The relationship between medical personnel, hospital and patient are known by therapeutics agreements, which are the legal relations that generate health rights and obligation. This therapeutic relationship begins with the patient’s informed assement of medical presence as well as informed consent. The underlying legal relationships between medical personnel, patient and hospital under article 1367 of the civil law code. These proposed legal relationship led to the principle of vicpredictability, where any omission or missteps of medical action committed by hospital personnel became hospital responbility. According article 46 of Law Number 44 of the year 2009 statute on hospitals determines that there is a concentrated legal responbility for any omission made by hospital personnel..

Abstract Early marriage to adolescents will cause problems both in reproductive health, economics and domestic violence. The impact of marriage at a young age is more evident in adolescent girls than in adolescent boys. Data from the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Rokan Hulu Regency the number of premature marriages under the age of 20 years in Kabun District is 49 0 people (36.8%). The purpose of this study was to determine the causes and effects of early marriage in the Work Area Of The Kabun Health Center In Rokan Hulu Regency, based on the causes and impacts. This type of research is mixed methods. Samples / key informants 46 respondents were taken in total sampling, informants supporting midwives 1 person, village head 6 people, religious leaders 6 people. Data were analyzed univariately and using source, method and data triangulation. Quantitative research results showed 18 respondents (39.1%) had junior high school education, 22 respondents lack knowledge (47.8%), economic parents 22 respondents lack (47.8%), premarital sex 27 respondents (58.7%). Not pregnant out of wedlock 37 respondents (80.4%). The results of qualitative research, the impact of early marriage there were 3 cases of bleeding, 7 cases of cesarean section and premature labor, 1 case of abortion. The average husband's work is a palm harvest worker with a monthly income of Rp 1.5 million to Rp 2.5 million and the income received is not enough for daily needs. The majority of women (wife) have never experienced domestic violence either physically or verbally. Suggestions for Kabun healt center to collaborates with cross-sectors such as BKKBN, PKK and community leaders to empower the community about early marriage and activate PIK KRR in schools to provide counseling about early marriage and as peer counselors. The Office of Religious Affairs can facilitate the formation of Legal Awareness Community Groups that are fostered by various sectoral parties such as the police, community leaders so that the community understands that domestic violence is a criminal act that can be snared by the law. Stunting can be interpreted as a condition of failing to grow in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition so that the child becomes too short for his age. Not to be initiated in early lactation, failure of the exclusive feeding of mothers (BREAST milk), and the early ageing process can be one of the factors of stunting. The purpose of this research is to figure out the insights of breastfeeding mothers about stunting in the working area of Enok in the Sub District Health center of Indragiri Hilir. This type of research is descriptive. The population in this study is all mothers breastfeeding in the working area of the Enok redirecting Puskesmas for 102 people. Samples used as much as 81 nursing mothers. The Samapel retrieval technique is with random samples. Research instruments using questionnaires. The obtained Data is processed manually and presented in a table Form. The results of the study gained 41 respondents (50.62%) Have less insights of stunting. Then deduced insights of mothers breastfeeding in the working area OF UPT Health care of Enok less. Recommended to the community especially nursing mothers should diligently seek information from both electronic media and by participating in health counseling activities.

ABSTRACT Pregnancy is the fertilization or fusion of spermatozoa and ovum followed by bullying or implantation. It can be calculated from the time of fertilization to the birth of the baby, a normal pregnancy will last within 40 weeks. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of adolescent knowledge regarding the dangers of early pregnancy in SMA Sei Putih, Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2021. Using this type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 52 Sei Putih high school students. The sampling technique in this study used a quota sampling technique where the researcher took the sample according to the target or desired. The research instrument used a Guttman scale questionnaire consisting of 20 questions. Data analysis used univariate analysis. Health education is a way of supporting health programs that can produce changes and increase knowledge in a short time. This 3M behavior is said to prevent the transmission of covid-19. This study aims to find out the influence of health education on the behavior of 3M prevention of covid-19 in pkk mothers in the East Rambah Hilir Village in 2021. The design of this research uses a type of design one group pre-test post-test,Population in this study is the mother of pkk in the village of rambah downstream east. Sampling techniques in this study using sampling techniques so as to get a sample of 28 people. The research instrument uses questionnaires and observation sheets consisting of 23 questions. The results of this study showed the influence of health education on the behavior of 3M prevention covid-19 p value 0.000 < 0.05. health education can be used as a way of providing behavior for the community and it is expected that public concern and better understanding of the application of 3M behavior to the prevention of covid-19

