At present the trading practice of consumer finance companies is one of the existing financing institutions and is recognized by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through Presidential Decree No. 61 of 1988 dated December 20, 1988 concerning Financing Institutions or better known as the December 1988 Policy Package which was further confirmed by the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 1251 / KMK.013 / 1988 Concerning finance companies, has been transformed into a large trade that is ravaging, living and growing rapidly in the midst of society. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the increasing number of trade transactions through consumer financing companies indirectly creates various kinds of legal problems that accompany it. Therefore, Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning fiduciary security exists as a legal umbrella for the birth of a guarantee institution that protects rights and interests as well as provides legal certainty for parties in consumer financing trade transactions.

The increase in land transfer and use, such as farm land becomes non farm (housing and industry), rural land becomes urban land which makes its price higher. The increase in the land price (from farm land to urban land) is caused by two factors: there are the land transfer from farm land to non-farm land and business roperty. The increase in land price influences NJOP (taxable item market value) as the basis for the assessment of PBB (Tax on Land and Building). The objective of the research was to find out and to analyze the legal consequence of the transfer of the use of land from farm land to non-farm land, to find out and to analyze the impact of the use of land on NJOP, and to find out the basis for imposing PBB. The results of the research shows thats it is very common that he person who transfers the land from farm land to non- farm land does not follow the procedure so that it is illegal. Therefore, the regulation is needed to protect irrigated rice fields and the impact of the change in the land use by the increase of the price of the farm land to the non-farm land which eventually increase NJOP and influences the PBB. The imposition of PBB and BPHTB is based on SISMIOP in which its operation is referred to the data and the assessment by optimizing the storing, processing, presenting, distributing, and analyzing information about PBB.

Land registration is regulated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. The authority of a keuchik in witnesses to land that is not yet certified is indeed guaranteed by the Law, but the Law which starts from the national to the regional level does not discuss in detail the authority of a keuchik. The land registration system in Indonesia uses the Torrens system. where the evidence produced is in the form of a Land Book and Certificates. The certificate as the final result of the process of registering land rights is only a strong evidence according to the provisions of the BAL, Government Regulation Number 10 of 1961 and Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997. The authority of the Keuchik in making a Purchase Certificate of land that has not been registered to obtain a certificate at the Office Land where the land is located. The status of the sale and purchase certificate of land known to the keuchik as the basis for the rights in complete systematic land registration at the National Land Office of East Aceh Regency is not clearly regulated but if it is reviewed from Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration is regulated in Article 7, Article 8 and Article 39 The aim is to facilitate the administration of the management of buying and selling land in Kantar Land.

Pada masa-masa pandemi saat ini sering terdapat persoalan serius terkait penimbunan sediaan farmasi dan peralatan medis seperti masker, obat-obat respiratory, APD (Alat perlindungan diri), dan lain-lain. Persoalan-persoalan ini menyebabkan lonjakan harga yang tinggi di pasaran alat kesehatan yang ada, hal ini termasuk kedalam pelanggaran hukum konsumen yang serius. Dalam jurnal ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana persoalan ini dikaji dalam hukum pidana perlindunga konsumen. Ketentuan hukum pidana dalam undang-undang Persaingan Usaha dapat digunakan apabila penimbunan ini merupakan bagian dari penetapan harga, penguasaan pasar dan pemasaran barang yang bersifat praktik monopoli atau persaingan usaha tidak sehat.

After the issurance of the Law No. 40/2014 on Insurance, insurance or reinsurance companies either conventional or sharia are obliged to stipulate minimal one control, and every control is determined by the companies to submit reports to the OJK (Financial Service Authority). In case there are other controls that have not been determined by insurance, sharia insurance, reinsurance or sharia reinsurance companies, OJK is authorized to determine a control outside the controls determined by the companies. This thesis discusses the legal liability of a controlling shareholder for the loss endured by the companies outside his control. Normative juridical approach is employed as the research method. It analyzes library materials or secondary data. This is a descriptive analytical research which analyzes the data qualitatively. The internal controlling shareholder of an insurance company has to be liable outside the shares he has for the company’s loss because of the party in his control under one condition i.e. the role of the Controlling Shareholder is proven to be liable for the loss endured by the company. It is different from the shareholder outside the controlling shareholder, referring to the Law on Limited Liability Company; he is only liable for the shares he has, yet this limited liability can be eliminated if the requirements of the company as a legal entity are not or not yet met and if there is any involvement in actions against the law. The legal principle that grounds the controlling shareholder’s legal liability for the loss endured by the company listed in the insurance companies in Indonesia is the theory of piercing the corporate veil or revealing the veil of limited liability companies i.e. a legal process that charges personal liability to the company employees, board of directors and shareholders in case of any violation done by the company.

