Abstract

Spotify is one of the most popular platforms used to listen to podcasts in Indonesia, especially for students. To be able to continue to provide support for the survival of the audio streaming industry in an effort to improve services in a better direction, it is important to know the factors that support the acceptance of services from the Spotify podcast service. This study aims to analyze what factors influence users to use the Spotify podcast service. The analytical method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were obtained from 438 Spotify podcast users, and analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that the factors influencing the use of the Spotify podcast application consisted of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Self-Efficacy, and Perceived Enjoyment. The Social Influence factor has no significant effect on usage interest.Keywords: Spotify; Technology Acceptance Model; SmartPLS 3 Abstrak. Spotify adalah salah satu platform paling populer yang digunakan untuk mendengarkan podcast di Indonesia, khususnya para mahasiswa. Untuk dapat terus memberikan dukungan keberlangsungan hidup industri streaming audio ini dalam upaya meningkatkan layanan ke arah yang lebih baik, penting untuk diketahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung penerimaan layanan dari layanan podcast spotify. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengguna menggunakan layanan podcast Spotify. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data diperoleh dari 438 pengguna podcast Spotify, dan dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi podcast Spotify terdiri dari Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Self-Efficacy, dan Perceived Enjoyment.   Adapun faktor Social Influence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan.Kata kunci: Spotify; Technology Acceptance Model; SmartPLS 3

Abstract

The emergence of several technical problems related to the availability of adequate functional features, led to the need for an analysis of the website performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library, so that the website's performance was in line with user expectations. This research analyzes the website of the UPN "Veteran" East Java Library UPT website using the Webqual 4.0 method, aiming to find out the website indicators that need to be maintained and improved performance. The analysis is carried out referring to the Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality parameters, where each parameter consists of indicators. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, with website users as respondents. The method of data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results showed that the overall performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library website was sufficient to meet user expectations. However, it was found several indicators that need to be improved by the website manager, namely: ease of understanding website navigation, attractiveness of Website appearance, and the availability of information on websites that are easy to understand.Keywords: Performance; Importance-Performance Analysis; Usability; Information Quality; Service Interaction Quality Abstrak. Munculnya beberapa permasalahan teknis yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan operasi fitur-fitur fungsional secara memadai, menyebabkan perlunya dilakukan analisis kinerja website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, agar kinerja website sesuai harapan pengguna. Peneltian ini menganalisis website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0., bertujuan mengetahui indikator website yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Analisis dilakukan mengacu pada parameter Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Intteraction Quality, dimana setiap parameter terdiri atas indikator. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan responden pengguna website. Metode pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kinerja website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur sudah cukup memenuhi harapan pengguna. Namun ditemukan beberapa indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya oleh pihak pengelola website yaitu: kemudahan memahami Navigasi website, kemenarikan tampilan website, serta ketersediaan informasi pada website yang mudah dimengerti.Kata kunci: Kinerja; Importance-Performance Analysis; Usability; Information Quality; Service Intteraction Quality

Abstract

The Surabaya City Government is trying to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of handling the Covid-19 virus through the “Fight Covid-19 Web” concept. However, the use of the website as a medium for information on the spread of the Covid-19 virus still has limitations, so it is deemed necessary to conduct a study (measurement) of the web-based Covid-19 response information service. This study aims to measure the success factors of the Web Against Covid-19 and examine the relationship between variables on net benefits. The research uses the Updated 2003 Information System Success Model, with six measurement variables, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefit. As many as 400 residents of the city of Surabaya and its surroundings who have accessed the website against Covid-19 were selected as respondents. The results showed that information quality and system quality variables had a positive and significant effect on net benefits through the use of variable mediation, while service quality variables had a negative and insignificant effect on net benefits through use variable mediation. The results also show that the use variable has a positive and significant effect on net benefits through the mediation of the user satisfaction variable.Keywords: Information system success model; Net benefit; DeLone and McLeanAbstrak. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya berupaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penanganan virus Covid-19 melalui konsep Web Lawan Covid-19. Namun pemanfaaan website sebagai media informasi persebaran virus Covid-19 masih memiliki keterbatasan, sehingga dipandang perlu melakukan kajian (pengukuran) terhadap layanan informasi tanggap Covid-19 berbasis web tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor keberhasilan Web Lawan Covid-19 dan menguji hubungan antar variabel terhadap net benefit. Penelitian menggunakan model Information System Success Model Updated 2003, dengan enam variabel pengukuran yaitu information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, dan net benefit. Sebanyak 400 penduduk kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya yang telah mengakses web Lawan Covid-19 dipilih sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Variabel information quality dan system quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap net benefit melalui mediasi variabel use, sedangkan variabel service quality berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap net benefit melalui mediasi variabel use. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan variabel use memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap net benefit melalui mediasi variabel user satisfaction.Kata kunci: Information system success model; Net benefit; DeLone dan McLean

