Abstract

Sejarah Islam menunjukkan bahwa dunia pendidikan dengan wakaf tidak dapatterpisahkan. Banyak universitas di dunia yang dibiayai dengan aset dari waqaf.Konsep ini tidak hanya dipakai Muslim, bahkan bangsa barat mengadopt konseptersebut dengan charity gerejanya, Indonesia sebagai negara berpenduduk Muslim yang besar berpotensi untuk dapat mengembangkan aset wakaf yang dapat mendukung pendidikan ini, termasuk pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari bukti mengenai bagaimana wakaf dapat mendukung pendidikan tinggi, dalam hal ini di setting Indonesia. Sebuah studi kasus dari universitas berbasis wakaf telah dilakukan. Para peneliti memilih UNISSULA, yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Badan Wakaf Sultan Agung (YBWSA) sebagai sebuah kasus. Melalui serangkaian wawancara mendalam, pengamatan dan tinjauan dokumen, kami menemukan bahwa cara YBWSA mengelola aset wakaf sepanjang waktu sangat mengesankan. Namun, beberapa poin penting harus diatasi untuk mempertahankan sifat wakaf berkelanjutan di masa depan.Key words: wakaf, pendidikan tinggi, aset wakaf, manajemen

Abstract

This research was aimed to examine the effect of factors of job satisfaction onorganizational commitment of Domestic Governance Institute Employees, West SumateraCampus. Specifically, the aims of the research were (1) to find out the effect of factors ofjob satisfaction, which were the mentally challenging work, equitable rewards, supportiveworking conditions, supportive colleagues, personality-job fit on organizationalcommitment in Domestic Governance Institute Employees, West Sumatera Campus, (2) tofind out the most influential factor of job satisfaction on organizational commitment inDomestic Governance Institute Employees, West Sumatera Campus.This research was a case in Domestic Governance Institute Employees, WestSumatera Campus. The population of research was all employees of Domestic GovernanceInstitute Employee, West Sumatera Campus, their numbers were 41 employees. The sampleof the research was chosen with using the census method. Of the 41 questionnaires weredistributed to 41 respondents. The data ware collected using a validity and reliable surveyinstrument. All of the scales described below were responded to on a 5-point Likert typescale. The anchor were strongly agree (5) and strongly disagree (1). The technique ofanalysis was applied the multiple regression with the SPSS (Statistical Product and ServiceSolutions).The result of this research showed there were two the results of the research. First,the result of the research showed that the organizational commitment (Y) in DomesticGovernance Institute Employees, West Sumatera Campus was influenced in 46 % byfactors of job satisfaction which mentally challenging work (X1), equitable rewards (X2),supportive working conditions (X3), supportive colleagues (X4), and personality-job fit (X5).Whereas the remains of the organizational commitment (Y) was influenced in 54 % by theunknown and excluded factors in this model of research. Second, the result of the researchshowed organizational commitment (Y) in Domestic Governance Institute Employees, WestSumatera Campus was the most influential by the personality-job fit (X5).Keywords : mentally challenging work, equitable rewards, supportive workingconditions, supportive colleagues, personality job fit and organizationalcommitment

Abstract

Office UPTD Pelepat Ilir Bungo district had planned to send 14 employees to participate in education and training. With the implementation of education and training to employees UPTD Office Pelepat Ilir Bungo district is expected to improve the performance of employees is seen from the quantity of work, quantity of work and job performance in the job.Based on the background and the extent of the problem mentioned above, the formulation of the problem in this study is: "How much influence and relationships of Education and Training on Employee Performance in Office UPTD Pelepat Ilir Bungo district?"The result showed that the coefficient of correlation or relationship education and training Against Increasing Employee Performance in the office of District UPTD Pelepat Ilir Bungo sometimes conducted by 0.946. Artinya is that education and training have a very Strong positive relationships and influence 0.894 or 89.4%. Means indicates that education and training has a very positive effect, while the remaining 10.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Based on the conclusions that the authors have described, the authors provide advice to the employee as follows: 1) the employee is expected to always improve education and Palatihan menikuti quickly as possible because it can improve the performance of employees in the days to come. And 2) Expected to Maintain Employee Performance The performance boost employees or more for the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stock capitalization on Indonesia's economic growth. The type of secondary data research data obtained from the reseach library is quantitative data. All classical assumptions meet before the data is processed. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5% with the regression equation Y = 29.126 + 0.321X + e. The research hypothesis was accepted because 2,321> 1,667 or 0.003 <0.05. Stock capitalization correlation with Indonesia's economic growth is high (0.821) and the coefficient of determination 67.4% means that Indonesia's growth is affected by the share capitalization of 67.4% and the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to testing and obtain empirical evidence implementation of EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP)PT Sari Husada Generasi Mahardhika Yogyakarta using the updatedDeLone and McLean model. Delone and McLean model is a model of successful testing ofinformation technology system that are based on processes and causal relationshipof thedimensions of the model. The dimensions of this model are quality system, information quality,system usage, user satisfaction and net benefits.The research method is quantitative method of mail survey methods to company officialswho daily use the ERP. This study uses version 2.0 SmartPLS program assitence as a tool to testhypotheses in the study.Based on the results of data analysis, in getting that all constructs in this study has fulfilledthe requirements of validity and reliability. Where to terms of validity, the value of loading factormust exceed 0,7 and its reliability requirement given the level of Cronbach’s Alpha above 0,7.Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows there are several hypothesis are supported, suchas HI,HI2,H3,H5,H6,H8. And there are also the hypothesis that are not supported, for exampleH4,H7,H9.Keywords : Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Delone and McLean updated model, the successmodel in information technology system.