Under Article 7 of the Financial Services Authority Act, the Financial Services Authority declares that the Financial Services Authority has the authority to regulate and supervise the Bank's institutions which include licensing for establishment of a bank. In this Coordination Protocol as a forum for reconciliation between the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority and the Deposit Insurance Corporation in a coordination forum called the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK). Coordination in this committee is made if it is not possible to handle banking problems by the Financial Services Authority in relation to the settlement and handling of a failed bank that is suspected to have a systemic impact. The Financial Services Authority also requires the controlling shareholders or investors to increase the capital of the Systemic Bank and be able to convert the type of debt or investment to increase the capital of the systemic bank if faced with potential crisis.

According to Article 277 of KUHAP, Supervisory Judge and Observer are assigned to help the Head of Court do supervision and observation on court’s verdicts on imprisonment. According to SEMA No. 7/1985 on Operational Manual of the Tasks of Supervisory Judge and Observer, the visit of a Judge to Penitentiary should be once in three months to examine the truth of the Minute of the Implementation of court’s verdict, to gather the prisoners’ data, to interview wardens and prisoners concerning treatment of prisoners. The result of the research in the Medan District Court and LPKA Medan showed that the implementation of supervision and observation done by supervisory judges and observers of the Medan District Court on prisoners in LPKA was not optimal. The judges only visited LPKA once in six months, the child prisoners who wanted to be interviews had already been prepared by LPKA management. Some obstacles were as follows: law does not regulate the tasks of judges, there was lack of supervisory judges and observers, judges were burdened by limited time and work load, there was double standard (dualism) in the institutional system in implementing supervision and observation, and there was lack of facility and infrastructure.

The enactment of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection (which has been amended to Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection), as a special legal instrument to protect children from all crimes , including sexual crimes. This legal instrument does not necessarily make children escape the target of sexual predators, because the number of cases of sexual crimes against children has not shown any decline. Children are weak creatures. The weakness of children is not only in terms of physical, the formation of the brain in children is also not fully formed. The child's physical weakness makes the child unable to provide resistance when experiencing harsh treatment that hurts his body. The imperfect formation of the brain in children makes children unable to distinguish right from wrong, and tends to imitate people's actions. This child's weakness is used by sexual predators to vent their biological desires.

Sila Pertama, Sila Kedua, dan Sila Kelima Pancasila serta Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 telah mengamantkan adanya perlindungan Hak Asasi bagi seluruh golongan masyarakat di negara Indonesia tanpa terkecuali. Termasuk dalam hal ini adalah perlindungan bagi perempuan korban kekerasan seksual. Namun dalam perkembangannya, sistem peradilan hukum pidana saat ini hanya tertuju semata-mata pada pemidanaan suatu perbuatan pidana dan juga hanya tertuju pada pelaku tindak pidana, sementara kedudukan korban seringa kali terabaikan, termasuk dalam hal pelaksanaan restitusi terhadap perempuan korban kekereasan seksual. Sehingga menarik kiranya dibahas lebih lanjut lagi di dalam tulisan ini terkait pelaksanaan perlindungan dan pemulihan hak perempuan korban kekerasan seksual saat ini. Hal ini dikarenakan hingga saat ini politik hukum pidana terkait perlindungan dan pemulihan perempuan korban kekerasan seksual belumlah secara jelas mengatur perihal pelaksanaan restitusi terhadap korban kekerasan seksual. Hal ini dapat teramati dengan belum adanya pengaturan terkait besaran biaya restitusi, kompensasi, dan rehabilitasi, kemudian pihak-pihak yang berwenang mengelola biaya tersebut.

Kesehatan adalah merupakan modal penting dalam pembangunan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara, utamanya dalam hal pembangunan nasional. Sehigga politik hukum penanganan wabah penyakit memilik kedudukan penting dalam menjamin dan mewujudkan kehidupan masyarakat yang sehat dan layak sebagai salah satu amanat Pancasila. Namun pada pelaksanaannya terdapat berbagai macam persoalan baik berupa tidak efektifnya pelaksanaan politik hukum penanganan wabah penyakit yang ada saat ini. Hal ini pada dasarnya dikarenakan berbegai macam kelemahan yang ada pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 yang tidak memiliki ketentuan teknis yang jelas. Sekalipun lahirnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 menjadi alternatif baru dalam teknis penanganan wabah penyakit namun pada kenyataanya skala daya jangkau aturan tersebut hanya sebatas pelaksanaan Pembatasan Sosial Bersekala Besar dan hanya terkait COVID-19 saja, yang hingga kini belum teruji efektifitasnya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan reorientasi nilai dasar kembali politik hukum penanganan wabah penyakit yang berlandaskan pada kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat luas agar mampu terwujud keadilan sosial dan keseimbangan hukum sebagaimana yang dimaksudkan oleh Pancasila.
