Abstract

Dalam dunia konstruksi pekerjaan beton memegang peranan sangat penting, baik pada bangunan struktural maupun non struktural.Dapat dilihat bahwahampir setiap bangunan yang didirikanseperti perumahan, gedung bertingkat, jembatan, jalan,  bendungan dan saluran irigasi serta bangunan lainnya selalu  memerlukan adanya pekerjaan betonterutama pada pekerjaan konstruksi beton bertulang. Selama ini pemadatan atau vibrasi dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan prosedur dan dapat menurunkan kualitas beton. Salah satu solusi mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan penggunaan self compacting concrete.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan superplasticizerterhadap workabilitybeton self compacting concretedan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode self compacting concreteterhadap sifat mekanis beton. Penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium struktur dan bahan dengan penggunaan superplasticizertype sika-viscocrete 3115N sebanyak 2% dari berat semen. Pembuatan job mix designdibuat dengan metode SNI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian superplasticizerdapat meningkatkan workabilitypada beton segar. Hasil pengujian slump cone test pada beton normal sebesar 8 cm, sedangkan hasil slump flowpada beton self compacting concretesebesar 75 cm. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai kuat tekan beton normal sebesar 25,096 Mpa dan nilai kuat tekan beton SCC sebesar 30,264 Mpa dari mutu rencana 25 Mpa dan nilai kuat tarik belah beton normal sebesar 2,343 Mpa atau 9,340% dari nilai kuat tekan dan nilai kuat tarik belah beton SCC sebesar 3,358 Mpa atau 11,09%  dari nilai kuat tekan. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan self compacting concrete memilki workabilitydan sifat mekanis yang lebih baik.   In the world of construction, concrete work plays a very important role, both in structural and non-structural buildings. It can be seen that almost every building that is erected such as housing, high rise buildings, bridges, roads, dams and irrigation canals and other buildings always requires concrete work, especially in reinforced concrete construction work. During this time compaction or vibration is done not in accordance with procedures and can reduce the quality of concrete. One solution to overcome this problem is the use of self compacting concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding superplasticizer to the workability of self compacting concrete and to determine the effect of the self compacting concrete method on the mechanical properties of concrete. The research was carried out in the structure and material laboratory using 2% sika-viscocrete superplasticizer as much as 2% by weight of cement. Job mix design is made using SNI method. Based on the results of research superplasticizer can increase workability in fresh concrete. The slump cone test results on normal concrete are 8 cm, while the slump flow results on self-compacting concrete are 75 cm. In this study, the compressive strength value of normal concrete was 25.096 MPa and the compressive strength value of SCC concrete was 30.264 MPa from the quality plan of 25 MPa and the value of normal concrete split tensile strength was 2.334 MPa or 9.340% of the compressive strength and SCC concrete compressive strength value. 3.358 MPa or 11.09% of the compressive strength. Based on the data obtained, self compacting concrete has better workability and mechanical properties

Abstract

Penjadwalan proyek merupakan salah satu elemen hasil perencanaan yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang jadwal rencana dan kemajuan proyek dalam hal kinerja sumber daya berupa tenaga kerja, peralatan, dan material. Penjadwalan proyek dengan metode jalur kritis mempertimbangkan waktu penyelesaian suatu proyek berdasarkan waktu teroptimal selesainya proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung waktu perakitan blok lambung kapal yang terintegrasi denga sistem perpipaan. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini memakai metode jalur kritis yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, meliputi: mengidentifikasi dan mengurai komponen kegiatan, mengidentifikasi beban pekerjaan, menghitung perkiraan durasi pekerjaan, menyusun komponen kegiatan, dan mengidentifikasi jalur kritis. Dari hasil identifikasi, diperoleh durasi perakitan keseluruhan blok lambung ialah selama 1.379 jam  atau 176 hari dengan durasi perakitan terlama yaitu 219 jam (44 hari) pada blok 6 dan durasi perakitan tersingkat ialah pada blok 1 yaitu 69 jam (14 hari).Project scheduling is one of the planning’s result that can provide information about the schedule plan and progress of the project in terms of the performance of resources such as manpowers, equipments, and materials. Project scheduling by critical path methods considers the time to completion of a project based on the optimal time of project accomplishment. This research is purposed to calculated total duration of assembly of the hull-blok integrated with piping systems. Data analysis in this research uses the critical path method which consists of 5 stages, including: identifying the components of activities, identifying workloads, calculating the estimated duration of activities, compiling activities components, and identifying critical paths. From the results of identification, the overall assembly duration of the hull block was 1.379 hours or  176 days with the longest assembly duration is 219 hours (44 days)at block 6 and the shortest duration of assembly is at block 1 which is 69 hours (14 days).