Abstract

The process of assessing the quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) carried out by the Banjarbaru City Early Childhood Education Development Center (BP-PAUD) is only based on the overall average value of the assessment parameters without considering the priority between parameters against other parameters, causing the PAUD quality assessment to be not objective. This study develops an application system for PAUD quality assessment using a weighted parameter system. The method used in processing the data is Fuzzy MADM Yager. A total of 55 PAUD School dataset samples were used in the method testing process. The application has a main functional feature in the form of recording PAUD education unit data and produces output in the form of ranking results for registered PAUD education units. The results of the application test show that the implementation of the Fuzzy MADM method can objectively assess the ranking of PAUD schools referring to a weighted criteria system.Keywords: Application Program; Ratings; Fuzzy MADM Yager; Early childhood education programs Abstrak. Proses penilaian kualitas Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang dilakukan oleh Balai Pengembangan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (BP-PAUD) Kota Banjarbaru hanya didasarkan pada rerata keseluruhan nilai parameter penilaian tanpa mempertimbangkan prioritas antar parameter terhadap parameter lainnya menyebabkan penilaian kualitas PAUD tidak obyektif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem aplikasi penilaian kualitas PAUD dengan menggunakan sistem parameter terbobot. Metode yang digunakan dalam memproses data adalah Fuzzy MADM Yager. Sejumlah 55 sampel dataset Sekolah PAUD digunakan dalam proses pengujian metode. Aplikasi memiliki fitur fungsional utama berupa perekaman data satuan pendidikan PAUD dan menghasilkan luaran berupa hasil pemeringkatan satuan pendidikan PAUD yang terdaftar. Hasil uji aplikasi menunjukkan pengimplementasian metode Fuzzy MADM dapat menilai peringkat Sekolah PAUD secara objektif mengacu pada sistem kriteria terbobot.Kata kunci: Program Aplikasi; Pemeringkatan; Fuzzy MADM Yager; Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Data management and management reporting for controlling drug sales systems in pharmacies are still done manually, causing the process to be ineffective and inefficient. This study aims to analyze and design a sales information system model and drug inventory management, with a case study at the Natha Farma pharmacy. The system model development uses the Waterfall method, up to the system modeling stage. The needs elicitation process is carried out using structured interview techniques to understand the company's work system, as well as assessing the need for information systems to support the existing work system. Requirements analysis produces functional features for drug, customer, and supplier data collection. The system also provides functional features for the drug ordering service process (both orders by customers and orders to suppliers), sales to customers, as well as the provision of outputs in the form of invoices and notes of purchases and sales, drug inventory information, management reports. System modeling using structured modeling tools. The resulting model becomes a reference for Natha Farma's pharmacy management to develop applications in the future.Keyword: Information Technology; Internal Control; System Modeling; Waterfall Abstrak. Pengelolaan data dan pelaporan manajemen untuk pengendalian sistem penjualan obat di apotek yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan proses tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang model sistem informasi penjualan dan pengelolaan persediaan obat, dengan studi kasus pada apotek Natha Farma. Pengembangan model sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, hingga pada tahapan pemodelan sistem. Proses elisitasi kebutuhan dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur guna memahami sistem kerja perusahaan, serta mengkaji kebutuhan sistem informasi untuk mendukung sistem kerja yang ada.  Analisis kebutuhan menghasilkan fitur-fitur fungsional untuk pendataan obat, pelanggan, dan pemasok. Sistem juga menyediakan fitur-fitur fungsional untuk proses layanan pemesanan obat (baik pemesanan oleh pelanggan maupun pemesanan pembelia ke pemasok), penjualan ke pelanggan, serta penyediaan luaran berupa faktur dan nota pembelian dan penjualan, informasi persediaan obat, laporan-laporan manajemen. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan tools pemodelan terstruktur.  Model yang dihasilkan menjadi acuan bagi manajemen apotek Natha Farma mengembangkan aplikasi di masa mendatang.Keyword: Teknologi Informasi; Pengendalian Internal; Pemodelan Sistem; Waterfall

