Abstract

Gadgets are among mobile phones that are more powerful than computers. Surveys in some countries prove that 98% of parents allow children to use gadgets. Early surveys conducted with 5 parents at rt 02 rw 02 they just knew the negative effects of gadget could have on a child's eye. When asked about other effects, they were unaware of the implications of the other gadgets. The five parents also said that they left their children gadgets for hours on end. The study aims to find out the relationship of knowledge, attitude, perception and parental communication to supervision in gadgets use of 7-year-olds in rt 02 rw 02 village west wonosri koto tinggi pasir pengaraian. The kind of quantitative descriptive research using a sectional cross. Research conducted at rt 02 rw 02 village west wonosri koto tinggi pasir pengaraian. The population and samples in this study are all 63 year-old mothers with children. Studies suggest that there is a link between knowledge, attitude, perception, and communication with the behavior of a parent toward supervision in the use of gadgets in a child. It is hoped that health workers can do a school promotion on the effects of gadgets use on children. And it's expected that the parents will improve control behavior

Abstract

HIV/AIDS merupakan kondisi dimana sistem kekebalan tubuh menurun. Masalah ini dapat mengancam seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Salah satu upaya untuk penanganan orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) adalah dengag terapi ARV seumur hidup. Namun, para ODHA sangat berisiko untuk mengalami loss follow up dari terapi ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab ODHA mengalami kegagalan dalam terapi ARV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualittaif dengan menggunakan snowball sampling dengan melibatkan 10 informan. Informan dalm penelitian ini yaitu : ODHA, konselor, tokoh masyarakat dan staff dinas kesehatan Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua informan mengetahui bahwa ARV merupakan terapi untuk penyembuhan. Sebagai ODHA, mereka mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarag seperti pasangan, anak, orang tua. Namun, hanya sebagian informan yang mendapat dukungan keluarga karena sebagian informan belum terbuka dengan status HIV mereka. Tenaga Kesehatan atau konselor ODHA sangat berperan aktif dalam penanganan terapi ARV dengan menjalin komunikasi yang aktif. Selain itu, tersedianya fasilitas yang cukup dan memadai di tempat terapi ARV. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan menjadi penyebab gagal ARV ODHA di kota Makassar. Dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan pada ODHA cukup baik dimana banyaknya Informan yang merasa di perhatikan dan masih memiliki waktu bersama keluarga untuk melakukan terapi ARV. Terjalin hubungan yang baik dari segi komunikasi antara petugas dan ODHA serta tersedia fasilitas yang cukup di Puskesmas.

Abstract

Nutritional status is the main source for determining the growth and development of a person's body, especially in toddlers. Malnutrition can have an unavoidable adverse impact, where the worst manifestations can lead to death. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for undernutrition in toddlers in Puskesmas Mojokerto Regency. This research method used the observational method with a cross-sectional research design and used the chi-square test with a sample of 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and a 24-hour food recall. This research was conducted in August 2022. The results showed that most of the toddlers received adequate food intake (53.3%), most of the toddlers had experienced infectious diseases (52.2%), and most of the toddlers had malnutrition status ( 53.3%). The results of the Chi-Square test showed that the variables that had a significant relationship with malnutrition in toddlers, were food intake (p = 0.000) and infectious diseases (p = 0.000). The food intake consumed by toddlers is very monotonous so it makes them have no appetite and causes food intake to be unfulfilled, while in infectious diseases most toddlers who have experienced diarrhea, coughs, colds, and fever greatly affect malnutrition in toddlers. It is hoped that the health service and nutrition program holders can increase socialization and provide health education, especially on how to provide good nutrition to toddlers continuously so that they are not susceptible to infectious diseases

