Abstract

Kritisnya DAS Binanga Lumbua berkontribusi pada penurunan pendapatan perkapita Kabupaten Jeneponto. Ini juga menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa Kabupaten Jeneponto menjadi satu-satunya wilayah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang termasuk dalam kategori daerah tertinggal.Jika melihat kondisi fisik wilayah ini yang mempunyai topografi variatif dan tanah yang subur,semestinya wilayah ini memiliki nilai ekonomi yang potensial untuk pengembanganhutan,tanaman perkebunan,maupun pertanian tanaman pangan. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya adalah identifikasi kekeringan dengan menggunakan pendekatan hidrologis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Kemudian, memberikan arahan pemanfaatan ruang yang berbasis pada upaya pencegahan bencana kekeringan. Sehingga dalam penelitian lanjutan ini, tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah merancang konsep one river one plan dalam penataan DAS Binanga Lumbua secara komperehensif untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah berupa analisis spasial dan deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini berupa pemetaan konsep penataan DAS yang berbentuk site plan. The criticality of the Binanga Lumbua watershed is that it contributes to the decline in the income per capita of Jeneponto Regency. This is also one of the reasons why Jeneponto Regency is the only area in South Sulawesi Province that is included in the category of underdeveloped areas. Looking at the physical condition of this area which has a varied topography and fertile soil, this area should have potential economic value for the development of forestry, plantation crops, and food crop agriculture. The results of previous research were the identification of drought using a hydrological approach both qualitatively and quantitatively. Then, provide directions for spatial use based on drought prevention efforts. So that in this follow-up research, the goal to be achieved is to design a 'one river one plan concept' in the comprehensive arrangement of the Binanga Lumbua watershed to realize sustainable development. The analysis used is in the form of qualitative descriptive and spatial analysis. The result of this research is a mapping of the watershed planning concept in the form of a site plan

Abstract

Ruas  jalan  Hertasning  merupakan  jalur  strategis  yang  menghubungkan  kawasan industri di antara dua Kabupaten / Kota yaitu Makassar dan Gowa. Tingginya frekuensi kendaraan yang lewat di atas permukaan jalan yang ada menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pelayanan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kerusakan dan nilai kondisi yang terjadi dengan menggunakan metode Road Condition Index (RCI), juga untuk menentukan jenis penanganan yang tepat serta mengetahui biaya dan penanganan terhadap kerusakan jalan pada ruas Jalan Hertasning. Analisis data dilakukan perhitungan kondisi fungsional dengan 2 tahap perhitungan yaitu metode Road Condition Index (RCI) dan analisis anggaran biaya dari hasil penilaian RCI dengan metode standar Bina Marga 1995. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa jenis kerusakan pada ruas Jalan Hertasning antara lain pelepasan butir, lubang , lubang bekas galian utilita, tambalan dan retak kulit buay juga mendapatkan nilai rata – rata RCI sebesar 76,92 dan juga penanganan serta biaya yang digunakan menggunakan AHSP Bina Marga 2018 membutuhkan sebesar Rp. 531.210.000,-. Dengan adanya penelitian kondisi jalan yang menggunakan metode RCI dapat memberikan gambaran atau dekripsi tentang kondisi jalan di Jalan Hertasning, yang dapat digunakan sebagai data base untuk perencanaan dan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi dan pemeliharaan jalan.The Hertasning road is a strategic route that connects the industrial estate between two Regencies / Cities, namely Makassar and Gowa. The high frequency of vehicles passing over the existing road surface causes a decrease in the level of road service. This study aims to determine the type of damage and the value of conditions that occur using the Road Condition Index (RCI) method, also to determine the appropriate type of treatment and determine the cost and treatment of road damage on the Hertasning Road section. Data analysis was performed functional condition calculations with 2 stages of calculation, namely the Road Condition Index (RCI) method and the analysis of the cost budget from the RCI assessment results with the 1995 Bina Marga standard method. The results of this study found that the types of damage to the Hertasning Road section included grain release, holes, utility pit excavations, patches and crocodile cracks also received an average RCI of 76.92 and also the handling and costs used using AHSP Bina Marga 2018 requires Rp. 531,210,000. With the research on road condition assessment using the RCI method can provide an overview or decryption of road conditions on Hertasning Road, which can be used as a data base for planning and implementing road rehabilitation and maintenance.

