Abstract

City parks are the main resource in improving the quality of the environment, therefore a good and quality city park is needed to improve the quality and quality of health. One of the efforts to get a quality and good park location is to choose the location of the opening of the park properly. The decision support system carried out at the Medan City Park Service is still conventional which is only based on certain elements so that the assessment is still subjective. Based on these problems, in this study a decision support system was developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for determining the location of urban park development. This system uses user-defined criteria and intensity, processed with AHP calculations, and produce a list of assessments for each city park location that will be selected. The results of testing this decision support system state that the system has been running correctly, so this system can be used to assist leaders in making more objective decisions on choosing the location of city parks.

Abstract

The application of information systems has been widely applied today, not least in the health sector. Currently, there are many hospitals, clinics, health centers, and doctor's practices that have used information systems to facilitate management, processing and improving the security of patient data. However, not a few clinics or private health agencies still use paper media as a tool to process pa-tient data. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based information system that can be used to process patient data. This research uses literature study as a data collection method. The data taken covers the application of medical record information system records such as application de-velopment methods, system flows, and features used. To test the functionality of the system, re-searchers used the black box method in order to get precise and desired results. The result of this research is a medical record information system that was built using two frameworks, namely co-deigniter as a back-end application and bootstrap as a front-end application. With the construction of this medical record application, it is hoped that it can help health agencies that need an information system to process patient data.

Abstract

VR (Virtual reality) is a technology that is gaining in popularity and many fields have used it in the applications they have developed. VR is the best tool to use as a learning medium and simulations that previously could not be done due to a lack of qualified technology, such as natural disaster simulations where users can feel like one of the victims who are affected by natural disasters and can feel it directly through simulations. the. However, this technology can also have side effects when using it, such as discomfort, dizziness to nausea. This is commonly known as cybersickness. To reduce the possibility of cybersickness, it is necessary to optimize the application by keeping the frame rate at least more than 60-90 fps. Particles are one of the systems that can affect the performance frame rate if not optimized by manipulating their emission for each system. This paper will explain how to optimize VR applications and analyze experiments involving FPS optimization in VR applications.

Abstract

3D models from the reconstruction of real-world objects have photorealistic details. This realistic detail in the visualization needs to be supported by a visualization environment that is able to represent realistic real-world conditions. However, the environmental light information on the reconstructed 3D object was lost in the reconstruction process. This is because the light obtained from scanned real-world objects for reconstruction can reduce the accuracy of the reconstruction results. This inaccuracy is caused by alterations in the light reflected from the captured object, causing the texture of the object difficult to reconstruct. In the visualization of the scanned object, the light that appears on the object is reformed virtually through ray tracing. This research utilizes the RT core technology on the Ampere graphics processor architecture introduced by Nvidia. With this technology, the ray tracing process can be carried out in real-time, enabling realistic and dynamic visualization. In this study, an application that is able to perform 3D visualization will be made by utilizing real-time ray tracing with an RT core on the graphics processing unit of the Ampere architecture. This application is able to blend virtual environments and 3D models that are reconstructed from the results of scanning real-world objects. We will demonstrate that this application can later become a 3D visualization solution for models from the reconstruction of real-world objects.