Abstract

The evaluation of the implementation moodle-based Hybrid Learning applications has not carry out at a private computer college (PTSK) in Surabaya. This leads the difficulty to make decisions regarding application development because the success factors and weaknesses of the Hybrid Learning application are currently unknown. This study proposes the DeLone and McLean method to evaluate the implementation of Hybrid Learning applications in PTSK through six variables, namely: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. As the Delone and McLean Model has multiple dimensions, data processing has been utilized by Structural Equation Modeling which could be able to confirm the certain model. In addition, this model can verify the effect of a variable on other variables. The primary data used was collected by questionnaire and processed using AMOS and SPSS software applications. The results of this study show the success level of implementing the Hybrid Learning application in PTSK has a great score that was defined by the six factors on the model.  Nevertheless, the Service Quality factor needs rectification in order to enhance User Satisfaction and Use factor for users to obtain the maximum Net Benefit. Keywords: Success Level; Application; Hybrid Learning; DeLone and McLean, Structural Equation Modeling   Abstrak. Belum adanya evaluasi penerapan aplikasi hybrid learning berbasis moodle pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta bidang Komputer (PTSK) di Surabaya menyebabkan sulitnya pengambilan keputusan terkait pengembangan aplikasi tersebut. Hal ini karena tidak diketahui faktor penentu kesuksesan serta kekurangan aplikasi hybrid learning yang diterapkan.  Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode DeLone dan McLean  untuk mengevaluasi penerapan aplikasi hybrid learning di PTSK di Surabaya melalui enam faktor: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, dan net benefit. Metode Structural Equation Modeling digunakan untuk mengonfirmasi ketepatan model dan menguji pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lain. Data primer  yang digunakan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan perangkat lunak AMOS dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesuksesan penerapan aplikasi hybrid learning di PTSK dinilai baik, ditunjukkan dengan nilai baik pada keenam faktor pada model. Namun demikian, perlu perbaikan pada faktor Service Quality untuk meningkatkan User Satisfaction, dan faktor Use agar pengguna merasakan Net Benefit secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kesuksesan; Aplikasi; Hybrid Learning; DeLone dan McLean, Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract

The inefficient product promotion system and the limited reach of product catalog marketing to prospective customers have caused the UD Invitation Card printing industry to not achieve maximum turnover. Total Graphics. This paper aims to present a multi-platform e-commerce application model that is used for product catalog promotion, ordering and tracking of product delivery orders for invitation card printing for customers. Web-based multi-platform system on the administrator side and mobile-based on the customer side, developed following the stages in the Prototyping-Based development model. The system design uses object-oriented tools, built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, and a PostgreeSQL database. The functional features of the application system are tested using Blackbox testing techniques. The test results show that all functional features contained in the application, especially the function of delivering product catalog information, product ordering functions, and order delivery tracking functions are functioning validly.Keywords: Promotion of goods; E-commerce; Web-based; Mobile based; Prototyping Abstrak. Kurang efisiennya sistem promosi produk dan terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran katalog produk kepada calon pelanggan, menyebabkan tidak tercapainya omset secara maksimal pada industri percetakan Kartu Undangan UD. Paper ini bertujuan menyajikan model aplikasi e-commerce multi platform yang digunakan untuk promosi katalog produk, pemesanan dan tracking pengiriman produk pesanan percetakan kartu undangan bagi pelanggan. Sistem multi platform berbasis web pada sisi administrator dan berbasis mobile pada sisi pelanggan, dikembangkan mengikuti tahapan-tahapan dalam model pengembangan Berbasis Prototyping. Desain sistem menggunakan tools berorientasi objek, dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, dan database PostgreeSQL. Fitur-fitur fungsional sistem aplikasi diuji dengan teknik pengujian Blackbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur fungsional yang terdapat pada aplikasi, terutama fungsi penyampaian informasi katalog produk, fungsi pemesanan produk, serta fungsi tracking pengiriman pesanan berfungsi secara valid.  Kata kunci: Promosi barang; E-commerce; Berbasis web; Berbasis mobile; Prototyping

