Abstract

The problem in this thesis research is how to design an Android-Based Community Service Information System at the KalibaMamase Village office. Information Systems for Community Services are based on the system using Black Box Testing and the accuracy of the information system is based on user testing.  The research objective is to design and build a Village-level Community Service Information System in order to improve the quality of services for village staff and the use of services for local villagers.  The benefit obtained from this research is to make a new innovation for each village to be able to facilitate serving residents or residents in the application for letters. This research uses the life cycle model of the Waterfall system development and the design of an Android-based population service information system.  Data collection methods in this study use the method of observation,  interviews,  and data analysis. The conclusion of the research is that the Community Service Information System can facilitate the process of correspondence services in the Village apparatus as well as the use of services for the community in managing population and obtaining information at the Village Office.   In the Android-Based Community Service Information System at the Kaliba Mamase Village Office

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Aplikasi Multimedia Interaktif Pengenalan Komponen Komputer dan Simulasi Perakitan CPU dan mengetahui kualitas dari Aplikasi Multimedia Interaktif Pengenalan Komponen Komputer dan Simulasi Perakitan CPU. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode research and development dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Adapun software yang di gunakan dalam perancangan dan pengimplementasi sistem menggunakan Adobe Animate. Aplikasi Multimedia Interaktif Pengenalan Komponen Komputer dan Simulasi Perakitan CPU meliputi pembahasan materi tentang perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, bagian-bagian komputer disertai latihan soal untuk melihat sejauh mana pemahaman siswa. Aplikasi telah diujicobakan oleh satu ahli materi dengan memperoleh hasil 80% dengan kategori baik. Ujicoba pengguna dilakukan pada siswa di SMAN 3 Palopo yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan memperoleh hasil 75% dan terletak pada kategori baik.

Abstract

In this research, There were 9 images for training data and 26 images for test data. This image processing studied first carried out a cropping process on training data images. Then Pre-processing was also done to eliminated noise using the Salt and Pepper Noise method. After that, the RGB image results obtained were converted to grayscale images. Then the color segmentation process was based on the mean and standard deviation values. The edge detection process was then carried out using the sobel edge detection method and the results showed visible edge thickening on plasmodium. Through the color segmentation process, the percentage of plasmodium in the blood was <9%. In the process of identifying 26 test image data, 20 successful images and 6 images were declared failed to be identified. So the percentage of success of color segmentation in identification was 76.9% for 26 input data. Keywords : Sobel edge detection,color segmentation, plasmodium, image processing.

Abstract

The Solid concrete bricks made from a mixture of with sago leaf stalks fiber were 390 mm long, 90 mm wide, and 100 mm thick with three combinations of cement: aggregate ratios, namely 1: 5,1: 6, and 1: 7. These were further divided into 4 compositions of the aggregate mixture (sand: fiber), 100%: 0%, 75%: 25%, 50%: 50%, and 25%: 75%. The observation stage showed that the brick made from an external viewpoint was very feasible, like, the surface is not defective / hollow and was not easily damaged if touched. The treatment of the brick was carried out for 28 days after being made, then tested and the average mass was obtained at least in the combination ratio of cement: aggregate 1: 5 with an agerat composition of 25% sand: 75% fiber, namely 4.46 Kg. For the compressive strength test results, all the test samples made meet SNI 03-0349-1989 in the quality range I and quality II. The compressive strength value was in the combination of the ratio of cement: aggregate 1: 7 with a composition of 25% sand: 75% fiber, namely 70 Kg / Cm2 which is classified as quality II, while the largest is in the combination of cement: aggregate ratio 1: 5 with a composition of 100% sand which is 167 Kg / Cm2. From the test results, it can prove that the concrete blocks made from a mixture of sago leaf stalks fiber in terms of compressive strength pass the SNI quality test..

Abstract

Telah dibuat alat filtrasi air sederhana skala kecil dengan tinggi 150 cm dan lebar 40 cm yang menghasilkan debit air dengan rata-rata 4,3 liter/menit. Pada proses pembersihan air, dilakukan tiga ketebalan variasi media penyaring untuk menghasilkan sampel air yaitu konsentrasi pasir paling besar, arang paling besar, dan pasir dan arang sama besar. Sifat fisis air yang diteliti antara lain adalah kekeruhan, jumlah padatan terlarut, suhu dan pH. Hasil yang didapatkan untuk nilai kekeruhan (NTU) untuk air sumur berturut-turut adalah 5,073; 4,863; 10,70 NTU, untuk air dari Sungai Tello adalah 2,703; 3,473; 5,116 NTU, dan untuk air dari Sungai Abdesir adalah 14,76; 23,16; 12,60 NTU. Hasil untuk jumlah padatan terlarut yang didapatkan untuk air sumur adalah 72,1; 76,1; 71,2 mg/l, untuk air dari Sunagi Tello berturut-turut adalah 95,1; 115,3; 90,3 mg/l, dan untuk sungai Abdesir adalah 90,7; 92,2; 100,2 mg/l. Untuk pengujian pH hasil yang didapatkan pada air sumur adalah 7,7; 8,3; dan 7,9; untuk air dari sungai Tello pH-nya adalah 7,8;8,3; dan 8,0 dan untuk air dari sungai Abdesir adalah 8,0; 8,3; dan 8,1. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengukuran suhu didapatkan kesemuanya berkisar antara 28,1-28,9˚C

