Abstract

Payroll is one of the important things in an organization. Salary is one of the factors that inspire employees. Therefore a timely payroll process will make employees more motivated to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to build a simple information system to process employee payroll with a case study at the National University. This information system was built using the programming languages PHP, CSS and Javascript as a user interface, and MySQL as a database. The method used in this study is the waterfall method. The stages of the method used are analysis, design, coding and testing

Abstract

School bell is a device that is needed at school as a supporting medium to convey information or as notification of changing of hours to students and teachers. But the problem that often arises is that the sound of the bell produced is generally only limited to the sound of the buzzer that has no specific information and is difficult to understand, besides the bell is activated manually through the picket staff whose job is to convey information and ring the school bell at certain hours or times. The ARDUINO-based automatic school bell application is equipped with a mini DFPlayer module that is able to play the .MP3 sound file format, so information conveyed through the bell can be in English and Indonesian[10]. With the ability to play sound files in .MP3 formats, the information conveyed through the bell can be easily understood by all stakeholders in the school.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration needs indicators for benchmarks in improving the quality of services for the community, one of which is conducting a survey of community satisfaction by using several attributes including requirements, mechanisms, completion times, product specifications, officer competencies, officer attitudes, reporting and advice as well as facilities and infrastructure where the satisfaction results can be classified using data mining. In this study, the authors tested two data mining classification methods, namely the C4.5 Algorithm method and the Naïve Bayes method using RapidMiner software. From the test method, the accuracy of 88.00% was obtained using the Naïve Bayes method and the C4.5 algorithm was obtained with an accuracy of 80.40%.

Abstract

The study discusses the making of a system for processing lecturer salaries, currently, payroll at the National University is carried out using an offline payroll system for calculating lecturer salaries, the existing system at the National University is actually optimal in conducting lecturer salaries, but still has shortcomings because it is not can be done online, especially in situations pandemic covid 19 like this which are recommended for wfh (work from home) by the government, but the admin at the bsdm must keep coming to work, therefore the author aims to create a website-based payroll system using PHP Framework Codeigniter (CI) and Mysql database, which can facilitate the admin to do the payroll process that can be done anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

The development of games at this time is so rapid and a part of a lifestyle. The Alien War game is a First Person Shooter (FPS) game using the first person's point of view to aim or kill an enemy in the form of an alien. The player only sees his hand and does not see the body of the character being played. This game uses the A Star method which is applied to Non-Player Character (NPC) to find the location of players. This alien war game uses the Android operating system.

Abstract

Produce competent graduates in the fields of science and computers with excellence in the fields of computer graphics and multimedia, computer networking, and software technology and have character and moral integrity. Decision support system can be interpreted as a system designed to support management in making a decision. The problem to be solved in this research is to develop a decision support system produced by a computer-based system that is used to help decision making in finding data and certain types of types to solve problems that are not structured. This study uses a descriptive approach to the Mamdani fuzzy logic technique. The results of this study are in the form of calculations in determining the selection of prospective students manually in mamdani fuzzy logic, the application to be built can be useful for its users in determining the selection of prospective students who will be competent in the field or academics. This method was chosen because it can provide optimal results, by selecting prospective new students

Abstract

(LPPM) National University Research and Community Service Institute in general is research and community service aimed at improving the quality of human resources by conducting targeted research so that research results can be used according to community demands. In addition, this institution also facilitates and implements research results as a service work that is beneficial to the community. During this time the administrative process in reporting the results of research carried out by accessing the website contained in the url http://sippm.unas.ac.id/, but the existing website is no longer managed and used. Therefore it will be made Research & Community Service Applications for Web-Based National University Lecturers, where this application is the development of the previous website. With this system, it is expected to facilitate lecturers in conducting administrative processes related to reporting research results. The results of the research that have been carried out, is the implementation of the application using the PHP MySQL programming language, and also using the SDLC Waterfall Method in its development.

Abstract

The utilization of augmented reality technology is now more widespread. At present many companies have used the technology to introduce the company and its products to the public. Augmented reality is a picture of a real virtual object in 3D. Augmented reality can be applied to an android smartphone. Here i will make an application to introduce the organizational structure of the TE (Technical Engineering) service especially in the TED (Technical Record & Configuration Management) unit which is divided into 5 sub units within the PT.GMF (Garuda Maintenance Facility) AeroAsia Tbk. the company where I work. In making this Augmented Reality based application, i used Unity and Vuforia. Which later this application will be compiled into an “apk” file that can be installed on our android smartphone.

Abstract

The queue of the most unpleasant activities for almost everyone in the world, a queue which means waiting for their turn to get service from a facility, such as Vespa motorcycle users who want to get service to repair their vehicles in the garage easily and quickly. Repairs are carried out ranging from minor maintenance to heavy maintenance such as dismounting the engine. The irregularity of existing service queues at Vespa motorcycle workshops makes consumers feel uncomfortable and disadvantaged. Therefore it requires an easy and regular Vespa motorcycle queue service. For this we need a system that can manage the queue service process for users. The method used to regulate services is Multi Channel Single Phase, namely there are two or more service system entry lanes and there is only one service facility in each lane. This method was chosen because it is able to set the queue, speed up the work process and shorten the waiting time for customer service.
