Abstract

Price fluctuation is a necessity in every business, including the price of Bitcoin. Therefore humans need a device or application that can assist in making predictions quickly and accurately. Deep Learning can be used to make predictions which include setting the parameters used during training, choosing the best parameters for prediction, and choosing the prediction results with the smallest error level in the actual situation. This study performs a Bitcoin price prediction using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). This study uses quantitative calculations on the prediction results. Measurement of accuracy is done by testing the previous price (back testing) and calculating the average error using RMSE and MAPE. The method for generating predictions is LSTM as a type of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) which has the advantage of using long-term memory in handling time series data. LSTM implementation using Python is used for price forecasting with stages starting from data collection and normalization, input and output modeling. The result of this research is a prediction of Bitcoin price with an accuracy rate of 97.48% based on the best model with input layer 2, the number of epochs 100, the number of hidden layers 100, and activation using Softmax. These price predictions can be used as a reference and consideration for traders to create trading strategies and run them automatically on the digital currency market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the indicators of success in resource management in providing compensation to improve performance and employee development to increase skills in carrying out tasks within the company. Human resource management also concerns the design and implementation of planning systems, employee arrangement, employee development, career management, performance evaluation, employee compensation and good employment relations. Human resource management involves all management decisions and practices that directly affect human resources. Resources relate to everything that is a company asset to achieve its goals. Resources owned by the company can be categorized into four types of resources, such as financial, physical, human and technological capabilities. Financial resources are one of the important elements in order to form a company that is progressive and continues to grow because it relates to stocks which are the main capital in building a company and developing and continuing the company. Physical resources are resources related to physically supporting the establishment of a company such as its supporting tools. Human resources are a central and important sector in order to achieve goals in a company, because with the ability of workers' skills and the quality of human resources it can move the company properly and correctly. Technological capability is also an important supporting element in moving the company, because the complete technology and technological sophistication will facilitate the running of a company. Of the four sources, the most important aspect is humans, because humans are the most important mover in a company. Whether the company progresses or not depends on the management of human resources that can be done within a company or by a particular department.

Abstract

The development of information and technology in Indonesia is currently progressing very rapidly, so that inevitably a company must not be left behind in implementing it. This implementation is in the form of system development from manual to computerized or even computerized systems that are redeveloped into an integrated system. This study aims to analyze and design a motorcycle financing system in accordance with user needs. The old system that is running and used in the SPU (Service Point Unit) is not possible to be applied to POS (Point of Sale). Therefore, the design is done from the beginning by following the existing systems and procedures. The motorcycle financing system being developed is expected to provide an increase compared to using the manual method. Some of the expected improvements include system performance, the information provided, the economic level and the level of control that can be carried out. With this increase, it is hoped that it can also improve the performance of employees who will also improve service to consumers.

Abstract

Pakubumi piling spare parts are very much needed when there is a lot of infrastructure development in the capital city and in small cities. Spare parts that are used at the time of construction and for stocks carried out by project workers that will be prepared by suppliers as well as in CV. Abadi Perkasa. With a lot of available sales data, an algorithm is needed to manage the sales data. Data processing sales data mining with a priori algorithm technique can look for the highest frequency pattern where the highest frequency value is above a certain threshold which is called minimum support. After getting the highest support value, then the confidence value is sought to determine the association rules for one product with another. Looking for a minimum of support and confidence can also be found with the help of rapidminer tools. From this research, it can be seen that the a priori algorithm can find out which products are often purchased as well as determine the patterns of relationships between products and help to develop future marketing strategies.