Abstract

Sistem informasi indekos berbasis web dibuat bertujuan untuk mendukung masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi indekos yang cepat dan lebih efisien. Sistem ini juga dapat membantu pencari indekos dalam mencari indekos sesuai keinginan tanpa harus mendatangi indekos secara langsung dan juga memudahkan buat para pemilik indekos dalam memasarkan indekosnya secara mudah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Observasi ditempuh dengan cara melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap indekos, wawancara kegiatan tanya jawab dengan orang yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian, dan studi pustaka teknik mengumpulkan data dengan bahan rujukan buku dan dokumen yang berhubungan langsung dengan penelitian. Sistem informasi indekos berbasis web ini menggunakan teknik pengembangan sistem UML (Unifed Modeling Languange) yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Sistem ini terdiri dari tiga aktor yaitu admin, pemilik indekos, dan pencari indekos. Hasil dari sistem ini pencari indekos dapat mencari indekos berdasarkan kategori, wilayah dan harga, pemilik indekos dalam memasarkan indekosnya terlebih dahulu harus melakukan registrasi agar bisa menginput data indekosnya,  admin dapat mengelola data indekos dan data user. Abstract

Pada Tahun 2010, Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika meluncurkan Program Pusat Layanan Internet Kecamatan (PLIK) dan Program Mobile Pusat Layanan Internet Kecamatan (M-PLIK). Program ini merupakan bagian dari Program Layanan Universal Service Obligation (USO) dengan layanan dasar (voice) hingga layanan data (internet). Namun setelah di evaluasi, ditemukan bahwa program ini menimbulkan persolan dimana-mana, mulai dari penyebaran program ini yang tidak merata, masalah utang piutang dengan pihak yang terlibat, terbengkalainya puluhan armada M- PLIK di beberapa daerah, sampai kepada terendusnya tindak korupsi yang dilakukan pejabat Kemkominfo. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan tentang kondisi Program M-PLIK di Kota Palopo, informasi bahwa M-PLIK masih beroperasi di Kota Palopo, namun sejak Tahun 2015 tidak lagi digunakan sebagai fungsi utamanya, tetapi hanya digunakan sebagai mobil operasional Kemkominfo di Kota Palopo sehingga program ini tidak lagi berjalan dengan optimal. Melalui penelitian ini, dirumuskan strategi-strategi yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan kembali Program M-PLIK ini. Hasil penelitian ini berupa formulasi strategi optimalisasi. Hasil strategi-strategi optimalisasi dipetakan ke dalam tiga kategori yaitu strategi optimalisasi berdasarkan pencapaian kinerja maksimal, strategi optimalisasi berdasarkan penggunaan biaya minimal, dan kombinasi terbaik dari kinerja maksimal dan biaya minimal.  In 2010, the Government through the Ministry of Communication and Informatics launched the District Internet Service Center Program (PLIK) and the District Internet Service Center Mobile Program (M-PLIK). This program is part of the Universal Service Obligation (USO) with basic services (voice) to data services (internet). However, after being evaluated, it was found that this program caused problems everywhere, starting from the uneven distribution of this program, debt problems with the parties involved, the neglect of dozens of M-PLIK fleets in several areas, to the detection of corruption by the Ministry of Communication and Information officials. Based on observations about the conditions of the M-PLIK Program in Palopo City, information was obtained that the M-PLIK fleet is still operating in Palopo City. However, since 2015 it has no longer been used as its main function but is only used as an operational car for the Ministry of Communication and Information official in Palopo City so that this program is not running optimally. Through this research, strategies are formulated to optimize the M-PLIK Program. The results of this study are in the form of an optimization strategy formulation. The results of the optimization strategies are mapped into three categories, namely optimization strategies based on achieving maximum performance, optimization strategies based on the use of minimal costs, and the best combination of maximum performance and minimum costs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi kekuatan tekan beton agregat recycle (BAR) terhadap pengaruh rendaman air laut. Total tiga puluh benda uji beton berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran (f150 x 300 mm) diproduksi dari dua jenis campuran yang berbeda. Jenis pertama beton agregat normal (BAN) adalah beton normal terdiri atas campuran semen portland, normal agregat kasar (NAK), pasir sungai dan air tawar. Adapun jens kedua (BAR) adalah beton recycle aggregate yang terdiri dari campuran semen Portland, recycle agregat kasar (RAK), pasir sungai dan air tawar. Adapun rencana target kuat tekan beton benda uji adalah sebesar 250 kg/cm2 dengan nilai faktor air semen (fas) sebesar 0.45. Benda uji yang telah dibentuk kemudian dilakukan proses perendaman air laut secara langsung mulai umur 3, 7, 14, 21, dan 28 hari. Tiba saat waktu pengujian, benda uji dikeluarkan dari tempat perawatan dan selanjutnya diangin-anginkan untuk beberapa saat hingga material mengalami kering permukaan. Selanjutnya, pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan dengan menggunakan mesin kompresi tes sesuai prosedur SNI 1947:2011. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa Pengaruh rendaman air laut tidak signifikan menurunkan kuat tekan beton BAR setelah membandingkan nilai kuat tekan beton BAN yang melampaui rencana mutu beton.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and create a Queue Application at the Palopo Samsat Office on Android that is easy to use to process queue data sent by users and provide solutions for the Palopo City Samsat Office to make it easier for people to queue without having to wait at the Palopo Samsat Office and can be accessed using android in taking queues and checking vehicle taxes. The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. Data collection methods in this study are data documentation, data collection, problem identification, observation, and literature study. The application is made using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) development method which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, entity relationships and sequence diagrams. The software used in designing this information system uses an API with the PHP programming language, XAMPP as a web server, MySQL as a database, Android Studio as an editor and design. This research resulted in two applications, the admin application, the web admin and user consisting of several functions. This application has been tested using the Black Box testing method. With this application, it is hoped that it can help the community and the Samsat to take queue numbers and check vehicle taxes. From the results of testing the system using a Likert scale measurement, it shows a feasibility level of 62.8%. The results of the instrument validity test are valid for each item. The result of the instrument reliability test is 0.989 reliable.