Abstract

This research aims to identify influence of the job environment (X1) and the individualcharacteristics (X2) influence the level of employees performances (Y). This research wasconducted at employees at Regional Development Bank Bukittinggi Branch with 40 samples. Thetechnique to determine samples was total sampling. It means populations to be samples. Analysis ofthe data used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression, whereas for hypothesistesting using partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (f-test), reliability test, validity test and thecoefficient of determination test (R2).From this results of this study is to show that influence of thejob environment and the individual characteristics has the ability to affect performances felt byemployees of Regional Development Bank Bukittinggi Branch of 0,12%. The coefficient determinedtest (R2) explained that influence of the job environment and individual characteristics had affect of21,4% to employees performances, while the rest, which is 78,6% was described by other variablesfrom this study.Key word: Influence of the job environment, the individual characteristics and employeesperformances.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan dan komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan lebih memahami tentang Analisis Kepemimpinan Dan KomunikasiDalam Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas.Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih 6 bulan lamanya.Tempat dilaksanakannya penelitian adalah Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas yang beralamat di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 162 Kelurahan B.Srikaton, Kecamatan Tugumuyo KabupatenMusi Rawas.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi secara langsung kepada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan komunikasi dalam Kantor Kecamatan Tugumulyo Kabupaten Musi Rawas sudah dikatakan cukup baik hanya saja ada beberapa kekurangan dari kepemimpinan Camat seperti terhambatnya komunikasi, kurangnya keterbukaan, masalah pengarahan.Adapun kekurangan dari komunikasinya seperti keterlambatan dalam penyampaian informasi. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasinya sudah cukup baik akan tetapi masih ada kekurangan yang harus segera diatasi.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomena of managerial characteristics, turnover intention and small industrial performance chips Sanjai in Bukittinggi, therefore this research aims to know: First influences managerial characteristics on turnover intention. Both managerial influence on the performance characteristics of small industry. The third influence turnover intentions on the performance of small industries. The study was conducted using a survey with explanatory type. The study population was 25 chips Sanjai owners of small industries in the city of Bukittinggi where samples were taken by total sampling. The data used in the form of primary and secondary data. The research variables are grouped into observed variables and latent variables were collected using a Likert scale of 1 - 5. For the analysis of the data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research  intention variables based on hypothesis testing showed that: First managerial characteristics significantly influence turnover intentions (p = 0.026 < 0.05). Both managerial characteristics no significant effect on the performance of small scale industries (p = 0.456 > 0.05). Third turnover intentions affect the performance of small scale industries (p = 0.002 < 0.05).Keywords:managerial characteristics, turnover intention, small industrial performance

Abstract

This study aims to prove the long-term relationship of variable  onomics to Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves. The data used in this study for 24 years began from 1995 to 2018 using the Error Correction Model (ECM) method. The results of this study indicate that in the short and long term exports and foreign debt have a positive and significant relationship with foreign exchange reserves. The rupiah exchange rate has a negative and significant relationship in the short term, but in the long run has a positiverelationship. Foreign investment has a negative and insignificant relationship in the short term and a positive and insignificant relationship in the long run.Keywords: Foreign exchange reserves, exports, rupiah exchange rate, foreign debt and foreign investment.
