Abstract

Through the distribution of funds, banking helps increase investment and economic growth. This gives banking a crucial role in supporting Indonesia's economy. The funding provided by banks to small and medium-sized enterprises, which are important economic resources for Indonesia, underscores this role. Therefore, bank management must strive to maintain a proper balance between ensuring sufficient liquidity, achieving reasonable profitability, and ensuring adequate capital. To assess the health of a bank, several methods can be used according to its development, one of which is based on Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/1/PBI/2011 concerning the Assessment of Commercial Bank Soundness Levels. Bank Indonesia has established a risk-based bank soundness rating system. According to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 8/POJK.3/2014, the factors used in the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) form the basis of the assessment. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used were obtained from secondary sources, primarily the financial reports of the Islamic Business Unit (UUS) for three consecutive years from 2017 to 2022, accessed through the OJK website. The results of the study show that CIMB Niaga Syariah Bank's condition during the 2017-2022 period is as follows: for the risk profile factor with the NPF ratio, it received a very healthy rating; with the FDR ratio, it received an unhealthy rating; for the GCG factor with the PDN ratio, it received a fairly healthy rating; for the earnings factor with the ROA ratio, it received a very healthy rating; with the ROE ratio, it received a fairly healthy rating; with the NI ratio, it received a healthy rating, and with the BOPO ratio, it received a very healthy rating; and for the capital factor with the CAR ratio, it received a very healthy rating.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on inflation in Indonesia. The pandemic has had a wide and profound effect on various aspects of life, including the economy. Disruptions in supply chains, changes in consumer demand patterns, and government policies are the main factors affecting inflation during the pandemic. Factory closures and social restrictions have led to shortages of goods and raw materials, thus driving up prices. Meanwhile, the increase in demand for staples and medical products has not been offset by an increase in supply, causing a spike in prices. The government's fiscal and monetary stimulus policies have also increased the money supply, potentially driving further inflation. Fluctuations in energy prices during the pandemic have also contributed to the dynamics of inflation in Indonesia. The bibliometric method is used to identify research trends, inflation and covid-19 in Indonesia as well as researcher collaboration on this topic.

Abstract

Probolinggo Regency is an agricultural area where the majority of the population works as farmers. However, the agricultural sector in this area faces major challenges due to the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers and unpredictable weather changes. This study aims to analyze the scarcity of subsidized fertilizers and weather factors on agricultural productivity and food security in Probolinggo Regency, as well as to evaluate sharia-based economic solutions that can be applied to improve farmer welfare. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with farmers, fertilizer distributors, and Bulog officials, as well as field observations and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the uneven distribution of subsidized fertilizers and high prices of non-subsidized fertilizers cause many farmers to have difficulty meeting their fertilization needs, thus negatively impacting agricultural productivity. In addition, extreme weather changes, such as unpredictable rainfall and prolonged drought periods, worsen agricultural conditions and increase the risk of crop failure. The implications of this problem include declining agricultural production, increasing food prices, and socio-economic instability for farmers. To overcome these challenges, adaptation strategies are needed, such as better management of fertilizer distribution, the use of agricultural technology that is more adaptive to climate change, and the application of sharia economic principles to create a just and sustainable agricultural system.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify and analyze the seven main prohibitions in Islamic trade practices: riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), tadlis (deception), maysir (gambling), ghabn (exploitation), najsh (price manipulation), and jahalah (ignorance). The research employs descriptive and qualitative methods, focusing on an extensive review of relevant literature as the primary source of data. The findings indicate that violations of these prohibitions result in economic injustice and social harm, undermining the principles of fairness and balance advocated by Islamic teachings. By understanding and avoiding these forbidden practices, Muslim business practitioners can promote a just and Sharia-compliant economic system. The study highlights the importance of education and awareness to ensure the integration of Islamic principles into business activities.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often struggle to produce quality financial reports due to limited financial literacy, inadequate use of technology, and weak corporate governance practices. These limitations hinder transparency, reduce accountability, and restrict access to external funding. This study aims to explore the contribution of financial literacy, technology adoption, and corporate governance to the quality of financial reporting among MSMEs. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the study analyzed 13 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. The review followed the PRISMA protocol and applied a thematic analysis framework based on Agency Theory. The findings reveal that while each factor such as financial literacy, technology, and governance have a positive impact, their integration plays a more significant role in improving the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of MSME financial reports. The study concludes that a combined approach involving knowledge, digital tools, and internal control mechanisms is essential to strengthening the trust of external stakeholders and enhancing the financial credibility of MSMEs

In the digital era, marketing strategies have shifted from conventional media to more dynamic and interactive social media. One of the strategies that is growing rapidly is the use of endorsements by content creators to influence consumer purchase decisions. This study aims to find out the extent of the influence of content creator endorsements on purchase decisions on MSME products. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method and involved 75 respondents, which were determined based on the Malhotra formula (at least five times the number of indicators). The results showed that endorsements had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.705.
