Abstract

This study , entitled the effect of promotion and interpersonal relationships to employeeperformance PT Kereta Api West Sumatra Regional Division II. This study was toexamine the effect of interpersonal danhubungan promotion to employee performance PTKereta Api Indonesia. (Persero) Division II of West Sumatera. This study is a survey withquantitative approach, which aims to determine the effect of promotion and interpersonalrelationships on employee job satisfaction PT. Kereta Api. The data used are primary dataobtained by field survey. Hypothesis testing is done by means of multiple regressionanalysis The study population was all all employees at PT Kereta Api numbering 87 peopleand all of them were sampled by taking total sampling technique. Data collectiontechniques in this study conducted by survey method. Using two instrument consists ofthree devices questionnaire for the study variables with the results of the study are positiveand significant influence between promotion jabata to the performance on PT. Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) Division II West Sumatera with a regression coefficient of 0.478 witha significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant relationship between interpersonalrelationship to the performance on PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Division II WestSumatera with a regression coefficient of 0.374 with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05Keywords: Promotions, interpersonal relations and promotions

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel kompetensi, independensi dan etika auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Ditinjau dari kasus pelanggaran yang dilakukan akuntan publik yang marak terjadi, maka dibuat penelitian untuk melihat faktor apa saja yang membuat laporan audit kurang berkualitas sehingga menyebabkan terjadi banyaknya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh akuntan publik.Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 auditor sebagai responden yang bekerja di 6 Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan media pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan ke setiap KAP.Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompetensi (X1)berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit dengan nilai signifikansi 0.005 < 0.05. Variabel independensi (X2) juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit dengan nilai signifikansi 0.041 < 0.05. Begitu juga dengan variabel etika auditor (X3) juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel ini berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit dengan nilai signifikansi 0.013 < 0.05.Diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi linear berganda (Adjested R Square ) adalah sebesar 0.592 artinya besar pengaruh kompetensi (X1), independensi (X2) dan Etika Auditor (X3) terhadap Kualitas Audit sebesar 59.2%, sedangkan sisanya 40.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research examine the influence of electronic service quality that consist of fourdimensions are efficiency, system availability, fulfillment and privacy on electronic loyalty, withelectronic satisfaction as mediating variable, perceived trust as moderating variables. Datafor this research were collected by offline and online survey and administered to 237 respondents.The hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis, simple regressionanalysis, hierarchical regression analysis.Findings of this study indicate that efficiency, system availability, fulfillment of electronicservice quality are strongest predictors of electronic satisfaction, whereas privacy has no positiveinfluence on electronic satisfaction. This study confirms that electronic satisfaction has stronginfluence on electronic loyalty. Electronic satisfaction also partially mediation the positiveinfluence of efficiency and fulfillment on electronic loyalty. This study reveals that perceived trusthas no moderating role in the influence of electronic satisfaction on electronic loyalty.Keywords : online shopping, electronic service quality, perceived trust, electronic satisfactionand electronic loyalty

Abstract

Background of question to know what income deposit mudharabah givesignificant effect to profitability of PT. BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Directionof research to know how many effect income deposit mudharabah give significant effectto profitability in PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Approach of research beused method of quantitative research that explain the indicate was done in PT. BPRSBarakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Technique of collect the data with observation,interview and documentation. Process the qualitative data used SPSS V.23 Program(Statistical Programming Social Science). Result of this research based on result of testthat be used by SPSS V.23 program. There fore author conculusioned that value ofindependent variable have significant effect to dependent variable of PT. BPRS BarakahNawaitul Ikhlas Solok, that prove H0 refused, with value of significant test t statistic was0.00a, and this value is smaller from value α 0,05. Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of performance, durability, features ofproduct, comformance to specification and reability toward consumer’s interest in buyingTupperware at Griya Tika Utama Housing in Pekanbaru. The population of this researchwas less than 100 so that there were 74 respondences used as the sample of this research.Technique of analyzing data used here was multiple linear regression. In the study theresearcher used a partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test).Based on the results of data analysis, it was shown that models of multiple linearregression equation: Y = 1.885 - 0,199X1 + 0,222X2 + 0,232X3 + 0,174X5 + 0,156X4.From the results of the t test only partially variable of Performance, Durability, Featuresthat significantly influenced consumers' interest in buying Tupperware products at GriyaTika Utama in Pekanbaru. Variable of Conformance to specification and Reliability didnot significantly influenced consumers' interest in buying Tupperware products at GriyaTika Utama in Pekanbaru. From the test results of the analysis of the determinationcoefficient, it was known that the coefficient of determination 0.362 or 36.2% of thevariation of independent variables (Performance, Durability Features, Conformance tospecification, and Reliability) toward the dependent variable (Consumer Interests inbuying the product). While the remaining as 63.8% was explained by other variableswhich were not included in this study.Kata Kunci : Product Quality, Consumer’s Interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, desainproduk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 orang konsumen yang melakukan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji T-statistik untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial atau individu.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam, untuk variabel desain Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan perak di Nagari Koto Gadang Kabupaten Agam.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, desain Produk, harga dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of the code of ethics on the financial performance of the company. To determine corporate value, this research uses CV-Index. The indicator variables used are accountability, persistence, excellence, fairness, honesty, honor, respect, trust, integrity and responsibility. After determining the value of the code of ethics, then tested its influence on the financial performance of the company. Company's financial performance is determined by Market-to-book equity. The value of market-tobook equity is determined by SIZE, LEV, ROA, CV, H1 small and H1large. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the OLS Regression. The test results show that there is no effect of code of ethics on the financial performance of the company. This study provides important implications for companies to express corporate values in the code of ethics.Keywords: CV-Index, code of athics, SIZE, ROA, LEV, Financial Performance

Sejak Januari 2015, hampir seluruh Pemerintah Daerah di Indonesia mulai menerapkanAkuntansi berbasis akrual. Hal ini didasarkan atas Peraturan Pemerintah No.71 tentangStandar Akuntansi Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No.238/PMK.05/2011 Tahun2011 tentang Pedoman Umum Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan, Permendagri Nomor 64Tahun 2013 tentang Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan Berbasis Akrual padaPemerintah Daerah. Implementasi akrual akuntansi tersebut diyakini oleh para ahli akanlebih baik dari Akuntansi berbasis kas. Dengan pencatatan akrual basis, diyakini akanlebih meningkatkan transparansi, meningkatkan efisiensi dan mencegah korupsi dilingkungan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Abstract

Every company should be able to set the price of shares in accordance withmarket prices to make investors interested in investing shares in the capital market. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of exchange rate and interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates on share price of Property and Real Estate company that was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).This research is a quantitative descriptive, population in this study are allcompany property and real estate listing in IDX as many as 48 companies withsampling purposive sampling techniques in order to obtain a sample 30 property and real estate company on the Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques in this study using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test consisting of partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and the determinant coefficient (R-Square). The results of this study indicate that partial and simultaneous exchange rate and interest rate variables SBI has significant influence on stock prices and real estate property company on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2017. It can be concluded that there is a negative effect of exchange rates and stock prices with significant value of 0.048. There is a significant positive effect between the Bank Indonesia Certificaterates to stock price with the significantvalue of 0.000. Exchange and Interest Rates have significant effect on stock prices and real estate property company on the Stock Exchange.Keywords: Exchange rate, interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates, stock price.
