Abstract

Es teh Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan high profile dengan profit yang menjanjikan pula, baru-baru ini ramai diperbicangkan dikalangan anak muda ternyata mereka membuka bisnis berbasis kemitraan (franchise) dengan harga yang terjangkau. Dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau ulang bagaimana implementasi faktor produksi pada franchise es teh Indonesia dalam prespektif ekonomi islam. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur produksi dan faktor produksi apa saja yang digunakan dalam menjalankan franchise es teh Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan pemdekatan deskriptif melalui pemaparan dengan landasan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian dapat ditinjau bahwa pada cabang outlet franchise es teh Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan faktor produksi yang sesuai dengan syariat islam dikuatkan dengan labelisasi halal MUI dan lulus uji BPOM. Sehingga atau tinjauan implementasi ini es teh Indonesia diektahui bahwa telah memenuhi standar konsep faktor produksi dalam islam.

Abstract

In order to realize the kaffah implementation of Islamic law in Aceh, the government made a number of Qanuns, one of which was Qanun No. 8 of 2014 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions. After this Qanun is implemented, all financial institutions operating in Aceh must be based on sharia, including banking institutions. With this Qanun, conventional banks are required to convert into Islamic banks, this of course has an impact on the Acehnese economy, especially for SMEs in Pidie Regency. Pidie is an area where the majority of the people are SMEs. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on the perceptions of MSME actors regarding Qanun No. 8 of 2014 concerning Islamic financial institutions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, This method was chosen because it was considered suitable for the topic to be studied, this method was able to explain how the actual events occurred in the field. The results of the study show that MSME actors appreciate the government's efforts in realizing a sharia economy through Qanun No. 8 of 2014 concerning Islamic financial institutions, but the government must first prepare and finalize its Islamic financial institutions, so that new problems do not arise, especially for MSME actors after this Qanun is enacted. And for Bank Syariah Indonesia, it is required to continue to improve the quality of its services so that incidents such as not being able to make transfers, payments, and others never happen again.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of zakat institutions by using activity ratios, efficiency ratios, zakat workers' fund ratios, liquidity ratios, and growth ratios from 2012 to 2021.  This paper is qualitative research with financial ratios analysis.  The sample of the study was taken from the independent auditor's report and annual reports of BAZNAS from 2012 to 2021.  Financial statements are measured and reviewed using ratios to describe in-depth financial performance. The findings of this study provide the results of the calculation of the five ratios, showing good performance, efficiency and increasing quite significantly. Although some sub-ratios have yielded poor results, BAZNAS' performance has explained its business process activities are on track.  The results of this study are expected to contribute to increasing the realization of zakat funds driving Indonesia's economic growth. This study humbly suggests BAZNAS for the need to improve the performance of human resources to be more optimal in collecting activities and controlling operational activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic impact of villages through wane beach tourism in the Islamic Economic Perspective of Monta District, Bima District. Research using desk research methods with online data and information search techniques, secondary sources, and scientific publication sources. While the analytical techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, analogies, comparisons of several research results and other scientific publications with the problems of the economic dimension of the village through tourist beaches. The results showed that there are two aspects in the village economy, the first is the positive aspect for the village economy, increasing village economic income, Making villages more exposed, transportation roads are asphalted, household economies increase, fishermen have the opportunity to sell fish. The Islamic economic view of the impact of tourism villages focuses on welfare, justice, and utilizing the environment without damaging the environment. While the negative aspects for the village economy are the lack of village security, high crime rates on visitors that hinder local tourists from visiting and will reduce village income. In view of economics Islam is to strongly condemn the acts that are zhalim and the level of crime that results in harm to others.

