Abstract

Media alat bantu Promosi Fakultas Teknik Berbasis Android menggunakan Teknologi Augmented Reality dengan Metode Marker Based Tracking dan dengan Menggunakan Metode MDLC (Multimedia development life cycle) di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana Cianjur, Media alat bantu ini merupakan Media Teknologi untuk membantu mempromosikan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana dengan secara virtual menggunakan Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality (AR) adalah suatu lingkungan yang memasukkan objek virtual 3D ke dalam lingkungan nyata. AR mengizinkan penggunanya untuk berinteraksi secara realtime. Penelitian ini akan memasukkan teknologi AR kedalam marker Gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana, sehingga marker ini menjadi lebih real dengan adanya objek 3D pada Gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi yang berjalan pada platform mobile android, dimana aplikasi AR ini memerlukan marker yang nantinya akan diambil dari kamera smartphone sebagai sumber masukan, kemudian aplikasi ini akan melacak dan mendeteksi marker (penanda) dengan menggunakan sistem tracking, setelah marker terdeteksi, model Gedung 3D pada Gedung Fakultas Teknik Universitas Suryakancana akan muncul diatas marker seolah-olah model Gedung tersebut nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine service quality and delivery service on customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut Paramount Bintaro Branch. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. This study shows that the quality of service significantly affects customer satisfaction by 45.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.062 > 2,000). Delivery service significantly affects consumer satisfaction by 50.8%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7,942 > 2,000). Service quality and delivery service simultaneously significantly affect customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 5.789 + 0.368X1 + 0.501X2. The contribution of influence is 63.6%.

Abstract

REGROUPING PROGRAM OF PRIMARY SCHOOL (SD) IN IMPROVING EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATION. The fact shows that the implementation of primary school level education must still receive attention, whether in the aspects of employment, finance, educational facilities and infrastructure which are still far from the desired expectations, the limited budget for education as well. The effort to improve the education budget appears to be in the current situation and condition, not yet possible to do. On the basis of that consideration, the policy of Primary School Regrouping is the most feasible effort to be done as a breakthrough step to realize efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out educational operational tasks. Judging from the public policy study the significance of the Elementary School regrouping program is to increase the success of effective and efficient primary school. While from the aspect of public interest, with the incorporation of Primary School can provide the best service to the public in the field of education. Further data obtained and the value of information that the policy of incorporation elementary school is appropriate to be implemented and has been able to create teaching and learning activities more effective and efficient. In addition, it has also been able to improve the work performance and motivation of principals and teachers in performing their duties, to improve the participation of the School Board significantly in assisting the smooth management of the school.

Abstract

This research explores trends and innovations in digital marketing in Indonesia through a qualitative approach. Along with the rapid development of technology and increasing use of the internet, the marketing landscape in Indonesia has experienced significant changes. This study aims to identify emerging new practices and understand how companies in Indonesia are adopting the latest digital marketing strategies. Through in-depth interviews with digital marketing experts and practitioners, this research reveals various innovative approaches used to increase customer engagement and optimize business performance. The findings show that the use of social media, interactive content, and data analytics are key in today's digital marketing strategies. In addition, personalization and enhanced customer experience are the main focus to win market competition. This study also highlights the challenges companies face in implementing digital strategies, such as limited resources and the need for rapid adaptation to technological changes. By understanding these trends and innovations, companies can develop more effective strategies to achieve competitive advantage in the Indonesian digital market.