Abstract

Hemoglobin is a protein that binds oxygen, carbon dioxide and protons. The function of hemoglobin is to carry oxygen from the lungs throughout the body and to give red blood cells their color. Factors that trigger a decrease in hemoglobin levels are bleeding, genetic disorders, sleep disorders, unhealthy eating patterns and pregnancy. In a woman's pregnancy, a woman contains an embryo that starts from the embryo formed until the birth of the fetus. Physical changes of pregnant women such as body weight changes occur as well as changes in body posture. Pregnant women also experience fatigue, therefore sleep is very important for pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to describe the hemoglobin level of pregnant women at Annisa Hospital Pekanbaru based on sleep quality. This research uses cross sectional method. This study consisted of 33 respondents of pregnant women with 22 poor sleep quality and 11 good quality respondents. The hemoglobin levels of pregnant women were in the range of 9.0 – 11.7 g/dL. The conclusion of this study is that pregnant women with good sleep quality have an average hemoglobin level of 10.3 g/dl, while pregnant women with poor sleep quality have an average hemoglobin level of 9.4 g/dl.

Abstract

Diare menjadi urutan kedelapan penyebab kematian terbesar bagi balita di dunia juga di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dikarenakan seriusnya dampak akibat diare yang terjadi, seperti adanya dehidrasi, malnutrisi, bahkan kematian, sehingga penanganan diare harus menjadi penentu keberhasilan pencegahan pertumbuhan kasus, penting bagi ibu dalam memberikan tanggung jawab dan perhatian terhadap balita dalam sikap penanganan diare. Tujuan ini penelitian ini mengetahui gambaran sikap ibu dalam penanganan diare pada anak balita di Puskesmas Harapan Raya. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 85 responden, dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 107 orang. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala likert dengan analisa univariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden memiliki sikap positif dalam penanganan diare sebanyak 46 orang (54,1%), namun dilihat dari karakteristik responden berdasarkan sikap mayoritas ibu dengan usia dewasa awal (21- 35 tahun) sebanyak 23 orang (27,1%) memiliki sikap negatif, mayoritas ibu berpendidikan tinggi Diploma hingga Sarjana sebanyak 37 orang (43,5%) memiliki sikap negatif, sedangkan pekerjaan IRT sebanyak 23 orang (27,1%) ibu bersikap positif dan negatif sama banyak. Alasan ibu memiliki sikap positif dikarenakan, Ibu sangat setuju penanganan diare pada balita untuk membawa ke pelayanan kesehatan seperti, Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit, sedangkan ibu bersikap negatif dikarenakan, ibu sangat tidak setuju menghentikan pemberian makanan pada balita dan lebih banyak memberikan asupan air saja. Berdasarkan sikap yang digambarkan menandakan bahwasanya ibu harus lebih aktif untuk mencari informasi dalam memilih penanganan diare secara baik pada balita, dan pihak Puskesmas Harapan Raya dapat melakukan promosi kesehatan terkait penanganan diare pada balita.

Abstract

Various efforts made by hospitals to provide the best service to patients are expected to increase patient satisfaction and strengthen patient loyalty to return to the same hospital if they experience health problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the loyalty of outpatients at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang. The research design is correlational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 96 respondents, sampling as many as 52 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire, and the results are processed through the stages of editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and testing using the Spearman Rho test. The results of the study found that of 52 respondents, almost half stated that the quality of service was good and loyal patients 22 respondents (42.3%), almost half stated respondents expressed satisfaction and loyalty, namely 25 respondents (48.1%). There is a relationship between service quality with patient loyalty with a probability value / Asym.sig of 0.001 which is < α (0.05 ) and there is a relationship between patient satisfaction with patient loyalty with probability values / Asym.sig of 0.000 and < α (0.05). There is a relationship between service quality and patient loyalty at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang in 2022 and there is a relationship between patient satisfaction and patient loyalty at RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang in 2022. Excellent service in hospitals must be carried out by paying attention to internal and external factors, with the hope of the emergence of satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of patients to visit again. Abstract

