Abstract

The Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is an architect in deep learning inspired by how the human brain works. As the name suggests, this technique works like a biological neural network possessed by a living creature, by accepting input data, processing it in a node/neuron, and displaying it in the output. ANN works by utilizing the large number of layers and the number of existing nodes/neurons to perform tasks, such as performing feature extraction, pattern recognition, regression, and classification. In this journal ANN's architect was used in the design of deep learning model, to solve classification problem, in case of banking churn prediction. The number of layers (layers) used by 4 layers, namely input layer, 2 hidden layer, and output layer with the number of nodes/neurons in sequence as much as 10.6, 6, 1. The final result is a model that is already (ready) deployed into a web-based application that can predict the churn (banking) with an accuracy of 84% on the customer's input data

Abstract

The large potential of SMEs needs to be made effective as the driving force of the national economy. However, efforts to develop SMEs still encounter various obstacles. Accounting is an important factor in developing SMEs has not been done much. The use of accounting information in decision making will affect company performance. The object of this research is the internal business environment, strategic planning, especially in the financial sector, as well as the development of the newly established Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The founders of SMB beginners are generally new people in the business. Therefore, there are many problems faced in starting and building their business, especially in terms of managing finances. This research specifically identifies the problems faced by the founding SME founders. The research method used in this research is the case study method. Data collection techniques used were field research consisting of observations and interviews. To overcome this problem, the Accounting Record Book (B-CAk) can be an easy solution. B-CAk is a tool that helps financial records for novice entrepreneurs. This book is designed for beginner entrepreneurs who are just starting a business so that they are still unfamiliar with recording and accounting activities. This book is useful for providing the information needed by business owners in conducting their business activities so that it helps the decision-making process. B-CAk contains 6 records that are important in decision making, namely cash flow records, income statements, and balance sheets (includes a list of assets, debts, receivables, and capital). Financial reporting is absolutely necessary if a business wants to develop. SMEs who develop their businesses are required to make financial reports. B-CAk is one alternative. B-CAk was created with the aim that SMEs can easily make financial reports.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) Commitment towards the school’s vision in executing the task and function; (2) Establishing the school’s vision as a guidelines in managing and leading the school; and (3) constantly focusing the activities towards learning and improving teacher’s quality in class. Leadership in teaching is one of the skill necessary as a headmaster. Leadership in teaching is very important to be applied because: (1) it could improve the student’s performance significantly; (2) it could encourage and instruct the school body to improve their student’s performance; (3) it could help the school body to focus their activities to achieve the school’s vision, mission and; (4) it could help the establishment of the school’s learning community and shape the school into an educative school. Leadership in teaching consist of the aptitude of the headmaster to formulate and to communicate the purpose of the school, supervising, guiding, and giving feedback in learning. The basic principle of headmaster leadership is in fact the same with any leadership within organisations around, which is the will to give influence to others (staff) in order for them to participate in achieving goals that been set. In order for this goals to be achieved, there are four basic that must be applied by the headmaster in executing its leadership task, which are planning, organizing, leading and monitoring. Next, three main point that must not be missed by the headmaster in attempt to improve the quality of education: (1) reinforcing curriculum; (2) improving the capacity of school management; and the teacher’s competence.

Abstract

Measuring visitor satisfaction, especially in the library, is very important to note considering the library is a means intended to help the academic process or add insight to visitors. Measuring library visitor satisfaction is very important to note whether the services expected by visitors are in accordance with what is received, which will greatly assist the university in processing the library so that it can be used properly, so that the books provided can be of maximum use and not only the quality of service provided for the library provided can be an attraction for visitors to become fond of visiting the library reading books that will help academically the average visitor is a student. The system needed is the Data Mining Application in Measuring Satisfaction of library visitors at STMIK Pelita Nusantara. Where library visitors will be objects that provide an assessment / opinion on variables that have characteristics, namely Tangiable, Reability, Responsivnes, Assurance, Empathy. This system was built with the C4.5 algorithm and the Testing system with the application RapidMiner Studio 9.7.