TheBook Expedition is a book that contains patient data, used for proof of handoverfiles medical record offrom the medical record unit to the polyclinic, to support the needs of outpatient services. At Sariningsih Hospital the recording of expedition books still uses manual recording assisted by Microsoft Excel, thus making delays provision of medical record files and delays in returning medical record files. For this reason, an Outpatient Expedition system is made, so that the process of returning medical record files is more regular and outpatient services at the hospital are more effective. For this reason, themethod waterfall and UML (Unfield Modeling Language) are used.The result of this research is an outpatient expedition system. According to the World Health Organization (2020) Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new coronavirus that was not previously identified in humans. Coronaviruses are a group of viruses found in animals and humans. Indonesia is one of the countries exposed to Covid-19 with the number of cases continuing to increase. Since the announcement of the first case on March 2, 2020-16 December 2020, Covid-19 patients have reached 636,154 people (Kompas.com, 2020). Meanwhile, in Indaragiri Hulu, the total number of suspected Covid-19 cases from March 3, 2020 to December 16, 2020 was 2,612 and 728 confirmed cases (Riau Provincial Health Office, 2020). This study aims to determine the effect of the environment on compliance with using masks on students of the Indragiri Midwifery Academy. This research is analytic by using a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling, namely all 48 students of the Indragiri Midwifery Academy, all populations were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is univariate analysis to describe the independent and dependent variables. Bivariate analysis to see the relationship between two variables, was carried out by chi-square with a significant degree of p < 0.05. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a value of P> 0.05 (P = 0.939), it can be concluded that there is no influence between the environment (parents and peers) with adherence to wearing masks.

ABSTRACT Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders experienced by jenang mixer workers are caused by continuous work. This study was conducted to determine whether work posture and working period can affect workers who complain of Musculoskeletal Disorders. The sample in this study amounted to 36 people. The instrument used to analyze work posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders is the Rapid Entry Body Assessment, while to view complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders using the Nordic Body Map sheet. The conclusion of this study is there is a relationship between working period and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders stirrer with a p value of 0.010 (p value>0.05), and there is no relationship between work posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders on jenang mirasa stirrers in Dode Hamlet, Gulon Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency stirrer with a p value of 0.481 (p value <0.05).

Covid-19 disebabkan oleh SARS-Co-V sebuah virus jenis baru dari coronavirus kelompok virus yang menginfeksi sistem pernapasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid-19 di Pangkalan Kasai. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode analitik dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yang yaitu probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid-19 di Pangkalan Kasai didapatkan hasil remaja yang mempunyai pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 62,7%, berpengetahuan baik 28% dan yang berpengetahuan kurang 9,3%. Hasil pengukuran sikap remaja didapatkan hasil yang bersifat negatif sebanyak 45,3% dan yang bersifat positif sebanyak 54,7%. Sedangkan hasil pengukuran upaya didapatkan hasil 65,3% berupaya dalam memutuskan mata rantai penularan covdid-19. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid -19 dengan P Value 0,012 dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap remaja terhadap upaya pemutusan mata rantai penularan covid-19 di Pangkalan Kasai tahun 2021. The body needs the basic foods it needs for growth and health. Nutritional status is a condition in the human body which is the impact of food and the use of nutrients consumed by a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and nutritional status of children under five in Redang Seko Village, Lirik District. The method used is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were mothers and toddlers with a total of 49 people. Data were analyzed by chi square test. The results of the study obtained that knowledge was sufficient (46.9%) and the nutritional status of children under five was normal (83.7%). The results of the chi square statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.001. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between mothers and the nutritional status of children under five in Redang Seko Village, Lirik District.