Abstract

Pada Tahun 2010, Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika meluncurkan Program Pusat Layanan Internet Kecamatan (PLIK) dan Program Mobile Pusat Layanan Internet Kecamatan (M-PLIK). Program ini merupakan bagian dari Program Layanan Universal Service Obligation (USO) dengan layanan dasar (voice) hingga layanan data (internet). Namun setelah di evaluasi, ditemukan bahwa program ini menimbulkan persolan dimana-mana, mulai dari penyebaran program ini yang tidak merata, masalah utang piutang dengan pihak yang terlibat, terbengkalainya puluhan armada M- PLIK di beberapa daerah, sampai kepada terendusnya tindak korupsi yang dilakukan pejabat Kemkominfo. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan tentang kondisi Program M-PLIK di Kota Palopo, informasi bahwa M-PLIK masih beroperasi di Kota Palopo, namun sejak Tahun 2015 tidak lagi digunakan sebagai fungsi utamanya, tetapi hanya digunakan sebagai mobil operasional Kemkominfo di Kota Palopo sehingga program ini tidak lagi berjalan dengan optimal. Melalui penelitian ini, dirumuskan strategi-strategi yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan kembali Program M-PLIK ini. Hasil penelitian ini berupa formulasi strategi optimalisasi. Hasil strategi-strategi optimalisasi dipetakan ke dalam tiga kategori yaitu strategi optimalisasi berdasarkan pencapaian kinerja maksimal, strategi optimalisasi berdasarkan penggunaan biaya minimal, dan kombinasi terbaik dari kinerja maksimal dan biaya minimal.  In 2010, the Government through the Ministry of Communication and Informatics launched the District Internet Service Center Program (PLIK) and the District Internet Service Center Mobile Program (M-PLIK). This program is part of the Universal Service Obligation (USO) with basic services (voice) to data services (internet). However, after being evaluated, it was found that this program caused problems everywhere, starting from the uneven distribution of this program, debt problems with the parties involved, the neglect of dozens of M-PLIK fleets in several areas, to the detection of corruption by the Ministry of Communication and Information officials. Based on observations about the conditions of the M-PLIK Program in Palopo City, information was obtained that the M-PLIK fleet is still operating in Palopo City. However, since 2015 it has no longer been used as its main function but is only used as an operational car for the Ministry of Communication and Information official in Palopo City so that this program is not running optimally. Through this research, strategies are formulated to optimize the M-PLIK Program. The results of this study are in the form of an optimization strategy formulation. The results of the optimization strategies are mapped into three categories, namely optimization strategies based on achieving maximum performance, optimization strategies based on the use of minimal costs, and the best combination of maximum performance and minimum costs.

