School-age children are candidates for the next generation, so to produce superior next generations, efforts are needed to maintain the health of students. One of the efforts made is through health screening activities for students carried out by schools through UKS/M with assistance from the local Puskesmas as an institution under the district/city Health Office. The results of this health screening activity must be reported and followed up quickly so that if there are cases of certain diseases in students, they can be handled immediately. However, in practice, there are still many obstacles to this activity, mainly caused by paper-based data management. Therefore, information system technology is needed so that the data management becomes better. Based on this, the author wishes to design a software requirement for elementary school students' health screening information system as an initial step in designing a web-based application that can be used by the puskesmas in managing health screening data for students in elementary schools. Based on the evaluation by the evaluator, this design requirement only accommodates 65% of the needs of prospective users. Therefore it is necessary to carry out further development to produce prototype designs with a higher percentage to produce web-based applications that suit the needs.

Muslims who have the soul of a believer, muhsin, and mutaqin, who are plenary, are required to have beliefs based on monotheism that are consistent and free from shirk, bid'ah, and superstition. Have a bayani, burhani and irfani way of thinking. Having behavior and actions that are always based on and reflecting good morals which are rahmatan lil 'alamin. Muhammadiyah is an Islamic movement, da'wah movement and tajdid movement based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. A lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, is a member of Muhammadiyah, this is evidenced by the ownership of a Muhammadiyah member card. However, there are still many lecturers who do not have Muhammadiyah Ideology and Strategy books, thus encouraging the authors to develop an Android-based application of Muhammadiyah ideology and strategy. The system development model is the waterfall model. The Muhammadiyah Ideology and Strategy application goes according to plan based on black box testing and obtains a value of 97% from user testing.

Academic achievement is one of the qualities in education for the factors and elements that play a role in the educational process. The quality of education can be seen from the side of student learning outcomes (academic field), namely the value of the Grade Point Average (GPA). Student participation in competitions (non-academic fields) is also one of the elements of the quality of education implementation, so that students are considered capable of functionally utilizing their knowledge. Determining outstanding students can help Sjakhyakirti University in monitoring and evaluating the education sector carried out by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM). To determine student achievement, the Tsukamoto method of fuzzy logic approach is used. This method was chosen because the Tsukamoto method's fuzzy logic is a method for drawing conclusions from Tsukamoto's vague conclusions. In a fuzzy logic system, there are several operational stages including: 1. Fuzzification. 2. reasoning engine or interference engine. 3. basic rules (fuzzy rules). 4. defuzzification. With the Tsukamoto method of fuzzy logic calculations with the python tool, the results are determined accurately and quickly.

Attendance is an important part of every educational institution. Where attendance is one of the main supports that can support and motivate every activity carried out in it. Schools are educational institutions designed for student instruction under the supervision of teachers. Most countries have a formal education system, which is generally mandatory, as well as attendance at SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo which still uses a manual method (signature), this method is very vulnerable for an educational institution because the level of discipline that cannot be controlled and can be misused by irresponsible people, another disadvantage that may arise in the manual attendance system is data recapitulation which still takes a lot of time and effort. Another disadvantage, parents of students cannot find out about their son's attendance at school so it is considered less effective and efficient. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to create and design an information system for monitoring student attendance using an android-based QR Code at SMK 5 Gorontalo so that it can make it easier for parents to monitor attendance. This application is designed using java programming language software, namely Android Studio, for PHP programming language using Dreamwever software, and for data storage using Mysql, as well as a tool for modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Cryptocurrency is a decentralized digital currency that a central government regulates. Since cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, analysis is required before using cryptocurrencies to minimize losses. This research compares the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) model and optimization algorithms such as Adam and Root Mean Square Propagation (RMSProp) to predict cryptocurrency values. The LSTM method was optimized using the Adam Optimizer and evaluated based on the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Thus the predicted RMSE value is 0.08217562639465784, which is a slight error value so that it is close to the actual value. While the RMSE value of 0.10699215580552895 using RMSProp gets a more significant value which impacts the accuracy of the prediction results. Thus the combination of the LSTM and Adam algorithms can accurately predict and optimize data.

