Abstract

Housing is a basic need that is essential for human life. Some members of the community rely on home ownership credit facilities (KPR) to achieve homeownership. Therefore, Bank Paro Dana offers KPR to support the increasing housing needs of the community. However, it is important for customers to understand the calculation mechanism and payment system of KPR that are safe and suitable for their needs, as well as to understand the varying interest rates in KPR and be cautious in facing market interest rate uncertainties. The problems encountered so far are the high-interest rates and installments that must be paid. Therefore, an effective and efficient method is needed in managing KPR installment payments, supported by the development of an information system that can automatically and transparently manage monthly installment calculations and assist customers in making payments. Hence, this research aims to implement the sliding rate method in the housing credit payment information system. The testing results using the white box technique obtained V(G) = 2 and Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 2, indicating that the proposed system can be concluded as effective and efficient. With the existence of this system, it is expected that the quality of service to customers can be improved through a better information system and provide a positive contribution to the development of the KPR payment system, thus providing maximum benefits for all parties involved

Abstract

There are many types of social media to gather information, share information and share news, one of which is Twitter. In this study, sentiment-based classification is carried out in two categories, namely positive and negative, by applying the k-Nearest Neighbor method to the figure of the governor of Central Java, Mr. Ganjar Pranowo. K-Nearest Neighbor is a method of classifying objects based on training data that uses the smallest distance or similarity from the object. At the learning stage, this algorithm stores only characteristic vectors and classifies the learning data. During the classification stage, the same features are calculated for the test data, the class of which is unknown. The distance from this new vector to the training data vector is calculated and the next K is taken. This study aims to obtain the value of accuracy using 4,000 data with negative and positive sentiment, each of which amounted to 2,000. After the tweet data is successfully retrieved from Twitter, the data is still raw and requires a preprocessing stage to produce clean data and ready for processing at a later stage. Calculation of the value of accuracy by classifying public sentiment on Twitter against Ganjar Pranowo using the K-Nearest Neighbor method in testing accuracy produces a pretty good accuracy value of 81% precision 81% recall 81%.

Abstract

This research is part of the development of the system, which aims to detect damage to railway tracks using the CLAHE-KNN model. This study aims to detect railway damage using the CLAHE-K-NN method and determine the effect of CLAHE on the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm for railway damage detection. CLAHE is defined by Block Size (BS) and Clip Limit (CL). The dataset used in this study was railway imagery totaling 384 data. Based on the KNN method's experimental results, this method obtained an accuracy of 65.62%. In addition, the experimental results using KNN with CLAHE optimization get better accuracy by using clipLimit = 4.0 and tileGridSize = (4.8), which is 66.67%.

Abstract

Busyness and high workload as well as low awareness in productive age are factors that cause workers or employees to often neglect their health. Rapid changes in healthcare systems around the world are made possible by advances in information. The purpose of this study is to build an information system for recording and recording the health of ASN and non-ASN employees within the regional government of the province of Bali. The benefit of this research is the formation of a system design as a basis for making information applications regarding health recording/data collection for ASN and non-ASN employees within the Bali provincial government. The Health recording/data collection information system can later be used as an application that can be used by the Bali Provincial Health Office to monitor employee health status and can indirectly be used as a motivator for employees to be able to carry out routine health checks as an effort to prevent and early detect a disease so that can improve the health status of ASN and non-ASN employees within the Bali provincial government.

Abstract

The face recognition process aims to identify some of the basic requirements of the system and learn the techniques required for the development of a realtime face recognition system. Facial recognition is one of the pattern recognition approaches for the purpose of identifying a person's face with a biometric approach. In this case Haar Feature is one of the methods to identify face recognition, Haar feature is used to recognize objects based on the simple value of a feature, not the pixel value contained in the object image. In testing this system, it is known that the success rate in the Confusion Matrix calculation on the image is between the actual and predicted values with a Precission value of 93%, meaning that the level of accuracy between the information requested by the user and the answer given by the system is the same. Recall results from the Precission value tend to be inverse to the results of the Recall value. If the Precission result is small then the Recall result is large, because the success rate of the Recall system in finding back a given information is 98%. Precission and Recall results are not the result of Accuracy. The difference is the level of closeness between the predicted results and the actual results of Precission and Recall. Where the actual results are the results found / relevant (True Positive) and the absence of true results / not found (True Negative) and these results are calculated based on the results found. The prediction results that users want, then the result of Accuarcy is 93% which is obtained based on the addition of actual results divided by the prediction results.