Abstract

Pertambangan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan. Pertambangan nikel di Sorowako yang saat dipegang oleh PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk, Salah satu limbah yang dihasilkan pada kegiatan penambangan bijih nikel berupa Carsulyang berasal dari sulphur melteryang merupakan sumber mineral yang dapat diolah kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar kandungan Chrome Hexavalent dalam air limbah hasil produksi tambang nikel PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk. dan menganalisis pengaruh massa koagulan (Carsul)serta lama waktu pengadukan terhadap efisiensi penyisihan Chrome Hexavalent dalam air limbah tambang nikep PT. Vale Indonesia. Tbk. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan air limbah hasil produksi PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk 0,2 ppm, adapun massa koagulan yang paling efektif adalah 5gram dengan rata-rata efisiensi penyisihan Chrome Hexavalent sebesar 98,5%, dan lama waktu pengadukan optimum adalah 20 detik dengan rata-rata efisiensi penyisihan Chrome Hexavalent sebesar 97,2%. Berdasarkan nilai penyisihan kadarChrome Hexavalent oleh Carsul sebagai koagulan cukup memberikan pengaruh positif dan cukup efektif.Mining is an activity related to the environment. Nickel mining in Sorowako, which was currently held by PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk, One of the wastes generated in nickel ore mining activities is Carsul which comes from sulfur melter which is a mineral source that can be reprocessed. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of Chrome Hexavalent in the waste water produced by the nickel mine of PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk. and to analyze the effect of coagulant mass (Carsul) and the length of time of stirring on the removal efficiency of Chrome Hexavalent in PT. Vale Indonesia. Tbk. The methodology used is quantitative experiment. The results showed that the content of waste water produced by PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk 0.2ppm, while the most effective coagulant mass is 5 grams with an averageremoval efficiency Chrome Hexavalent of 98.5%, and the optimum stirring time is 20 seconds with an averageremoval efficiency Chrome Hexavalent of 97.2. %. Based on the removal value oflevels Chrome Hexavalent by Carsul as a coagulant, it was quite positive and quite effective.