increasing the standard of living of the community, both materially and spiritually. Careful development planning can create a development that is right on target. One of the supporting aspects of development planning is the availability of detailed data at the smallest area level. Information to the smallest area can be used as a guide in making policies that are more targeted. The village as a government that is directly in contact with the community is the main focus in government development, this is because most of Indonesia's territory is in rural areas which are directly under the auspices of the PDTT Ministry (Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Village Development, and Transmigration), to carry out their duties and The responsibility for village development has been assessed in establishing a village classification based on the building village index to convert an underdeveloped village into a developed or independent village which is assessed based on certain sectors through a very long and certainly sustainable process. Determination of classification is based on the village index value build (IDM) based on the average Ecological Resilience Index (IKL), Economic Resilience Index (IKE), and Social Resilience Index (IKS). From the IDM value, the villages will be classified in the status of villages namely independent villages, Advanced, Developing, Underdeveloped, and Very Underdeveloped

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Palmanco Inti Sawit Medan. The purpose of this study is mexamine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and Distribution on Palmanco Cooking Oil Purchase Decisions at PT Palmanco Inti Sawit Medan. There is a decrease in purchasing decisions caused byService Quality, Brand Image and Distribution. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 167 customers and the number of samples in the study were 118 customers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The test uses a linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is that Service Quality, Brand Image and Distribution have a positive and significant effect on Palmanco Cooking Oil Purchase Decisions at PT Palmanco Inti Sawit Medan

Abstract

National university library services are still fairly manual because each process is still using paper book loan forms so there is no efficiency in the use of time and energy, besides the library extends the range of information provided to all national university students by building an application based on an Android-based library information system. In enhancing a process of development, an android- based library information system is built, using the system development life cycle (SDLC) method, which is an information system approach method used in making and developing applications. The goal is to achieve this research is to produce a library application that makes it easy for each book loan transaction to students can be done easily without any manipulation of making data that still uses forms. The desired result of this researcher is to make it easier for library members and their officers in making book loan transactions, making it easier for data processing

Abstract

Kuala Namu International Airport as the largest airport in North Sumatra has a big role for passenger and goods traffic both entering and leaving the country. The position of the city of Medan which is geographically close to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand can be a reason for people to frequently travel abroad. As a comparison, the travel time using an airplane from Kualanamu Airport to Malaysia only takes about 2 hours. Based on existing data, the number of flights coming from abroad to Kualanamu Airport in a day is around 20 flights with an average number of passengers reaching 250 people. Therefore Customs and Excise, through one of its representative agencies that specifically supervises Kuala Namu airport, namely the Intermediate Type B Customs Supervision and Customs Service Office of Kuala Namu, plays a major role in controlling the traffic of goods and as a collector of state revenue on import taxes. Import duties and PDRI apart from functioning as a source of state revenue, also aim at protecting domestic industry, preventing the smuggling of illegal goods either because there are no documents or because the goods are not allowed to enter. Basically, every passenger who comes from abroad is given the confidence to report their luggage on the Self Assessment System by notifying them through customs documents, namely the Customs Declaration. Customs Declaration is a customs declaration on the import of goods carried by passengers or crews of transportation means.

Abstract

Many studies have produced and compared the accuracy of penetration testing tools in looking for vulnerabilities in web applications. In previous studies, comparative comparisons were made about the accuracy of dynamic analysis tools for website vulnerabilities. The purpose of this research is to obtain all information on an AMIK Indonesia website and to analyze it by collecting information on execution time such as network resource usage, attacks carried out, warnings, and vulnerability results sourced from analysis tool reports. The tool used is using Subgraph Vega and OWASP Zap and looking at the comparison of the tool reports. In this way, it can be seen whether the testing carried out by the tool is efficient and meets two important aspects of the analysis tool so that the penetration testing tool can find all vulnerabilities in the web application, and can also report detected vulnerabilities. When viewed from the results of the analysis obtained, SubGraph Vega has fewer Number of vulnerabilities than OWASP ZAP which has more. Meanwhile, other types of attacks were not found to be the same from the second tool.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Product Quality, Price and Personal Selling on the Purchase Decision of Loyal Brand Contact Stop at PT Kawi Agung Kencana. Decreasing Purchasing Decisions due to Product Quality, Price and Personal Selling. Researchers took a population of 176 customers in this study in 2019. The samples in this study were 122 customers and 30 customers for validity and reliability testing. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. In this study, data collection related to the problems examined by researchers was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Loyal Brand Contact Stop at PT Kawi Agung Kencana. Price, has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Purchase Loyal Brand Stop Contacts at PT Kawi Agung Kencana. Personal Selling has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Loyal Brand Contact Stop at PT Kawi Agung Kencana. Product Quality, Price, and Personal Selling have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Loyal Brand Contact Stop at PT Kawi Agung Kencana.