Abstract

The Office of Communication and Informatics, hereinafter referred to as Diskominfo, is a regional apparatus that carries out Regional Government affairs in the field of communication and informatics, the field of coding, and the field of statistics. Currently, the “X” Regency Communication and Informatics Office has implemented information technology governance as indicated by the SPBE implementation at the “X” Regency Regional Government, then has used electronic-based applications according to e-government classification, and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to policies applicable governance policies. However, there are several problems at the Diskominfo “X” Regency, namely problems regarding human resources, assets and supervision. Therefore it is necessary to measure the capability level of IT governance with the aim of knowing the level of capability and providing recommendations for IT governance using the 2019 COBIT framework. Based on the results of the 2019 COBIT assessment, the capability level of IT governance at Diskominfo, “X” Regency is at level 1 namely the Performed Process, which means that the implemented process has succeeded in achieving its goals. In order for IT governance at the Diskominfo “X” Regency to achieve the desired capability level, namely at level 3 (Established Process), the recommendations that need to be made are optimizing the existing human resources, involving the Diskominfo itself in managing human resources, making a priority list for installation and developing electronic-based applications, and establishing Standard Operational Procedures relating to performance targets and suitability.

Abstract

Palm oil is a very abundant source of vegetable oil and produces the highest vegetable oil compared to other plantation crops, which is the background of this research. This study aimed to classify the quality of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) into two classification classes using the Naïve Bayes method. This classification is expected to reduce human error in determining CPO quality. The parameters used in this research are free fatty acid content, moisture content and impurities which greatly affect the quality of CPO. By using the split data technique at the time of validation, the data is divided into training data and test data by 70:30. Based on the results of testing using the confusion matrix, the use of the Naïve Bayes method for data collected on research objects obtained an accuracy rate of 97.7% or included in the excellent category. While the specificity value is 95.8%, the recall value is 100%, and the precision is 95.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of internet network in Badan Penghubung Lampung using the TIPHON standard. The assessment is conducted by measuring several network performance parameters, including bandwidth, throughput, delay, and packet loss. The measurements are carried out for four days during office hours using the Axence Nettools 5 and speedtest.net applications. The collected data is then analyzed to obtain the average values for each parameter. The measurement results indicate that the overall quality of the internet network in Badan Penghubung Lampung is classified as very good. The average throughput value is 1,636 Kbps, which exceeds the TIPHON standard. The delay parameter has an average of 40.17 ms, which also meets the TIPHON standard. Meanwhile, the packet loss has an average of 2.75%, which is well below the maximum limit set by the TIPHON standard. However, this study also shows that the throughput value can be influenced by varying weather conditions, with the lowest data transfer speed occurring on the last day of the study. Therefore, for a more comprehensive evaluation of network quality, it is recommended to consider other parameters such as jitter, reliability, and availability.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the quality of the internet network in Gedung Guntur, which is owned by PT Jasnita Telekomindo and houses a call center tenant. The staff of the call center have complained about the slow internet connection when inputting reports in the CRM system and making phone calls to customers. Therefore, this research is conducted to measure network parameters, such as throughput, delay, and packet loss, by implementing Quality of Service (QoS) on voice and CRM data. The measurement is performed using Axence Net Tools 5 software. The results of the testing show that the bandwidth parameter has a value of 3.086 Kbps, throughput has a value of 1.918 Kbps, delay has a value of 1 ms, and packet loss has a value of 0%. If these test results are compared with the TIPHON standard, the parameters achieve an index of 4, indicating excellent network quality. This research provides a clearer understanding of the quality of the internet network in Gedung Guntur and indicates that the network meets the TIPHON standard. The results of this research can be used as a basis for identifying necessary improvement or enhancement measures to improve the service quality in Gedung Guntur.

Abstract

Corn is one of the world's most popular carbohydrate-producing food crops, besides wheat and rice. The large number of corn plants attacked by pests and diseases can disrupt corn productivity and the community's economy because corn plants can be damaged, resulting in lower prices and quality of crops. This system aims to build an expert system to identify eight types of diseases and nine pests in corn plants from 49 symptoms using the Bayes Theorem method and make it easier for corn farmers to carry out control after knowing that there are identified pests and diseases. The Bayes Theorem method is a method for dealing with data uncertainty. This method is based on the initial conditions, which are the conditions of the existing symptoms, then subject to predetermined rules. Then the largest truth value is taken to determine conclusions and solutions to the previously mentioned symptoms. The results of 100% functionality have been successfully tested through black box testing. The results of the evaluation of the accuracy of the Bayes Theorem Method for identifying pests on corn plants amounted to 94.23%.
