Abstract

The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) as a cadre party cannot be separated from the phenomenon of internal competition. In this case, the central actor of PDIP NTB as the leader of a cadre-based nationalist party in areas where the majority of the Muslim community is required to have a communication adaptation strategy at both the cadre and constituent levels. Although PDIP NTB experienced internal competition among cadres in the 2009-2019 election contestation, the role of the central actor of PDIP NTB was able to reduce and maintain the vote acquisition to win seats in the DPR RI Election of NTB. This study aims to see the role of central actors in building political communication to maintain the loyalty of cadres and constituents in facing the 2009-2019 DPR RI elections. Through the analysis of Political Public Relations (McNair, 2011), this article focuses on the communication role of the central actor in PDIP NTB. in maintaining the loyalty of cadres and constituents to win the legislative seats of the DPR RI in the 2009-2019 elections. This article is a qualitative research based on primary and secondary data in the form of direct interviews to four informant and a collection of official documents explaining the role of the central actor in PDIP NTB. This study argues that, the role of the central elite with the ability of political communication through the use of various internal communication channels and good information management as well as forming the loyalty of cadres and constituents is able to gain seat of DPR RI in the 2009-2019 elections.

Abstract

Multi-player online games have a matchmaking system, where two or more players can meet each other in a virtual room [19][20]. Players do not gain competitive experience when the matchmaking system uses a single parameter because the system cannot recognize players properly. Previous studies carried out several matchmaking methods, namely skill-based, behavior-based, role-based, and latency-based. However, few studies have discussed the computation of multi-parameter aggregation. We propose a matchmaking system that combines three essential things that become competitive matchmaking parameters: skill rating, behavior cluster, and location cluster. The Elo rating system will use to measure player ability. It will combine with player behavior clustering and player location clustering. It combines a statistical approach to managing distributions and unsupervised machine learning to identify players. Grouping players with machine learning methods is a new thing that has been researched in recent years [6][8]. The application of the algorithm with these parameters is carried out on the trivia education game to make it more competitive

Abstract

Recently, the use of web-based applications has increased significantly, especially online services, most of which are used for digital transaction activities that use the internet. However, the increasing use of online services often ignores the privacy and security aspects of an application, web developers making it an attractive target for security concerns. In this article, the proposed countermeasures include two mechanisms, namely: the use of stored procedure parameters, and the use of stored procedure encryption in SQL server. The goal is to prevent the dangers of internet crime attacks using structured query language injection attacks (SQLIA). In addition, an analytical evaluation of prevention and protection should also be carried out. The solution offered is prevention and protection using stored procedures because it can prevent SQLI attacks effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a system to classify diseases that attack corn leaves. This study used four types of disease, namely: leaf blight (Helminthosporium turcicum), leaf spot (Bipolaris maydis syn), leaf rust (Puccinia polysora) and downy mildew (Peronosclerospora maydis). This study uses 52 data in the form of images. Every image is changed into vector data using Gabor wavelet filter. This study uses the K-Means Clustering method for disease grouping. The data in this study are vector data. This research process goes through the stages of preprocessing, clustering, and accuracy testing. Preprocessing includes Gabor wavelet filters to extract vector data from the original image. Clustering uses K-Means by determining the starting point manually and calculating similarity using Euclidean Distance. Independent testing of accuracy by comparing the system and manual. The highest accuracy is 98% of the 51 correct data using 52 data with 4 data cluster labels.

Abstract

The level of defects in a software will always be linear with the quality of the resulting software. In the development process, developers need to predict the level of defects in a software to produce better software. In this study, the Particle Swarm optimization (PSO) method was used to optimize the data at the preprocessing stage, the Random Over Sampling (ROS) method to balance the classes in the dataset and the ensemble technique to maximize the performance of the J48 algorithm. The dataset used in this study uses the PROMISE repository dataset. The results showed that the integration of the PSO+ROS+J48+Bagging algorithm resulted in an average accuracy value of 92.378% and an AUC value of 0.924. This shows that the combination of PSO, ROS and J48 methods with Bagging Technique is feasible to be used as an algorithm to predict the defect level of a software
