Abstract

Internship is one of the efforts to align the knowledge or competencies obtained during the lecture with the world of work directly. In this research will be built an industrial internship management system starting from industry submissions, internship guidance and assessment of industry seminars with User Centered Design. This UCD method focuses on designing user-oriented systems. The results of the study were conducted with a usability test with 20 items (items) and 19 respondents, it can be concluded that each component of usability gets a value of > 80% which means it has a very good predicate, while the overall usability test of 87.69% includes a very good predicate.

Abstract

Online learning was expected to remain as effective as face-to-face learning. One of the important factors used to measure the effectiveness of learning is the online interaction of students with their peers, teachers, and learning content. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning viewed from online interactions in SMK Negeri 3 Salatiga. This was descriptive quantitative research using questionnaires distributed to 306 students as a data collection technique. The results showed that online learning in SMK Negeri 3 was effective, viewed from the online interactions, namely the student-student interaction had an average score of 3.87 (high), students-teachers interaction had an average of 4.14 (high) and students-learning content interaction had an average of 3.89 (high). It is expected that the findings will become a consideration in order to design effective online learning based on the students’ online interaction. Besides, the teachers will understand more about their students and their development in learning process.

Abstract

In order to create optimal learning, learning media with new variations that are interesting but effective and advanced technology are needed. This study aims to develop learning media in the form of interactive multimedia based on Adobe Flash CS6 that is suitable for room service on course restaurant setting and service. This media is developed by research and development (R&D) and using the APPED (Analysis, Planning, Production, Evaluation, Dissiminate) as the development model. The results which is quantitative data are then converted into desctiptive analysis. The validation results by experts such as: 1) media expert the percentage is 99.2% which means that it is excellent quality, 2) by subject expert the percentage is 95% which means that it is excellent quality, 3) by language expert the percentage is 77.5% which means that it is good quality. For student acceptance responses, the percentage is 89.83% which means it is very positive In conclusion this media is validated to be used with good quality

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly rapid so that it is no longer something that is not known to the public. The use of computers has developed, especially as an alternative in the assessment of school accreditation administration, including in the management of alumni data known as Tracer study. Tracer Study is an approach that allows institutions or higher education to obtain information about deficiencies that may occur in the educational process and learning process. Data management for alumni of Senior High School 1 Bukittinggi is dominated using paper media and data management is still difficult. By utilizing web technology, information can be accessed without any limitations of space and time. This is intended to facilitate the management of the alumni data list, which was initially still carried out using very commonly used applications, such as Microsoft being the Tracer Study system for Senior High School 1 Bukittinggi which will help manage alumni data. This system is designed using the Python programming language with the Django framework that utilizes the MVT architecture and is combined with the DevOps method, resulting in a system that can be used by schools to manage alumni data. This system provides several services, namely alumni search, filling out questionnaires, verifying reports, and exporting reports.

Abstract

The rapid development of the flow of globalization makes it easier for cultures from abroad to enter Indonesia and makes it possible for future generations to forget their own culture, including early childhood, which is the nation's next generation. Therefore, it is necessary to have a learning media for early childhood instilling the character of love for the homeland, namely through the medium of digital love story books for the homeland. The purpose of this development is to introduce ways to love the homeland and also to instill the character of love for the homeland in children from an early age. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE development model. This digital storybook media was tested by material experts, media experts, teachers, and guardians of PAUD Nusa Indah students. The results of the assessment of media experts were: 90% (very valid), material experts 95% (very valid), teachers and parents 98% (very valid). Based on the results of the assessment, it shows that digital story books are very good as a medium for early childhood learning in instilling the character of love for the homeland.

Abstract

In the current 4.0 era, many fields such as medicine, cinema, architecture, etc. often use 3D models to visualize objects. However, there is not always enough information or equipment to build a 3D model. Another approach is to take multiple 2D images and convert to 3D shapes. This method requires information on images taken of objects at different angles. To get around this, we use a 2.5D sketch as an intermediary when going from 2D to 3D. A 2D photo is easier to create a 2.5D sketch than to convert directly to a 3D shape. In this paper, we propose a model consisting of three modules: The first is converting from 2D image to 2.5D sketch. The second is to go from a 2.5D sketch to a 3D shape. Finally, refine the newly created 3D shape. Experiments on the ShapeNet Core55 dataset show that our model gives better results than traditional models

CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman is a company engaged in the field of providing internet services (internet service provider), whose head office is on Jl. Binjai Serbangan Protocol, Air Joman District. A company that was founded in 2017. At this time CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman does this by waiting for customers to come to the office or customers providing information about places, privileges and products to other potential customers. Inadequate reporting of customer complaints makes it difficult to know the level of customer satisfaction so that with marketing like this, the opportunity to get potential customers to the maximum is not fulfilled and this is very unfortunate given the increasing number of internet network products. Dissemination of information that is not neat makes it difficult for customers to know the latest information, thus influencing customers to switch to other providers. CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman built a system using CRM (Customer Relationship Management), where this system is expected to facilitate CV. Ahyein Pratama Mandiri Air Joman in managing services for customer satisfaction. So that customers remain loyal and on the other hand also get new customers from time to time.

Abstract

The convenience provided by mobile applications provides substantial opportunities for companies, especially those engaged in the service sector to improve performance and service to customers and get the best feedback as the value of the company's competitive advantage. This study aims to determine the factors that influence behavioral intention and use behavior in the KAI Access application using the UTAUT2 model for users of the KAI Access application. The variables used in this study are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, behavioral intention, and use behavior. The number of respondents who can be used for data analysis and processing in this study was 257 respondents, with details of 27 offline respondents and 230 online respondents. The data was obtained from the distribution of google forms through various social media and the distribution of questionnaires directly at the Kertapati Palembang train station. The research method uses quantitative methods and analytical techniques using validity and reliability tests with Rasch Modeling, Path Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Anova Test, and Partial Test. The results of the study concluded that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit affect the behavioral intention and use behavior of the KAI Access application. The most influential/significant variables are facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia had an impact on various sectors such as education, health, and the economy. These impacts provide enormous losses for the community as well as the government. The government has issued many policy instruments to suppress the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the policies made by the government as a form of dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic is to create an application that functions as a tool for tracking people's movements. This government-made Application is called the Peduli Lindungi application [3]. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics develops the Peduli Lindungi application, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of SOEs, and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). At first, the Care for Protect application was named TraceTogether. The Peduli Lindungi application's primary function is to digitally detect and identify location data and community information in supervising the handling of Covid-19 [4]. This Peduli Lindungi application is used at almost all levels of Indonesian society, including students. Students who incidentally are the generation who are familiar with the Application are expected to be able to use the Care Protect application quickly. Still, it is necessary to measure the feasibility of the system to find out students' views on the feasibility of the existing system in the Care Protect application. This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis tools using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Of the 73 respondents who took part in the survey, all of whom are application users and students, it is known that the usability of the Peduli Lindungiapplication in the eyes of students is still not good.

Abstract

The use of social media as a means of marketing is certainly familiar, this happens because of the very competitive market situation, changing trends and increasingly complex customer demands. Facebook and Instagram are platforms that excel in the field of advertising and also interaction between users. However, with the existence of two superior social media, evaluation is certainly needed to find out which social media has a better level of engagement. The purpose of this study is to find out which social media platform is superior in engagement rate. This study used the T test model to compare the engagement rates of the two social media. Based on the results of the study, the use of paid advertising on Facebook social media for 23 days has a better engagement rate compared to Instagram. So it can be concluded that the use of Facebook is more effective in terms of engagement compared to Instagram.