Improving the performance of civil servants (PNS) is a significant focus for the government, and the evaluation of PNS performance is regulated in government regulations. However, the process of evaluating PNS performance still faces challenges such as manual record-keeping and time-consuming data collection. Therefore, a technology-based system is needed to overcome these issues. The designed E-Kinerja Pegawai (Employee Performance) application is expected to assist PNS in recording and reporting their performance, as well as facilitating the performance evaluation process by the local government. With this system, it is hoped that PNS can focus more on their core duties and functions, while the performance evaluation process becomes faster, more efficient, and well-computerized. This research aims to design an Android-based E-Kinerja Pegawai application in Kabupaten Bone Bolango. The application aims to assist civil servants in recording and reporting their performance and support the local government in evaluating employee performance more efficiently. As the backbone of the government, PNS plays a vital role in serving the community and driving the government machinery in Indonesia. Based on the conducted testing, the obtained V(G) = 3 and Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 3. The testing results using test cases demonstrate that the designed system is more effective and efficient.

The Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment (P2TP2A) in Boalemo Regency is an institution that provides services to the community in cases of Domestic Violence (KDRT). The issue that arises is the lack of public knowledge about KDRT and its handling. It is important to continuously educate the community about the negative consequences of domestic violence and the importance of supporting victims and preventing such violence. With increased awareness and community participation, it is hoped that domestic violence can be minimized and eliminated, creating a safe and harmonious environment for all family members. Cases of KDRT continue to occur without being realized by the community and are rarely reported to the Center for Domestic Violence Services (PLKB) due to a lack of information on how to report KDRT cases to the PLKB. Most people feel that the complaint service is limited to reporting without any follow-up process. The research objective is to design an information system that provides information about KDRT as a means of socialization to the community and assists the community in reporting KDRT cases easily and flexibly through Android smartphones. The system analysis method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method, which aims to produce a specific product and test its effectiveness. This application is developed using Java and PHP programming languages, with MySQL as the database for data storage. The system utilizes web service techniques to retrieve data from the server. The result of this research is an application of an information system that facilitates the presentation of information about KDRT through Android smartphones, equipped with online reporting features, and can map the location of the reporter to facilitate follow-up actions by the PLKB. The calculation results show that the Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 2 and V (G) = 2, indicating that the system is effective and efficient. The system implementation can be done on Android version 10.0 (Q), version 9.0 (Pie), and version 8.0 (Oreo).

Twitter is one of the most widely used social media today. Twitter allows users to provide the latest news and comments about ongoing events in the World. In Indonesia, the final match of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2020 became a hot topic because, for the sixth time, Indonesia was runner-up after 2000, 2002, 2004, 2010, and 2016 appearances for the Indonesian national team. With so many opinions and criticisms circulating, distinguishing between positive and negative opinions takes a long time. Therefore, a sentiment analysis model is needed that can classify positive and negative opinions as evaluation material for the Indonesian National Team in the future. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbors and Random Forest algorithm methods in sentiment analysis classification. The data comes from a reply to Joko Widodo's Twitter account regarding congratulations to the Indonesian national team after competing against Thailand at the AFF Suzuki Cup 2020. Based on the test results, the accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm is 75% better than the Random Forest algorithm, with an accuracy of 71%..

Advances in web-based information system technology motivate in building a modeling system that can facilitate the work of Islamic Student Association student organizations or commonly called HMI, is a student organization that has several levels of training or training which is basically the same as formal undergraduate education, namely Basic Training, formal education S2, namely Intermediate Training and S3 formal education, namely Advanced Training. The website-based Islamic Student Association training assessment system application was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with user administrator access as master data manager, and a user client created to display assessment results accessible to students. The method used is the waterfall method through the process of developing and designing a system with several stages, namely system planning to system operation and the maintenance stage. The system is designed with the PHP programming language and stored in the MYSQL database. Modeling the application of this website-based assessment system is expected to help the secretariat of the Islamic Student Association student organizations in determining the results of the election of prospective members (cadres) of the Bolmong Raya Islamic Student Association student organizations. Based on the results of system testing on the whitebox method that the calculation of V (G) = 2 and Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 2, it can be concluded that the logic flow for the member input module carried out by the admin is effective and efficient.

Research for Arabic handwriting recognition is still limited. The number of public datasets regarding Arabic script is still limited for this type of public dataset. Therefore, each study usually uses its dataset to conduct research. However, recently public datasets have become available and become research opportunities to compare methods with the same dataset. This study aimed to determine the implementation of the transfer learning model with the best accuracy for handwriting recognition in Arabic script. The results of the experiment using ResNet50 are as follows: training accuracy is 91.63%, validation accuracy is 91.82%, and the testing accuracy is 95.03%.