Abstract

PO. Bintang Prima adalah perusahaan yang melayani jasa angkutan bus penumpang dimana bus ini melayani beberapa daerah disulawesi selatan. Namun proses pemesanan tiket yang ada pada saat ini yaitu dengan mendatangi loket pembelian tiket pada PO. Bintang Prima. Hal itu menyebabkan informasi detail tentang armada tidak diketahui langsung oleh penumpang. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat sebuah aplikasi pembelian tiket dengan memanfaatkan teknologi smartphone android sebagai media untuk memberikan informasi kepada calon penumpang, mengetahui jadwal keberangkatan serta mempermudah dalam pembelian tiket bus, padapengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan teknik pengujian black box. Diharapkan aplikasi ini nantinya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengecekan jadwal keberangkatan, harga tiket, dan pembelian tiket sesuai dengan nomer kursi yang diinginkan tanpa datang langsung ke PO. Bintang prima.PO. Bintang Primais a company that caters to the passenger bus transportation service where the bus serves several areas of South ssulawesi. However, the ticket booking process at this time is by visiting the ticket counter onPO. Bintang Prima. That caused detailed information about the fleet not known directly by the passenger. Therefore, the author plans to create a draft ticket purchase application by utilizing Android smartphone technology as a medium to provide information to the prospective passengers to know the departure schedule and facilitate the Bus ticket purchase, this app uses the black box test technique.. It is hoped that this application can be used to check the schedule of departures, ticket prices, and purchase tickets according to the desired seat number without coming directly to PO. Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah kendaraan yang pesat di kota Makassar tidak diimbangi oleh pembangunan infrastruktur perkotaan khususnya pada sektor transportasi sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan langkah-langkah strategis untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut salah satunya dengan mengembangkan transportasi alternatif dengan melihat potensi yang ada. Kota Makassar memiliki kanal Jongaya dan Panampu yang letaknya berada ditengah kota, membelah kota Makassar dari utara hingga selatan dan berfungsi sebagai drainase perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi dan masalah pada kanal jongaya dan panampu dalam perspektif pemanfaatannya sebagai transportasi air perkotaan, dan juga melihat hubungannya dengan moda transportasi lainnya dengan menentukan titik perhentian atau halte pada jalur kanal. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kelayakan pelayaran kanal, analisis SWOT untuk kondisi lingkungan kanal, dan analisis penentuan lokasi halte. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dihasilkan beberapa kesimpulan yang akan menjadi rekomendasi atau arahan yang harus dilakukan sebelum melakukan kegiatan perencanaan transportasi pada kanal jongaya dan panampu Kota Makassar.  The rapid growth in the number of vehicles in the city of Makassar is not matched by the development of urban infrastructure especially in the transport sector, causing traffic jam. Therefore, it takes strategic steps to resolve these problems, one of them by developing alternative transportation by seeing the potential that exists. Makassar has Jongaya and Panampu canal that is located in the center of the city, divides the city from north to south and serves as urban drainage. This study aims to uncover the potential and problems of the Panampu and Jongaya canal in perspective of it’s utilization as urban water transport, and also to see the relationship with the other transport modes by defining stop spots on the canal path.  The analysis used in this research are, feasibility analysis of the canal for shipping, SWOT analysis for the environmental contition of the canal, and siting analysis for stops location. From this analysis, produced some conclusions that will become a recommendation or a referral that must be followed prior to the transportation planning activities in Panampu and Jongaya canal in Makassar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran besar diameter serat pelepah sagu terhadap sifat mekanik kekuatan tarik, menganalisis sifat mekanik tarik material komposit yang diperkuat serat pelepah sagu.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian; (1). Larutan NAoH berpengaruh terhadap kuat Tarik specimen, hal ini ditunjukkan pada 2,5% (NAoH terhadap H2O). Nilai kekuatan tariknya 49,486 N/mm2. (2). Serat pelepah sagu kuat tariknya jauh dibawah serat gelas. (48,435 N/mm2< 323 N/mm2). Hal ini disebabkan rongga yang terdapat di serat sintesis lebih rapat dibanding serat alami. (3). Berdasarkan variabel yang diteliti, kekuatan tarik (Ftu) dengan nilai tertinggi terjadi pada komposit (volume 85% matriks : 15% serat) yaitu sebesar 3,12 beban 11824 N. (4). Kekuatan tarik mengalami kenaikan terhadap peningkatan komposisi volume serat. (5). Spesimen uji yang mengalami regangan dan patah pada titik load yaitu pada komposisi volume 85% matriks : 15% serat sebesar 3,12 MPa dengan regangan sebesar 8% dan modulus young yang terjadi sebesar 38,615  MPa.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the size of the sago frond fiber diameter on the mechanical properties of the tensile strength, to analyze the tensile mechanical properties of the composite material reinforced by sago frond fibers. Based on research results; (1) NaOH solution affects the tensile strength of the specimen. This is shown at 2.5% (NaOH to H2O), the tensile strength value is 49.486 N/mm2. (2) Sago frond fiber has a tensile strength far below the glass fiber (48,435 N/mm2 <323 N/mm2). This is because the cavities in synthetic fibers are denser than natural fibers. (3) Based on the variables studied, the tensile strength (Ftu) with the highest value occurs in the composite (85% matrix volume: 15% fiber), which is 3.12 load 11824 N. (4) Tensile strength increases with the increase in fiber volume composition. (5) The test specimens that experienced a strain and fracture at the load point, namely the composition of volume 85% matrix: 15% fiber was 3.12 MPa with a strain of 8% and the modulus young that occurred was 38.615 MPa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi menggunakan pemrograman visual dimana data-data yang diolah akan menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pulsa ini dirangkum dalam suatu database, didalamnya berisi informasi mengenai data penjualan pulsa, laporan pelanggan, serta laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan seperti laporan stok pulsa, laporan pelanggan, serta laporan penjualan. Sistem ini akan memberi manfaat bagi Toko Lumbung Buana Cellular. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan desain sistem informasi penjualan pulsa pada tokoh Lumbung Buana Cellular yang telah dirancang dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan pengolahan data penjualan pulsa serta mampu malakukan proses pendistribusian dan pengolahan data sehingga dapat menyadiakan informasi secara tepat dan akurat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan pada bab-bab sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Perancangan sistem Informasi Penjualan Pulsa pada Toko Lumbung Buana Cellular Palopo, dan dapat dijadikan untuk menjalankan data Penjualan Pulsa. Hasil pengujiannya menunjukkan bahwa program telah bebas dari kesalahan Logika.The purpose of this study is to design an information system using visual programming where the processed data will produce the required information. This Phone Credit Sales Information System is summarized in a database, which contains information about credit sales data, customer reports, as well as required reports such as credit stock reports, customer reports, and sales reports. This system will provide benefits for the Lumbung Buana Cellular Shop. Based on the results of the analysis and design of the credit sales information system at the Lumbung Buana Cellular store that has been designed to help solve problems related to data processing of credit sales and be able to carry out the distribution and data processing process so that it can provide accurate information. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out and the discussion that has been described in the previous chapters, the following conclusions can be drawn: Designing a Phone Credit Sales Information system at the Lumbung Buana Cellular Palopo Store, and can be used to run credit sales data. The test results show that the program is free from logic errors.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode k-means, metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menjadikan beberapa obat yang mirip menjadi suatu kelompok data tertentu. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui tingkat kemiripan data adalah melalui perhitungan jarak antar data. Semakain kecil jarak antar data semakin tinggi tingkat kemiripan data tersebut dan sebaliknya semakin besar jarak antar data maka semakin rendah tingkat kemiripannya. Tujuan akhir clustering adalah untuk menentukan kelompok dalam sekumpulan data yang tidak berlabel, karena clustering merupakan suatu metode unsupervised dan tidak terdapat suatu kondisi awal untuk sejumlah cluster yang mungkin terbentuk dalam sekumpulan data, maka dibutuhkan suatu evaluasi hasil clustering. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan terhadap hasil clustering dengan nilai dari silhouette coeficient = 0,4854. In this study using the k-means method, this method can be used to make several similar drugs into a certain data group. One way to determine the level of similarity of the data is through the calculation of the distance between the data. The smaller the distance between the data, the higher the level of similarity between the data and vice versa, the greater the distance between the data, the lower the similarity level. For a number of clusters that may be formed in a data set, an evaluation of the results of clustering is needed. Based on the evaluation carried out on the results of clustering with the value of the silhouette coefficient = 0.4854.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the diseases with many patients in the world. The current method used by people with diabetes was an invasive approach using blood samples to monitor their blood glucose levels. The non-invasive approach that does not require blood samples would increase ease-of-use for diabetics. This research presents a microstrip antenna to monitor glucose levels in human blood non-invasively. The background concept of this approach was blood glucose variation causes variations of blood permittivity accordingly. This blood permittivity will affect the resonant frequency of the microstrip antenna. Antenna design and simulation were performed using CST Microwave Studio software. The antenna is designed on FR4 (εr = 4.3) dan NPC H220 (εr = 2.17) substrate with h = 1.6mm. A patch of microstrip antenna placed on one side and ground plane on another side, they are connected using SMA connector. The fabrication result of the designed antenna has an operating frequency of 2.17 GHz. In this research, the correlation between blood glucose and changing the microstrip antenna’s resonant frequency was observed. For this non- invasive method, the microstrip antenna is placed facing the forearm. Experimental results of both approaches, antenna placement with and without spacing to the forearm, show the shift of resonant frequency according to blood glucose changes. Based on this research’s linearity, accuracy, and sensitivity result, the microstrip antenna shows potential as a glucose- sensing device for a non-invasive method with further development.

