Abstract

At this time there are still many companies or government offices that still use manual attendance, especially in the office of the head of the village of kelambir 5, sub-district of expanse of silver, deli, serdang district. The office is utilized by technology that is currently widely used by the public, namely by using gang devices such as smartphones. So with manual systems such as signatures on paper, it is caused by frequent manipulation of attendance data. The manual attendance system can also cause the village head office administration to manually collect attendance data in large quantities, and the process becomes ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system designed, namely an employee attendance application system using an Android-based QR Code Reader. So with the system that will be made, employee attendance data is automatically stored into the website database and it is easy to recapitulate attendance. For processing databases on the website using Mysql and making websites using the PHP programming language, then making android applications using Android Studio

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence and contribution of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation to performance. This research was conducted for 5 months from February to June 2022 in the Sub-District Office and District Office in the Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. This research is classified as quantitative research. The research population was 102 employees, which was determined by the sample of respondents using a saturated sample (non-probability sampling) so that the entire population became research respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary data obtained by questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it had t-count > t-table (2.174 > 1.98397) in sig. 0.032 < 0.05. The discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the value of t-count > t-table (5.400 > 1.98397) in sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because the t-count > t-table (2.014 > 1.98397) on sig. 0.047 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of organizational culture, discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance because of the F-count > F-table (166.220 > 2.45) in sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The contribution of each variable based on the highest value to the lowest value on employee performance is disciplined intelligence (54.5%), organizational culture (21.6%), and motivation (18.6%).

Abstract

Setra Farma Pharmacy is a company that handles product and servicesn by providing services in the form of pharmaceutical servies. Setra Farma pharmacies like the accumulation of queues of buyers and the absence of queue numbers especially in Covid-19 is very prone to infection. With this, Apotek Setra Farma wants to develop a mobile-based sales application to assist patients in finding and ordering drugs. This study uses the Goal-Directed Design method with prorotype testing using the single ease question method. When testing the user will be given a task that is rated on a 1-7 point linkert scale. The result of this research is the user interface application mobile that can be used at the Setra Farma Pharmacy. The final results obtained after testing the prototype with 5 users showed a score of 6.6 on the linkert scale of 1-7 points, which means the application is easy for users to use.

Abstract

The problem in the research is the management behavior of students who receive UKT scholarships, especially students who cannot afford them and students who work. Indeed, in principle, the UKT scholarship is directly deducted from the cost of education. However, some students who get the scholarship have consumptive behavior such as buying a new cellphone and taking vacations. This study aims to determine the role of UKT scholarships in moderating financial attitudes and financial literacy on financial management behavior. This type of research is quantitative. The method of analysis in this study is a linear regression with a moderating model. The population in this study was 81 students who received UKT scholarships in 2021. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. So 81 students were sampled. The results of the study indicate that financial attitudes do not affect finance management behavior. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on finance management behavior. Finally, UKT scholarships have a role in strengthening or improving financial attitudes towards finance management behavior. Meanwhile, UKT scholarships have a role in weakening or reducing financial attitudes towards finance management behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors which cause employees to burnout in working, which include workload and organizational culture on burnout with work stress that employees feel as a mediation variable. Burnout is an important thing that must be considered by company management in managing company resources or employees. The population in this study are employees of Badan Peneyelenggara Jaminan Sosial BPJS Kesehatan Padang City, West Sumatera with a sample of 83 employees. The analytical method used descriptive statistical analysis and factor description analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study shows that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress; organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on work stress; workload, organizational culture, and work stress have a significant impact on burnout; work stress as a mediating variable has an effect on the workload on burnout and organizational culture on burnout.

Abstract

Data mining is the process of extracting data into information that has not previously been conveyed, with the right techniques the data mining process will provide optimal results. Data Mining is divided into several methods. Data classification is a process of finding the same properties in a set of objects in a database and classifying them into different classes according to the defined classification model. The purpose of classification is to find a model from the training set that distinguishes attributes into the appropriate category or class, the model is then used to classify attributes whose class has not been previously known. The classification technique is divided into several techniques, one of which is the Decision Tree. One of the existing approaches in the classification technique is the C4.5 algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is an approach in data mining classification techniques that can predict students' final grades. The variables used in analyzing the passing grades will be classified based on their attributes. The C4.5 algorithm with the decision tree method can provide predictive rule information to describe the process associated with analyzing student passing grades. The characteristics of the classified data can be obtained clearly, both in the form of a decision tree structure and rules so that in the testing phase the RapidMiner software can help predict student passing grades. With the formation of rules that can become new information that can be used as a tool in analyzing student passing grades.

Abstract

Attacks on computer network security are very common, crimes in cyberspace are often carried out by someone and even a group of people who want to penetrate a security data on a network. This activity aims to search, damage, modify, steal and even obtain information or data on the network, one of which is Packet Sniffer attacks. This method is done by monitoring or analyzing data packets that are transmitted from the client computer to the server computer through a computer network. File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is still a reference as a medium used to transfer data with a fast process of uploading and downloading from server to client so that data is more secure, and on FTP Server security.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and the internet has changed various aspects of human life, including drastically changing the tourism industry. In a dynamic global society, the evolution of information technology has become one of the key development factors. This radically changed the world of the tourism industry and offered a new perspective of development. All information related to tourism can be distributed through the use of information technology (Wolah, 2016). That way, tourists can get tourism information with the help of communication and information technology quickly. This research was conducted in Penglipuran Village which is located in Bangli District, Bangli Regency, Bali. The reason for choosing this location is because Penglipuran Village is one of the tourist villages that has a fairly rapid development in Bali and has become a tourist attraction that is very popular with tourists, both local and foreign tourists. This type of research is qualitative which in this study does not focus on numbers or numerics but rather focuses on knowing a phenomenon in depth by using data that has been obtained in the field. Panglipuran Village is one of the tourist villages with a variety of uniqueness. Information about this village is published on a website with the url penglipuran.net. This website is analyzed using 5 dimensions of Destination Management System (DMS). Penglipuran village website fulfills 2 of the 5 dimensions of DMS. In the next development the Penglipuran Village Website can be developed into a dynamic website so that it can fulfill the 5 dimensions of the DMS.
