Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of Bengkulu City is the implementing element of the Regional Government, which organizes the formulation and implementation of policies in the population and civil registration field. In its implementation, Bengkulu City Dukcapil employees serve as information data processors for the people of Bengkulu City. Dukcapil has applied information technology to support processing information data, including the Electronic Citizen Administration Service System (Slawe) and the Population Administration System (Siak). The level of employee awareness on information security is one of the critical factors in using technology. Weak awareness can lead to problems in information security, such as misuse and leakage of information. This study aims to measure the level of information security awareness for employees of Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. The method used is Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), which can measure alternative values based on established criteria. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literary studies were used to collect data. This study uses three dimensions of consciousness in the object of research to determine the level of consciousness, namely Attitude, Behavior, and Knowledge. Furthermore, the measurement results are then categorized into three variables (poor, medium, and good) using the AHP method. In the end, recommendations will be given on poor and moderate value aspects. The results of this study show that the level of information security awareness of Bengkulu City Dukcapil Employees is at a "medium" level with a value of 79%. These results indicate the need for special attention to aspects not yet at the "good" level.

Abstract

A well- Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has many ethnic groups, cultures and languages. Almost all regions in Indonesia have their own regional languages. However, currently the use of regional languages ​​has begun to decline as a means of daily communication in the regions. The accent only looks harsher, you could also say it's rough, even though actually the lubuklinggau accent is soft for lubuklinggau people. Lubuklinggau language is the language that is often used by the people of Lubuklinggau city for daily communication. For this reason, there are many studies discussing technology that can help expand learning about regional languages, especially Lubuklinggau language with features that can be entered into smartphones, namely text-to-speech, typing words and the most important thing is speech recognition. The writers of this study made use of the research technique known as qualitative research. To understand human or social phenomena, qualitative research is a process of research that involves the creation of a comprehensive and complex picture that can be presented in words, the reporting of detailed views obtained from informant sources, and the carrying out of research in its natural settings. The selection of this qualitative research is also due to the fact that the data is more in the nature of information or explanations that are not numerical in nature. Primary data, which are presented in the form of speech or behaviour witnessed through surveillance or conversations, and secondary data, which are presented in the form of literature, make up the data in this investigation. The application produced is an online regional language dictionary application based on Android.

Abstract

The development of the world of information technology in the current era of globalization is very important because at this time an educational institution or company cannot be separated from the use of computers as a sophisticated data processing tool. Information technology using highly sophisticated and modern computer technology will make it easier for us to process data which can save time, space and costs. The method used in the development of this Library Information System is the Extreme Programming (XP) development method. The stages of the Extreme Programming (XP) method are Planning, Design, Coding and Testing. Extreme programming is one of the methodologies of the agile software development approach that focuses on coding as the main activity at all stages of the development cycle that is more responsive to customer needs and builds software with better quality. The results of the SIMPEKU application test prove that the SIMPEKU application is user friendly so it is suitable to be implemented for libraries. The SIMPEKU application makes it easy for all parties, namely students or admins because it is very helpful in the process of borrowing and returning books. Conclusion With the borrowing feature in the digital library application, it adds to technological advances that make it more practical for students to borrow books and return books.

Abstract

To make it easier for users to use the application, researchers use the user centered design (UCD) method so that the application is comfortable and easy to use. The advantages of User Centered Design are design-oriented, with a general understanding of the user and in-depth analysis of the user with human characteristics, which is not only a method focus, but also focuses on the specific characteristics and behavior of the target user. By using the UCD model, the application can be used easily but can adjust to the cooperative work system. This research was conducted at the Prosperous Peace Cooperative located in Arga Makmur, North Bengkulu to be precise in Karang Suci Village. And for this research carried out for one month after the seminar and its improvements. The results of this study are based on testing, for the average value of 2 (two) respondents, which is 83% and it is stated that the results of the enterprise architecture design are valid above 50%. And from the results of application feasibility testing using the EA Score Card it can be concluded that the application is declared feasible with a test result of 79%. Which means the application runs well and can be used on Android phones for user applications, and can be used easily by cooperative members to see details of their funds that have been processed by the cooperative.

Abstract

Puskesmas is one of the health facilities provided by the government for the community. As an agency engaged in the health sector, in managing medical record data, many use electronic medical records. In the process of sending and receiving data lately, JSON format data is often used because it has few resources compared to other data exchange formats and utilizes the CURL open source project as data transfer connectivity. However, in the process of sending data, there have not been many efforts to secure the data. This is very unfortunate in the midst of many developments in data security methods that are not used so as to cause losses for information owners. Data security methods can be applied as a preventive effort to minimize the risk of data leakage incidents. The system development method used is the prototype development method, the algorithm used for the security method is Base64 and for the data object in this study is a JSON data format of string type. After carrying out this research and passing the whitebox testing process, it was concluded that the Base64 algorithm can be implemented in JSON format of string type.