Abstract

Semangat berwirausaha merupakan elemen kunci dalam pembangunan ekonomi, terutama di Indonesia di mana Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) berkontribusi besar terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemilik UKM di Kota Bandung untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong semangat berwirausaha. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dukungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, pengalaman kerja, motivasi pribadi, dan dukungan komunitas merupakan faktor utama yang mendorong semangat berwirausaha. Dukungan keluarga memberikan rasa aman dan motivasi kuat, sementara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pengalaman kerja membekali pemilik usaha dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan. Motivasi pribadi untuk mencapai kemandirian finansial dan kepuasan pribadi juga menjadi pendorong signifikan. Selain itu, dukungan dari komunitas kewirausahaan di Bandung menyediakan jaringan sosial dan sumber daya yang memperkuat semangat berwirausaha. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan komunitas kewirausahaan untuk merancang program-program yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan kewirausahaan, yang pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualtas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Racick Pelaku UMKM Ayam Potong di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,454, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,847 > 1,986). Kualtas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,399, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,902 > 1,986). Kualitas produk dan kualtas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,903 + 0,453X1 + 0,377X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 58,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (64,343 > 2,700).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Donat Madu Pelaku UMKM di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 45,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,848 > 1,986). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 40,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,040 > 1,986). Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,722 + 0,450X1 + 0,385X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 58,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (66,334 > 2,700).

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a pivotal approach to addressing both societal and environmental challenges, integrating entrepreneurial principles with the goal of creating social and environmental value alongside economic sustainability. This paper explores the intersection of social entrepreneurship and sustainable development, examining how social entrepreneurs leverage innovation, resourcefulness, and business acumen to tackle complex issues such as poverty, inequality, environmental degradation, and climate change. By integrating the principles of sustainable development, social entrepreneurs aim to create ventures that promote long-term environmental stewardship and social equity. The study employs a qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to investigate the motivations, strategies, and challenges of social entrepreneurship. Key findings highlight the characteristics of social entrepreneurs, their contributions to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the systemic changes they foster. The paper also discusses the challenges faced by social entrepreneurs, such as access to funding and impact measurement, and identifies opportunities for growth through impact investing and technological advancements. The future of social entrepreneurship appears promising, with the potential for significant contributions to sustainable development through continued support and collaboration among stakeholders. The paper concludes by emphasizing the critical role of education, capacity-building, and multi-stakeholder partnerships in scaling the impact of social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Entrepreneur Characteristics and Business Performance variables, the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation variables and MSME business performance. In this study using quantitative methods. This is because the research data is in the form of numbers and analysis uses statistics, in collecting data using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis, is experimental/survey, if the problem is clear. This type of research uses associative research. serves to explain, predict and control a symptom. This method is used to answer the formulation of the problem, namely knowing the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and motivation on SMEs business performance. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire data collection technique (questionnaire). Questionnaire is a data collection technique which is done by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer. The statement questionnaire in this study was measured using a Likert 5 scale. The data analysis of this study used the smartPLS 4.0 software (Purwanto et al., 2020) and the data was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires with social media to 300 respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Based on the results of data processing and analysis that has been done, the conclusions of this study are: 1. Entrepreneurial Characteristics Affect Business Performance. In this case the characteristics of entrepreneurs are very good. Entrepreneurial characteristics can be seen from the spirit of work and hard work to realize desires. 2. Entrepreneur motivation influences business performance. In this case the motivation of entrepreneurs is very high. Entrepreneur motivation can be seen from being an entrepreneur because he has a desire to be rich. The business performance variable is also very high. This is evident from my business has the ability to compete.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed consumer behavior, including in Indonesia. This research aims to qualitatively analyze consumer online shopping patterns in Indonesia. Using in-depth interview methods and content analysis, this research explores the factors that influence consumer decisions in online shopping, e-commerce platform preferences, as well as the challenges and obstacles they face. The research results show that ease of access, product variety and price promotions are the main factors that encourage consumers to shop online. Apart from that, trust in transaction security and product quality also plays an important role in purchasing decisions. This research also found that social media plays a significant role in influencing consumer shopping behavior through product recommendations and reviews. However, several challenges such as limited internet infrastructure and lack of technological knowledge among certain consumers remain obstacles to wider adoption of online shopping. The findings from this research provide insights for e-commerce companies and policymakers to develop more effective strategies for promoting online shopping and improving consumer experiences. This research also suggests the need for education and infrastructure improvements to support the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia.