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of fiscal policy and monetary policy on economic growth in Indonesia in 2007-2022. The independent variables used in this study are categorized into two camps, namely the fiscal policy camp consisting of tax revenue (X1) and government expenditure (X2). Meanwhile, monetary policy consists of interest rates (X3) and money supply (X4). This research uses data series obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). In this study using quantitative methods and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable of tax revenue (X1) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, government spending (X2) has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia and interest rates (X3) have a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while the money supply (M2) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth.Keywords: Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy and Economic Growth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat apa saja yang sudah dirasakan oleh peserta PKH dari bantuan PKH di Kelurahan Bajubang dan untuk mengetahui upaya yang telah dilakukan pemerintah dan pengurus untuk keberhasilan program keluarga harapan di Kelurahan Bajubang. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori kesejahteraan keluarga yang dikembangkan oleh Soembodo pada tahun 2011, pada teori tersebut dijelaskan bahwa kesejahteraan keluarga merupakan suatu kondisi di mana keharmonisan dapat tercipta dan kebutuhan dari anggota keluarga dapat terpenuhi, tanpa adanya hambatan- hambatan yang cukup berat antar anggota keluarga, dan setiap masalah mampu diselesaikan secara bersama oleh seluruh anggota keluarga, sehingga dapat tercapai kesejahteraan dalam keluarga. Untuk hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah para peserta penerima manfaat PKH di Kelurahan Bajubang dibandingkan dengan komponen balita dan lansia penerima manfaat banyak yang mendapatkan bantuan pada komponen pendidikan. Dari 10 responden yang diwawancarai peneliti banyak yang mengatakan mereka sangat terbantu dengan adanya bantuan PKH ini untuk meringankan pengeluaran keluarga mereka dan pendapatan dari suami mereka dapat digunakan untuk keperluan lain. Dan upaya yang yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan pengurus PKH Kelurahan Bajubang adalah dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada para peserta PKH agar mereka paham tujuan dari bantuan PKH diberikan. Serta mendata ulang secara langsung masyarakat yang benar-benar berhak menerima bantuan. Kerjasama antara pendamping, pengururus PKH kecamatan dan pihak kelurahan sangat diperlukan untuk kesuksesan program PKH di Kelurahan Bajubang.

Abstract

Management is the process of coordinating the resources owned by a company to achieve goals. Management has five functions, namely, planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Home industry is a company whose family members are directly involved in the ownership and position or function. Home Industry is characterized by the ownership or other involvement of two or more family members in the same role in the life and functioning of the business. This research was conducted to determine the application of production management for the tempe chips home industry,including: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, as well as the impact of the application of production management on the development of the tempe chips home industry. Based on the research results, the implementation of production management in the home industry has been running optimally as evidenced by theimplementation of the four management functions namely planning, organizing, actuating/implementing and controlling. The impact of implementingproduction management on the development of this home industry is increasingprofits, increasing orders, achievingproduction targets thatcan meetmarket needs, aswell as the addition of networksthat work together with the Berkah Jaya Tempe Chips Home Industry. Manajemen merupakan proses pengkoordinasian sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh sebuah prusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan. Manajemen mempunyai lima fungsi yaitu, planning, organizing, actuating ,dan controlling. Home industry adalah sebuah perusahaan yang anggota keluarganya secara langsung terlibat di dalam kepemilikan dan jabatan atau fungsi. Home Industry merupakan karakteristik dengan kepemilikan atau keterlibatan lainnya dari dua peran atau lebih anggota keluarga yang sama dalam kehidupan dan fungsi bisnisnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen produksi home industry keripik tempeberkah jaya meliputi: planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling, serta dampak dari penerapan manajemen produksi terhadap perkembangan home industry keripik tempe berkah jaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan manajemen produksi pada home industry sudah berjalan secara optimal dibuktikan dengan adanya penerapan empat fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan,pengorganisasian,penggerakan/pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Dampak dari penerapan manajemen produksi terhadap perkembangan home industry ini adalah meningkatnya keuntungan yang diperoleh, meningkatnya pesanan, tercapainya target produksi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, serta adanya penambahan jaringan yang bekerja sama dengan home industry Keripik Tempe Berkah Jaya.

Abstract

Belanja online melalui marketplace menjadi salah satu alternatif yang populer di kalangan mahasiswa, terutama dengan kemudahan dan kenyamanan yang ditawarkannya. Shopee merupakan salah satu marketplace yang banyak menawarkan kesempatan promo flash sale dan gratis ongkir yang menarik sehingga mendorong mahasiswa untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan baru tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku impulse buying dan meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai manajemen keuangan yang baik serta memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang dapat melindungi konsumen, terutama mahasiswa dari risiko keuangan yang tidak diinginkan di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada kuesioner yang disebar secara online melalui beberapa platform sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang kemudian diolah melalui tiga tahap yaitu tabulasi data, deskripsi dan analisis, serta pembahasan. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa flash sale dan voucher gratis ongkir memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam memotivasi mahasiswa untuk berbelanja di Shopee dan dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic banking in microeconomic development in Sumbawa Regency. Islamic banking, with principles based on Islamic law, has great potential in supporting the development of the microeconomic sector which is the backbone of the regional economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach through a literature study containing theories relevant to the topic raised. This research collects and analyzes literature from various sources such as books, journals, scientific articles, and other related documents. The qualitative approach allows researchers to understand the context, dynamics, and complexity of the role of Islamic banking in microeconomic development in Sumbawa Regency. The results show that Islamic banking not only acts as a capital provider, but also as a strategic partner in increasing the capacity of micro businesses through mentoring and financial education programs.