Abstract

PT. AT adalah merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa teknologi informasi terkemuka di Indonesia. Menjadi salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia, tentunya sangat di dukung oleh kualitas karyawan dan jumlah karyawan yang bekerja di sana. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengaruh yang besar dalam perkembangan perusahaan adalah dengan mempertahankan karyawan – karyawan yang berkualitas dan terus mengembangkannya. Sehingga turnover karyawan menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu di waspadai. Tentunya kita dapat memprediksi hal tersebut salah satunya dengan memperhatikan jumlah karyawan yang aktif dan non aktif berdasarkan rata-rata jumlah setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini menganalisa tingkat karyawan yang resign dengan menggunakan data mining tahun dari 2015 – 2019 yang didapatkan dari Human Capital di perusahaan. Data yang didapatkan akan di klaster sesuai divisi dan level karyawan kemudian di analisa menggunakan metode Decision Tree dan Naïve Bayes. Sehingga dari hasil Analisa tersebut, dapat di jadikan acuan untuk memprediksi tingkat turnover karyawan di tahun 2020, sehingga dari penelitian ini di harapkan akan membantu dalam mengembangkan perencanaan mengenai karyawan di perusahaan agar dapat mencapai target perusahaan. Diharapkan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini akan manfaatkan untuk mengantisipasi turnover karyawan yang tidak terkontrol.

Abstract

The development of the digitalization of several activities, led the National University in the development of a planned information management system for the benefit of student associations. The difficulty of student associations in submitting proposals and activity reports, has hampered and consumed a lot of time. The process of validating proposals and reporting activities through several parties is also one of the obstacles. Therefore it is necessary to realize a web-based information management system that makes it easy for them in this regard. This development is intended to facilitate the student association in submitting proposals and reporting the results of activities. Not only students, some related parties such as student bureaus, vice deans, lecturers can also be facilitated by this system. The waterfall method has been applied in the development of this web-based system. The results in the form of web-based systems have gone through the stages of limited trials and periodic system maintenance. A system that is fully functional, dynamic, and efficient in use has provided a good guarantee to facilitate the collection of proposals and other activities. The relevance of this article lies in the fact that as technological dynamics change, software development will evolve in several aspects of life. The ease with which this information system has been generated has minimized the energy, time, and finances of Unas student associations in carrying out procurement procedures and reporting activities

Abstract

The National University Quality Assurance Agency is an agency that has the function of maintaining and improving quality so that quality is always guaranteed as well as possible. One of its duties is collecting documents for lecturers and employees. Documents are accurate evidence of recording information sources used for selecting, processing or storing information. This document is very important for seeing the level of achievement of organized activities. The purpose of this E-Document Application was made to optimize the creation of an electronic document processing system for the Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) at the National University in collecting the documents needed so that the documents are stored properly, facilitating the search process and maintaining because often this document processing is still carried out Manually, difficulty in searching and disorganized in their storage. The design of this application uses software, namely the programming language used is PHP, bootstrap, XAMPP, MySQL, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method and testing using black box testing. Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, price and product quality on consumer loyalty at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. The population in this study were customers of PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit, amounting to 145 respondents and a sample of 106 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that partially promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. Partially the price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT. Palmanco Inti Sawit. Partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at PT. Abstract

Bakery shop is a shop that sells variants menu like bread, cakes, and drinks. The main problem with this store's sales is still not knowing which product items are best sellers and the shop still markets a lot of non-selling menus, causing the shop to lose money. So it takes the right strategy to increase the sales of bakery shop menus by making a menu package recommendations from the menus most frequently purchased by customers. The k-means algorithm performs grouping on menus to get menu packages. Furthermore, the fp-growth algorithm looks for linkages between frequently purchased menus to get menu package recommendations. The results of the research that the dominant items often purchased in cluster0 packages are hotdogs, pancakes, milk, garlic breadsticks with a confidence value of 92%, cluster1 packages are garlic breadsticks, hotdogs, chicken sand, pancakes with a confidence value of 92% and the last cluster2 packages are garlic breadstick, pastry, milk with a confidence value of 79%.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 disease since early year 2020 which caused by coronavirus has made the world in great pandemic. Besides the vaccine has not been discovered yet, it is also the cost for doing rapid test or polymerase chain reaction (PCR) are expensive. By using the information technology that is expert system, so the aim of this research is to develop expert system to detect Covid-19 disease based on the confirmed symptoms of Covid-19. This expert system will be using the algorithm of forward chaining.
