Abstract

Research on efforts to Increase Learning Outcomes of the Subject straight line equation with the model Probing prompting learning with media aplication geogebra for Grade VIII Students of MTs AL Majidi. Based on the results of the study the results obtained for student learning activities in the first cycle of the first meeting that is 72.2%, the second meeting was 83.3%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning activities have increased. In cycle II the third meeting is 81.1%, and the fourth meeting was 88.9%. As for the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle showed mastery learning that is 38.9%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning outcomes have increased. In the second cycle which is 81.1%. This proves that there is an increase in the use of Simulation Learning methods with the Hollywood Squares Review model on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Based on observations of researchers on science subject teachers, it can be seen that students do not follow learning well because students are not so interested in the learning methods applied by the teacher. That the teacher had still use a method of network of the bank conventional with lectures. Therefore, the researchers tried to apply the epub-oriented e-book media to increase student motivation and learning .Thus concluded:First: The existence of the application of epub extension e-book media can increase learning motivation in students in science. The increase in learning motivation in the I & II cycle was 13% with an increase in aspects of cycle I & II, namely attention aspect 0%, 6% confidence aspect, 0% self-satisfaction aspect and 6% relevance aspect.Second: The application of epub extension e-book media can improve learning outcomes for students in science learning.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that teaching English as a foreign language is very challenging because there are still many problems faces. Various responses can be found at class such as students’ attitude toward learning, learning outcomes, and students’ active involvement in carrying out group activities especially if it is categorized as a large class which consists of more than 30 students. Small group discussion (SGD) offers a solution in order to make students more active by interacting, exchanging information, maintaining opinion, and solving problems in a group. Meanwhile in 21st century era technological advances like social networks grow rapidly. Lately many students have accessed social media to find information and learning resources. One of social media which is popular among students and educators is WhatsApp. We can create WhatsApp group to share information and discuss the material, so it can optimize the smart phone function in education. This study aimed to observe the effectiveness of small group discussion incorporating with WhatsApp group in teaching English. The research design used was quasi experimental. Experimental class was treated by using small group discussion through WhatsApp group, while control class was taught through lecturing. The finding showed that the significance of t-count was 0.000. It was lower than 0.05. It revealed that there is significant effect on the use of small group discussion through WhatsApp group in teaching English as a foreign language. Through WhatsApp group students feel free to discuss everything, more confident and brave to express their ideas. So WhatsApp is effective to be implemented in learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the process of applying the quick on the draw learning model (2) increasing the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts after the implementation of the quick on the draw learning model. The research subjects were students of class VIII B AL-BADRI SMP, totaling 42 students. This research is classified as Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in two cycles, in this study, students were said to be complete if they met the completeness ≥70%. Based on the analysis of research data the percentage of learning outcomes in the first cycle is 69% and the results of the second cycle test is 100%. Whereas Based on the results of the analysis of student responses to the quick on the draw learning model in the material relations and functions of class VIII B in SMP AL-BADRI has a very good response to the percentage of student responses 94.59%.

Abstract

The role of mathematics learning is essential as an effort to improve student thinking skills. The research aims to determine increased (high order tinhking skill) math students on the subject of cubes and beamsin the SMPN 1 Sumberjambe after usingosborn assisted learning macromedia flash 8. The kind of research used is classroom actio reaseach by the two cycle in wich one cycle consists of for steps, namely planing, action, observation and reflection. The test result of cycle 1 has been carried out by the percentage of the HOTS indicator by 27% andthe percentage of HOTS indicator by 70%. That suggests that a high level of thinking ability of the student has improved by the osborn assisted learning macromedia flash 8.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan utama dari proses pendidikan. Peneliti melakukan observasi di kelas VII MTs. Ashri Jember dan diperoleh data sekitar 85 % menunjukkan nilai siswa ≤ 75. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam mempelajari Operasi Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan Pecahan dengan Metode Snowball Throwing. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Prosedur yang digunakan adalah model siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil ulangan harian siswa pada siklus I yang diperoleh rata-rata 78,75 sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 86,84 %. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat dengan diterapkannya metode Snowball Throwing. Untuk pokok bahasan tertentu, model Snowball Throwing digunakan untuk menghindari rasa jenuh dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Research on efforts to overcome delinquency class X adolescents at MA 03 Al Ma'arif Wuluhan through the provision of reality counseling services for the with 25 students as respondents. Data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires, data analysis used was descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of preliminary observations by giving questionnaires and obtaining the main data with the percentage of juvenile delinquency at school of 70%, after being given action in cycle I, juvenile delinquency at school has decreased by a large percentage of 41%, after being continued in cycle II the level of juvenile delinquency has decreased by a large percentage of 25%. Thus the conclusion is: The provision of reality counseling services shows that juvenile delinquency in schools has decreased. Therefore, by providing reality counseling services can overcome juvenile delinquency in class X school at MA 03 Al Ma'arif Wuluhan

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of the Multi Representation Discourse model with 3D cabri-assisted learning outcomes of Al Kawtsar-Panti MTs students (2) Describe the Effect of the Multi Representation Discourse model with 3d cabri-assisted learning outcomes of Al Kawtsar-Panti MTs students. The research subjects were 18 students of Al Kawtsar MTs class VIIIA and 17 students of VIIIB. This research is classified as Experimental Research which compares two learning models. Based on the results of the calculation of the T Test (Independent Samples T Test) it can be seen that tcount > t table or p-value 0.03 < 0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so there is an influence on the use of Multi Representation Discourse learning models assisted by 3D Cabri against student learning outcomes in the material building flat side cubes and beams class VIII at MTs Al Kawtsar - Panti.