Abstract

Aktivitas putar balik arah pada beberapa bukaan median yang tersedia di sepanjang ruas Jalan Letjen Hertasning disinyalir sebagai pemicu kemacetan lalu lintas sebab pergerakan ini dapat menghambat pergerakan kendaraan pada kedua arah lalu lintas saat kendaraan memerlukan ruang manuver tambahan untuk menyelesaikan gerakan putar balik arah secara penuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pergerakan putar balik arah terhadap kinerja ruas jalan pada Jalan Letjen Hertasning Kota Makassar. Survei lalu lintas dilakukan pada lima pos pengamatan yang dipilih pada lima bukaan median pertama Jalan Letjen Hertasning yang berbatasan langsung dengan Jl. AP Pettarani selama tiga hari untuk segmen jam puncak pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Kinerja ruas jalan dianalisis mengikuti prosedur pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antrian kendaraan saat bermanuver untuk memutar arah khususnya pada jam puncak setara dengan panjang 9 kendaraan atau sepanjang 36 m. Antrian ini menyebabkan kapasitas ruas jalan berkurang sebesar 2,5-10% dari kapasitas sesungguhnya yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kecepatan, peningkatan derajat kejenuhan, dan penurunan tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan Letjen Hertasning. The U-turn movement activities at several median openings available along the Letjen Hertasning road arguably is one of the triggering factors for the occurrence of traffic congestion on that road section because this movement creates hindrances to traffic flow in the same lane and the contra flow when the vehicle requires additional space to complete the movement. The purpose of this study is to reveal the consequence caused by the U-turn movement to the traffic performance of Letjen Hertasning road in Makassar City. The traffic surveys were conducted at five selected observation points at the first five median openings of Jalan Letjen Hertasning which is directly adjacent to Jl. AP Pettarani for three days at three peak hours segment which are in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The analysis of road performance follows the procedures in the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. Research result shown that the length of vehicles queuing to finish the U-turn movement during the peak hours reached 9 vehicles with a queue length of 36 m. This queue causes the capacity of the road to decrease by 2.5-10% of the actual capacity which causes a decrease in speed, an increase in the degree of saturation, and a reduction in the level of service of the road.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain Rumah Susun yang layak huni bagi Buruh PT KIMA Makassar melalui pendekatan yang humanis, sejalan dengan kebutuhan kaum buruh sehari-hari untuk beristirahat, sekaligus memaksimalkan potensi perancangan tapak yang menunjang interaksi sosial dan rekreasi. Pemilihan lokasi Rumah Susun berada di dalam kawasan PT KIMA yang dapat ditempuh berjalan kaki sehingga dapat menunjang produktivitas kerja serta memberikan waktu lebih banyak untuk berinteraksi dengan keluarga. Material yang digunakan adalah kontainer bekas sebab ketersediaannya yang cukup banyak dan kemudahan dalam proses pembangunannya serta memiliki bentuk yang dapat disusun secara modular. Perancangan yang humanis terhadap material kontainer ini dicapai melalui perancangan ruang-ruang yang menunjang kenyamanan akses, kenyamanan termal, dan interaksi sosial. Massa bangunan ditata agar mampu memaksimalkan pengkondisian iklim mikro secara alami. Pada unit-unitnya dirancang dengan memaksimalkan bukaan untuk pencahayaan dan penghawaan alami, serta dengan sistem insulasi menggunakan material glass wool. Ruang-ruang diatur agar memungkinkan interaksi sosial. Ruang-ruang terbuka dan komunal dioptimalkan, seperti pada area selasar dan taman-taman di dalam tapak.The purpose of this research is to design a decent housing for PT KIMA Makassar laborers through a humanistic approach, in line with the needs of the daily laborers to rest, while maximizing the potential of site design that supports social interaction and recreation. The selection of flats location is within PT KIMA area which can be reached on foot so that it can support work productivity and give more time to interact with family. The material used is used shipping container because of its considerable availability and ease of construction process as well as has a form that can be arranged in modular. The humanist design of the container material is achieved through the design of spaces that facilitate access comfort, thermal comfort, and social interaction. Building masses are designed to maximize microclimate conditioning naturally. The units are designed to maximize openings for natural lighting and cross ventilation, as well as with insulation systems using glass wool material. Spaces are arranged to allow for social interaction. The open and communal spaces are optimized, as in the lobby area and the gardens within the site.