Abstract

ABSTRAK:Pada umumnya jual beli dilaksanakan pada tempat dan waktu tertentu, namun di zaman sekarang ini transaksi jual beli tidak lagi dibatasi oleh tempat dan waktu, hal ini disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi yang membuat kegiatan jual beli bisa dilakukan melalui internet atau lebih dikenal dengan jual beli online, sehingga membuat masyarakat bisa melakukan transaksi jual beli kapanpun dan dimanapun, Bahkan ada orang yang melakukan transaksi jual beli online di dalam masjid. Maka dari itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang hukum transaksi jual beli online di masjid perspektif hukum islam (studi kitab al-Fiqh ‘Ala Mazahib al-Arba’ah karya Syaikh Abdurrahman Al-jaziri) dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (library research). Metode ini dipilih karena dirasa cocok dengan topik yang diteliti, metode ini mampu mengkaji secara mendalam tentang topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa menurut mazhab Hanafiah tranksaksi jual beli online di dalam masjid hukumnya makruh, menurut mazhab Malikiah hukum transkasis jual beli di dalam masjid hukumnya mubah jika tidak menghadirkan barang dagangan kedalam masjid, namun bila menghadirkan barang dagangannya maka hukumnya makruh, maka dapat disimpulkan hukum transaksi jual beli online di dalam masjid menurut mazhab Malikiah hukumnya mubah, menurut mazhab Syafi’iah apabila transaksi jual beli online tersebut bisa membuat runtuhnya kehormatan masjid atau mengganggu orang yang sedang beribadah maka hukumnya haram, namun jika tidak, maka hukum makruh, sedangkan menurut mazhab Hambaliah transaksi jual beli online di dalam masjid hukumnya haram. Menurut mazhab Hanafiah, Malikiah, dan Syafi’iah transaksi jual beli online di dalam masjid dihukumi sah, tapi menurut mazhab Hambaliah hukumnya tidak sah dan bagi yang sudah terlanjur melakukannya di haruskan untuk membatalkan transaksi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli Online, Hukum Islam, Masjid ABSTRACT:Generally, purchase and sale is carried out at a certain place and time, but in today's era purchase and sale transactions are no longer limited by place and time, this is due to technological advances that make purchase and sale activities can be done via the internet or better known as online shopping, so that people can make purchase and sale transactions whenever and wherever, there are even people who make online shopping transactions in mosques. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on the law of online shopping transactions in mosques from the perspective of Islamic law (the study of the book of al-Fiqh 'Ala Mazahib al-Arba'ah by Shaykh Abdurrahman Al-Jaziri) by using the library research method.  This method was chosen because it is considered suitable for the topic under study, this method is able to examine in depth about the topic of discussion. The results of the study explain that according to the Mazhab Hanafi, online shopping transactions in mosques are makruh, according to the Mazhab Maliki, the law of purchase and sale transactions in mosques is permissible if you don't bring merchandise into the mosque, but if the merchandise is present, it's makruh, so it can be concluded that the law of Online shopping transactions in mosques according to the Mazhab Maliki are permissible, according to the Mazhab Syafi'iah if the online shopping transactions can cause the mosque's honor collapse or disturb people who are worshiping then it is haram, but if not, then the law is makruh, while according to the Mazhab Hambaliah online shopping transactions in mosques is haram. According to the Mazhab Hanafi, Malikiah, and Syafi'iah, online shopping transactions in mosques are legal, but according to the Mazhab Hambaliah, the law is invalid and those who have already done are required to cancel the transaction.Keywords: Online Shop, Islamic Law, Mosque
