Happiness and harmony of household come from the love, emotional maturity, and intensity of communication that is built up from each individual in the household. The characteristic of a sense of love of the household is harmonious relationship especially between the husband and wife. In ddition to being a form of character and the personality of parents is also a means of forming the character and personality of child. Harmony of the home sourced from the harmony of each individual in the household that has performed its duties, functions, and responsibilities is a manifestation of an emotional maturity of each individual in the household. On the other hand, harmony of the household is a factor of communication intensity in family that runs effectively. The intensity of communication of the household has a considerable influence on whether or are not harmony Conversely relationships of family, ineffective communication is often the cause of harmony in a family relationship.

While the obstacles in preaching of Muslim community Karangasem Bali are:The first, the Muslim community at Karangasem of Bali has been a middle to lower economic level then they prefer to work more than follow the activities of da'wah. The secondly, the existence of Muslim communities in Hindu-majority circles, inevitably they have to interact with Hindus, so is not little, Muslims are easily affected by the existing social circumstances. The solution of these barriers are: First, invite the Muslim entrepreneurs to build the economy of the people by making social institutions or Amil Zakat, to be managed and developed for the welfare of the people. Secondly, to invite Muslims don not to be easily influenced by the environment, remain respectful and respectful with Hindus.

There is a difference of opinion related to the non-muslim skill of being a leader. Differences are: The first is not allowed, the second may be in the realm of the executive only, and also the third may be conditional. For Muslims chosen non Muslim as the leader of the law is the same with non-Muslim law becomes the leader.

Values include individual attitudes, as a standard of action and belief. And among the competencies that must be possessed by a counselor is personality competence. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the similarities and differences in the counselor's personal values contained in Carl Rogers' theory of person centered therapy with the personal values contained in Kiai As'ad. The results show that the similarities are respecting individuals and humility; psychological knowledge and expert communication; harmony or authenticity and firmness hold the principle; and unconditional and sincere positive attention in charity and struggle. While the difference is Carl Rogers (objectivity, self-understanding, and accurate empathic understanding) and Kiai As'ad (zuhud and modest, fighters, time discipline and istiqomah, independent living and maintaining cleanliness, fond of building for the interests of religion and nation, attaching importance to interests people, and affection.

Politics is a means to bring goodness and refuse damag but some unethical behavior of politicians who tend to justify any means of obtaining and sustaining power have shaped the bad stigma among society that politics is closely related to lies,tyranny and corruption. So as if there are a thick wall that became the separator between ethics and politics.Therefore, need to reaffirm the Islamic concept of political ethics of government and society in reviewing political ethics in this paper. The author did the study on the thought santri Ma`had Aly PP . Salafiyah Syafi`iyyah Sukorejo of Situbondo written in the book Fiqh Progressive. After the discussion was found that in the view of Santri Mahad Aly, a leader should always prioritize the importance of people, make a policy that leads to justice and benefit, did not anarchic to the people and must be mandate in maintaining people's trust and in using state facilities. While the people's political ethics must support and select leaders based on quality, capability, and justice, was not because of money. When leaders make mistakes so the people must submit a polite and constructive criticism.

The need for a very complete and fluctuating society is impossible to make the codification of the law perfectly. One of the difficultiy is the difference between local customs that are not the same as the customs of the old (Arab customs). The change here is not only about values alone but also can affect changes to religious (Islamic) law. The results of this study indicate that custom can be used as a Hujjah in Islamic law as long as there are not Sharih explanation of a particular case, contradicting the qhat'iy proposition of muqayyad (not absolute, and typically (uncommon) nash. Based on the results of this study, it is advisable to the legal practitioners when they want to decide on the law, put to their customs forward rather than directed to the customs other than them, so that it can provide a verdict that can be undertaken by the community.

When traced by human thoughts, everyone agree that everything that exists do not exist by itself, except for a small part which according to reason, may exist without going through intermediaries. Therefore, any original object that can be transformed into various forms, become these origins have special traits and characteristics, and can be changed to another form. For example water. Water rises into the air into clouds then drops to rain, and winter to snow that is at a time becomes gas. Al-shahrastani said that in the opinion of "Anaxagoras" the origins of the body are the subtle dhat. Are the human senses and the intellect can not reach, from the dhat arises the upper and lower realms composed of the very simple dhat that make up the various forms. Unlike the exposure of Al-Ghazali that form is classified into four gradual categories: the true or dhati, the form in the mental subject, the form in the oral, and the form in writing. While the actual being is already there in concrete, real, which in the end is called necessitas, mandatory al-wujud and also potential form is something that still exist in the concept of ideas and ready to be concrete that known space and time.

In perspective educational, dominant factor of educational is the concept of development . In the components engaged in educational development are identified by the presence of an intense educational organization overseeing and evaluating course of educational process as well as change the value of education from time to time. As well as less conducive competition between organizations and the loss of the original character of institutions due to social and technological developments. Moreover, it will affect the changes to induvidualism and disintegration problems. Therefore, a proper way or management is needed to "play" in educational development process. This research is intended to reveal the political relationship between Muslims and non-Muslims. According to the worldview, the political interaction between Muslims and non-Muslims are only warfare is not peaceful. Those matter because the world has seen Islam from one aspect. The study found that in politics Islam who has two interactions. The first interaction is the political interaction is revealed by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah and the second interaction was the political interaction is expressed by Fahmi Huwaidi.