Abstract

The presence of a local software house company is a solution choice for companies on a small, medium and large scale. The software house company has been able to provide solutions to fulfill information systems and produce good quality software products. However, local software house companies face operational problems with the company's internal information technology in completing projects obtained from their customers. To solve the company's internal information technology problems, the company applies the enterprise architecture method to streamline the company's operations. So far, information technology operations in software house companies have experienced ineffective operations with various application systems that have been implemented. Changes in information technology operations by rearranging using the Enterprise Architecture method, and applying it to the company's software house. This study aims to develop Enterprise Architecture in a software house company, where all are designed using Information Technology Planning based on the TOGAF-based Enterprise Architecture Framework. With the application of Enterprise Architecture, information technology operations can be changed to be more organized and more efficient in supporting company operations.Keyword: Software House; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF; Information System Abstrak. Hadirnya perusahaan software house lokal menjadi pilihan solusi bagi perusahaan dalam skala kecil, skala medium dan skala besar. Perusahaan software house telah mampu memberikan solusi pemenuhan sistem informasi dan menghasilkan produk software yang berkualitas baik. Namun perusahaan software house lokal menghadapi permasalahan operasional informasi teknologi internal perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan proyek yang didapat dari pelanggannya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan informasi teknologi internal perusahaan, perusahaan menerapkan metode enterprise arsitektur dalam mengefektifkan operasionalnya. Selama ini operasional teknologi informasi di perusahaan software house mengalami operasional yang tidak efektif dengan berbagai sistem aplikasi yang telah diterapkan. Perubahan operasional teknologi informasi dengan menata ulang menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture, dan menerapkannya ke dalam perusahaan software house. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture pada perusahaan software house, dimana semua dirancang dengan menggunakan Information Technology Planning dengan Framework Enterprise Architeture berbasis TOGAF. Dengan penerapan Enterprise Architecture dapat mengubah operasional informasi teknologi menjadi lebih tertata dan lebih efisien dalam mendukung operasional perusahaan.Kata kunci: Software House; Enterprise Architecture; TOGAF; Sistem Informasi

Abstract

The selection of new employees by HRD GSI CCTV Semarang is still done manually, causing the process to be slow and inaccurate. Making a Web-based Recommendation System Application for New Employee Candidates in this paper aims to help HRD management automatically calculate criteria and alternative weights, so that the process of selecting prospective employees is more accurate and faster. The reasoning base for the recommendation system application uses a combination of SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The AHP method determines the weight of each existing professional criteria, while SAW determines the priority or ranking of prospective employees calculated from the alternatives. The application system design uses the Unified Modeling Language tools, while the design implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySql database. Functional validation of application systems using blackbox testing. The results of the functional validation show that all the features of the recommendation system application for new prospective employees have been running validly. The AHP and SAW algorithms embedded in application programs as a basis for application reasoning have also worked validly.Keywords: Simple Additive Weighting; Analytical Hierarchy Process; Criteria Weight; Alternative; Blackbox testing AbstrakSeleksi pegawai baru oleh HRD GSI CCTV Semarang yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan proses lambat dan kurang akurat. Pembuatan Aplikasi Sistem Rekomendasi Calon Pegawai Baru berbasis Web dalam paper ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajemen HRD melakukan perhitungan bobot kriteria dan alternatif secara otomatis, sehingga proses penyeleksian calon pegawai lebih akurat dan lebih cepat. Basis Penalaran aplikasi sistem rekomendasi menggunakan gabungan SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Metode AHP sebagai penentu bobot setiap kriteria profesi yang ada, sedangkan SAW menentukan prioritas atau perankingan calon pegawai yang dihitung dari alternatif. Desain Sistem aplikasi menggunakan tools Unified Modelling Language, sedangkan implementasi desain menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Validasi fungsional sistem aplikasi menggunakan Blackbox testing. Hasil validasi fungsional memperlihatkan semua fitur aplikasi sistem rekomendasi calon pegawai baru telah berjalan secara valid. Algoritma AHP dan SAW yang ditanamkan dalam program aplikasi sebagai basis penalaran aplikasi juga telah bekerja secara valid.

Abstract

Tete Batu is a tourist village that has a charm of beauty and very interesting scenery, and has even represented Indonesia as a participant in the 2021 Best Tourism Village competition held by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). However, there were several problems found in the observations including the lack of visitors coming, lack of public awareness of the value of tourism and inadequate location access. The solution offered in this study is the development of an Android-based Geographic Information System for tourist destinations in Tete Batu Village. The development method uses a waterfall which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of application testing show an average user rating of 78.6% or in the good category.Keywords: Geographic Information System; Tourism promotion; Android based; waterfalls; User acceptance testing AbstrakTete Batu merupakan sebuah desa wisata yang memiliki pesona keindahan dan pemandangan yang sangat menarik, bahkan pernah mewakili Indonesia menjadi peserta kompetisi Desa Wisata Terbaik tahun 2021 yang dilenggarakan oleh United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). Namun demikian ada beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam observasi diantaranya kurangnya pengunjung yang datang, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap nilai wisata dan akses lokasi yang kurang memadai. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis destinasi wisata Desa Tete Batu Berbasis Android. Metode pengembangan menggunakan waterfall yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu analysis, design, implementation, testing dan maintenance. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan rata-rata penilaian pengguna sebesar 78,6% atau dalam kategori baik.
