Abstract

The transformation of maternal and child health data recording from manual methods to digital systems poses significant socio-technical challenges at the grassroots level. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of resistance and acceptance of Posyandu cadres in Gegerkalong Village, Sukasari District, Bandung City towards stunting recording technology, by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the andragogy approach. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving 12 participants (senior cadres, young cadres, and health workers). The results of the study show that technological resistance is mainly triggered by the mismatch of interface design (User Interface) with the cognitive and visual capacity of adult learners, which leads to cognitive overload and low Perceived Ease of Use. On the other hand, revenue is driven by the perception of Perceived Usefulness when digital reporting is considered to be able to increase efficiency and raise the social status of cadres in society. This research underlines the importance of integrating the concept of lifelong education and peer tutoring methods in cadre mentoring. It is recommended that the design of future health information systems involve end users (cadres) in the development phase to realize inclusive technology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital competencies, motivation, and innovative work culture on the performance of MSMEs in Palu City as an effort to strengthen business competitiveness in the era of digital transformation. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 150 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaires that had met the criteria for validity and reliability, with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.853 indicating a high level of reliability. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study produced a regression equation Y = 8.020 – 0.033X? + 0.242X? + 0.353X?. Partially, digital competence had no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (? = -0.033; t = -0.794; p = 0.428), while motivation had a positive and significant effect (? = 0.242; t = 2.710; p = 0.008) and innovative work culture also had a positive and significant effect (? = 0.353; t = 4.261; p = 0.000). The results of the simultaneous test showed that digital competence, motivation, and innovative work culture together had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs with values of F = 16.835 and p = 0.000. Multicollinearity testing showed no correlation problems between independent variables with a Tolerance value of 0.709–0.953 and a VIF of 1.050–1.411. The findings of the study indicate that the improvement in the performance of MSMEs is more determined by motivation factors and innovative work culture than by digital competence alone. Therefore, the MSME development strategy needs to be directed at strengthening human resources that not only focus on improving digital skills, but also on forming motivation and work culture that is adaptive, creative, and innovation-oriented to support business sustainability and competitiveness

Abstract

The dynamic capacity of human resources plays a crucial role in the operational sustainability of cooperative institutions. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Prima Sejahtera Mulyo (KSP Prima Sejahtera Mulyo). Based on initial observations from January to September 2025, the cooperative faced a performance gap of 11.20% in billing targets accompanied by sharp monthly fluctuations. Using a descriptive quantitative method, primary data was collected through a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire to 37 employees as a saturated sample (census). Data analysis used multiple linear regression through IBM SPSS. The results of the classical assumption test confirmed that the residual data were normally distributed, free from heteroscedasticity, and there was no multicollinearity. Partial testing showed that work motivation (X1) had a positive and significant effect on performance (t count = 6.408; p = 0.000). Teamwork (X2) also had a positive and significant effect (t count = 3.166; p = 0.003). Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect (F count = 174.575; p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.911) proves that 91.1% of the performance variation is explained by motivation and teamwork. Cooperative management is advised to evaluate the reward system periodically and implement a structured team building program

Abstract

This study examines the influence of zakat management, village fund management, and microfinance on the sustainable existence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the affirmation area of Tolitoli Regency, Indonesia. Previous studies have generally investigated these financing instruments separately, while limited empirical evidence exists regarding their integrated role in strengthening MSME sustainability in disadvantaged regions. This study therefore offers a novel perspective by integrating social finance, public finance, and microfinance within a single analytical framework. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 MSME owners through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Descriptive results indicate that microfinance received the highest assessment from respondents (mean = 39.15), followed by zakat management (mean = 38.83) and village fund management (mean = 36.83), while sustainable MSME existence recorded a mean score of 40.39. The F-test results show that zakat management, village fund management, and microfinance simultaneously have a significant effect on sustainable MSME existence (F = 151.275; p < 0.001). The t-test further indicates that all variables significantly influence MSME sustainability, with zakat management demonstrating the strongest effect (? = ?0.485), followed by microfinance (? = ?0.275) and village fund management (? = ?0.246). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R² = 0.791) indicates that 79.1% of the variation in sustainable MSME existence can be explained by the model. Although the regression coefficients are negative, these findings suggest the need for further evaluation of program implementation effectiveness, beneficiary targeting, financing suitability, and institutional coordination. The study contributes to the literature by proposing an integrated social–public–microfinance framework as a foundation for strengthening MSME resilience and sustainability in affirmation areas.