Abstract

Anemia is one of the nutritional disorders that are still often found in Indonesia. The Household Health Survey found that around 57% of Indonesian adolescent girls aged 10-14 years and 39.5% of women aged 15 years and over still suffer from anemia. From the high cases of anemia sufferers, researchers aim to help the community in preventing and treating patients by providing information related to the symptoms of anemia, so that researchers will create an expert system that can diagnose anemia. An expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that can usually only be solved by an expert in a particular field. The purpose of developing expert systems is actually not to replace the role of humans, but to transfer human knowledge into the form of systems, so that they can be used by many people and are not limited by time. In this study, researchers want to build an expert system that can detect anemia, where in this study the researcher will compare the Dempster-Shafer method and Certainty Factor, where the system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database that can be accessed anytime and anywhere so as to make it easier for patients to diagnose anemia without the need to meet directly with experts.

Abstract

Population census is the whole process of enumerating, compiling, tabulating and publishing demographic data. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is an institution that carries out these activities, one of which is the Bengkulu City Statistics Agency. The problem in this study is that the final decision-making process is still carried out manually by selecting one by one candidate for census officers and there is no special system that can provide mathematical census officer selection results. The purpose of this study, which is to create a decision support system that can help to select candidates or candidates for population census officers using the profile matching method. The profile matching method is used to compare the candidate's profile with the profile required by the position to be filled. In this study, the selection system using the profile matching method can be used as a system to facilitate the selection process of prospective population census officers. This is evidenced in the percentage results obtained after going through the calculation of all values by getting a result of 84.4%, with results that are considered to have met the feasibility according to the interpretation of the score. The objectives of this research are considered to have been achieved, given the level of accuracy and percentage that has been obtained and has been proven.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung keputusan merupakan disiplin ilmu sistem informasi yang fokus dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan manajerial, sebuah teknologi komputer yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan penyelesaian masalah yang kompleks. Metode Preference Selection Index (PSI)  merupakan metode untuk memecahkan multi kriteria pengambilan keputusan (MCDM). Dalam metode yang diusulkan itu tidak perlu untuk menetapkan kepentingan relative antara atribut. Penilaian kinerja pada dasarnya merupakan faktor kunci guna mengembangkan suatu organisasi secara efektif dan efisien, karena adanya kebijakan atau program yang lebih baik atas sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam organisasi. Penilaian kinerja individu sangat bermanfaat bagi dinamika pertumbuhan organisasi secara keseluruhan, melalui penilaian tersebut maka dapat diketahui kondisi sebenarnya tentang bagaimana kinerja karyawan. Keperawatan merupakan suatu bentuk layanana kesehatan profesional yang merupakan bagian integral dari layanan kesehatan yang berlandaskan ilmu  dan kiat keperawatan bebentuk layanan bio, psiko, sosial, dan spiritual yang komprehensif yang ditujukan bagi individu, keluarga, dan masyarakat, baik dalam keadaan sehat ataupun sakit.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the world of education requires schools to apply technology in the form of systems that support learning such as e-learning. SMK Negeri 5 Palembang is one of the schools that has used an E-learning called Thatquiz but has never measured the maturity level of the services provided to users, so it is not yet known whether the management of this E-learning service is in accordance with the vision and mission to be achieved by the school. The author measures the maturity level using the ITIL Version 3 framework with the Service Operation domain. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of students and teachers, the results of the analysis show that the maturity level of E-learning SMK Negeri 5 Palembang is at level 3, namely defined. While the expected maturity level is level 4, namely managed, GAP analysis is 1.20. recommendations given to the school to be able to achieve the level of expectation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the maturity level of library system service management at SMK Negeri 5 Palembang and provide recommendations to achieve the expected maturity level. Data obtained from interviews and direct observation of system users and respondents were determined using the RACI diagram. From the results of observations it was found that in the services provided by the library system, books were often found that did not have a storefront or storage stock but were still recorded in the system, besides that the speed of accessing the system was slow, alumni data was still recorded in the system which should have been deleted when the student graduated because basically this system is only intended for members who are still active in the school environment. The maturity level of library system services has never been measured, so it is not yet known whether the system service management is in accordance with the vision and mission to be achieved by the school. The measurement uses the ITIL Version 3 framework with the Service Operation domain. From the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of students, teachers and librarians, it was found that the maturity level of the library system at SMK Negeri 5 Palembang is at 2.79 which means it is at level 3, namely defined. While the expected maturity level is level 4, namely managed, GAP analysis is worth 1.20. recommendations are given to the library to be able to reach the level of expectations and be able to overcome the problems found.