Abstract

Air merupakan unsur yang sangat berperan dalam kehidupan khususnya untuk kehidupan manusia. Bukan hanya karena 80% tubuh manusia terdiri dari air, akan tetapi karena didalam air terdapat unsur mineral yang diperlukan untuk perkembangan dan tumbuh fisik manusia. Kebutuhan air menignkat seiring dengan meningkatnya pertambahan jumlah penduduk, hal ini merupakan masalah yang terjadi pada sebagian daerah yang ada di Indonesia. Proyeksi jumlah penduduk dimaksudkan untuk memperkirakan jumlah penduduk suatu daerah dimasa yang akan dating. Untuk menentukan berapa tingkat pertambahan jumlah penduduk, dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan pendekatanMatematical Method. Secara etimologi kebutuhan berasal dari kata dasar “butuh” yang mempunyai arti perlu, jadi kebutuhan air berarti keperluan air. Sedangkan menurut terminology kata kebutuhan besinonim dengan kata pemakaian, jadi kebutuhan air  dapat diartikan menjadi pemakaian air untuk keperluan hidup seseorang. Kebutuhan air bersih untuk pelayanan domestic merupakan kebutuhan yang sifatnya mendasar (pokok) atau pelayanan kebutuhan yang digunakan untuk keperluan rumah tangga. Pelayanan kebutuhan air bersih untuk pelayanan non domestic seperti: niaga, social, industry dan instansi pemerintahan merupakan kegiatan yang dominan dalam suatu kota yang membutuhkan air dalam jumlah yang cukup besar, sehingga kebutuhan air bersih untuk kegiatan ini perlu dihitung. Agar kita mendapatkan jumlah total kebutuhan non domestic.Water is a very important element in life, especially for human life. Not only because 80% of the human body is made up of water, but because in water there is a mineral element needed for the development and physical growth of humans. The need for water increases along with the increase in population, this is a problem that occurs in some regions in Indonesia. The projected population is intended to estimate the population of a region in the future. To determine the level of population growth, can be calculated using the Matematical Method approach. Etymologically, the need comes from the basic word "need" which has the necessary meaning, so the need for water means the need for water. Whereas according to the terminology the word needs besinonim with the word usage, so the need for water can be interpreted to be the use of water for the needs of one's life. The need for clean water for domestic service is a basic need (basic) or service needs that are used for household needs. The service for clean water needs for non-domestic services such as: commerce, social, industry and government agencies is the dominant activity in a city that needs a large amount of water, so the need for clean water for this activity needs to be calculated. So that we get the total amount of non-domestic needs.

Abstract

Palopo City is a member of the Indonesian Heritage City Network (JKPI) and has been directed by the government as a Heritage City. Lalebbata is an important space in the history of Palopo City. In this area, the pulse of the economy, socio-culture and religiosity of the Palopo people begins. The intertwining of these three aspects is symbolized by the existence of the market – as the center of crowds, the Kedatuan Palace of Luwu and the Old Mosque of Palopo City. Lalebata as one of the historical areas needs efforts to be structured as an effort to revive activities in this area as well as as an effort to protect, including controlling the development of the area so as not to lose its historical identity. The Regional Regulation of the City of Palopo on Cultural Heritage mandates that the spatial pattern of the Cultural Conservation Area is stipulated in the Batupasi Sub-District. The management plan for this cultural heritage area includes the revitalization of cultural heritage, as well as the preservation and maintenance of historical buildings as well as being directed as a Trade and Service Allocation Area, particularly as a shopping center and public open space. This paper aims to produce a planning concept and arrangement of the Lalebbata Area in Batupasi as a Center of Heritage as well as a public space in Palopo City. The method used is a participatory approach to the residents living around the site, to explore potential and problems, as well as to review policies related to planning and arrangement that will be carried out. The result of this paper is the area planning concept by dividing the area into several functions such as commercial space, public and pedestrian space, green area/parks/sclupture, plaza, exhibition space and museum.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan utama pembangunan dan pengembangan pelabuhan adalah untuk memicu pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu wilayah atau daerah. Pulau Sulawesi merupakan daerah dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian yang cukup pesat dan sekaligus pulau yang memiliki begitu banyak pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh keberadaan pelabuhan terhadap perekonomian di Pulau Sulawesi. Variabel utama yang digunakan adalah PDRB dan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tiap kabupaten/kota di Pulau Sulawesi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dengan menggunakan pembobotan/skoring pada tip jenis pelabuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecil namun cukup signifikan antara pelabuhan dan perekonomian di Pulau Sulawesi, yaitu 1,11%. Namun ketika variable pelabuhan kategori pengumpan lokal di keluarkan dari model, pengaruh pelabuhan terhadap perekonomian meningkat drastis menjadi 20,4%.One of the main objectives of port development is to stimulate the economic growth of a region. Sulawesi Island is an area with fairly fast economic growth and at the same time an island that has numerous ports. This study aims to determine the effect of the presence of ports on the economy in Sulawesi Island. The main variables used are GRDP and economic growth in each district/city on Sulawesi Island. The analysis technique used is linear regression using weighting/scoring on the type of port. The results showed that there was a small but quite significant influence between the port and the economy on the island of Sulawesi, namely 1.11%. However, when the port variable of the local feeder category is removed from the model, the effect of the port on the economy increases dramatically to 20.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna angkutan umum BMA Trans dan menganalisa kinerja angkutan umum BMA Trans rute pinrang-makassar PP. Penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Setelah diuraikan validitas dan reliabitilas dari variabel pengukur dari masing-masing variabel laten, selanjutnya dijabarkan model structural dan model pengukuran. Olehnya itu berdasarkan uraian dan penjelasan kriteria model maka dapat dibentuk model, analisis model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa kinerja pengguna angkutan terhadap kinerja angkutan BMA rute Pinrang-Makassar PP, memberikan kesimpulan bahwa faktor keandalan, keamanan dan ketepatan waktu menjadi ukuran untuk menggunakan atau menilai jasa angkutan BMA rute Pinrang-Makassar PP. Hasil survey kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SEM pada Software SmartPLS 2.0 dan data yang diolah berupa keandalan, kenyamanan, keamanan, kemurahan dan ketepatan waktu, sehingga didapatkan secara komulatif kinerja angkutan umum khususnya BMA Trans. Untuk tingkat kenyamanan angkutan umum BMA tergolong sedang dengan nilai 23,25%. Kemudian tingkat Kemurahan angkutan umum ini tergolong sangat tinggi dengan nilai 89,87%.This study aims to determine the characteristics of BMA Trans public transport users and analyze the performance of BMA Trans public transport pinrang-Makassar PP routes. The determination of sample size in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula. After describing the validity and reliability of the measuring variables of each latent variable, the structural models and measurement models are then described. Therefore, based on the description and explanation of the model criteria, a model can be formed, analysis of measurement models and structural models. This result provides an explanation that the performance of transport users on the performance of BMA transport in the Pinrang-Makassar PP route gives a conclusion to use or assess BMA transportation services on the Pinrang-Makassar PP route. The survey results are then processed using SEM on SmartPLS 2.0 Software and the data processed is in the form of reliability, comfort, safety, generosity and timeliness, so that the cumulative performance of public transport is obtained, especially Trans BMA. For the comfort level of public transport BMA is classified as moderate with a value of 23.25%. Then the level of merit of public transport is classified as very high with a value of 89.87%.