Abstract

The government often faces budget constraints and financial gaps between necessity and real allocation funds. It makes them must be more selective when prioritizing infrastructure development. Moreover, providing adequate transport infrastructure and sustainability is crucial for the government. Government must innovate by creating a conducive investment climate to encourage the participation of private and state-owned enterprises in infrastructure financing. Innovation financing through Private Funding and PPP schemes is directed to infrastructure with high economic and financial feasibility. PPP schemes in the air transportation sector particularly in Indonesia have not been successfully implemented until 2018. Therefore, the government has initiated several PPP projects as pilot projects to encourage PPP implementation in the Transportation Sector. One of them is Labuan Bajo International Airport. Labuan Bajo Airport is in West Manggarai Regency as a gateway to enter the Komodo Island area. Labuan Bajo airport is one key infrastructure that supports The Big 5 Super Priority Destinations of Indonesia by the Indonesia Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This paper aims to examine critical success factors and interfere factors of the PPP pilot project for Labuan Bajo Airport. This paper uses an exploratory descriptive method to examine every factor that supports the success of the PPP implementation process in the air transportation sector based on qualitative data. The study will also explore the planning process through analysis of PPP Book documents from 2010-2020 (content analysis) to historically examine the process of proposing PPP project activities and examine the factors that support the success or delay the PPP pilot project within the Ministry of Transportation based on stakeholder approach. The planning and preparation stage plays a critical role in efforts to prepare comprehensive, reliable, and feasible projects. The feasible project can minimize project uncertainty and gain attract private sector investment.
