts to prevent the spread must still be carried out properly without being ignored. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education and efforts to prevent Covid-19 in Laksamana Village, Sabak Auh District, Siak Regency in 2021. The design of this study was quantitative correlation. The population is the entire community of Laksamana Village. by using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 134 people. Questionnaire instrument. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between education and prevention efforts (p=0.000). Education is expected to increase public awareness and a better understanding of Covid-19 prevention.

Covid-19 still be a pandemic in Indonesia since two years ago. The vulnerable age group are the elderly, the people who has comorbid condition and pregnant woman. Pregnancy will be risk to worsen symptoms and also to maternal and the fetus health. This study aims to describe about the anxiety of Maternal Pregnancy during pandemic Covid-19. The design of this study is descriptive. The population of this study is 98 of pregnant woman who settle in Minas Public Health Center Work Area. The sample was chosen by total sampling technique. Data were collected by using HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) questionnaire. The result finding showed that there are 18,4% respondents didn’t anxiety, 54,1% mild anxiety, 27,6% moderate severity of anxiety, and no respondents has severe or panic (an overwhelm anxiety severity) during Covid-19 Pandemic. We can conclude that Covid-19 in fact brought mild severity to pregnant woman. Minas Public Health Center should give health education about guidelines for pregnancy in pandemic and also how to control the worries pregnancy and health during Covid-19.

The World Health Organization (WHO) released data on cases that occurred in all countries, the trend shows a very significant increase, so this is a serious concern. In Indonesia, the number of cases continues to increase and it takes many lives. According to the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Hierarchy Of Controls (HOC) is a system used to minimize or eliminate exposure to hazards. The hazard has the potential to cause loss / loss. One of the effective efforts to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 is the application of the HOC, namely the use of masks. The use of masks is part of PPE / Personal Protective Equipment. PPE in the control hierarchy is included in the last effort made in reducing exposure to potential sources of danger of contracting Covid 19. The use of masks is a very effective preventive measure in preventing saliva droplets from Covid 19 sufferers from spreading the virus to other healthy people. This research is to determine the effectiveness of using masks in an effort to reduce the rate of spread of Covid-19 in RW 3, Sumagulung Village. This type of research is observational with a qualitative analytic approach by conducting in-depth interviews. Data processing techniques used triangulation, data analysis using content analysis to obtain in-depth information from informants. The results of the study show that the use of masks in the community at RW 3 Sumagulung Village has not been effective in preventing the transmission of Covid-19, the community does not really pay attention to the type of mask used, the community does not care about how to use masks that have been recommended by the government. It is hoped that the Kelurahan together with the Puskesmas will always provide understanding to the community through health promotion in increasing knowledge and safe behavior against the dangers of Covid-19.

Minyak goreng merupakan salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat yang biasa digunakan dalam proses memasak. Pada penggunaan minyak goreng yang digunakan secara berulang, dapat menyebabkan asam lemak trans, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi metabolisme profil lemak darah yang dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah atau atherosclerosis serta tekanan darah tinggi, stroke dan penyakit jantung coroner. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 orang dengan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil analisa bivariat menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan umur (p value = 0,332) dan jumlah anggota keluarga (p value = 0,072) dengan perilaku ibu dalam menggunakan minyak goreng di Desa Simpang Campang, sedangkan ada hubungan pendidikan (p value = 0,023), pekerjaan (p value = 0,012), pendapatan (p value = 0,019), pengetahuan (p value = 0,000) dengan perilaku ibu dalam menggunakan minyak goreng di Desa Simpang Campang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 72,7% pengetahuan ibu kurang dan 76,1% perilaku ibu kurang dalam penggunakan minyak goreng.