Abstract

Keberadaan Jalan Tol Layang AP Pettarani sebagai bagian dari Jalan Tol Ujung Pandang, sangat diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi transportasi darat sebagai angkutan logistik penunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi secara nasional, khususnya dalam rangka mengatasi kemacetan serta mendukung mobilitas barang dan jasa di Kota Makassar. Perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan tersebut merupakan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan atau kemungkinan besar akan terjadi, yang menyangkut keadaan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan masyarakat pengguna jalan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar persepsi perubahan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkunganmasyarakat pengguna jalanterhadap keberadaan jalan tol layang AP Pettarani. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data subyek. Data kuesioner yang digunakan adalah dari hasil jawaban responden atas pertanyaan yang diajukan penulis kepada responden dalam bentuk tulisan. Adapun untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel-variabel yang mempunyai hubungan, maka dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan perhitungan statistik. Untuk penganalisisan data digunakan SPSS versi 21.00 dalam model dan pengkajian hipotesis. Berdasarkan dari hasil kuesioner maka didapatkan variabel-variabel mana saja yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberadaan jalan tol layang AP Pettarani.The existence of the AP Pettarani Flyover Toll Road as part of the Ujung Pandang Toll Road, is expected to be one of the land transportation solutions as a logistical transportation to support national economic growth, especially in the context of overcoming congestion and supporting the mobility of goods and services in Makassar City. These social, economic, and environmental changes are the effects that are caused or will most likely occur, which involve the social, economic, and environmental conditions of road user communities. This study aims to analyze how much the perception of changes in social, economic, and environmental aspects of the road user community to the existence of the AP Pettarani flyover. The type of data used in this study is subject data. Questionnaire data used are the results of respondents' answers to questions raised by the author to respondents in written form. As for knowing the relationship of the variables that have a relationship, then testing the hypothesis with statistical calculations. For analyzing data SPSS version 21.00 is used in the model and hypothesis assessment. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it is obtained which variables have a significant influence on the existence of the AP Pettarani flyover.