WHO has designated Covid-19 as a case of a global pandemic that has infected millions of people, whose numbers have continued to increase from time to time. The burden on hospitals is getting higher in handling Covid-19 patients, In connection with this, the existence of hospitals and medical personnel is needed as the front line in dealing with this pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of nurses during the Covid-19 outbreak at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru in 2020. This type of research is quantitative descriptive observational with cross sectional design. The population of all nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru is 51 people. The sampling technique was total sampling. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate multiple logistic regression. The results showed a bivariate analysis of variables that had a significant relationship with the nurse's performance, namely knowledge OR = 1.364, workload OR = 2.714, work stress OR = 2.200, motivation OR = 1.617, incentive OR = 17.14, work environment OR = 4.541. Based on multivariate analysis, work stress and motivation variables are more dominant in the performance of nurses. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between job stress and motivation on the performance of nurses during the Covid-19 outbreak at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The tight competition between testing and calibration laboratories in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires every laboratory to have documentation of a quality management system according to standards. This is necessary so that testing and calibration laboratories are able to apply the Good Laboratory Practices so that they can achieve consistent quality of test results, prevent discrepancies and improve quality. In order to achieve an excellent medical devices testing and calibration laboratory and be able to compete both nationally and globally, it is necessary to have a laboratory management system documentation that is in accordance with standards. For this reason, this study aims to identify the need for documentation of the quality management system for medical devices testing and calibration laboratory type C in accordance with national and international standards. The research method used in this study has 4 stages. The initial stage is a literature study on identifying problems and setting goals. The second stage is literature study for data collection. The third stage is data processing which includes identification of document requirements and identification of business processes. After that, the verification of the results of the analysis of the identification of document requirements is carried out. The results of the identification of document requirements states that at least 291 documents are needed, consisting of 1 quality manual, 55 quality procedure documents, 147 quality form documents, 25 internal and external documents and 63 work instruction documents.

Abstract

Diet is a familiar thing for women in today's modern era. Diet is defined as the activity of restricting and controlling the food that will be eaten with the aim of reducing and maintaining weight (Hawks, 2012). This study aims to determine the description of the implementation of the diet carried out by college students. This research method is quantitative descriptive with a questionnaire measuring tool that contains 20 questions that contain the assessment of the implementation of the diet. The sample of this study was 245 female students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Abdurrab University, Pekanbaru. The results showed as many as 131 people (53.5%) of respondents adopted an appropriate diet. While as many as 114 people (46.5%) of respondents implemented an inappropriate diet. Based on the findings it is recommended that female students are given information about eating patterns and appropriate diets for female students to reduce the incidence of deviant eating behavior.

Abstract

Statisfacation is the perception of something that has met expectations. Based on the initial survey conducted at the Dentist's Practice, which ordered dentures at the Dental Athallah Laboratory, out of 7 dentist respondents who ordered dentures, there were 6 respondents who were dissatisfied with the quality of the product produced, such as the base thickness, and the dentures that were made. loose, 5 respondents felt the service provided was not optimal, 5 respondents felt that the price of denture made from thermos was more expensive than other laboratories, 4 respondents complained about the inappropriate timing. The purpose of this study was to find out a description of the satisfaction of dentists in ordering dentures at Athallah Dental Laboratory Pekanbaru City in 2020. This type of research uses quantitative research which is descriptive in the data collection method using a questionnaire with 29 dentists as respondents. The results of this study indicate that the satisfaction of ordering dentures at the Athallah Dental Laboratory is 15 respondents (51.7%) who are dissatisfied, and 14 respondents who are satisfied (48.3%). The service for ordering dentures at the Dental Athallah Laboratory was not good, there were 10 respondents (34.5%) and 19 respondents (65.5%) felt that the service provided was good. There were 13 respondents (44.8%) who felt that the price for ordering dentures at the Athallah Dental Laboratory was expensive and 16 respondents (55.2%) felt that the price given was cheap. There were 15 respondents (51.7%) who were not on time to order dentures at the Dental Athallah Laboratory and 14 respondents (48.3%) who were not on time.
